2024.06.02 06:39 TISSCOOL 28 [M4F] East Elmhurst, NY - Be my Passenger Princess đź’ž Nerd & Car Enthusiast - Introvert & Shy But An Open Book - ISFJ

I'm super introverted and shy.. (I joke all the time I got it from my Mom, it's all her fault >_<). I even built my current car because she used to own my car brand new stock back in 1995. On the plus side, I'm an open book, so feel free to talk about literally anything with me!
Politically I'm a Democrat. Religiously I'm an Atheist. (I grew up Catholic, converted to Christianity, now an Atheist. But you can believe whatever you want.) Ironically my Step Dad is a Pastor. So you can say I know the Bible pretty well.
Physically, I'm 5'10', Asian (Filipino) always shave my facial hair, 194lbs, dad bod. My goal is to lose my stubborn belly fat via running. Working on getting my arms toned with dumbbell workouts.
I'm a huge car enthusiast. Grew up watching an anime called "Initial D", that started my love for underpowered Japanese cars, purely because going around a corner is more interesting than who has the most money spent on a car in a straight line. The first Fast and Furious and Tokyo Drift, pretty much insured I was obsessed with modified cars. I could have bought a new $30K car soo many times (was eyeing a Manual Subaru Brz) but I knew it would be stock for a longg time if I did, I'd rather have an old super modified car. Needless to say, if your into cars, I'll probably fall for you fairly quickly.
What makes me a nerd? Well I have a high end custom built PC with 5 monitors. (Check my Twitch/IG if your curious.) Nothing on my setup is cheap. And of course I have all the consoles. And a LG C1 120htz OLED 55' TV, with a surround sound system. (Sound bar, and rear speakers). I even sit on a $1700 Herman-Miller-X-Logitech-G Embody Gaming Chair. I also have a "Budget" Asus Rog 17.3' Gaming Laptop with a 4070 and 32GB RAM. Ironically I never use my laptop for gaming. I just want my portable setup when I travel to be almost as quick and snappy as my PC setup. (I even have 2 portable Asus Rog 17.3 Monitors).
I prefer Marvel over DC, but I watch both! I'm one of the rare few who didn't hate the ending of Game of Thrones... I haven't watched House of the Dragon yet.
Gaming wise, I have a huge ~70 Game backlog (not including PC) that I already know I will never make a dent on unless I win a Poker Tournament and am able to not work anymore. But competitive wise, it will always be the latest Halo game. I used to compete in LAN tournaments back in the day. I definitely want to compete one more time before I hit 30yrs old. If I have free time I'm always tired, would rather just watch Twitch/YouTube. But I'm about 5 hours into Hogwarts Legacy. #RavenClaw
Before that, I was almost done beating the Mass Effect 3 remake on Insanity. (1 more priority mission before endgame!)
And of course I love racing games! On every Forza, I always make sure all the simulation settings are turned on. (I have a Thrustmaster Steering Wheel w/Shifter setup). And I always build my IRL car in game (same mods and power), and always drive it instead when possible.
What I am I looking for? Well aside from a serious relationship, obviously mutual attraction is important. So definitely be HWP, but being a little chubby is fine, just not obese. Age range is 18-42. When I was 21 I dated a 26yr old, and when I was 26 I dated a 20 yr old. If we vibe, then we vibe. I assume if your replying to this post, we have similar interests?
Location wise, I live in East Elmhurst, NY (5mins away from LGA Airport). Because I have a car, I'm willing to travel for the right person. (Car can't handle rain, or if your super far away, it can't handle hot weather (aka 80 °F due to over heating). Probably 2 hours drive is my max. Another Con, is because it has Track Suspension, you will feel every - single - bump - on the road. Basically I love Long Island because the roads are perfect and I won't break my car.
Random facts about me I couldn't put in my neat paragraphs:
I used to watch The Bachelo The Bachelorette religiously, so I consider myself a hopeless romantic.
Love Is Blind is in my Watch List in Netflix, only watched Season 1.
Clingy doesn't scare me off.
Attempting to grow my IG thru reels.
Saving for the labor costs to install my $3k Seibon Carbon Fiber Doors. I was quoted $2K minimum alone to install the doors due it not being a perfect fit, and fabrication needs to be done. I plan to do this July 2024. (And save at least $6K.)
Studied 2 years of Aeronautical Engineering at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology (Can't afford to finish..)
I personally hate texting, rather get to know someone on a first date. Ironic as an introvert, ik.
Will be in Las Vegas June 4-12 for a Poker Tournament (WSOP).
Anyways if you made it this far, takes for reading my post. Let's chat for a bit and go on a date! (Please don't just say "Hey". A pic would be appreciated also. )

