26 yr old, AFAB, uses nicotine vape (3yrs), Diagnosed with Hashimotos and RA, 170lbs Meds: Wellbutrin, Rexulti, Levothyroxine
For a while now, maybe a little over a year, I’ve noticed a bit of a bump on the side of my nose (outside of nostril). When I investigated recently, I realized there’s a dome shape to it, where the apex is on the outside and it creates an outward crater on the inside. I’ve also noticed there’s now multiple smaller ones, they’re QUITE small but seem to be getting larger. I don’t have any sort of coloration on the outside, can’t see the inside. Within the last two weeks, I’ve developed the same thing on the roof of my mouth, right between the hard and soft palate. It’s towards the same side that the ones on my nose are (the left). Initially the one in my mouth was a bump, but it’s also turning into a concave shape.
I plan on seeing my doctor when I can, I’m currently without transport and she’s an hour away, so I’m just seeking some insight, kinda panicking about it because I can’t really find anything on google that fits what’s going on. I have been having weird symptoms in general lately (ofc my biggest fear is cancer) but I can’t tell if something is going on or if it’s just a worsening of my other symptoms (extreme chronic pain in joints and muscles & fatigue,as well as on and off breathing issues (which seems to be fatigue related) where I just can’t get a deep breath. Just adding extra context.

I am 17 years old. I have struggled with ocd all my life and just recently got diagnosed a few months back and have been on many pills trying to help. I have also been very sick off and on since middle school. Missing a lot of school. I’ve had bad stomach pain. I had my appendix taken out in 6th grade. I Have taken every tes and screening under the sun. And recently had my gallbladder removed. My Gi Doctor recently moved me onto a cardiologist because he believes that all my Gi problems are gone and that I may have POTS. On top of all my stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting from my gallbladder I have been having sinking spells. I’ve been very fatigued and tired. Not able to do much physical labor becoming very hot and sweaty. My vision going black and getting close to passing out. I was sent to the cardiologist and he basically just said he doesn’t know for sure if I have POTS but I fall under the spectrum and to try and up my salt intake by double the average and get more excerise. Which really sucked because I haven’t been able to function like a normal human being the last few months. Missing work. But I understand there’s not much you can do for pots besides just lifestyle changes so it will take time. So I just said ok and have been doing all the things he asked of me. But recently I’ve noticed it’s just getting worse and I’m having other symptoms. I’m still having all my stomach pain and nausea from eating. My fatigue very bad. But I’ve also started to have lots of night sweats which isn’t normal for me. And itchy skin. Especially when laying in bed. I washed my sheets thinking maybe it had just been too long (don’t judge I’ve been sick!) but all the symptoms are still there. And just yesterday I noticed a lump in my armpit. Now. With all this. It’s all symptoms of lymphoma. But. Sadly in the past due to my ocd I’m terrified of cancer. I convince myself I have it all of the time. In the past I’ve cried myself to sleep every night thinking that was my last and I was dying of cancer. My parents have went and got my blood drawn and had screenings to make me feel better. They always come out perfectly fine. So even though I’m showing symptoms they don’t really care and don’t want to do any tests. My mom has grown really frustrated with me. And yelled at me today when I told her about how nervous I am. I tried to explain to her that I understand how annoying it is and that it’s not rational. I told her to picture how annoying it was for me. Being so scared and panicked and being genuinely terrified but when I express it to my parents they laugh and make fun of me or yell. I understand how annoying it must be. I get why she yells. But it’s making it worse. I feel like I’m not being heard. I started to think harder about if I’m just having an episode or if this is a genuine concern. A month ago when my gallbladder was removed they also drew my blood. I figure they would find something then and that I’m ok. But then I remember how so many doctors told me I was ok for years to actually find out that I had a genuine problem and my gallbladder wasn’t functioning. Doctors don’t really make me feel heard. They’ve told me my pain is all in my head and it’s just anxiety before. So I think I’m just not the most trusting of doctors. But. I’ve had a cat scan on my stomach recently for my surgery nothing suspicious. And blood work with no suspicious things. So I’m probably just freaking out for no reason. But the symptoms and how they’re worsening just really scares me. I’m just scared that I may have become the girl who cried wolf by my past freak outs. And something is actually wrong. I don’t really want to ask my mom again because I don’t want to get yelled at. Any thoughts or advice would be so helpful. If you think I’m just crazy or maybe something is happening:)
There is a reasonable explanation for a few of my recent symptoms. The swollen lymph node in my armpit. I recently put in all of my ear piercings after not having them in for 8 months. It was a bit of a struggle and the lump showed up right after. So it could be as simple as that. Also. I live in Texas and summer is here. So the night sweats could just be because it’s getting hotter. But I’ve never really sweat that much before but I’m 17 and on hormonal birth control so my hormones are a bit all over the place so it could just be that. My itchy skin I’m really not sure. It could just be anxiety symptom. I’ve been having very bad nightmares the last few months and they make me too anxious to go to sleep. It feels like bugs are crawling all over me right before I’m about to fall asleep and it wakes me up. All those symptoms could definitely be explained. All my stomach problems nausea and puking is obviously due to my gallbladder surgery. It’s not going to get better over night. It’s been a month and a half since. And I probably just need to keep recovering. I’ve been following a low fat diet. And my fatigue is probably just the POTS. I haven’t been on the double salt and double excersise for longer than a week. So I think I maybe just need to give it some time. Thinking as rationally as I can. All of these things make sense. But I am still not able to stop obsessing over the thoughts. I’m scared. I just wish I had someone that understood. I recently had to drop my therapist due to opening up about my intrusive thoughts and her making me feel judged. I don’t think it was her intention but I’ve asked her about it and tried to get over it but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth and I can’t move on. So I’m looking for someone else to try and help me through my ocd and anxiety. I think I wish my parents didn’t laugh when I tell them how scared I am. I have massive panic attacks and cry myself to sleep mostly everyday. And I get it’s funny that I roll out of my room in the morning deciding I have cancer. But it’s genuinely scary for me. And I wish that maybe my mom didn’t yell at me for it. I get how frustrating it is. How annoying it could be. But I need to depend on her. That doesn’t mean I think she should take me right up to the er and get testings done every time I think I’m dying of cancer or something else terminal. Because that’s just enabling my unhealthy behavior. I understand that. I think I wish she talked me through it. Or talked me down from my high. Yelling and laughing makes it worse. My parents have told me if I keep stressing it I’m gonna manifest it into reality and actually get cancer. And I get that it’s just a silly joke. But later when my brain is spiraling I actually convince myself that will happen. Whatever I’m definitely fine. The doctors have done everything under the sun for me. I just need to get over myself. But who knows I could have lymphoma and I’m not nuts. But I think I’d definitely rather just be nuts.

I've been working on this story for... 3 months? 4? who knows, with my ability to keep track of time I could have started this yesterday, anyway, this is a story that has sci-fi elements, and some fantasy, although the fantasy stuff is mainly dragons so lets say adventure for now, (cause I don't know shit about genres, I just wrote the story) , Keep in mind, this has been written in free time, of which I don't have a lot, so if you don't like the story it is probably my fault, here is a look at:

Dragons wing

I slowly drift from my sleep and think to myself, ow, why is everything warm? I check the thermostat and see that it is at a temperature as cool as Canada and when I turn back to go back to bed so that I can sleep in, I see that my stuff has been knocked over? Oh sorry, where are my manners? I'm James O’Maley, I put everything back into place, and lay down on my bed but nothing is comfortable! I just decide, you know what, whatever, I’m just gonna get ready for work, and with that i get dressed, everything feels harder to put on, but it really hits me when I go to brush my teeth, when I looked into the mirror, I saw that their were, wings on my back, and a tail, growing out my butt like a lizard, I obviously spend several minutes having an existential crisis about this shocking revelation, and I decide to look at what these wings can do, I open a window, crawl out, with some difficulty and some slamming the window on my tail. I go to the edge of the fire escape railing, hop on, and jump, and I flew, higher and higher, until i nearly flew into a mountain but that's when I suddenly breathed fire, from my mouth, and bore a hole straight through the cliffside, I could spend all day flying, breathing fire, and fiddling with my tail, but I began to feel as tired as if I’d just gotten back from lifting weights with tigers, I landed on a cliffside and fell asleep. When I woke up I wasn’t on the cliffside anymore, there were monitors and scientists all around me. I tried to show some sign that I was awake, but I was chained up! I spent several moments struggling to get free, I must be free, I am not something they can chain down! I struggle, I roar, I attempt to move my head enough to burn the surrounding area, but I can’t, until someone finally talks to me,
“Hello there, James, please forgive us for our caution, but with your kind we can never be too careful.” I can see the scientist, I read his name tag, Dr. Crane William, I roar out
“My kind!? Get me out of these chains!” I breathe fire, claw, kick and swing my tail, trying to free myself, until I see two other people watching, one with weird whiskers, a long tail and a smug look on his face, and the other with a similar appearance to me but her wings are her arms. The next few days go by, until the two finally decide to talk to me, and in those days, My face becomes a snout like a komodo dragon’s, the one with the whiskers opens his mouth first and I already hate him
“Would you look at that, he’s even uglier up close!” I glare at him with absolute hatred, that seems to anger him more,
“What are you mute or something? Speak before I tear you apart!” he takes one step closer and that's all I need, I Bite his shoulder and use his head to break the chains on my right arm, I continue to break the rest of them with ease, and tell whiskers
“You want to fight? Let’s fight!” I leap on top of him, clawing at his face, he tries to slash me with a blade on his tail but I grab it and stab the wall with it, until I feel a burning sensation in my veins, The girl had bitten me! She looks at me with sadness,
“Sorry about this,” I look at her and drift into unconsciousness, when I wake up next I’m in some kind of, medical wing, ha, wing, as I look around I feel that my mouth is bound shut, but other than that, I can move my body, I get up off the gurney and just when I think it looks nice, whiskers shows his face,
“Well thanks a lot freak, now I’m on probation with Dr. Crane.” I motion to my mouth and he seems to have enough brain cells to understand what I mean
“Ha! You got the boot, Lily had that on her when she wouldn’t stop biting staff, I’m Ryan Mist.” I just walk away and try getting this muzzle off, That's when Crane walks in,
“Well, I must say it has been a while since we’ve had to use the boot, Ryan, your behavior was unacceptable!” I can tell that Crane is annoyed, and right as he finishes his sentence, click, the boot falls off my face and clatters to the ground. I don’t bother trying to fight Ryan again, I’m just happy to be able to talk!
“Well that’s a lot better, now, talk, I want answers.” I growl, Crane and Ryan seem surprised that I got the boot off but they talk, turns out, I’m what’s called a dragonkin a Human who has dragon genes in their genome, Lily and Ryan are also dragonkin, although they can’t breath fire, Lily has fangs and a venomous bite, turns out she’s the girl that bit me, and Ryan just looks weird, apparently we are the only dragonkin who evaded the organization that Crane works for, Called ‘Kadmus,’ into adulthood, Lily being found at 22, ryan at 20, and me at 24, on top of that, we are the only dragonkin who have survived that long, it’s at that moment that I notice Lily looking at us from behind some glass, I decide that I’ve heard enough and open the door, and I leave the room.
As I leave the room I can tell that Lily was not expecting me from the look on her face, I start a conversation with her, trying desperately to be friendly and not notice all the scientists glancing at me nervously.
“Hey, Lily, Right?” I say in the friendliest tone I can, “I’m James.” Lily looks at me with a calculating look before answering
“Hello, yeah my name is Lily, Lily Megan.” she clearly is wary of me, but I can tell a few things about her, making herself look small, clearly smarter than she lets on, seems shy,
“How did you get it off?” Lily breaks into my train of thought with the question,
“What?” I ask her, confused,
“The Boot, how did you get it off?” She gestures to the room where Crane and Ryan were having an argument, but more specifically to The Boot, laying on the ground
“Oh that? I once took a lockpicking class when I was younger.” I explain
“Huh, you mind teaching me that sometime?” She catches me off guard with that one, I can tell that she is being genuine so I agree, And we begin working out what time works best.

