A little bit of background: My name is Mike...I'm a reddit lurker. I dont even sign into my account or think ive ever posted anything half the time.. I've been fortunate enough to own every model of the iPhone each year it comes out (with the exception of the 5C and the 6, went for the 5S and then the 6+ instead). Now ive been jailbreaking for as long as i can remember...way back when you had to use ZiPhone and shit like that.
A little more background: I buy these phones every year, and each year i get a really protective case, screen protector and pretty much prevent these phone from any breaks, scratches etc so i can sell them unlocked and for a great price when the new ones come out. Now I beat my phones, drop them, toss them (with confidence) all the time because I know the case and screen protectors will cover it ad not allow the phone to get damaged. With that being said.....
Now we are on an iPhone 6+ that ive had since launch. I have the Zagg glass screen protector which works and feels great. I also have the Rhinoshield Bumper case which i bought off kickstarter and has been one of the best cases for protection that ive owned. Also, I have the Vaja Leather cover to protect the back of the phone. Anyways...I jailbroke it on pangu on 8.0, then again when the jailbreak was released on 8.1. (i would consider myself a ios/jailbreak power user and I know what im doing usually) Ran that throughout the next couple ios releases and didnt feel like updating to the new firmware even when the jailbreaks were released. I was waiting on iOS 8.3 JB. In the meant time i was using my awesome jailbroken phone, no issues or anything.
Out of no where i started getting weird glitches on the screen. I would touch one part of the screen, or slide my finger to scroll up or down and the screen would go crazy and shake and make the wrong selection as if multiple points on the screen were being touched in rapid succession (I have several videos as proof.)
So naturally i turned to reddit, google and many other forums and research to find out what may be causing the problem. Through Zaggs lifetime warranty program, i switched out the glass screen protector for a new one, thinking that there was bad contact between it and the screen. The problem went away for a bit and came back again. Hard Restarting the phone and running iCleaner Pro seemed to help the situation, which points to a possible software problem? I have no clue.
My next option was to update to the latest software (at the time was 8.3 and no jailbreak was released) which i didnt want to do bc the JB wasnt released yet. So i waited (this was mid june by now)...and waited and suffered with this random glitches. I was suggested that it might be a problem with the digitizer, however, i was unable to get a warranty replacement bc of the jailbreak, and like i said, i didnt want to lose the jailbreak. Finally the jb was released for 8.3. I was now able to restore to factory settings update to ios 8.3. ran that without jailbreaking and even did a fresh install and did not restore from my old back up. i used the phone for several days before jailbreaking again in hopes of getting a new phone from apple. I went to the apple store and showed them the videos (bc i couldnt replicate the problem in store) and he instantly recognized it as a problem with the digitizer. It was late, about 8pm and they were closing in less than an hour. He said they would need the phone for 2 hours to replace the digitizer. I complained and said i didnt want to wait and that i wanted a replacement phone. After waiting for him to grab the manager for what seemed like 15 minutes, he came back and told me they would just replace it. Gave me the new phone, put on the new zagg glass screen protector, and started with a fresh new phone. No backups restored, just reinstalled all my apps and music manually.
The problem was gone...or so i thought. I ended up rejailbreakig when taig was released for 8.3 and again for 8.4. And wouldnt you know it, the problem came back... I thought to myself "thats it..it has to be the screen protector." I called Zagg and explained the issue to them. They of course have never heard of this before but were very sympathetic. They sent me a regular screen protector (HD) and even credited me 40 bucks. By this point in time, i still had the glass one on, but was so fed up with the glitch and i finally took it off...and the glitches persisted! So it has to be the jailbreak right?
I REALLY DONT KNOW AND NEED OPINIONS!!!!

So there you have it.. Im stuck... I dont know what to do. I dont know what tweak (if any) is causing it.. Idk if i need to go get a new phone again from apple or what. I would greatly appreciate any and all feedback and suggestions. Im desperate!!!

[UPDATE] I'll post the videos when Im off work, or if i can figure it out here then ill post them ASAP. [UPDATE 2] It happens in substrate safe mode as well. So I'm totally lost.
