[Routine Help] Trying to go makeup free. Need recommendations for redness and texture issues.

Hi y’all! I need some recommendations to help combat some redness and texture issues so I can start living a makeup free life. I’d also maybe like to introduce some anti aging products into my routine.
Skin history: From Oct 2017 to March 2019 I was taking Neotrex, with amazing results! I wish I had seen a dermatologist earlier in life, I’m going to be 33 this year. I used to get continuous painful clusters of cystic acne all over my face, and now my skin is clear with only maybe a tiny pimple popping up during that time of the month.
So while my skin is “clear” for the most part, I still have a tiny bit of CC texture on my forehead, uneven texture mainly on my cheeks from all the scarring (mostly ice pick and rolling), along with PIH, and some very minor redness, but enough to make me still self conscious to go without a full face of makeup. I also have some mild under eye bags, but it doesn’t really bother me as much as the other issues.
Skin type: Before the medication I had VERY oily skin. On the meds, it made my skin extremely dry and sensitive, and pretty sensitive to the sun. And now that I’ve been off it for a few months, it’s very slowly starting to be oily again (forehead and nose area), doesn’t seem sensitive anymore, and I’m not enemies with the sun anymore. So I guess I would say my skin is combo right now, probably heading back towards oily.
Routine (for the last 1.5 years): AM
Garnier Waterproof Micellar Cleansing Water
Thayer’s Witch Hazel in Lavender
Clinique Moisture Surge 72 hr Hydrator (dermatologist recommended)
Neutrogena Dry Touch Sunscreen spf 45 (I don’t use as regularly as I should)
I also just started Jade Rolling a couple weeks ago, haven’t really seen a change in anything, but it feels nice
PM
Garnier Waterproof Micellar Cleansing Water
Dr. Bronner’s Castile Soap in Lavender mixed with water in a foam pump, used with a little silicone face scrubber
Thayer’s Witch Hazel in Lavender
Clinique Moisture Surge 72 hr Hydrator
Maybe once every other week: St Ives Gentle Smoothing Oatmeal Scrub
I love the kind of dewy-ness my skin has before I put on my makeup, and I’ve tried going without on the weekends. But I just can’t bring myself to go bare for work or if we’re going out somewhere where I know I’ll want to take pictures. Ideally I just want to do eyeliner, mascara, dab on some blush and go. But when I tried that, the blush just kind of made the little redness in my face more obvious. I tried a BB and CC cream, which just looked obvious, like bad makeup on me. So I just want to focus on a good skincare routine first.
My husband and I are currently stationed in Sydney, Australia, but I can have US products shipped to our APO and would kind of prefer to order from US cause of the price difference. Amazon, Target, and Sephora have been my APO friendly go-to’s.
Sorry if I rambled on. This is my first post in here!