The next few weeks go by in a flash, but I’ll summarize it for you, I ended up getting my own room like Ryan and Lily, I start teaching Lily how to pick locks, and we end up having a few game nights where we played games like charades, poker, even monopoly, lets just say that we will never play monopoly again. However, the most important thing of all, we ended up finding another dragonkin! We aren’t sure what dragon ancestor he has, but we think he’s another eastern long tail, like Ryan, the new guy’s name is Dillian, He’s great, absolute goofball, he’s from Australia, and according to him, his family has never been anywhere but the land down under, weird, but the guy’s like a little brother to me, so it’s cool, and that catches you up. “Hey Dillian!” I lean my head into his room, “Wanna come hang out with the rest of us? It’s movie night!” Dillian just looks at me, unreadable, 

“Okay, your loss.” I try to hide how unnerving that look felt, but something doesn’t feel right. I go back to the lounge, where Ryan, Lily, and Crane are all waiting for me,
“Sorry guys, Dillian, isn’t up for it.” Lily looks at me disappointed,
“Aw man, and we're even watching Dune!” I just look at her with a sad look, but Ryan manages to lift the mood a little bit,
“Last time we let Crane pick the movie!” Crane just glares at Ryan, I can tell he’s about to lecture him so I just start the movie, around one hour in, boom, everything is blurry, and there is dust swirling, everything hurts. I see Lily and Ryan helping evacuate the scientists, I don’t see Crane anywhere! But that's when I see it, Cranes lab coat, soaked red and underneath a piece of rubble, I try to run towards it, but I can't stay on my legs, I call out,
“CRANE!” My friends hear me, they rush towards me and they see the lab coat, Lily tears up, Ryan is too stunned to speak, then we hear it, we hear him. Dillian, he’s laughing, laughing at the lab coat, laughing at us, My head snaps toward him, I feel the rage burning, my wings flare out, fire rises in my throat, I grab Dillian by the collar, and I roar,
“Do you think this is funny?!” Dillian just keeps laughing, “Crane is deadI!” Dillian looks at me, and he finally stops laughing, he pushes me off and spikes erupt from his skin, his tail wraps around my throat, and he growls,
“Don’t touch me you cretin, my ancestors were nearly wiped out by yours, I’m just returning the favor.” I look at him confused, Ryan seems to have been just as confused as me because he asked,
“What do you mean? The Eastern long tails have never had an issue with the Flying flame drakes.” Dillian just flicked his wrist and one of the spines shot out and nearly sliced Ryan’s head off!
“Do not compare the Wyrms to those foolish sky beasts! They have ruled the land for centuries!” Dillian roars, at this point I finally manage to choke out,
“Wyrm? Like the dragon inside the mountain Wyrm?” I struggle against his tail, I finally get a claw hooked under it and pull, it takes all of my strength to get my head loose and retreat, and then I see Dillian fully for the first time, pale skin covered in red spines and a long tail that could probably crush a normal humans windpipe, if I wasn’t a dragonkin I’d be dead.
“So, you do have a brain. Indeed, my ancestors were the Wyrms, Masters of the land, and the only dragons to be nearly forgotten by time, if it weren’t for the colony under Australia, I would not be a dragonkin.” Dillian snorts, and after saying his piece he leaped up, dived down, and bore through the earth, I try to go after him, but Lily holds me back,
“James you're hurt, and you would not stand a chance against him in your current state!” I hate to admit it, but it’s true, I would not stand a chance against Dillian, oh man, my leg hurts, I look at my left leg and I see that it has a shard of metal sticking out of it, and then everything feels heavy, I hear Lily yell out my name, but she sounds so far away, I don’t try and fight it, I just let the darkness envelope me, at least in the dark I can’t hurt, when I wake up I’m in the medical wing ha, it’s still funny, I have a bandage around my leg and then it all rushes back to me, Crane’s lab coat, Dillian laughing, the rage, everything, replaying over and over in my mind, I immediately try and stand up and I find a lot of difficulty in that, but I manage to stumble off the bed, I avoid putting weight on my leg, and I use my wings when necessary,
‘Well it’s about time you woke up, and here I was thinking that we had wasted time and resources.” I spin around to see a lady in a suit and glasses looking at me with a look of disdain,
“Hello, I am Dr. Leanne Vern, but you can call me Leanne. I am your new head researcher, I hope you are ready for your next few tests, Dr. Crane wasted a lot of time ‘bonding’ with you.” It’s right as she finishes that sentence when I feel the urge to make it her last, I feel rage burning under my skin and I glare at her with every last ounce of anger possible,
“What.” Either she didn’t get the memo or she is just a jerk, because she did not care, but either way I continued,
“Do you think that now is a good time to either ridicule Crane, or tell me that you need to run tests on me? I am not your lab rat” I grab her collar “I am not something you just get to boss around, If you say something like that again I will send you straight to the underworld where you belong.” I shove her back and go look for Lily and Ryan, I find them in the cafeteria, I get some food and sit down across from them,
“Mind if I sit here?” It clearly lightened the mood, but not even Ryan found the humor to reply, but we started to talk turns out I had been knocked out for two weeks, when I asked about Dillian Ryan tensed up, he explained to me that Dillian goes by ‘Death Wyrm’ now, he’s spent the last two weeks tormenting the city, and eventually I brought up Leanne,
“That Dr. Leanne is a jerk though, when I got out of the medical wing she just introduced herself, told me that she would run some tests and insulted Crane.” Lily seemed to agree because she replied,
“Yeah the first day she got here she told me I was ugly, and had me escorted into the testing chamber and forced me to fly for as long as I could or else I would get shocked.” Upon hearing this I feel rage flare up inside me, I flare out my wings and fly straight towards Leanne's office,
“You threatened Lily with being shocked?! What is wrong with you?” Leanne just looked at me stone faced and told me,
“You dragonkin are nothing but freaks that look interesting, you should not be treated like humans, you are tools.” I just stand there, shocked until the dam just breaks, I roared, I grabbed her by the collar and I slash her face with a claw,
“Tools? TOOLS?! The only tool in here is you! First you insult Crane, someone who died only two weeks ago! Then I learned you threatened one of my friends with a shock if they stopped playing your sick little game!” I feel the fire rise in my throat, I open my mouth, but then I see the look in her eyes, fear, absolute, paralyzing fear, I hesitate, and think to myself, oh my god, what am I doing? I release Leanne and walk out of the room, as I’m leaving I hear Leanne bellow from behind me,
“Where do you think you’re going?” I glare back, I don’t need to answer her, but because I know she will hurt my friends if I don’t I tell her what I’m doing, I explain.
“I’m going after Dillian, don’t try to stop me.” I can tell that Leanne is angry, I can feel her eyes shooting daggers at me, she clearly disagrees with me,
“Oh no you don’t, listen to me you bloated gecko, we did not spend millions tracking you down for you to play superhero!” I just walk away from her and go to the cafeteria to tell Lily and Ryan, they of course freak out at me, saying that I should not go after Dillian, that he’d kill me, and that I should stay here, but I look at them with all of the emotion in the world, I tell them
“Look, I know that Dillian would probably kill me, but I at least might tire him out enough for the police or military to stop him, but it’s more than that, I can’t let him hurt innocent people.” Lily and Ryan look at me, Lily hugs me, and tells me,
“Don’t you dare die or I will kill you.” I look at her, And I say to Ryan,
“I hope she’s joking.” Ryan looks at me and punches my arm,
“You are a good friend man, I hope you live through this.” I look at Ryan and Lily, knowing that this might be the last time I see them, I hug them both, and I flare out my wings and I fly off.

As I sped off towards Dillian, no, Death Wyrm, he stopped being Dillian when he killed Dr. Crane, one thought was going through my mind, am I going to survive this? It doesn’t really matter, as long as Death Wyrm gets what he deserves, when I arrive in the city I look around from above first, I decide to stop by my old apartment, I remember when My dad helped me find this place before he died, it has looked weird since I had my stuff moved into my room at the Kadmus site, I decide to sit down on the floor, when all of a sudden I hear a click and a secret safe opens from the wall. Inside I find a video message to me from my dad, along with an envelope, with the words for when I’m gone written on it, I look through the envelope and I find an old Kadmus keycard for my dad, so that's what his work was, I knew he was secretive but damn, A few other papers that talk about dragons, turns out, Kadmus had been looking into the dragons for years, although these papers are odd, as if my dad had prior knowledge of the dragons. The ball drops when I play the video message it says, 