Hi! This is by far not my first rodeo just to verify, but that last time I was majorly into building pcs for either myself or for others was back in 2016. So I wanted to check to see what you all thought of my build? Primarily for gaming but also work, budget around 6k, Intending to build a custom water loop But ya here it is, just specked it up on part picker. Let me know what you guys think!
Aiming for somewhat of a sleeker look with not many lights, as my last current PC for the last few years has a LOT of RGB (I blame teenage me) and it's starting to hurt my eyes to look at.

2024.06.02 06:37 Frostbite999 Is this job offer a scam?

Hi all,
A couple weeks ago I got reached out to by a recruiter from Pyramid Consulting with a job offer to be a Validation Technician at Intel, which isn't far off from what I used to do for work. I've been frantically searching for a job for the past few months so I immediately got into talks with this recruiter. They already had my resume and asked me to write a cover letter, which I did and submitted it to them. The following day they emailed me telling me that my resume has been shortlisted and they will send me information regarding an interview by next week. The following week I reached out to them for any updates regarding the interview. They told me that the long weekend put them delayed some things but I should be receiving the information soon. The following day I received an invite to a Microsoft Teams meeting for this coming Monday for an interview and a meeting this Friday (yesterday as of the time posting) for an interview strategy meeting. In the meeting I talked with a couple people from Pyramid Consulting and they gave me advice on what might be in the interview and I should leverage based on my resume and cover letter.
So far everything seemed reasonable and legit but when I did a bit of deeper research some things started not to add up. When I checked the Intel website, this job was not on their, and neither was it on LinkedIn or Indeed. When I googled the job title, I found an exact copy-paste for the job for a different company called Superbeo (which upon deeper inspection might be a vendor for Intel? I don't know if that information is relevant). After seeing this, I did decided to look into Pyramid Consulting to see if they are even real. Reviews from various sites about Pyramid Consulting are very mixed. Some people say they should not be trusted while others say they are legit. Looking at the meeting itself, the person who they said is supposed to be interviewing me from Intel (who is a real Intel employee as far as I can tell), isn't in the meeting. Although there is someone named Intel-PCI-Delivery from Pyramid Consulting in there so I'm not sure if they're connecting using that email. Finally, the last thing to set off some alarm bells within me occurred at the end of the strategy meeting. After discussing interview strats, they asked me to show a photo ID to confirm that I was the person that was supposed to be interviewed. I ended up showed them my drivers license without really thinking about it then continued to discuss some other things.
So now I'm stressed and confused. The supposive interview is on Monday and I have been practicing for it, but the possibility that this job offer is a scam is rattling my brain. I'm no stranger to job scams, but this one feels so well put together that I can't tell if it's a scam or legit.

