2024.06.09 11:22 knoppersnutbar The ED talking

Part of me knows it’s just the ed talking but I can’t stop the thoughts and feelings. We went out to eat yesterday and I couldnt purge afterwards. We had so much food, drinks and dessert and then watched a movie later while eating crisps and chocolate. Nothing purged.
I feel awful today. Heavy. Bloated. Disgusting. I wish I could be normal like the others. They ate breakfast like it was nothing this morning while I made two big cups of super strong green tea to makeup for yesterdays disaster. I will try and fast all day today to feel better mentally.
We’re going to a wedding next saturday and I have to fit in to the dress I bought. I have to.
I dont know where Im going with this I just wish I had friends and family who knew what was going on i my head all the time. Its exhausting to carry all of this alone….

2024.06.09 11:21 Illustrious-Pool9012 realme gt 6t

realme gt 6t
first of all ,let me tell about my experience on all mobiles
My first mobile is Realme U1 ,i bought it in 2019 ,and it's still working good ,tho i replaced the battery.
I bought Realme 6 in dec 2020 ,and thats also working fine without any problem, all things are original .
I bought Iqoo z7 pro in nov 2023 ,i thought it was a good deal, but some major cons of the phone is that,it heats a lot during gaming and other things and charging speed is worst (67w is flaw) it took around 50-55% (whereas my realme 6 took around 50 min with 33w for full charge). And other issues is that , using any other launcher except vivo system launcher, the recent task manager not working smoothly ,where as no problem with my realme phone.but z7 pro offer a good camera and battery backup .but display is not too bright.i tried moto edge 40 ,the display of that phone is too good.(Since its poled)
So i thought of switching back to realme.when i heard about realme gt 6t,i thought of giving it a try to my old companion.
I ordered at 29k for 8+256gb(green) and it arrived on 2nd June.
I used it for 7 days and here is my review about the phone.
1(display) - its good , bright enough in sunlight (than z7 pro ) ,comparable to moto edge 40 ,6000 nits is only a joke (i know we need to see hbm,its 1600for gt 6t) but display is good.
2(software experience) Tbh the software experience is too good, the animations are too smooth,i mean buttery,it have lot of features, still comes with some bloatwares but they can be deleted with help of adb universal bloatware tool using pc ,like their browser etc.now experience is good without bloatwares.
3(performance)
The performance is top notch, no lag or anything during any single thing,7+gen 3 handles like a cup of tea.
4(camera)
Tbh i am not much satisfied with camera ,since its a gaming phone,my z7 pro offer very good image than this gt 6t ,but I tried to install lmc 8.4 ,it wa saying app can't be installed, so i tried agc 8.4 by big kaka ,and now the camera performance is good ,you can tune in the settings according to your need (I can tell my settings,as I spent 4 hrs to find out best settings ) the night shots are pretty good with agc ,but realme own camera night mode is good too , but agc offer a more good quality images.
5(gaming performance)
I casually play bgmi ,i usually play at smooth +60fps ,tbh it dont deliver good performance, the fps drop is horrible, and sometimes it jitter a lot ,since 7+gen 3 is not yet optimised, but z7 pro offer a good bgmi performance than this ,let wait till its get optimised.
6 (battery)
Battery takes about 1 min to charge 4 percent ,it takes around 30 min to get full charged , Battery backup is good ,it give me around 6hr+ backup with some casual gaming (bgmi for 1 hr ) ,insta reels , youtube and some other task ,i am satisfied with backup ,since i use this at 120hz only.
Overall it's a good phone under 30k ,any questions you can ask in comments. (I was thinking of buying 11r but i dropped my plan due to bad reputation now of 1+ due to green line issue and also 11 r is now 1 years old ,so you will miss 1 major os update)

With over $5 million paid to affiliates, it is clear that this product has captured the interest and trust of many. This review delves into the various aspects of All Day Slimming Tea, examining its effectiveness, ingredients, benefits, and overall value.
Effectiveness: Real Results or Just Hype?
When I first tried All Day Slimming Tea, I was sceptical about its claims. However, consistent use over several weeks has proven its efficacy. The tea comes in two variants: a Morning Energy Tea and an Evening Detox Tea. The Morning Energy Tea, taken at the start of the day, provides a noticeable boost in energy and mental clarity. The ingredients in All Day Slimming Tea are impressive and carefully selected. The Morning Energy Tea contains natural stimulants like green tea, oolong tea, and ginseng root, which are known for their metabolism-boosting and energy-enhancing properties. The Evening Detox Tea includes ingredients such as peppermint leaves, fennel fruit, and senna leaves, which help in detoxification and digestion. I appreciated that the ingredients are organic and non-GMO, ensuring a high-quality, safe product.