>Hello, James, if you are watching this then I’m probably dead. In the envelope that you have found alongside this message, there is also my old keycard, it will give you full access to any Kadmus site. Along with my personal notes on the Flying flame drakes, the Eastern long tails, the Wyverns, and some vague knowledge of a supposed fourth dragon species, including some vague diet, and possible weaknesses, but if you’ve already read them, then that means you have seen that the Flying flame drake notes are more definitive, that’s because I am also a dragonkin, I only inherited physical strength from our ancestors, but I have a feeling you will have more characteristics, but I am saying this because you need to know the history behind our ancestors, and the rest.<
I look at the message and wait for it to continue, until a small piece of paper slips out of the metal box that is the message, when I open it I find out that in the beginning of the dragons, there were supposedly four species, the Flying flame drakes, the Eastern long tails, the Wyverns, and the Wyrms, until the Wyrms struck out, they had felt as though due to there inability to fly, that the other dragons thought less of them, the dragons were forced to lock away the Wyrms deep beneath what would one day be called Australia, and then man arose, and along with them the first dragonkin, Tiamat, a Flying flame dragonkin, as my dad called him, but the humans lived in fear of the dragons, eventually driving them to the bleeding cut edge of extinction using their advancing technology, eventually humans all but forgot about dragons, reducing them to myth or fairy tales. That was more or less all that was written, I committed all of this knowledge to memory, and then I heard a loud boom and some maniacal Dr. Doom esc laughing, I peer out of the window to see Death Wyrm, tormenting people, I leap out of the window and into the air, getting a good angle before dive bombing Death Wyrm, breathing fire on him and slashing him with my claws,
“Hey Dillian, did you miss me?” I laugh, I tried to pull a Ryan and joke myself into feeling confident, and it kinda helped, Death Wyrm roars out in rage,
“Why didn’t you stay out of my way?” He whips his tail up, shooting spines out at me, although thanks to my practice I manage to dodge them, I decide to not make a joke and just stay quiet for now, I remember something a security guard once told me, if the enemy is in range so are you, don’t just talk, actually attack, I know that I am in range for a fireblast but Dillian doesn’t know that, I shout out,
“Those spines must really hurt, but not as much as my claws!” I suddenly make a sharp turn and get in close with my talons, I first duck beneath Death Wyrms hook, and slash at his stomach, I then dodge a spine shot, and quickly follow up and through with a tail whip, knocking him off balance, then quickly blast fire right at his feet, but I didn’t see that Death Wyrms tail had grabbed my leg before it had already thrown me two blocks away, I was getting up when I felt a Burning pain in my arm, when I looked to see, it was one of Death Wyrms spines, It had only penetrated the outermost muscle tissue, I would heal in a few weeks but that doesn’t mean it didn’t hurt like hades, I rip the spine out and breath fire on the wound in order to cauterize it, when I suddenly feel Death Wyrms tail around my throat, choking me, and I am all of a sudden pinned to a wall, with my mouth bound shut, great it’s the boot all over again, I see Death Wyrm, he’s grabbing the spine I ripped out, he walks towards me, and he gives me a small speech,
“You know James, if you weren’t so noble I’d actually have let you join me, I never wanted to kill you, but you leave me no choice.” He lifts the spike up, when all of a sudden he is blasted back seemingly by a freakishly strong gust of wind, wait, that's a thermal updraft, I turn to see the best sight I could have seen, Ryan and Lily! Ryan opens his mouth first and I couldn’t be more thankful for his humor,
“Nobody treats James like that but me!” He then flies into battle riding on a thermal, while Lily freed me, she slices through the binding on my mouth and I immediately ask,
“What are you guys doing here?” Lily opens her mouth to answer but Ryan cuts in with being thrown into a wall
“Me and Lily are saving you, idiot, speaking of which a little help here?” Me and Lilly help Ryan up and we all get ready for a fight, but before we can charge in, Lily hands me a headmic,
“Here put this on,” I do as she says and suddenly Leanne's voice buzzes in through the speaker,
“Well it’s about time,” I am just happy to have some help with knowing my surroundings,
“Whatever happened to ‘we didn’t spend millions tracking you for you to play superhero?’” If Leanne heard me she didn’t answer, I just started to run towards Death Wyrm, before I took off alongside Lily and Ryan, I felt a familiar rage build up in my veins, I allow the rage to drive me forward, I feel the heat, the fire, rushing to every vein in my body, building along with all of the rage in my life, I gather my thoughts, a raging body is good for combat but a raging mind is bad for victory, when this feeling washes over me, I finally feel calm, I feel at peace, I never want this feeling to end, I open my snout, and unleash a twisting, flowing, blooming tunnel of flames,wounding Death Wyrm and distracting him long enough for Ryan to swing in with a bladed tail to his back, followed by Lily, biting into Death wyrms tail, as Death Wyrm roars I dive in and I do something unexpected, I talk to him,
“Dillian, I thought of you as a little brother, but you killed someone I cared about, I am sorry but, we need to take you in.” Death Wyrm roars, he writhes, up until Lily’s venom takes hold and he falls to the ground, defeated, a news reporter had been, well reporting, nearby and walked up to me, and asked me for an interview,
“Under normal circumstances I would agree, but not right now.” I wave as I signal to Ryan, it takes an embarrassingly long time for him to get the hint that I want him to create a thermal under Death Wyrm in order to transport him, but he follows my lead, and before we know it, we are flying toward the Kadmus site, but as we fly, I yell behind me,
“Hey, go ahead, I’ll… I’ll catch up.” Lily looks at me while Ryan just zooms ahead, no questions asked,
“Okay what are you doing?” I just look at her, feeling conflicted about telling her about my dad, for all I know this could get me in trouble, or worse, I make a split second decision,
“I… I think I saw something.” surprisingly it works, I swoop back towards the city and back to my old apartment and I grab the message from my dad, his keycard and the papers, I then fly off with them clenched between my arms and my body, I then fly into the Kadmus site, and discreetly go to my room, in order to hide them, I then get out of the site, and fly back into it acting like nothing happened, and to my surprise, there was a celebration waiting for me, there was cake, and wine, and even a nice Irish whiskey, eventually I asked about Death Wyrm, and turns out he was placed in a secure facility, deep under the site, and that anyone with high enough clearance could go down there, I decide that that is probably for the best.
After the celebration, I go into my room, and pull out the message, I look over it, Dad was a big fan of puzzles, so maybe this message is a puzzle? After several minutes fiddling with it, the message began to whir, and it then showed a place for a fingerprint, gotcha, I placed my thumb on the finger print and it pricked me, like I was getting my blood drawn. After that a key fell out of the message box, and a keyhole on the side, I of course used the key, which then played a different message,

“It’s from my dad, he apparently worked at Kadmus and was friends with Crane.” The fact that my dad both worked ant Kadmus and was friends with crane seem to shock her, what’s really shocking though is what she asks next,

“Was your dad by chance Shane O’Maley?” I look at her, confused, “He was, why?” Leanne immediately seems to get shell shock, as she starts to geek out, “James your father was pretty much science royalty, I would have done anything to speak to him, oh my god I insulted the dead friend of Shane O’Maley, and of his son!” I feel angry that she brought that up again, but now feels like I can get something good out of this, “Ok I’ll make you a deal, if you only do tests with me and the other dragonkin willing to do so, and make sure not to do things like threatening to shock us if we don’t do what you want, I’ll tell you stories about my dad, deal?” It was almost impressive how quickly she answered, 

“Deal! Shock threats, exhaustion tests, and anything else like that is gone!” I am really happy that I can do stuff like that. That is the best ability ever.*1

some backstory before I get into what actually happened: my friend (22F) has been dating her partner (24M) on and off since high school. they have always been quite toxic but neither of them had physically cheated (as far as any of our friends were aware of). there has been “emotional” cheating on his side before but my friend always went back to him (which i do understand trauma bonds so I can’t completely blame her for that)
fast forward to last weekend. I was out at a bar for another friends birthday (doesn’t know my friend in question). i’ll call the friend who’s birthday it was Ella and the friend the post is about Sarah.
Ella’s sister ended up getting picked up early that night by… Sarah’s boyfriend….. when he came into the bar to get Ella’s sister he went full white and pleaded with me not to tell Sarah as he had told Sarah he was away for the weekend for work. Pretty much found out he had been sleeping with Ella’s sister for a few months now (as she was not sober one bit and let it all out)
Ella nor her sister know Sarah well and have never seen what her boyfriend looked like. Obviously I called Sarah straight away as soon as Ella’s sister went home with him. Sarah was crying and accusing me of lying and making up a story to get her to leave her boyfriend.
The story ends with Sarah rocking up to her boyfriend’s house, seeing Ella’s sister in bed with her boyfriend, leaving and blocking me on all social media/ my number. Sarah seriously thinks I somehow got Ella’s sister to sleep with her boyfriend. I’m not really sure if she actually believes that or if her boyfriend had convinced her of that.
I have tried to reach out to Sarah but nothing until today. Sarah called me on No Caller ID to thank me for ruining her relationship and her life all because I couldn’t keep my mouth shut and listen to her boyfriend who was only trying to protect her feelings. Apparently her boyfriend wasn’t cheating but now doesn’t trust Sarah as she showed up to her house.
I fear she is most likely in an abusive relationship (which I guess she is now out of because he wants nothing to do with Sarah since she caught him with Ella’s sister) but I can’t help but feel guilty for all of this, and the fact I lost a long time friend over what I thought was the right thing to do.
Is there anything I should say to Sarah, or do I just cut my losses and take it as a lesson for next time not to get involved in other people’s relationships?

Can we start a dating page on here for people with HS or something? I literally don’t know what else to do but I also don’t think I need to explain this feeling to anyone on here. I’m sure you’ll all understand, and especially those of you who, like me, suffer with really bad HS. What the hell do I do as a young woman entering their mid-late 20s now? I was with one partner for my entire adult life who also had HS. Mine went from being mild/moderate to getting progressively worse & worse while his stayed about the same. We’ve been broken up for some time now - don’t want to give too much identifying information - but he has a new relationship now and I’m sincerely struggling to cope with this. I’ve been distraught thinking about the fact that we might never reconnect in the future if things get serious with them and that now I’ll either be alone, or I’ll have to show this side of me to someone new. Frankly I don’t know which option is more terrifying.
I know some of you on here are super confident and don’t mind being intimate with people despite having HS, but I just do not have that in me. I physically cannot bring myself to try and date anyone else because I don’t want anyone else to know my body. I know good guys exist but I don’t care how good of a person someone is - no one who didn’t have this disease would look at my body and think I was sexy anymore or want to sleep with me. Doesn’t matter if I had the worlds best personality, prettiest face, or bangin body. Doesn’t matter if I had all the money in the world. Having these boils all over your most intimate areas is gross. They hurt and they smell, they just aren’t fking cute and keep getting worse. I hate my own body and wish I was somebody else every single day, so why the hell would anyone else love that if I don’t even feel that way about myself? I can’t even sit here and say that I wouldn’t hate if the roles were reversed. I’d understand if people hated me and rejected me because if I’m being so real I’d probably run for the hills too if I didn’t have HS and met someone who did. I fkin hate myself because of this disease.
I’m not perfect and definitely have my issues, but know I’m a good person who deserves love and to have a family, so it sucks. Just being a good person unfortunately doesn’t cut it these days, if it arguably ever did. It especially isn’t gonna cut it with something like HS, and that’s worse if the other person doesn’t also have it. I just feel like I would be on top of the world if I didn’t have this disease and it’s slowly rotting me from the inside out having to pretend like I am a normal person every day when I am in agony every second. I’ve been robbed of my youth and of experiences. I know I’m not a 10/10, but I’m objectively pretty f-ing cute and am for the most part content with the way I look too, apart from what’s hidden underneath my clothes. Might not have been valedictorian, but I’m highly educated and just finished my graduate/doctorate program. I’m just entering my career, am going to be making good money, and will have stability in my life in many ways other than just financially. I have a roof over my head and I still have most of my family around. I have pets and so many amazing friends who care about me around me, so I really have so much to be thankful for. It’s all overshadowed by this monster of a disease. This should be the most exciting time of my life and it’s been robbed from me entierly.