2024.06.02 06:33 StevenJac Function Declaration Syntax with Function Pointer as a parameter type

From https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/passing-a-function-as-a-parameter-in-cpp/
``` // Function that multiplies two // numbers int multiply(int x, int y) { return x * y; }
// Function that takes a pointer // to a function int invoke(int x, int y, int (*func)(int, int)) { return func(x, y); } ```
So, to start off, this would be the function declaration of invoke() WITH the parameter names
int invoke(int x, int y, int (*func)(int, int));
What would be the function declaration for invoke function WITHOUT the optional parameter names? Would it be this?
int invoke(int, int, int(int, int) );
but quick ChatGPT answer says it's wrong and it's this:
int invoke(int, int, int (*)(int, int));
But how come in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Most_vexing_parse
Timer() in TimeKeeper time_keeper(Timer());
interpreted as a pointer to function with return type Timer and doesn't need (*)?
Why isn't it TimeKeeper time_keeper(Timer (*)());?
``` struct Timer {};
struct TimeKeeper { explicit TimeKeeper(Timer t); int get_time(); };
int main() { TimeKeeper time_keeper(Timer()); return time_keeper.get_time(); } ```

2024.06.02 06:27 Lefthandedcigar I Probably Shouldn't Think My Son's Pre-K Teacher Is Stupid ... But I Do!!!

I have been looking forward to my son’s Pre-K graduation for months. Although I am extremely proud of- and happy for him, a few things are weighing on my mind following the graduation. Maybe I’m overreacting – and I truly hope I am. If I am, please tell me.
The first thing that bothered me about my son’s Pre-K graduation is the total lack of security to enter. It’s a very small VPK, so I didn’t expect security guards, but there wasn’t so much as a sign in sheet for the parents / visitors. There were no ID checks; anyone could simply walk in. *
Second, when my son was called up to receive his diploma, the teacher called him by his first name only and followed up with, “I’m not even going to attempt to pronounce your last name”. We do have a longer Italian surname, but it’s not hard to learn, not hard to say, and the teachers has more letters in her last name than we do. In my 40 years, the only time people weren’t sure how to pronounce it was the first time I met them. Other than that, or simply not knowing me personally, you’re a telemarketer if you can’t pronounce it. You don’t need to know a different language ffs. We’re born and raised in the US for the last century. I expect the teacher who’s with my son 5 days a week or an entire school year to know how to say his last name. If my son’s peers can pronounce it, there’s no excuse. (And yes, this WAS his full-time teacher, not an assistant or different teacher, etc.) Here's the kicker. It's a class of like 16. It's not a school like Hogwarts full of kids with no vowels in their last names. *
Lastly, I was so happy when my son received two awards because only a couple kids received two. What could go wrong, right? His last name is spelled wrong on both of his laminated awards. Really? Come on, man! *
Oh, one more thing that I should have started with. Upon arriving at the scheduled time of the graduation, I found out that they were behind schedule by a full hour, and everyone had to wait outside. There was just a note on the door and the door was locked.
Really? We can do better than this. #DoBetter
I know these "problems" may seem miniscule compared to other "real" problems in the world. I know I have the choice to focus on the positive things that happened today and not let the "small" things live rent free in my mind. But should I turn the other cheek? Am I wrong to assume the brightest crayon in the box shouldn't be in my son's backpack - it should be teaching the class? Sorry, for the jokes. I'm trying to make light of the situation to cheer myself up. That was kind of funny, I guess. At the end of the day, all of this is just very discouraging when I think about who will be teaching my son.
Before I go, I want to give praise to ALL of the good teachers out there who care about the kids and their education and take the time to know their students, no matter if you're a Pre-K teacher or a Scholar, I commend you and appreciate you. I understand that it is not an easy job and I know you should be paid a hell of a lot more. I am in no way intending to bash all teachers or even most teachers. I TRULY hope this is an isolated issue in this smaller sized town in the SE.
I had many great, and memorable teachers in my life I will always remember, and I truly pray someone just like one of them finds their way into my son's classroom when he begins kindergarten this Fall.
ALL YOUNG CHILDREN DESERVE A TEACHER WHO AT LEAST CARES.
Thanks for listening.

2024.06.02 06:25 Streye Tempering Experiment #2, 600 attempts...