I use the following product not just for its slimming benefits but also for its overall health advantages. All Day Slimming Tea has helped me maintain a healthier lifestyle. One of the standout features of All Day Slimming Tea is its convenience. The tea bags are easy to use, and the flavours are pleasant, making it a joy to drink both in the morning and evening. I found that incorporating the tea into my daily routine was seamless, and it did not require any significant changes to my lifestyle. This ease of use is a significant advantage, particularly for those with busy schedules.

In conclusion, I use the following product, All Day Slimming Tea, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their health and wellness. Its effectiveness, high-quality ingredients, and wide-ranging health benefits make it a standout product in the crowded wellness market. The convenience of use and the success in the affiliate market further attest to its value. Investing in All Day Slimming Tea is not just about weight loss; it's about embracing a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle.

2024.06.09 11:05 yessirwelitty My Story with ongoing BV

Hello everyone! Hopefully my story reaches whoever needs it. I sadly struggled with BV for 9 months straight before it finally went away. It all started when I was sexually active with a guy that was no good for me. It was my first time ever having BV so I didn’t understanding what was going on with my body at the time. After ending the connection my vaginal health wouldn’t get better for the life of me. I was constantly going to the clinic getting tested, making multiple doctors appts but no matter how much antibiotics was given to me I would still have BV. The antibiotics I took were Flagyl (took this about 4 times) and Clindamycin cream (used this once) and both gave me the same effects. I always finished the meds and my downstairs area would smell like dirty water! I was miserable and super insecure. Before having any vaginal issues I was drinking a lots of water and taking my probiotics on a regular basis. In those nine months nothing was working! I spent around $200 in probiotics trying different brands and different strains to see what would work for me. I can’t say they didn’t work because I did feel and smell a difference but I still wasn’t back to normal. Finally after a long 9 months with lots of research and a good amount of money spent I am happy to say I am free of the shackles of BV. I been BV free for 4 months now. Here are some tips for anyone struggling.
  1. Drink lots of water! I know it’s very cliché to say this but dehydration can intensify body odors. I recommend drinking about 40oz - 64oz a day. Stop drinking water when your pee is clear. You don’t wanna over hydrate your body and lose electrolytes.
  2. Invest in a good probiotic and be patient. Sadly a lot of reviews online for probiotics are fake and some companies pay for good reviews. Avoid the brands that have reviews like "after one day of taking this probiotic all my problems went away." Learn from my mistake of being gullible enough to believe that. Look for probiotics with variety of strains, between 7 to 20 strains will do. CFU count can be a little tricky but I notice my body reacts will to 50 cfu. I don’t suggest 100 cfu because it could give you adverse effects and make your BV or yeast infection worst. If you need any recommendations feel free to message me.
  3. TEA! There are lots of different teas that have amazing benefits for you vag. I researched the benefits of a lot of teas before i came across hibiscus tea. This tea has completely changed my life for the better. Funny enough I had a dream about hibiscus tea after i brought it and something told me to give it a try. Before i tell you this recipe I recommend you do your own research on this tea. If you have low blood pressure I do not recommend you drink this because it could lower it even more. Hibiscus is rich in antioxidants and assist the body in fighting infections. You could drink the tea alone but i personally didn’t feel the most benefits from doing that. What I do is brew a cup of tea for about 5 mins, add a SPLASH of Apple cider vinegar with the mother. ACV does have some antibacterial and anti fungal properties that could help with health of your gut and vaginal Microbiome and the "mother" is the cloudy particles you see within the vinegar, which is made of good bacteria. Not a shot but a splash of it, took much ACV can be harmless to your throat and teeth. To sweeten the tea I use 100% organic, honey. This is optional but if you have pure 100% pure cranberry juice not from concentrate in your home add a splash of that too. Literally a hour after drinking this I smelled significantly better and continued drinking this for 7 days straight, once a day. My ph balance was right back to normal on day 7. Now I make this for myself about 2-3 times a week. If you come to the conclusion that you can’t consume hibiscus tea a good alternative is green tea, ginger, turmeric, peppermint, licorice, and black tea.
  4. Take a shot of Pure 100% cranberry juice not from concentrate twice a day. Yes cranberries are mainly used for UTIs, but with long-term consumption, it can help the overall pH balance of the vagina. I recommend the Lakewood Juice brand.
  5. Ask for a different antibiotic. Please be vocal about a specific antibiotic not working for your body. A lot of doctors love to prescribe Flagyl because it’s considered the standard for BV but it doesn’t completely eliminate the problem. For any of my ladies who have been prescribed Flagyl over and over again please consider trying oral clindamycin! This is the only antibiotic that has completely cleared my BV. Please be cautious though, it can be really hard on the stomach so i do recommend you take a probiotic about an hour after the dose. For example, if you have to take two pills a day after your last pill take a probiotic a hour after. This is to prevent the loss of the healthy bacteria in your gut. YOU DON’T TO GET C DIFF. If you have IBS, Ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease please talk to your doctor to see if it’s a good fit for you. Tips 1-4 are for replenishing your Microbiome and maintaining your pH balance.
If you come to the end of this post, thank you so much for reading. I hope my story encourages you and gives you a sense of hope that you can gain control of your body again. Feel free to ask any questions or message me! F**k BV.