I am 17 years old. I have struggled with ocd all my life and just recently got diagnosed a few months back and have been on many pills trying to help. I have also been very sick off and on since middle school. Missing a lot of school. I’ve had bad stomach pain. I had my appendix taken out in 6th grade. I Have taken every tes and screening under the sun. And recently had my gallbladder removed. My Gi Doctor recently moved me onto a cardiologist because he believes that all my Gi problems are gone and that I may have POTS. On top of all my stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting from my gallbladder I have been having sinking spells. I’ve been very fatigued and tired. Not able to do much physical labor becoming very hot and sweaty. My vision going black and getting close to passing out. I was sent to the cardiologist and he basically just said he doesn’t know for sure if I have POTS but I fall under the spectrum and to try and up my salt intake by double the average and get more excerise. Which really sucked because I haven’t been able to function like a normal human being the last few months. Missing work. But I understand there’s not much you can do for pots besides just lifestyle changes so it will take time. So I just said ok and have been doing all the things he asked of me. But recently I’ve noticed it’s just getting worse and I’m having other symptoms. I’m still having all my stomach pain and nausea from eating. My fatigue very bad. But I’ve also started to have lots of night sweats which isn’t normal for me. And itchy skin. Especially when laying in bed. I washed my sheets thinking maybe it had just been too long (don’t judge I’ve been sick!) but all the symptoms are still there. And just yesterday I noticed a lump in my armpit. Now. With all this. It’s all symptoms of lymphoma. But. Sadly in the past due to my ocd I’m terrified of cancer. I convince myself I have it all of the time. In the past I’ve cried myself to sleep every night thinking that was my last and I was dying of cancer. My parents have went and got my blood drawn and had screenings to make me feel better. They always come out perfectly fine. So even though I’m showing symptoms they don’t really care and don’t want to do any tests. My mom has grown really frustrated with me. And yelled at me today when I told her about how nervous I am. I tried to explain to her that I understand how annoying it is and that it’s not rational. I told her to picture how annoying it was for me. Being so scared and panicked and being genuinely terrified but when I express it to my parents they laugh and make fun of me or yell. I understand how annoying it must be. I get why she yells. But it’s making it worse. I feel like I’m not being heard. I started to think harder about if I’m just having an episode or if this is a genuine concern. A month ago when my gallbladder was removed they also drew my blood. I figure they would find something then and that I’m ok. But then I remember how so many doctors told me I was ok for years to actually find out that I had a genuine problem and my gallbladder wasn’t functioning. Doctors don’t really make me feel heard. They’ve told me my pain is all in my head and it’s just anxiety before. So I think I’m just not the most trusting of doctors. But. I’ve had a cat scan on my stomach recently for my surgery nothing suspicious. And blood work with no suspicious things. So I’m probably just freaking out for no reason. But the symptoms and how they’re worsening just really scares me. I’m just scared that I may have become the girl who cried wolf by my past freak outs. And something is actually wrong. I don’t really want to ask my mom again because I don’t want to get yelled at. Any thoughts or advice would be so helpful. If you think I’m just crazy or maybe something is happening:)
(Edit) There is a reasonable explanation for a few of my recent symptoms. The swollen lymph node in my armpit. I recently put in all of my ear piercings after not having them in for 8 months. It was a bit of a struggle and the lump showed up right after. So it could be as simple as that. Also. I live in Texas and summer is here. So the night sweats could just be because it’s getting hotter. But I’ve never really sweat that much before but I’m 17 and on hormonal birth control so my hormones are a bit all over the place so it could just be that. My itchy skin I’m really not sure. It could just be anxiety symptom. I’ve been having very bad nightmares the last few months and they make me too anxious to go to sleep. It feels like bugs are crawling all over me right before I’m about to fall asleep and it wakes me up. All those symptoms could definitely be explained. All my stomach problems nausea and puking is obviously due to my gallbladder surgery. It’s not going to get better over night. It’s been a month and a half since. And I probably just need to keep recovering. I’ve been following a low fat diet. And my fatigue is probably just the POTS. I haven’t been on the double salt and double excersise for longer than a week. So I think I maybe just need to give it some time. Thinking as rationally as I can. All of these things make sense. But I am still not able to stop obsessing over the thoughts. I’m scared. I just wish I had someone that understood. I recently had to drop my therapist due to opening up about my intrusive thoughts and her making me feel judged. I don’t think it was her intention but I’ve asked her about it and tried to get over it but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth and I can’t move on. So I’m looking for someone else to try and help me through my ocd and anxiety. I think I wish my parents didn’t laugh when I tell them how scared I am. I have massive panic attacks and cry myself to sleep mostly everyday. And I get it’s funny that I roll out of my room in the morning deciding I have cancer. But it’s genuinely scary for me. And I wish that maybe my mom didn’t yell at me for it. I get how frustrating it is. How annoying it could be. But I need to depend on her. That doesn’t mean I think she should take me right up to the er and get testings done every time I think I’m dying of cancer or something else terminal. Because that’s just enabling my unhealthy behavior. I understand that. I think I wish she talked me through it. Or talked me down from my high. Yelling and laughing makes it worse. My parents have told me if I keep stressing it I’m gonna manifest it into reality and actually get cancer. And I get that it’s just a silly joke. But later when my brain is spiraling I actually convince myself that will happen. Whatever I’m definitely fine. The doctors have done everything under the sun for me. I just need to get over myself. But who knows I could have lymphoma and I’m not nuts. But I think I’d definitely rather just be nuts.

30M,173cm,64kg,W. In may 2021 I had a 10 day period of fever 39.5 degrees with other symptoms such as severe headache(more than usual when I have high temp), particles in urine and itchiness in urethra after urination, added weird odor to both gases from colon and from mouth(took 2 years to disappear). After the illness I had a period of muscle weakness for about a month. Also I had issues with severe decrease in bowel movement which took more than 2 years to heal(things become much better after I've started eating white rice). Although it was not confirmed but it's likely that I had a covid19.
After a month and a half I felt like I've almost recovered but some symptoms remained which I expected to just disappear over a longer period of time but they did not. At first I just stopped feeling well rested after waking up and I couldn't get energized from anything like music or sports. I've started quickly getting mentally exhausted from any activity. Right now after 3 years I can't even look straight when walking because processing that amount of visual information is already too exhausting for me. I have to look at the ground to not waste my mental energy when walking outside. Before the easiest and the most enjoyable things for me were reading and playing games which I could do for days or weeks almost ignoring sleep and eating but now even 30 minutes of playing video games could feel like previous 9 hours of office work.
Before this issue I was very healthy and still don't feel physically anything wrong. Did some sports, eat only healthy boiled food, mostly grains and eggs/meat. Never consumed any harmful substances like alcohol or drugs. Don't have any phycological issues. I have a decent family, no reason being stressed, accept myself for who I am and even if I'm not doing my best - I'm having fun with my life and it is all I care about.
I did brain MRI, encephalogram, neck vessels ultrasound which showed venous insufficiency which does not explain the symptoms, blood(general, hepatitis, ferritin, thyroid functions), urine tests.
In December 2023 neurologist assumed I have a depression and prescribed escitalopram. I took 5mg for 24 days with no positive results. But it helped me realize that I at least don't have the kind of depression that this drug induced. It completely cut off my concept of having fun reading a book. I stopped being able to understand this. And it made everything else felt much more bland till I've stopped taking the drug. I feel everything the same way I felt before the illness and I can enjoy everything I could before but I'm just constantly very tired with nothing being able to alleviate this.
In February 2024 I visited a psychiatrist as previous neurologist advised and after some talk no mental disorders or other issues were discovered. Got advised to check in with neurologist and received a prescription for emoxypine 250mg/day, idebenone 60mg/day and sulpiride 100mg 2 times/day. After 24 days of taking this stuff also got zero improvement.
Other drugs and vitamins I've taken over the period of 3 years with no short of long term improvement for the main symptoms: B1+3+6+9+12, D, Iron, Mg, Zinc, Ca, potassium iodide Ginkgo biloba, choline alfoscerate, vinpocetine, detralex, cinnarizine, pentoxifylline, inosine, piracetam, phenibut, levocarnitine, meldonium
Would be important to mention that I had 3 remissions since then: 1st for about 2-3 weeks starting at 1st of July 2022. It took 1 or 2 days to get from pretty bad condition to somewhat alright 2nd was for about 1.5 - 2 weeks at around 12 sep 2022. Took around 12h including sleep to get from bad into a decent condition(but worse then in previous remission) 3rd was for 4 days from around 11 of july 2023. My condition was gradually improving for 2 weeks before that stating from when I began taking ginkgo biloba and choline alfoscerate. I'm not sure if those drugs actually did anything or if it was a placebo effect.
From at least the first two remissions I would assume that my condition is reversible and should have an easy fix but I haven't found anything that energizes me or makes me less tired, Sports which I liked my whole life only makes me sleepy depending on intensity of physical exercises. Also my condition continues to deteriorate. Now I feel a little but noticeable worse than at June previous year. My condition does not have any effect on mood or irritability. At beast it is an indirect result of me having hard time doing things I liked to do before and being frustrated about it.

I went to Urgent care earlier today with the doctor thinking I had Strep. There’s these white bumps all over in my mouth but only the left lymph node is swollen. The swab for strep came back negative, he says he thinks it might be tonsil stones but that was going to treat it as strep and prescribed me 825mg Amoxicillin to take every 12 hours. I’ve been doing all kinds of research myself and tonsil stones just doesn’t seem right? It’s in the back of the throat and all over in the front too. I am curious to see what Reddit may suggest, and if I should wait it out or see about getting a second look at it. Swallowing is painful and unless i’m full of ibuprofen It’s excruciating. It feels like my throat is activity filling up with the pus and it’s hurts so much. I’ve been taking Dayquil, Ibuprofen, cough drops, salt water gargle, etc to help but nothing seems to work.

Hey, I posted on here a long time ago. Thought I might have been going through Kundalini. Processed some of it for awhile, then I started drinking extremely heavily. All of the intentions, thoughts, and signs that I might of thought I had been going through kundalini stopped. Rarely I would get the same flash of blue orb that I usually see. But now I'm 104 days sober from alcohol and the signs started to increase within the first few weeks now lately it seems like it's been rammping up more. I wake up the morning sometimes with the tounge motion up to the roof of my mouth, sometimes shaking like a snakes tounge idk. Throughout the day my tounge will move itself to the roof. The orbs that I would see have increased. The constant numbers have increased, synchronities have increased. I like to sit cross legged in my chair alot I find it comfortable. But when I do this sometimes when I kinda am in a mental state where Im zoned out but in the moment my spine starts slowly rotating its self like it's kinda hard to explain but it starts at the base and my spine ever so slowly rotates itself kinda hard to explain. I'm also having moment's where when I wake up in the morning I'll go back to sleep i won't really move then try to sleep but my body starts vibrating and there's an intense jet sound it gets intense so then I sit up to stop. Again alot of these these things would happen but quickly stop when i started drinking. Idk that was alot, maybe I'm crazy maybe there's something there idk. Any help or kind works would be nice thx🖤

i’ve had eczema since i was born. some of my earliest memories include going to the doctor and picking up a prescription for a steroid cream, just to return with the same symptoms and no resolution. two years ago i had swollen eyes and peeling skin for 3 months, from allergies and eczema. no one could give me answers, i spent thousands going to the ER because i could not open my swollen eyes, and i visited 3 doctors, until i could finally visit an allergist and he told me to take zyrtec. the symptoms improved slightly with zyrtec but i still have debilitating eczema. not to mention i also have cystic and regular acne. my arms, hands, back, and legs are patchy with eczema. flare ups are terrible. i had a flare up tonight and in the middle of itching my hand (trigger warning for TMI) i looked down and i had taken a chunk out of my skin and i was bleeding. i didn’t even notice because it itched so bad. moments later i signed up for reddit solely to find other people with eczema, who possibly have remedies. i’m seeing a lot about black tea, i don’t have a bathtub but hopefully a compress will help. i’ve tried everything from oatmeal baths, cutting out dairy and gluten, dousing myself in cerave, and spending hundreds of dollars on marketed “eczema cures”. if you have any other recommendations please let me know. any and all help is appreciated <3

Adam and D-Sides Boyfriend, or DS for short, were deep into a game of Super Mario Bros Wonder on the Nintendo Switch."Yeah, this game is pretty good!" Adam agreed, just as the doorbell rang. He paused the game and got up. "Hang on, I gotta see who's at the door." Boyfriend nodded, and Adam walked to the front door. Opening it, he found Owen and Oskar standing there. "I often forget you know where I live," Adam remarked. Oskar darted inside, eager to escape Owen’s company. "Hi," Owen said, following more slowly. Owen took one couch, and Oskar took another, each eyeing the other warily.