So to gather more information and build confidence in previous hypothesis/assumptions, I'm running the test bigger and bettemore granular. Though the sample size is still small, with hopefully repeated tests in the future, we can get some good learnings out of them. Speaking of learnings, based on the current findings; I am rather surprised by the results. Previously, I was lead to believe based on the testing that there was indeed a weighting, but test #2 seems to display otherwise. On with the numbers...
The testing was done with a lvl 100 rogue, 100 lvl 925 gauntlets, max temper rank, 600 straight attempts tempers. The available tempers include Critical Strike Damage (CSD), Markmanship Damage (MMD), Marksmanship Critical Strike Chance(MMCS), and Rain of Arrows damage(RoA).
In 600 attempts, the follow appeared X number of times:
CSD: 143
MMD: 159
MMCS: 150
RoA: 148
The ratio is quite different from the previous test where the distribution was about 20%/25%/ 25%/30% or (55,77,74,92). The current numbers breakdown to a much closer ~24%/26%/25%/25%. The part I find weird is that even if I looked at the data at 300 attempts of the current experiment, the distribution is still much more even than the previous test(79/70/74/77 or 26%/23%/25%/26%). The variance doesn't seem to make sense to me, but if any of the math/statistics people from the previous thread would like to chime in, I'd love to hear some possible reasonings. The only thing different in this test is the scale and that it was after the patch, but I somewhat doubt they touched tempering without saying anything.
On to the feel bads(back to back often unwanted affixes):
CSD: 19
MMD: 22
MMCS: 22
RoA: 15
With a much more equal number of overall appears of each affix roll, it would make sense the amount of repeated rolls would be similar, but it seems much more often than it should to me personally as the previous experiment had 5/11/9/10 of the back to back rolls respectively for each affix.
And the feels really bad back to back to back rolls:
CSD: 5
MMD: 6
MMCS: 4
RoA: 6
Another set of numbers I personally can't quite wrap my head around because while it makes sense the numbers would be fairly equal because of the near equal distribution, the frequency going up as much as it does seems really high to me. The previous numbers for 3 consecutive appearances were 1/1/2/2 respectively.
And an instance I did not see in the previous test, the big middle finger back to back to back to back rolls:
MMD: 2
MMCS: 1
These I find these surprising because given the distribution is actually pretty close to a flat 25% each affix, the chance of hitting 4 in a row is actually about .3 of a percent.
More granular observation #1:
The number of times each affix didn't appear in a roll for an item(out of 100 item):
CSD: 19
MMD: 17
MMCS: 15
RoA: 14
This one is interesting and also a headscratcher as the numbers don't align with the number of appearances as you would expect the affixes that appear the least would have more instances of this situation, so logically it should be CSD, RoA, MMCS, and then MMD from most instances to least.
more granular observation #2:
The max number of rolls in a row where the an affix does not appear(out of 600 rolls):
CSD: 24
MMD: 21
MMCS: 16
RoA: 15
This one is also interesting because it reflects the previous observation almost exactly as it goes against what would normally be expected as something to correlate with the number of overall appearances.
Overall, the results are quite interesting since they're in a stark contrast to the last test. The numbers this time around seem to reflect an almost even weight to all affixes(at least based on number of appearances). Though with the more granular observations, there does appear to be some bias involved. However, that's speculation as there is a lot we don't know like if there is a pity system or other factors involved in rolling. If there is some other pattern or information I should be looking for, let me know and I'll go over it again. Also, this testing is a pain in the ass since I right before I started; I realized I needed 4200 veiled crystals for it. So, if I run it again, it'll be in a bit as the farming part was way more tedious than the recording of the information.

2024.06.02 06:25 taenerys Euthanized my cat this week and feeling a lot of self hatred over my overall decisions.