2024.06.09 10:40 supsupersoup Please, help me find the name and the recipe (preferably in English) of this Hangzhou sweet dish.…..

I found it only in Hangzhou, it was a green tea cake with sesame seeds on the sides—warm, round and small. If I remember correctly, it had something purple as a filling, maybe taro. It used to come in 4 or 6 portions. No pictures attached because this happened 10 years ago and I forgot about it until now. Thanks in advance!!

2024.06.09 10:13 Bookmealworm A Food That Instantly Helps Most Times + Other tips

I've had lyme for probably 10 years now, but wasn't diagnosed till 3 years ago. I'm going to share my symptoms, so that maybe if you have similar symptoms it will help.
So for some reason, when I eat almonds, like a huge handful, my breathing problems from lyme start to get a bit better, my nervous system feels stronger, and just overall better. This even has an affect like minutes after I eat a huge handful of almonds. It doesn't seem like placebo, because I've tried many many things that haven't worked, tried to believe they would work, and didn't. But almonds for some reason, and other nuts seem to help a ton. Probably because the brain is mostly made of fat and I have lyme brain.
Also interesting enough about almonds:
There was a story, not sure if it was true, but a guy had dreams that kept coming true. Eventually he had a dream to just eat 1 almond a day, and it would solve a lot of health problems. Now we don't know if thats true, but if it's true that this guy really had these prophetic dreams that were coming true, maybe there's something to the almonds.
Anyways... I had it BAD. I seriously couldn't breathe 24/7 for 3.5 years, and I still have troubles. I couldn't and still can't sometimes, even go anywhere, stand in a store without being so dizzy that I'm falling over, or my legs getting weak. So yeah, that breathing thing was constant and pure hell, I'm not one to exaggerate, and it makes me mad when people often say they're in hell when they lose their phone or something, they don't know what it's like..
So yeah, if you had breathing problem, a horrible nervous system that even someone talking to you hurts and you can't process anything, your muscles are burning always, any of that...
Then try eating almonds often, as long as you aren't allergic to them or any nuts.
Seriously... It's the weirdest thing. If I'm feeling absolutely horrible, eating those most of the time helps. Diet overall is hugely important, like man I was drinking coke for years, lots of junk, and quitting that truly makes a difference. It's no joke... you always hear about diet and think it's so basic that it couldn't work but it does.
Other tips:
For some reason, even when I could hardly do a pushup and I was at my worst with lyme, forcing myself to do pushups when I couldn't breathe made me breathe easier for 30 seconds, then it would mostly go back to impossible to breathe. So if you're in that position having shortness of breath 24/7 and need even some seconds of relief, try some pushups. I had lyme brain, so i'm guessing these things just help activate parts of my brain for a bit that make it easier to breathe. I think the pushups also helped stress out my INSANELY tight muscles from lyme. Man... I used to do gymnastics, and all of a sudden I couldn't do anything, couldn't even jump cause I was so stiff, I was in my early 20s when that started, just turned 29.
I advice you to honestly keep going on, I don't even know how I did.. I couldn't even sit in my bed my nervous system was so bad, it was constantly inflamed and weak and any little thought I couldn't even handle for 3 years... You feel like you're actually dying... So if you didn't have it that bad, seriously, be thankful... If you do, keep going, stick to the diet, quit addictions to help your brain opperate more, exercise even if it's light weight. I even had narcissistic parents gaslighting me, harassing me, making me scream when I couldn't throughout all of this too. As I said, keep going. With all this happening I'm getting better.
For some reason also, my nose was incredibly incredibly stuffy on top of all this, like so bad that it was all fully blocked and made everything even worse. Nothing like i'd ever experience, nothing would come out, no sinus infection, nothing. I think all that brain inflamation was getting to my sinuses, but nothing showed up to the docs.
What I take:
I started with an antibiotic (doxy) for months years ago, didn't feel like it really did much, but glad I did as it might have helped.
I am on cryptoplus, helps if you have babesia as well apparently.
Green tea extracts, high quality fishoils, magnesium, vitamin c, probably few others I used to take that i'm missing that not sure if it helps.
If you test negative but think you have lyme due to a tick bite
I tested negative for the I think Western Blot, but I tested Positive for the C6 Peptide test. If it weren't for that, I probably wouldn't have ever thought I had lyme, and who knows what would have happened... They then found many other indicators of lyme such as me having 3 bands, whatever that means. Many other tests too that indicated potential lyme that I don't remember.
This is all based off my observation with lots of personal testing.

2024.06.09 09:30 AutumnFanatic 22 [M4F] Illinois/Anywhere/Online - Hi! Nerdy guy who loves autumn looking for a genuine intimate connection