Adam broke the silence. "So, where are your girlfriends tonight?" "Busy," they both replied in unison. "Well, okay then," Adam said. "I’m playing Mario Wonder with Boyfriend. Want to join?"
"You have a boyfriend?" Oskar asked incredulously. "No, his name is Boyfriend," Adam clarified. "You’re joking," Owen said, skeptical. "Nope. Hey BF, come out here!" Adam called. DS stepped out and waved. "Beep!" "Huh, you’re right," Oskar admitted.

Just then, someone knocked on the side door. "Hold on," Adam said, heading over. He opened it to find Isaiah and Eleanor. "Hi, Adam!" Eleanor greeted cheerfully. "Hi, guys!" Adam responded. Isaiah walked in, stopping when he saw Owen and Oskar. "Oh...who are you guys?" Isaiah asked. "I’m Oskar," Oskar replied. "I’m Owen," Owen added. Eleanor followed Adam, who closed the door behind them. "So, since there are more people here than usual, any ideas on what to do tonight?" Adam asked. "Beep Bo Bap!" DS beeped. "Boys' Night Out?" Adam suggested. "Boys' Night Out?" Owen repeated, confused. "It’s basically when just the guys go out for the night and have fun!" Adam explained.

"So, basically anything?" Oskar asked. "Yeah, as long as it’s legal," Adam said. "Are you okay with it, Eleanor?" Isaiah asked. Eleanor smiled and nodded. "Yeah, don’t worry. I’ll be fine. Your sister is home, right, Adam?" "Yeah, but she was a bit snappy earlier. I wouldn’t bother her," Adam warned. "Where would we go, anyway?" Owen asked. "Beep bap!" DS suggested. "Yeah, we can go to Applebee's," Adam said. "I’m okay with that," Isaiah agreed. "Can we go to the casino afterward?" Owen asked. Everyone stared at him in confusion. "Dude, we’re all 12-14 except for BF," Adam said. "Oh right," Owen realized. "We can go to the arcade next," Isaiah suggested. "That works," Adam said. "What about after that?" Oskar asked. "We'll figure it out. Ready to go?" Adam asked. "Yeah, I’m ready," Isaiah said. Owen got up. "Let’s go." Adam, DS, and Oskar followed. "Bye, Eleanor! We'll be back in a bit!" Isaiah said. Eleanor waved as the boys left.
After a bit, they finally arrived at Applebee's. "Alright boys, welcome to Applebee's. You know what I love about this place? The culture. I usually have a burger, but sometimes I switch it up. First meal, you’re in Asia; next meal, you’re in Greece!" Adam said.

"Beep bap bo!" DS chimed in. "Exactly, I feel like I need a passport to eat here!" Adam laughed. "So what do you recommend?" Isaiah asked. "What do I recommend? Isaiah, this is Applebee's. I recommend all of it! Wait, you're from New York, right?" Adam asked. "Yeah. Why?" Isaiah asked. "Brooklyn or Queens?" Adam asked. "Manhattan," Isaiah said. "Did you not go to Applebee's before?" Adam asked. "No, not really," Isaiah said. "Well, that's fine. You’re gonna love it," Adam assured him.

After a bit, the waitress came over. Adam’s heart sank. It was Mary Lou Maloney, a familiar face to him but not to the others. "Hello, welcome to Applebee's. My name is Mary, and I'll be your server tonight," Mary Lou said.

"Beep!" DS said."Y-Yeah..." Adam stammered, clearly unsettled. Mary Lou focused on Adam. "How about we start with you, handsome?" she asked, getting close and rubbing his hair. "What would you like to drink?" "Uh, I would like a..." Adam began to say. "You want a lemonade, right?" Mary Lou suggested. "Y-Yeah, that works," Adam said, visibly uneasy. Oskar looked at Adam, puzzled by his behavior. "I’ll have water," Oskar said. "I’ll have a Pepsi," Isaiah added. "Beep bo bap!" DS said. "He said he’ll have a Coke," Adam translated. "I'll take a water too," Owen said.

Mary Lou smiled and walked away. Adam faced the ground, holding his head. "Adam, are you okay? You acted strange when the waitress came," Oskar observed. "No, no, I’m fine. Just a bit hungry, that’s all," Adam lied, unconvincingly. "Who was that? You acted like she was your mom. Oh my god, was that your mom?" Owen asked. "What? No, that's not my mom. Look at me," Adam said. "Beep bap bo, skidoo bap?" DS asked. "No, not my ex or girlfriend..." Adam said. "Then who is it?" Isaiah asked. "Well, she's... a friend of mine. Yeah, a friend. I forgot she worked here," Adam said.

Mary Lou returned with their drinks, still grinning. "I have your drinks, boys. Now, may I take your orders?" "Yeah, that would be nice," Isaiah said. Mary Lou turned towards Adam. "Hey!" she said. "...Yeah?" Adam replied. "You want a classic bacon burger, right? Well done, fries seasoned?" Mary Lou asked. Adam’s heart dropped. "Y-Yeah..." "I’ll have a chicken sandwich," Isaiah said. "How do you want that cooked?" Mary Lou asked. "Crispy," Isaiah replied. "I’m not hungry, thanks," Oskar said. "I’m not hungry either," Owen added. Owen and Oskar exchanged glances, both thinking, "What's your excuse?" "Beep bo bap do bop!" DS said. "Alright, I’ll be back in a bit!" Mary Lou said, leaving with a tune. "Not your girlfriend, eh?" DS teased. "Why are you speaking English now?" Isaiah asked.
Meanwhile, Eleanor knocked on Esther’s door, but there was no answer. "Hello?" Eleanor called, knocking again. "Go away, Adam, or I’ll stab you," Esther threatened from inside. "But... I’m not Adam," Eleanor said. Esther opened the door and looked up at Eleanor. "Who are you?" "My name is Eleanor. You’re Adam’s little sister, right?" Eleanor asked. Esther groaned and tried to close the door, but Eleanor held it open. "Hey, what are you—" Esther began to say, but Eleanor's grip was strong. The door cracked as Eleanor instinctively burst it open, then sprinted off. "What the fu—"

Back at Applebee's, Mary Lou brought the food over, still grinning. "Enjoy your food!" she said, passing it around before leaving. "Damn BF, those nachos look tasty," Adam said. BF nodded, taking a bite and giving a thumbs up. Owen and Oskar’s stomachs growled. "You sure you aren't hungry? It’s not too late to order something," Adam offered. "I'm fine," Oskar said. "Yeah, me too," Owen agreed.

After around 20 minutes of eating, the food was done. "Wow, that burger was delicious," Adam said. "Beep…." DS said. "Yeah, it was," Isaiah said. Mary Lou came back. "I hope you enjoyed your food, now who's paying?" Mary Lou asked. Everyone looked at each other. "Uh, can you give us a second?" Adam asked. She nodded and left.

"Alright, I'm fine with paying if I need to but are there any takers?" Adam asked.
"...This might work," Oskar said. He pulled out Swedish cash from his pocket. "...Oskar, that's Swedish currency. I don't think that's gonna work." Adam said. "Oh…" Oskar said. "Wait, Oskar, are you Swedish?" Isaiah asked. "Yeah, Eli too," Oskar said. "Huh, I mean I can kind of hear it in your voice," Adam said.

Mary Lou came back and leaned close behind Adam. "You know, if you can't pay, if you come in the back with me Handsome, I'll let you off free…." Mary Lou said. Adam turned red as everyone turned towards him, dazed, surprised, and confused. “Uh..Uh..” Adam begins to say, dazed and confused. “Think about it handsome. I'll be back in a bit..” Mary Lou said, kissing him on the cheek. She walked away, humming to herself. Everyone just stared at Adam. “Did…Did she just…?” Oskar began to say. “I think…?” Owen began to say. Isaiah just stared at the ground.
“Bro, I think the waitress just offered to let us go free if-” DS-Boyfriend began to say, but Adam cut him off. “Boyfriend for everyone's safety DON'T finish that sentence,” Adam said. “...Are…Are you going to say something about what just happened….?” Isaiah asked. “I would rather not…” Adam said. Everyone just stared at each other. “You know what? I'll pay. That way we can simply move on.” DS said. “Really?” Owen asked. “Dude, when a waitress offers to bang your best friend to get out of a restaurant without paying, that's when you know you gotta get the f**k out of dodge,” DS said. “Hey, nice reference,” Isaiah said. “Thanks,” replied. “How can you afford to pay?” Owen asked.

“My parents are CEOS of big companies, that's how,” DS-Boyfriend said.
“Hey Adam, can you get the waitress?” DS-Boyfriend asked. “...Why me?” Adam asked. DS-Boyfriend gave a sh*t-eating grin. “Oh you gotta be kidding me,” Adam said agitated. “Hey, don’t look at me, she’s the one into you,” DS said. Adam rolled his eyes and got up, but when he turned around, he bumped into Mary Lou, who was walking back to the table. “Oh hey! Taking my offer?” Mary Lou asked. Before anything could happen DS stepped in. “Actually he was going to get you so we can get the hell outta here,” DS said. Mary Lou looked down before nodding her head. “Alright, we can have some fun another time then.” Mary Lou suggested. Adam turned red again as DS got up from his seat and handed Adam the Money. “Here you go,” Adam said. Mary took it and smiled. “Alright, you can go! Have fun boys!” Mary Lou said with a creepy smile. The others got up from their chairs and quickly left through the door. But before Adam could Leave, Mary Lou grabbed his arm. “...This was nice. Can we do this again sometime?” She asked. Adam shrugged. “I guess so,” Adam said. Mary Lou smiled. She took off Adam’s hat and rubbed his hair. “... It's a date then, see you later…alligator.” Mary Lou said. “YO ADAM, WHAT’S THE HOLD-UP, COME ON!” DS yelled. Adam turned and left through the door.