I had two cats 10M and 3F. They were cuddle buddies and loved each other. About 2 months about the male started losing weight and declining. He went through many tests and bloodwork and meds but ended up getting diagnosed with cancer on Tuesday and was put to sleep to end his suffering as he wasn’t himself. The entire time, my girl cat who is my entire heart and soul seemed so sad. She didn’t play with him anymore (it feels like she knew he didn’t feel good and didn’t want to bother him) and would cry at night for someone to play with as she would run around.
I’m feeling a lot of guilt and regret I didn’t spoil him in his last months. What if he had future symptoms and I didn’t register them as abnormal? I feel like I was in strong denial we would find something out and he would be fixed and healthy again. We would cuddle every night but I feel like I should’ve done more and spent more time focusing all my attention on him. He was such a sweet loving boy. I can barely eat and I’ve been throwing up I feel so sick for how it ended. When we brought him to the vet on Tuesday I feel like I got hit by a truck when the vet felt his abdomen and immediately said it’s not good and he thinks it’s rapidly spreading intestinal cancer. X-rays confirmed this. He was put to sleep with me and fiance in the room while he weakly laid there.
We stayed in the room for the process by his head petting and kissing him while he got injected with the anesthetic. I didn’t want him to look at what was going on and he kept his eyes on us the entire time. After the first injection, he started purring so loud. He hadn’t purred like this in weeks. I feel so guilty he was purring to comfort himself because he was scared or in pain but was too weak to vocalize or move.
We chose to do cremation. I’m scared they weren’t kind and gentle with his body. I’m personally so against cremation as it feels so cruel to do to a body even if they’ve passed. I’m scared he was just thrown into an incinerator and didn’t get the respect he deserves. My coworkers asked me if it was a solitary or mixed cremation. I didn’t even think about this. I don’t mind getting mixed ashes - it could be multiple animals whose owners chose not to keep their ashes and that’s so sad to me. But what if I get the ashes back and it’s barely his? How do I even know if it’s him? I want to ask the vet clinic but I’m so scared of the answer and how I’ll linger on it forever.
Then… I got two new outdoor kittens that were about to get trapped in storms happening and adopted them this week. I got one Monday and my male cat cuddled him and me the entire time before his appointment. After we euthanized him… we went back and got the other babies brother the same night so he wouldn’t be alone and scared and in the storms. It wasn’t to replace him - that was not our intention whatsoever. We just knew we could help this baby and it would be more comforting to the first kitten to have his brother.
They’re so sweet. But I feel so guilty my cat somehow feels replaced. But they could never be a replacement for him, they just needed help and we had the resources to do so. I feel like it looks really shitty of me to adopt so quickly and that it looks just forgetting my cat for some new babies. I know I shouldn’t care what people think and I would never judge someone else for helping out a cat after a loss.
My girl cat seems happy. She loves cuddling them when they’re calm during the day and plays with them at night which is her regular crazy hours. She sets her boundaries gently with them when they get a little wild and she’s not ready to play. But I feel so guilty and evil. They get lots of love but to be honest I can’t help but look at them and think that should’ve never happened with my male cat and he should be here. I applied to volunteer at my local shelter that needs help to help with their cats - they have a lot of senior and special needs cats I want to work with as they deserve love.
I’m really just rambling but I feel like I can’t talk to anyone about it without looking crazy. I’m in one on one therapy but it’s not until Tuesday and I feel weird going in and just dumping all my problems about cats. It feels so insignificant compared to issues people go through in life and we’ve been focusing on my OCD obsessions and rituals.
Am I a bad cat owner? Did I make too many wrong quick decisions?