I have a fear of speedbumps, but I'm slowly getting over it..
Hi and welcome to my post! Wanted to start off with a funny to me dad joke.
Nice to meet you, I'm Dylan!
I love autumn way too much and I can't wait for it! It makes me so excited. We had a much cooler day here for once and it felt like October so I was burning a lot of candles.
To put it simple, I am a single 22 year old man who has been pretty lonely in life and lacking human connection. And part of what comes with that is the desire to be intimate with a person. I am very mature for my age and will always be respectful of your boundaries and feelings, especially with anything sexual. Lately all I have is myself when it comes to sexual desires, so I would like to have someone to keep company with in that regard too.
I'm just relaxing on my days off this weekend and burning a woodwick candle. I love candles! 🕯️ Sometimes a campfire outside on a fall night or a crackling WoodWick candle is a relaxing constant among our busy and hectic world. It's nice to just disconnect, feel grounded and happy in your own little cozy space. Feeling calm and collected and at peace. Something that fewer people take the time to do these days.
I am seeking a woman around my age or older to build a close connection with that could possibly lead to a something intimate which includes the possibility of teasing/sharing pics etc. but only when we were comfortable. Figured I would be open in my Intentions as that's the best way to be.
You:
Kind, respectful, and easy going.
Comfortable with the idea of eventually sharing intimate things together.
Willing to eventually move off of Reddit.
Want something genuine and fun!
Are honest in your intentions and a good person to be around!
That's about it, we will get along great I know it.
I've been feeling a little bummed out lately. I always try and stay happy and see the best in things. But.. I've just been so alone. Most of my whole childhood and adult years have been spent feeling lonely. I grew up surrounded by cornfields which was peaceful but also has a lonely aspect to it. My family never really were close and never did anything as a family really. And part of it too is the fact that I never had any neighbors my age to interact with. But aside from that, my adult life has been very lonely. I'm just always by myself. I barely have any meaningful adult relationships or experiences, or even any friends.
I work a 3-11 job in building maintenance at my company world headquarters building which I love, but again it's very lonely. I work the off shift so the building is always empty. I don't get normal social interaction with people my age or a chance to build relationships. I only have 3 older men as co-workers and we are mostly in the basement away from any people on the floors from knowing our existence. I always walk the floors and see office people laughing and chatting with their coworkers and I just don't have that kind of experience. And just.. no one knows I exist really. Everyone probably assumes I have a lot of friends, but I'm struggling inside with being so alone and trying to meet people and get past the "hi how are you?" "I'm good thanks" stage. Most people don't seem to want to talk beyond that. And most women are already in relationships and thus it would seem weird to approach them in an office setting trying to get to know them deeper. But man those "hi how are yous" are the only real interactions I get during my day.. so thus I decided to come here lol. Rant over, sorry! I promise I'm not a downer. 😅
Now for some things about me!
As you can tell, I am very mature for my age and am polite and have good grammar which unfortunately not everyone my age does anymore lol. I am not active at all on social media/internet culture really and don't know much about all the slang the younger people these days use. I feel like I'm 50. 🤣