Eleanor was sitting outside on the steps in the backyard, thinking to herself about what transpired. She didn’t know what came over herself, she didn’t even mean to get so aggressive. She was about to just get up and go take a walk down the road when she noticed a toy Rabbit sitting near the gate. It wasn’t there before. It was grey, and one of its eyelids was drooped down. It had a red vest and a blue bowtie and its eyes were purple. “Where did you come from?” Eleanor asked. The toy roared to life. “R-R-R-Ready to Rocket!” the toy belted. Eleanor gasped out of surprise and dropped the toy, causing it to stutter on one line. “Bon is here- Bon is here- Bon is here- Bon is here- Bon is-” But then the rabbit stopped, its eye slowly turning to look at something in front of it. “H-H-Hi Bon!” Eleanor looked up and saw him. A large 7 ft rabbit animatronic stood in front of the gate, but he looked…damaged. The rabbit had a white latex mask, with a cigar in his mouth and its eyes glowed a bit white as it stood there.He wore a red bowtie connected to a dickie. The torso had a large hole in it, and it was…slightly lined with blood. His vest was tattered and damaged. It had a bunch of holes in it. He had a name tag on his vest “HELLO! MY NAME IS BON.” But it was slightly ripped. His lower arms were exposed with an endoskeleton, but the fingers looked like claws. His lower legs were exposed with an endoskeleton as well. Bon wasn’t looking at her at first before his eyes slowly tilted towards her. The rabbit slowly moved its head, a creaking sound coming from it. The mouth opened, and at first, nothing came out, but then it spoke. “M-My. Name. Is. BON.” The rabbit went to walk towards Eleanor when Esther opened the side door. “Hey. Knew I’d find you out here.” Esther mentioned. Eleanor looked back, but Bon was gone. It was as if..it were an illusion. She looked down and the toy rabbit was gone as well. “Oh, hey,” Eleanor said, trying to sound as normal as she could, albeit possibly hallucinating. Esther sat next to her. “Listen, I don’t know what that was back there, but I’m not going to lie, it was kind of cool,” Esther admitted. Eleanor smiled. “My name is Eleanor, what’s yours?” Eleanor asked. “Esther,” Esther replied. It seemed like she would continue the sentence, but she left it hanging. Eleanor smiled before she asked something, following up on something she heard earlier. “...Hey, can I ask you something?” Eleanor asked. Esther nodded. “...Why do you hate your brother?” Eleanor asked. Esther frowned a bit. “It’s…not that hate him. I’ve been in other homes before this one and most of the time my brothers were…assholes.” Esther explained. “And…is Adam one?” Eleanor asked. Esther sighed. “No...Not really, he’s been nothing but nice but..I just don’t believe it. Like how could someone just be so nice? I haven’t even seen him snap in anger yet. I know it's bound to happen eventually but still.” Esther admitted. Eleanor shrugged. “Guess I understand,” Eleanor whispered. Esther got up. “Well, it was nice meeting you, I’m going to go back into my room ok?” Esther asked. Eleanor gave a thumbs-up as Esther left.

“Right so, where is the arcade?” Oskar asked. DS looked at his phone. “Uh, somewhere around…Here!” DS shouted, pointing at a building. The Building was red, with white glowing neon lights. The arcade was called “THE NEON ARCADE!” “Dude this place looks awesome,” Adam stated. “Where did you find this place?” Owen asked. “I came here with my girlfriend once, gots a sick amount of arcade machines,” DS stated. “Well what are we waiting for, Let's go have some fun!” Isaiah shouted.

The gentlemen walked into the arcade, it was literally what you expected, mostly just an arcade, but there was a play zone, food court, and…a bowling rink! Yeah, that should be about it. “Dude this looks straight out of the 80s!” Oskar shouted. “How would you know? It’s not like you were FROM the 80s!” Adam replied jokingly. Oskar just stared at him, his face serious. “...Calm down! It was a joke!” Adam said, putting his hands up. Oskar made a sigh of relief. “Good, I thought I’d need to kill ya,” Oskar said, joking back. Owen stared at Oskar, his eyes wide with fear. Oskar looked at Owen, seeing the fear in his eyes. “...What?” Oskar asked. Owen didn’t respond, as if remembering…bad times. “Owen…Owen!” Adam shouted. Owen snapped out of his trance. “Oh, sorry...Just thinking of something.” Owen admitted. “Your girlfriend?” DS chuckled. "Something like that," Owen muttered, wanting to change the subject. Adam glanced at him, concerned but deciding to let it go."Alright, let's split up and see who can get the highest score on any game!" Adam suggested, trying to lighten the mood. "Winner gets bragging rights for the rest of the night." DS chuckled. “Bet I can get the highest score,” DS spoke cockily. “You sure about that?” Owen asked. DS looked up at Owen Smugly. “Wanna bet?” DS asked. “No, I just don’t wanna see you lose it.” Owen replied. “BET.” DS stated.

The boys went to different games as the hunt was On. Adam saw this cool game called “Death by AI”, while Oskar played a game called “Ring Out”, while DS and Isaiah played Air Hockey. Owen on the other hand, didn’t exactly know what he should play. Sure, there was Miss Pacman, but he didn’t feel like playing that without Abby. That’s when he noticed a game just..sitting there in the corner. It was an arcade game from King of the Jungle Cafe. But that closed a long time ago. How did it make its way here? The game was called “ZOO ESCAPE”. It was about King Louie and his animal friends being sent to a zoo and they needed to escape. Owen looked around. No one was watching him. Why not give the old game a go? Owen walked over and placed a token in. The game rocketed to life, the familiar jingle playing out. It put a smile on his face. And so, he began to play. Despite how old the game was, it was still fun to play. He was playing for a while when he sensed someone was watching him. He at first thought it was Adam, but he realized it wasn’t. It felt off. He paused the game and saw someone leaning against the arcade machine. It was a boy. He was wearing a black teeshirt with white stripes. It had the earth on it. He had a purple and blue bracelet on one of his arms. He wore tan pants with white shoes. His brown hair went slightly over his eyes. From his face, Owen could tell he had braces and freckles. “Enjoying the game, huh?” The boy asked. Owen nodded. “Yeah, it's fun, I used to play this all the time,” Owen admitted. The boy chuckled. “I used to love playing this thing.” The boy agreed. “..I’m Owen, what's your name?” Owen asked. “Ronny, nice to meet you. ..Though, I swear we met before.” Ronny pondered. “What do you mean?” Owen asked, tilting his head. Ronny shrugged. “Nevermind, it's nothing,” Ronny said. Owen wa about to respond when he heard Adam shouting from the other end of the room. “OWEN, WE’RE ABOUT TO HEAD OUT, YOU READY TO GO?” Adam cried. “Yeah, Coming!” Owen shouted back. Owen looked back, but Ronny was gone. He looked around, but couldn’t see any trace of him.

Adam and the others gathered near the entrance, their faces glowing with excitement from the night's activities. "So, who got the highest score?" Isaiah asked, smirking as he pointed at the air hockey table, where he had just narrowly defeated DS. “AI had nothing on me,” Adam replied. Oskar chuckled, shaking his head. "Ring Out was a blast. I reached level 15, but I think you might've beaten me, Adam." "Did anyone check the scores for Owen?" Isaiah asked, looking around.
Owen shrugged, a small smile on his face. "I was just playing an old favorite, 'Zoo Escape'. Didn't check my score." "Old games for old souls," DS joked, giving Owen a friendly nudge. Owen glared at him but shook it off. "Alright, boys, let's tally up and declare a winner."

The group walked to the main score screen near the entrance. After some friendly banter and a quick check, Adam emerged as the victor with his impressive score on "Death by AI". "Bragging rights secured," Adam announced, striking a triumphant pose. "Now, what's next on the agenda?" DS pulled out his phone to check the time. "It's getting late. Maybe we should start heading back." Adam yawned. “Yeah, I agree, come on gentlemen,” Adam commanded.

The group began their walk back to Adam's house. The air was cool and refreshing, a welcome change from the bustling, neon-lit arcade.
"So, what was up with that waitress at Applebee's?" Isaiah asked, breaking the silence. "She seemed...intense." Adam stopped walking and rubbed the back of his neck, clearly still embarrassed. "Yeah, Mary Lou's...interesting. I guess she likes to mess with me." "Mess with you? Dude, she was all over you," Oskar pointed out, raising an eyebrow. "You sure there's nothing more to that story?" Adam sighed. “Look, I don’t really know, I guess she’s just…like that. I have no idea what’s going on in her head. I guess she just has a unique way of interacting with people she likes.” Adam suggested. Owen looked around. “My house is nearby here, I’m gonna head out,” Owen said. “Right, see ya man.” DS waved. Owen waved goodbye as he separated from the group. “Actually, looking around now, I think my place is around here too. I’ll see you guys later ok?” Oskar said. “Alright, see you later man,” Isaiah replied. Oskar walked away, now it was just DS, Isaiah, and Adam here. “You know what? This was fun.” DS Remarked. “Yeah, it was,” Adam responded, a bit tired. “Just a question, why did you start speaking English out of nowhere?” Isaiah asked. “...Eh, I just felt like it.”

It took them a bit, but the trio got back to Adam’s house. “Welp, that was fun boys but I’m gonna head home, see yall later!” DS shouted. Adam waved goodbye as DS walked away. “Don’t know about you, but I’m tired,” Adam said. “Same, goodnight Adam!” Isaiah replied. Adam waved as they walked into the house, Adam walked into his room, as Isaiah walked downstairs.

Isaiah got back into the apartment downstairs and closed the door behind him. He breathed a sigh of relief. Unsure why he did that. “Isaiah.” A voice called “S**t!” Isaiah yelled out of fear. “Sorry. I didn’t mean to scare you.” The voice responded. Isaiah focused his eyes and noticed two eyes staring at him from the darkness, but he recognized the voice. “It's ok Mom,” Isaiah replied. “Where did you go?” Naiomi asked. “I went with Adam and some of his friends on a boy's night out. Where’s Eleanor?” Isaiah asked. “In her room waiting for you,” Naiomi responded. “Thanks,” Isaiah replied. He was about to walk into the room when his mother stopped him. “...That Adam…is he any good?” Naiomi asked. “What do you mean?” Isaiah asked. “Is he treating you right?” Naiomi asked. “Yeah, if anything he’s like a brother,” Isaiah stated. Naiomi stared before nodding. “Alright, good. Goodnight Isaiah.” Naiomi said, with a deadpan voice. “Good Night Mom,” Isaiah responded. He entered the room as Naiomi looked at the door upstairs. But she decided against going up there, she’d need an invitation after all.

Opening**
A security guard is seen running from foxy the guard runs into Freddy and Bonnie and chica in the dining. Foxy raises his hook and slices the guards arm off and the guard is knocked down. He wakes up in a chair it is a torture chair with sharp saws going to his face he sees a screw and tries to unscrew it doesn't work. The sharp saws go threw his face as his skin and meat and blood scattered on the floor and you see his bone they get cutting so wide the cupcake sees this and bites his meat and eats it.
Scene 1**
Mike wakes up in his bed staring at the clock reading 6:00 AM. He goes to his job as a cashier getting paid 3.29 a hour he is planning to quit but he needs rent money. He sees a guy stealing something so he runs and tries to tell him to give it back but sees a child and he realizes he should let them go because they could be hungry. Mike gets called to his boss. The boss tells Mike you are fired pack up your things or we will call 911. Mike packs up and goes home. He calls number for a job council he finds one. 2 weeks later (4/8/2000).
Scene 2**
Number 27, number 27. Mike realizes he heard his number and goes to a office. Hello my name is Dave Miller I am ur councilor today so what is your deal Mike letting people just go after stealing something is just bad you know that right? said Dave Miller. Mike said I did the right thing mr.Miller. I know but you can't be doing that ok Mr.Michael Schmidt also do you want coffee for ur job. What job? Said Mike. Security at Freddy's said Dave. Mike said how is the pay. Not good but hours are worst said Dave Miller. I will take it ok said Mike. Okay said Dave Miller.