2024.06.02 06:24 kileynjt "The only reason you can miss work is if you have a kid"

I'm in the middle of a really unpleasant situation at my job and wondering if anyone has any advice or words of encouragement.
The issues here started long before this but everything really kicked off last week when I was written up for being out for 2 shifts the week prior. I had strep throat and provided an excuse from my doctor, according to company policy. I have a very good attendance record. At first they claimed that no attendance policy existed and it was all up to discretion to which I printed and presented the company policy which is readily available via our Microsoft SharePoint. They had also cited me for 1 day which was approved PTO and another which I was able to prove that I worked. On-site HR refuses to speak to me about any of this and has been attempting to ignore it entirely, so last night I composed a lengthy email which contained all of my requests (that they ammend my attendance record to be accurate, provide me with a written ADA exemption for my disability, clarify attendance policy and expectations and explain to me why I'm being punished for the same actions others get away with on a constant basis) and sent it to our on-site HR, corporate HR and both supervisors present during my disciplinary meeting.
Today, when I arrived for my shift, I was demoted by my supervisor. When I asked why, I was told that it was due to my actions and that the only reason that exists to miss work without getting disciplinary action "is if you have a child". I do not have a child; I am in fact, infertile. I was under the impression that Family Status was a protected class in my state, but it seems it may only be in housing situations. My supervisor refused to elaborate in any way, stated to me that i "should've let this go", "just taken the write up and moved on". He stood up and left the room while I was speaking, effectively ending the meeting and refusing to engage any further.
I don't know how to handle this anymore. My supervisor was extremely hostile towards me during our meeting today. I work a night shift and do not see any upper management or office staff due to my start time. I've been documenting absolutely everything including recording the audio from all the meetings I have here (one party consent state) and I have 2 job interviews on Monday, but I don't know if there's more I can do or if i should even be as upset about this situation as I am. There are SO many details I've left out for sake of brevity. Any advice as to how to conduct myself beyond "document everything" and "follow policy to the letter" is welcomed.
Thanks for reading.

Am I a bad pet owner? Did I make too many wrong quick decisions?

2024.06.02 06:23 Grotu8 [TOMT] [Animated TV-Series] Looking for a English education animated show from my childhood.

So for context, i am from Norway and back when i was in i want to say 4th grade or 5th grade my English teacher used to put on these episodes of an animated show that would give us lessons in English, with there being a different theme for each episode. Themes could be something like Verbs or Nouns. This would have been back in 2010 or 2011, but i am fairly sure that the show that was being shown was older. I remember that we would follow these people who were travelling, and there would also be some sort of villains involved in the show trying to hunt them down but always failing in each episode. The episodes were between 10-20 minutes i think. I am fairly sure that the show started in a castle, and that the main characters for some reason had to escape and they did so by boats. I also think the final episode ended with the bad guys being taken prisoner in that castle from the first episode.
Feel free to ask if you have additional questions.

2024.06.02 06:22 23caleb Cat converter options?

Made some posts before some might have seen i bought a used 2010 g37 coupe about 3 weeks ago. I bought this as my first car and heard it was a good start to get into cars so i apologize if idk what im talking about. The check engine light had come on with a p2a00 code and they had suggested i replace the o2 sensor so i did that. Couple days letter the cel was back on. After driving with it for about a week I think i have a bad cat converter. I had noticed a gassy type of smell and my friend pointed out thats what it could be. Theres also a lag when accelerating. From my understanding theres 2 so i was wondering if i need to replace both even if 1 is bad or how that works. Also was wondering if there is any other options i should look at rather than oem? Appreciate any feedback

2024.06.02 06:18 shenanigans0127 Fitness apps that don't emphasize weight loss?

I've gone through the wiki but the only resources on the disordered eating page were for EDs, so I figured I'd ask here! As some background, I'm disabled & overweight, and I've spent the last few years working on self acceptance, body neutrality, all that jazz.
All of the apps I've tried have either had weight loss baked into goal setting (walk X steps a day to lose Y weight in Z amount of time) or not had any goal tracking or way of looking through my history and progress. I just want to be able to count my steps and track workouts and be able to set goals within the program without those goals all focusing on weight and size. I'm okay with seeing calories used, but if it's connected to weight loss I'll slip into obsessive calorie counting.
I'd love some suggestions from any of you who have struggled with the same thing! I've been avoiding MFP but it's starting to look like that might be my best option.