I am left handed which is pretty cool. I'm not much of a party person or a drinker, I much prefer a quiet night at home and maybe a beer or two on a weekend but that's about it. I am simple and stay out of drama and trouble and don't get much into politics or other things that cause drama with people. I much prefer a relaxing campfire and a night at home and to just let the world keep on turning haha. I consider myself pretty intelligent and mature, especially for my age which is why I'm open to older ladies.
Physically I'm 180 pounds, have brown hair, green eyes, and a typical build.
Some of my hobbies are:
• Photography
I have a Nikon D200 and D5500 that I love to shoot with. I love nature scenes, abstract, black and white/goth kinda photography, sunsets, etc. it's so fun to just let your mind explore. It's not about what camera you have, but those who are behind the camera!
• Cooking and baking
I loveeee to cook and bake! I enjoy making various meals but also love to just have a frozen pizza once in awhile or something like that. I recently made homemade chili which turned out great. I love to bake, especially in the fall! I love pies, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc. I restored a vintage KitchenAid mixer that needed tbe gearbox rebuilt. Eventually I would love to practice home canning my own food.
• Music
Oh my gosh, I like so much!! Alternative rock, punk, post punk, electronic, synth pop, psychedelic rock, hard rock, etc. I am very non judgemental and open when it comes to music. My three current favorite bands are Type O Negative, Joy Division, and the Cure.
• Nature walks and camping
I really enjoy camping, making fires, and relaxing by a campfire. I love to take walks outside and just enjoy the beauty and simplicity of nature. It's wonderful, especially in a world so focused on everything digital.
• Repairing things
I'm a maintenance guy and one of my hobbies is electronics repair so I am good with my hands and just all around good at troubleshooting and fixing all sorts of things around the house. Last week I helped my elderly neighbor get his tractor started, it needed a new component in the starting circuit. So I'm pretty handy which... Comes in handy! 😂
• Autumn 🍁
This isn't a hobby per say, but man do I love the fall!!! It's my absolute favorite time of the year. Oh my gosh. The beautiful colors, crisp cool air, misty and foggy days, rain, lack of bugs, being cuddled up with a candle or by the fire drinking a tea, etc. I love it! There's only two seasons for me. Fall, and waiting for fall! Haha.
• Scented Candles and incense
Going along with my love for fall, I absolutely love candles! I have like 30 something lol. 😂 Currently my favorite are WoodWick, which are owned by Yankee candle. They have such a soothing crackle and the scents are great! I also love to burn incense from time to time as well. I have cottagecore hippie vibes.
• Old houses and architecture
I love old houses! Especially 1900s and Victorian era homes. Old homes have so much character to them and are just so beautiful from a time when people took pride in their craft. I strongly dislike the modern cookie cutter cheap construction of homes today. I would love to live in an old home one day. I also love their architecture and uniqueness, as well as architecture of old cathedrals and other buildings.
• Relaxing
Basic I know, but sometimes on the weekend I just love to get cozy in bed and relax and put on a YouTube video or an album! 😊
That's about it for me, I'm a pretty laid back and simple person. My ideal person is someone who is respectful and honest! I am very straightforward and open minded and would hope that you are as well.
If I seem interesting to you at all I would love to hear from you!
Thank you so much for reading.