I am at Freddy's Mike tells Dave on the phone. Ok remember check the place top to bottom but do not look in the suits said the owner and no parts and service also the owner said Dave. Ok I said Mike. (20 minutes later) I am in my office goodbye said Mike. goodbye said Dave Miller. Mike saw a tape with his name he played it and it was the year 1987 of the tape. Hello and welcome to Freddy fazbear pizza place our wonderful staff will love you and if you cook good so will chica and beware of one thing FUN!!! And remember the animatronics should be taken with care ain't that right Henry said the staff. Yes said Henry. Let's see th- th- video tape ends. Mike hears a call from the phone and answers. Uhm hello hello hello and welcome to Freddy fazbear pizza place it is for fancy and fun come to life and remember do not like do anything bad that would get you an illegal trouble I know I know why am I reading this well our last night girl let's just say was terrible at his job and I mean it just make sure to not do anything bad and hopefully not like the last last last night guard he was a train wreck oh yeah guess what he did on his cameras he wrote he nobody like drew the middle finger on every single camera lens that's all I got to say is don't do that and take my warning animatronics are alive and remember close the door and check the lights I'm not going to tell you again because if you ever mess with them they will harm you or worse the last night card sadly passed away because of a glitch at least that's what we think basically we have to reopen this place so we need another car to clean up it and make sure to keep it clean that's all I have to say goodbye said phone guy. Mike said okay and proceeded to look around the place. And before he knew it it was 6:00 a.m. and he could leave ending his shift for night one.
Scene 4**
Mike drove home and he saw a card taped to his door it said that he could get evicted in the next two weeks or else he would have to pay a lot of rent and if he didn't pay it by that time he would lose his house and be forced to live on the streets. So Mike just went to bed waited for 11:30 so he can drive off to Freddy's and get started with his night. He woke up and it was 11: 37 he was 7 minutes late and it was a 30 minute drive so he's so he went a little over the speed limit for the start of it and then calm her down but luckily he knows on the road or else they could have gotten hurt or even killed and but by the time he slowed down those traffic so he got the place at 12:03 and well he just went to his office and checked on everything and cleaned and made sure nothing bad would happen but he heard a phone call. hello hello oh yeah it is me again I tried giving you that warning the last time but you're not going to take it so I'm going to tell you in the hardest way I can and that is damn electronics will try to forcefully stuff you into a Freddy suit but pretty much saw in your face and pretty much that's what happened to the last guard so just be careful I guess but yeah I'm finishing my last week cuz a matter of fact yeah the last card was the one before mine yeah I don't know I'm calling it your last one but it's a awkward just trust me with this I know you probably say I was crazy last time but I'm going to redeem myself but I'm going to send the VHS tapes the company said not to to prove to you that those animatronics are nothing but bad and they always will be so I recommend you just stop messing with them or else they will mess with you in the most Gory way possible they will make sure they rip you live from when they will make sure you do not survive trust me well that's the end of the call goodbye. I thought the guy was crazy. Mike showed her to her office and he was told about kids went missing in 1987. They never found the bodies. She asked Mike why did you choose this job is this something you think of yourself being at 10-20 years. Mike said no. She told Mike I have to go. Mike said okay cuz it was 5:59 a.m. Mike had to go anyways and he did he went in his car and left and went home and disgust on the phone with his own with the house on her he lives in and they talked about if they can postpone his rent to be later the owner agreed and said we will but if you do this again I will charge you extra.
**Scene 5
It was 7:38 pm and teenagers thought Freddy's place would be a good place to party they went inside and set up everything at 9:54 pm a kid went in the kitchen and saw chica and laughed because he didn't think chica was alive and went by her mouth and chica opened her mouth and peeled his head skin the boy screamed but the speakers where loud. Chica pickled at his meat as she went more and more deep as the cupcake jumped at the boys stomach and ripped his guts and blood on the ground as the blood was gory and one of the girls went to check on him and the cupcake jumped at her biting her face open. One teen went behind the stage with her boyfriend and saw Freddy put his microphone down her throat deep and ripped it out of her neck inside her and he stomped on her face. The boyfriend got scared but Freddy put his arm in his eye holes as he rips his head from there. Another group of friends went in the janitor closet to tell each other the scary horror story of Freddy fazbear pizza place and the light went off and the door opens and closed and the light was back on and they saw Bonnie in there with them as he uses his guitar in one put it in thee boys mouth and putting it out of his back ripping his torso open the teens tried to escape but the doors where locked and bonnie toookk them out one by one. In the dining room foxy ran at them using his hook to kill them slicing there brains out and golden Freddy desposes the bodies.
Scene 6**
Mike went to his office and cleaned the pizza place but phone guy called. What Mike said. As he thinks I don't even remember being a child before I was 12. Mike was confused it was 2:00 a.m. he realized Bonnie moved and moved and he got scared Mike right now if his office try to get the exit the exit doors lock so you run back to his office went underneath Bonnie's legs as Barney tried trapping him with his kneecap almost freaking Mike got loose and ran to his office door and closed it and he started realizing phone guy was crazy as he thought Mike knew he was wrong the whole time Mike thought he knew they where not alive but he was wrong bonnie slamed the door trying to get in but left. He closed all doors at 5:00 a.m. and waited it was 6:00 a.m. he left. Mike found Vanessa and told her their alive Vanessa. She said I know they are they are just kids you shouldn't mess with them like do not harm them in any way just quit your job and leave every one you know that is a child out of this place or else they will get dangerously hurt said vanessa mike went to bed.. to be continued next week

Chapter Eleven: Delvers of ill repute.
Over the next week Sebastian came to visit a few times while I worked. Him and Katyogel talked a lot together, and of course Felix was right there getting scritches. I'd spawned a copper node just outside of my cave entrance, two patches of mushrooms that by description seemed to be for some form of alchemy, and a large patch of Blackberries that I wanted just because Sebastian had mentioned in passing that he liked Blackberries but they were hard to find. In my first cave I spawned another copper node, and then moved on to my second cave. In here, I decided to spawn 2 Iron nodes, and a lichen patch. I was still struggling a little for mana, so it took me a while to manage to spawn the resource nodes.
About eleven days after the inspector had visited, my attention was grabbed by two delvers that had entered my domain. They were filthy, had poor armor and weapons, but were at least level 8. They really looked more like bandits than delvers. I sent Katyogel down to talk with them, and before she could even land, they had killed her with a fireball. That's when I heard their plans for me. The shorter one, who looked like a sneak thief or piss poor mage looked to his taller companion that was like a swordsman but no warrior. “The dungeon knows we are here now, hurry, we need to destroy it's spawners and minions, and then kill the core. We can sell it and be rich!” The other delvebandit just grunted, and they moved towards my cave.
Destroy my spawners? Kill me? No. No. NO! I sent every minion after them. If it's me or them, it's gonna be them. My minions poured out of my cave. Owls swooped down, scratching and clawing at them. Spiders and crickets stabbed and bit, my scions leaped and fought. My snakes bit and squeezed and coiled. My mountain cats leaped and fought with tooth and claw, spells were cast to no effect against them by Felix, he was too low a level. First Katyogel had fallen, and now I watched as one after another, my other scions died as well. All I had left was my slimes, and they would be no match either. They entered my cave. Attacked and destroyed my spawners. Went deeper. Destroyed my slime spawner and my slimes, and then they entered my third cave. At the back. A single slime had made an illusion of my core in a divot in the wall. They rushed forward, and killed my slime, and the illusion vanished.
The short one looked around in confusion. “Where's the core? It's gotta be here!” Swordman looked around and shrugged. The short one suddenly stopped. “Do you feel that Packy? The dungeon. Can you feel it's anger?” Swordsman guy just shrugged. “Nope, you know I'm a deader. I can't feel anything.” The little guy looked up at his friend. “We have to find the core and kill it! We have to! I didn't pay that dungeoneers guild stooge for nothing. He said this was a baby dungeon so this should be easy! We need that core!”
I glared at them. I had no minions left. They had murdered my spawners and scions except for the spawner in the Oak. However.... They were not leaving here alive. All their fighting of my minions and Scions had given me a lot of mana back from each of their deaths. Enough to do what was needed. I reached out to the roof of the cave they were in, and collapsed it down onto them. The massive burst of mana their death gave me was no sinecure. They had murdered my scions and their spawners. They had murdered my friends. I was angry. This would not happen again. I spent all my mana upgrading Katyogel and her spawner. She was now level 10. Two days later a familiar set of feet stepped into my domain, and stopped dead in her tracks as she felt my rage fall on her. A now much more powerful Katyogel flew down, landing in front of inspector Ingrid, and hissed, fluffing her feathers out and flapping her wings at the Inspector.

Inspector Ingrid Emberhart
As I stepped into the clearing, I felt the dungeons attention turn to me, burning with rage. I froze. This was not the same dungeon as before, what has happened? An Owl Scion swooped down, landing, and displaying aggressively. It was strong. Very strong. It stood there Flapping it's wings and puffing out. No, this isn't right. The dungeon was friendly before. What is going on? Stepping back. I looked at it. It wasn't attacking, it was warning me off. But why was the dungeon so angry?
“Scion? What is wrong? Why are you so angry and hostile? What has happened?”
My Scion screeched at her “BETRAYER! Two murderers came, saying they paid a man from YOUR guild for my location! They killed my scions. Destroyed my spawners, and planned to kill and sell me! YOUR GUILD BETRAYED US! Leave now or die as they did!” With that my Scion launched herself into the air and began drawing in all the air around her, gathering a storm of pure rage aimed squarely at the Inspector. A flash of fear crossed the Inspectors face.
Inspector Ingrid stood her ground, though I could see she was shocked and disturbed. “I didn't betray you. Nor would I. If what you say is true, then there are only three people it could have been that sold your location.” I saw her own anger rise. “They have betrayed you, me, and their duty as members of the dungeoneers guild. We have a penalty for that. Life in prison at hard labor.” She then looked up to Katyogel. “I will leave and deal with this, but I will be back, and I hope that you will see fit to talk with me. I am not your enemy, nor the one who caused you harm. I hope you will remember that.”
Katyogel screeched at full volume. Shaking the leaves from the trees. “LEAVE OR DIE!” Then before the Inspector could respond, Katyogel cast her spell. “Windblade!” And the trees above the Inspector were cut like a hot knife through butter. The inspector turned, and left. I saw a tear fall from her eye as she did so. Why was I so bothered by that?
Rage churned and boiled within me. I wasn't strong enough. I couldn't protect them. I had to be stronger. Fiercer. Deadlier. I would kill and sate my rage with their blood. With those thoughts. I upgraded my core again. I was now level four. My core the size of an apple. Mana flowed into me at a greater rate. I upgraded Katyogel until I was nearly starved for mana. She had to be stronger. Deadlier. She was now level thirteen. She was a storm mage. She would become my vengeance. I dumped everything I had into her. I also created one new spawner. A mole spawner. I upgraded it to level two, and when my first mole spawned it was about the size of a chicken. I directed it to start digging a long, deep tunnel into my hill. I would move my core to a place nobody could reach, and then. Then I would grow. I would kill anything that stepped foot in my domain. They would all die!