2024.06.02 06:16 Ok_End_20 Major XBOX/Microsoft Confusion

I want to throw my XBOX series X, (at times) my XBOX series S, and my new Victus gaming PC out the window. Over the last month or two, I've been having every issue under the sun trying to do basic things, and I'm string to wonder if I'm cursed, going crazy, or just am the biggest newb in history.
My gaming life was going fine until my brother in law gave me a series X XBOX, which I was stoked to accept as I know it's far more capable that the series S I bought way back in 2016ish. I booted it up and played CODMW3 for a few weeks with no problems, then one day I starting having issues. First, the game would freeze and boot me back to the home screen and say something along the lines of "there's a problem with your saved games. To play, you'll need to delete and sync them again. To do this..." yada yada yada. So, I followed the instructions, reset the XBOX, started playing COD, and a few minutes later, it does the same thing. I tolerated this problem for a few days and spent hours troubleshooting it. Upon doing so, and attempting to play other games, I would get various other errors like: "Sys_ Error Disc read error" and "Something went wrong - 0x87e30064" and another code saying something went wrong "0x800705b4". After more hours of troubleshooting and frustration, I decided to factory reset the XBOX, feeling sure that would fix the problem. Nope.
Finaly, I thought perhaps something may be wrong with my XBOX profile(s). I remembered booting up the new XBOX and trying to log in, realizing that I hadn't need to log into my XBOX profile for years, nor did I have the information saved somewhere. I also didn't have access to the old email attached to my profile. I ended up making a new one to see what I could make of it, and after some time (and lots more frustration, learning, and troubleshooting) I deleted my second profile that caused some confusion, and also found that my "XBOX profile" and my "XBOX store" logins we're different, and I ended up finding a way to sync the two. This still didn't solve the problems with the series X.
I decided to buy a gaming PC to replace the useless big black brick (series X), plus I needed a new laptop for work. I downloaded the app, logged in, downloaded Destiny 2, started playing and was super happy with how the game looked and ran. However, one of the games I was really looking forward to play on the PC was PUBG. When I went to browse my library associated with my profile, I found that only a few we're showing up. I tried looking everywhere and playing the with filters to view my library, but no luck. After all, I'm pretty sure this is how I played Destiny 2; by scrolling through my library and thinking "oh, haven't played that in a while." But now, poof, it's gone. I can't seem to view my library on my profile, even after tons of troubleshooting including deleting and reinstalling the XBOX app, resetting my PC, and logging out of the XBOX profile. I can't seem to download PUBG even though there's two ways to do this. Through the XBOX app, or through the XBOX store. PUBG does not show up for me in either, even if I type Player Unknown Battlegrounds. If there's a God, he absolutely DOES NOT want me to use that series X, or play PUBG.
Sorry for the novel, but If anyone has any advice, please share. 🙏

2024.06.02 06:13 BYUCLA For Homey Pro users, are there concerns with limited device compatibility? HomeKit compatibility? Should I buy it?

I’m new to smart homes and am about to get started with everything. I’ve already decided I will be using HomeKit and also that I will not be starting off with Home Assistant - I want the flexibility to do fun and useful automations but not sure I want to invest as much time and effort as Home Assistant would require. So I need a hub to connect my x-wave, etc devices to HomeKit.
Homey Pro’s flows appeals to me as a great way to do automations, but I have read some concerns about some devices in the USA either not being compatible or that the many uncertified “apps” are not supported all that well or have limited functions with certain devices. How real are these concerns? Will I have significantly greater device selection or functionality with a different hub?
If I choose not to go with Homey Pro (or Home Assistant) what are my best options? Homebridge? Something else?

800w Alternator Charger Connection Issue
I’ve followed the directions to the T. Kinda bummed, maybe a faulty cable from alternator to the Delta 2 Max?