Hi and welcome to my post! Wanted to start off with a funny to me dad joke.
Nice to meet you, I'm Dylan! I'm a 22 year old who has lived in Illinois my whole life. As you can totally tell, I absolutely love autumn and everything about it!! I was born in October. It's my favorite month, and there's just something so magical about the fall colors, the cool crisp air, and those dreary and rainy and foggy days and nights. I love it so much and absolutely despise summer and humidity. 😂🍂🍁

Some guys get really freaked a out about that and blood etc. and I don't get it because it's a natural part of being a woman and something that should be respected and understood and not something to be grossed out by. I know some women tend to get more horny on their period and thats when most guys don't want anything to do with them, but I'm different!

First time buying online (review)
Hi, long time tea drinker here. I started my loose leaf journey just a couple months ago after years of teabags and it's been pretty interesting to try all sorts of tea, some of which I had no idea existed.
This is the first online order I make (from Florité, Mexican tea shop in Guadalajara) and it's a varied set to bulk up my small tea collection. I have already tasted them all, so I'll give a couple of impressions for each.
Left to right, then down (picture):
  • Lemongrass: Had it a long time ago and always liked the flavor but hadn't seen it in stores since then. It's as good as I remember it tasting but it steeps multiple times with no major flavor loss in-between, which is great. 10/10
  • Lapsang Souchong: Very smoky. Smells of ash when dry and brewed it tastes like how burning wood smells. Might be good with meaty foods but not a daily drinker for sure. 6/10
  • Anxi Oolong (Tie Guan Yin): First oolong ever. Subtle fruity and grassy notes, peachy aftertaste. I think I brewed it poorly, already the second cup kinda tasted like straight hot water (yes I did do the pre-brew rinse). Don't think I have the brewing nailed down yet, so no score, but seems nice so far.
  • Mint Gunpowder: VERY minty. It was so minty that my stomach was slightly annoyed from how much menthol was in the cup. Would prefer less mint, more green tea grassyness. 5/10
  • Hojicha: Toasty, fragrant, slight coffee-like look and feel, except the flavor is totally different from that, being very much still a green tea. Liked it a lot, just disappointed that it falls off in flavor a lot with each new steep. 8/10
  • Fruit tisane (paper bags): Hibiscus tart, with heavy berry notes. Rounded by added vanilla flavor at the back. Not a big fan of fruit brews but this is pretty balanced and was an addon from the vendor, which is neat. 7/10
Overall, I'm satisfied with the selection, the packaging is pretty good and very aesthetic, though there is damage to some lids caused by the shipping. Shipping time was acceptable. The bonus tisane was a pleasant surprise as it was not mentioned anywhere when ordering. Would order again. 👍
I'm open to suggestions of teas I should try next. As a disclaimer though, I live in Mexico and from what I see, almost all foreign online shops simply don't ship over here (probably something to do with customs). Just a heads up about that.