this is going to be long. i don’t think i can capture the whole situation without some backstory. i’m doing my best to keep it brief.
let me start off by saying that my mom was a teen mom and i (23) am the oldest of her children. my biological father is not in the picture and he hasn’t been since i was very young. my mom always encouraged me to be comfortable in having no contact with him despite the fact that he was my father. if he treated me poorly, i shouldn’t have to put up with him. my mom married again, i got a younger sister out of that, and she divorced that man and is now with a man that is the father of none of her children. he has three kids of his own that he has always blatantly valued more than us. he always considered us ‘bad’ kids. especially my brother as he was the only boy in the house. this is no secret. its something we’ve brought to my mom’s attention ever since they met. something she even used to acknowledge. they’ve been together several years, probably since i was around 8 years old.
i’m from the south and they’re very classic conservative. as a kid i had a real problem with their homophobia before i even realized that i was queer. we used to get into horrible screaming matches over the things they said because at the time, they didn’t know they were saying these things about me. i think that’s the reason so much of the nasty things they said stuck with me for so many years.
fast forward to 2019. i moved with my boyfriend (who i feel it’s important to the story to mention is trans, but had not yet begun the process of transitioning when we first met so he was not out to my mother) she saw us as lesbians. i think this upset her because before i met my current boyfriend, i had been with a cis man.
in 2020, i lived with my boyfriend as well as his parents. they are much more open minded than my family. when covid came around my mom was quick to deny it. and that was not surprising to me in the slightest, it didn’t even really phase me. i didn’t act any different toward her, i just remember feeling lucky not to live there at the time because i was considered high risk. i also lived in an area of mainly people over 60. i do not want this to turn into a covid debate, but i feel that it’s crucial to what happened.
in november of 2020, i felt comfortable enough to visit her. we talked on the phone about it for months leading up to the visit and she made it very clear that she and the rest of my family that lived in her house had no problem wearing a mask for the few months leading up to my visit. this was really important to me as my step dad is a cop. he interacts very closely with people every day.
so when we visited, my mom had planned for all of us (myself, my boyfriend, my mom, my step dad, my younger sister, her friend, my older step sister, her husband, her toddler, and her newborn) to cram into a van together and go look at drive through christmas lights. we wouldn’t all fit legally in the same car and the lights were kind of a drive away, so my boyfriend had driven my mom’s car and my mom had driven the van. we stopped at a gas station close to our destination in order to pile into the van.
that’s when my step father and step sister went into the gas station without wearing masks. i felt lied to and disrespected by my mom so i admit that i was upset and probably wasn’t using the kindest tone, but this is not something i would ever cut contact over. i didn’t even want to argue about it.
i expressed that i was no longer comfortable cramming into a car with all of them after i’d discovered they had not been taking my concerns seriously. my boyfriend and i were going to drive my mother’s car back home and the rest of the group would continue on to see the lights. my mom was pissed off, but it wasn’t like her normal pissed off. i assumed it was because this was the first conflict we’d had since i moved out. still, i was sure she’d get over it.
the real problem started when my younger sister also expressed that she didn’t want to go. but her reason was vastly different from mine. she didn’t know that she would be forced to sit next to my older step sister’s husband (we’ll call him brad).
brad is not a nice person. he has a history of having sexually explicit conversations with minors. my entire family is aware of this, and he was still allowed to live in my mom’s house for almost a year. my younger sister once woke up from a nap on the couch to him standing over her. when he realized she was awake he just walked away without saying anything. he was eventually kicked out of my mom’s house because he masturbated in her dining room while my younger sister was in the kitchen. my older step sister caught him on camera doing this. they are still married now.
my younger sister expressed that she didn’t feel comfortable sitting so close to brad in the car. it caused a massive fight in the parking lot of this gas station. it ended with my step father trying to physically drag her out of the car. he was not successful, but my mom was so pissed off by this point that she decided to cancel the plans entirely and drive her car home with all of us in it. she drove like a maniac the entire hour home.
when we got back to her house, i immediately ran to gather my belongings. i intended to take my sister to our grandma’s house. i believed that what my step father had done to her was not acceptable. as i stomped into the room i was staying in i yelled to my mom that she was acting like a crazy fucking bitch. seems inconsequential but trust me it’s important.
i was in the bedroom gathering up my things when i heard my little sister saying “get off of me! get away!” i panicked and ran into the living room. i assumed she had been yelling at my step father so i was surprised when he caught me at the door and shoved me against the wall. their living room has a half wall, so i couldn’t see my sister. i panicked and struggled against my step father. i broke away from him once but he pushed me back again. he held me there until my boyfriend came out and physically put himself between us.
when i got away from him, i ran to my sister. her neck was red like someone had been grabbing it. i asked her what HE did to her. i still assumed it had been my step father. my sister just looked at me like she didn’t know what to say.
my mom was still standing there, just staring at us. i grabbed her shoulders and yelled that she was going to have to wake up and realize what was happening if she wanted to ever have a real relationship with any of us. she said “take your hands off of me.” and i did. i took my sister’s bag and grabbed her hand and walked toward the front door. my mom blocked us. she said she would call the police on me for kidnapping if i took my sister. my sister stood there and begged me not to leave her. how could i?
my mom had my sister’s phone and refused to give it back to her. we ended up just leaving it. i took my sister and we went to stay the night with my grandma. in the car, my sister told me it had been my mom who she was yelling at. my mom choked her into the couch because my sister had insisted that she was leaving.
the next day my sister’s biological father (who she lived with at the time) picked her up from our grandma’s and i went back home early with my boyfriend.
despite the fact that she let us stay with her, my grandma was not on our side. she was of the opinion that we should’ve just done as we were told and none of this would’ve happened.
my sister’s dad took her back to my mom’s house and made her apologize. she got her stuff back after that.
now four years have passed since then. my mom and i slowly started to communicate again but it has only been at a surface level ever since. i knew we couldn’t talk about such an intense topic without being in person. and it would feel wrong to bring it up on a visit. i moved back to my hometown last summer with the hope that i could really work out the issues between myself and my mom. my younger sister moved in with me when i moved back as she had graduated the same year.
we hadn’t really talked about what happened. i felt so bad for her having to continue to live in the environment that i didn’t want to ever bring it up. but now that we live on our own, it came up naturally. we both realized that we needed to talk to our mom about our problems in order to ever have a real connection.
so we did. we invited her over and did our best to talk things over. i knew my mom was not the best at taking criticism but i genuinely didn’t expect what played out.
i tried to bring up the things they said to me as a kid. things that made me feel wrong in my identity and made me feel like it would be easier for everyone if i just disappeared. she denies ever saying anything negative about gay people ever. she says that she has never ever said anything worse about gay people than that she doesn’t agree with them. that was definitely not all. just before i moved out i expressed to my step dad that he’d traumatized me with all of his anti-gay rhetoric. constantly calling me a faggot. dumb shit like that. his response was “obviously not enough.”
then i brought up how badly she hurt me that day. how i felt she’d chosen her husband over her children again. i couldn’t understand why she would think that choking my sister was okay. or her husband pinning me against the wall was okay. and then she told me it was because i was ‘charging into the room’ to beat her up.
i have never in all my years ever laid a finger on my mother. i adapted to that household by being agreeable and doing what i was told. the only time i ever stepped out of line was when it came to human rights. i was young and naive and i thought that if i could just say the right words i could make them understand. so those were the battles i chose in my childhood. i NEVER once threatened or even thought of hurting my mom.
she claims that when i heard my sister calling for help, i charged into the living room screaming at my mom. she claims THAT is when i called her a crazy fucking bitch.
i was quick to reassure her that i never ever wanted to hurt her. that it wasn’t even a thought in my head. that i hadn’t even known that SHE was the one doing anything to my sister. that i hadn’t even made it two feet into the living room before my step dad threw me back.
she doesn’t believe me.
she just says that it’s not about what she believes, it’s about what she witnessed. that she witnessed me planning to hurt her.
i know that i am not that kind of person. and i am not comfortable being around someone who would accuse me of such violence.
i explained my side of the story again and again and her only response was “no, no, no.”
my sister expressed that she felt it was wrong mom had choked her. my mom said that it was my sister’s fault because she wouldn’t “stop running her mouth” and refused to “sit her monkey ass down”
she ran out of the house shortly after this. we didn’t get to finish talking about much. i went into the bathroom to finish my panic attack alone and she called me. she said on the phone that if we were to talk, i would have to stop accusing her of things. to me, it seemed that she was accusing me of trying to hurt her. even in the face of being told it simply wasn’t true. i couldn’t articulate that point very well in the moment, though.
on this phone call she also said “you’re not going to tell me i have problems. you think YOU don’t have problems?” and i told her that i know i have problems that im just able to acknowledge that without lashing out. i told her that i hope one day she sees what i mean but i just can’t keep putting myself through this. i told her i loved her and then i hung up.
my mom also texted me that night in 2020 when everything happened. she said she felt wronged because i had called her such a horrible name. and i apologized then and there for calling her a crazy fucking bitch. her response was that she didn’t feel she had anything to apologize for herself. she has never said anything about feeling threatened by me until we confronted her a few days ago.
how can i deal with this when my entire family (aside from my younger sister) has normalized abuse? how can i move on without feeling like everything i did was wrong? im very firm in my story, i even have journal entries from the day it happened. therapy sessions. texts to my boyfriend’s dad from 30 minutes after everything happened. my story has never once changed and has never once hinged on what i THOUGHT might happen.
not only am i firm in my story but i am firm in my opinion that their actions are unjustified. especially toward my little sister. i just can’t shake the doubt. i don’t know if it’s the small part of me that still holds onto everything they instilled in me or what. i was just hoping for some advice i suppose. thank you for reading all of this.

Hey there. I've been dealing with tmj for 2.5 years now. Taking a cocktail of medications like oxycodone and benzos and muscle relaxants to try and ease the pain. Specialist said I need teeth out first; problem is, I can't open my mouth wide enough and it will cost 4000 AUD to pay for simply removing two teeth because 'just in case' it isn't tmj. My GP is confident it's tmj. I'm just so annoyed and need this resolved. I'm also bipolar and that makes things harder as someone's I self harm via tmj because I get angry at my symptoms and feel I get nowhere... just a rant to get off my chest... I hate these addictive medications and just wish someone would cut me open and fix the jaw joint. Sick of hearing popung and cracking everything I eat or talk... hope others are having more success!