2024.06.09 08:20 FIXI0 My recent sleeping struggles

Hello everyone, I will start off by saying that I'm 20 just so you can understand my issue. I have been a brilliant sleeper over the past three years. I would sleep regularly going to bed at 10pm and waking up at 7. This worked wonders for me, I would always be well rested and we're rarely tired. My sleeping schedule only changed when I went to work, which was waking up at 6am (this does not happen often as I'm in university so I don't regularly work). Over the recent month I have been waking up from around 5am and falling back to sleep until 7am. At the beginning I thought it might be a problem with regards to the morning sun, thus I got a sleeping mask that is very good, however, even with that I am constantly waking up. I wear a Fitbit to bed as I use it as my alarm, and according to the sleeping score, my sleep is good averaging at 78 per night up to 80 (which was the same before I started having my issue). I would like to outline that I feel tired, my immune system got worse over the month and I caught two colds (this has not been previously the case as I have been getting ill only once per year). I am a very active person as I regularly enjoy the outside and go to the gym with a solid routine. My diet is great, as I care about building muscle and I only have a cup of green tea in the morning and that is it for my caffeine intake during the day. I do not consume any alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, etc (I never did as I am very anti all this stuff). I study everyday, I love books and any literature, I draw a lot and overall tire my brain, I no longer play video games or use any screens before bed time. I have ADHD and use no medication (just to clarify), but I do not think this is the issue as it never has been. My hypothesis is that perhaps the morning sun rays wake my body but not my mind? I don't know, I am probably talking gibberish. Thank you for the help if you were even bothered to read all this

2024.06.09 07:50 geismaikati Day 3 of green tea and no coffee. I'm waking up easy as fuck compared to before.

What I've noticed so far as a positive is that I'm waking up easier than when I was drinking coffee.
Before every morning it felt like I was fucking paralyzed. Now when I'm on just one cup of green tea I wake up and I can't believe I'm saying it - refreshed.
Another benefit is that I'm way way less socially anxious.
The plan is to stick to 1 cup of green tea a day for 2 weeks and then quit that too.
Is what I'm experiencing normal or could it be placebo?

Um it’s so obvious
Obviously the Goat is from a parallel universe where Narinder and Shimura switch places and the goats trying to recruit the other cult leaders across the universe like the yellow/blue/green crown bearers so they can form the new bishops and celebrate with a tea party and if you didn’t know this you obviously don’t care about the game and it’s lore🙄 (obviously)

2024.06.09 07:11 Avelion-chan Need help with diagnosis, since my doctor won´t do any tests

Hi I (31F) need help with narrowing what is infection i might have. For the last week i had strong rhinitis with clear mucus. Meanwhile my colleague was scratchy voice(not sure if it´s called this way in english too) since thuesday, saying, that she just got her vocal cords irritated by icy drink. I believed her and we worked together for the rest of the week. On friday, she finnaly got some pastilles for that, but on that day i started to feel sore throat. In the evening, it was already so bad i could barelly swollow without tears(but still able to swallow, no obstruction). That went trough while night. Yesterday it got a bit calmer, but my rhinitis got stronger, producing green mucus(hard to describe, but it smells the way bitter pea taste). I heafeel bubbly noise while blowing my nose. Ears don´t hurt, just feel weird. Temperature 37,8°C, which is weird, since i usually don´t suffer from higher temperatures. Joints, but not muscle, pain. Also, for some reason, slight pain in kidney area. Tonsils are not swollen(at least from the outside). Mild to medium headache. Nausea without vomiting. Today woke up with dry cough. Everything remains the same. Rhinitic treated with Sinupret acut and camomile tea.
Non-acute health problems: Non alergic asthma(treated with inhalation corticoids) and Selective immunoglobulin A deficiency.
Does anyone know what it could be? I´m planning to call my doctor, but don´t want to go visit her, since i don´t really wanna travel 1,5 hour to city while knowing, that she doen´t like to do any other test than looking into my throat and hearing lungs.(yep, no blood or microbiology testing, unless it´s serious) I was thinking haemophilus influenzae, but will be happy for any advice. Anything that makes her not give me just another broad spectrum antibiotics.
Picture of throat from this morning here.

2024.06.09 04:34 Any-Notice3437 I need [HELP] with fragrances

I'm in high school and I want to smell clean/nice, but I don't know what fragrances to use, I dislike scents as strong as perfume (strong fragrances make me nauseous) I like fragrances with either sweet, warm notes like caramel or vanilla (but not sickening) or fresh notes (fresh laundry, cucumber, green tea)
I would prefer something light and not intoxicating that i can spray/apply before heading out, and still have hints of it lingering throughout the day
sorry about being picky and this was rushed (please help a girl out)

2024.06.09 04:28 Proper_Engineering35 [Routine Help] oily and acne prone skin

I want to stick to one skincare routine that will show results ! I am aiming to take better care of myself this summer since I graduated university and have the rest of the year off because I believe I deserve a little break. I have so many products, but I’m not sure what will work exactly. I know it different for every person but I’ve never had a set routine and follow through with one because I would be so overwhelmed with school. I also do not how they should be used or what should come first. I’m very new to all of this so please bear with me🤍. I have gone to a dermatologist many times but they just prescribe me with tretinoin cream which ruined my skin and tried to make me pay for this cleanser that was over $300 dollars… never again.
Here are my list of products that I currently own:
**Cleansers:**
It's Skin V7 Hyaluronic Cleanser
Cerave Acne control cleanser (2% salicylic acid with 3 essential ceramides , hectorite clay and niacinamide)
**Moisturizers/Creams**
Etude Soon Jung - Hydro Carrier Cream
Innisfree Balancing emulsion with Green Tea - Facial Emulsion (?)
Vanicream facial moisturizer - Broad Spectrum SPF 30 mineral sunscreen with ceramides
Elf Skin Blemish Breakthrough - Acne calming water cream (1% salicylic acid acne treatment with 4% niacinamide)
Concha nácar Grisi (mother of pearl face cream) brightening)
**Oils:**
Elf Skin Hemo Cannabis Sativa All the feels facial oil - with hemp seed oil + squalane
**Acne products:**
Elf Skin Blemish Breakthrough - Triple-Acid Resurfacing Serum (with 8.5% triple-acid complex + 10% niacinamide)
Clinique Acne solutions Clinical - clearing gel (salicylic acid acne medication)
The Ordinary - Salicylic Acid 2% Solution
The Creme Shop BT21 - clear glow essence serum (vitamin c, glycolic acid, and willow extract)
*Used for dark spots and acne (1-2 times a week):* the ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner

2024.06.09 03:54 BigSnekEnergy Just completed my first 24 hour fast

I posted a few days ago trying to gain some insight on how to prepare for this. I’ve never done anything like this before, just 16 to 18 hour fasts. I’ve been doing those on and off over a period of 2 1/2-3 months and I’m not sure just how much weight I’ve lost, but I do know that my work uniform is a lot looser on me than it used to be and I’m already fitting into things I fit into when I was about 10 pounds lighter.
As I said, I slowly adjusted myself too fast of a longer duration. Beginning with 12 hours, then 14, then 16, and so on. I wanted to attempt a 24 hour fast not just for weight loss, but for the benefits of autophagy. Here’s how things went.
I tried to do it the day after I made the post, but had a pretty major work out and afterwards was starving so I decided to postpone it for a day. Just a pre-face, if my schedule seems kind of weird, I work night shift 11 PM to 7 AM so when most peoples days are winding down, mines only just starting.
I had my last meal at 7 AM the day before my fast. First six hours weren’t so bad because I was asleep. I was hungry and a little cranky when I first woke up, but it subsided after I drank some water. The first half of my shift at work really wasn’t that bad. Originally I wanted to avoid doing it on a workday in case it made it difficult to focus, but it wasn’t really that bad.
I did get a pretty serious salt craving it around 18 hours in. My electrolytes were probably low. If I had had a bone broth on hand, I probably would’ve had that, but I settled for green tea. I will say, I probably drank a healthy amount of water for once. I noticed that I got thirsty a lot more during it. A lot of the time I forget to hydrate.
I felt a little bit spaced out towards the end of my shift, but my boss had no complaints. He told me that I actually seemed a bit more productive than usual.
The last two hours were the hardest for me. I expected to be way hungrier than I actually was. In reality, I only got mild hunger pangs within the first 12 hours, but they subsided pretty quick. However, during the last two hours I was extremely sleepy, which is something that doesn’t usually happen to me at work. To avoid that, I will avoid doing it on a workday next time.
I’m not sure if this is an actual thing or if it’s just psychosomatic, but my stomach looks less puffy than usual. Most of my extra weight is in my abdomen, not really anywhere else. Even when I was skinny, I always had a little paunch there that I’ve never been able to get rid of. However, it felt softer and didn’t stick out as much, which was interesting.
