There’s no doubt about it. Things are difficult for our generation. We no longer live in a generation where you can buy a house for a pack of peanuts. It is clear that you have to do something else other than you ordinary job to be comfortable in todays day and age. I have tried many strategies to make money in the past but the first that has worked for me: the plr affiliate method. (This is a long read so I apologise in advance)

I had another moment of inspiration, what if I was able to ask social media accounts with an established following to put the link in their bio and I would offer them a percentage of every sale they make (I offered a 50/50 cut). So for the next few days I grinded and sent direct messages and emails to Instagram and tiktok accounts, I mainly targeted accounts with large followings that did not have any links currently in their bio and I have had the greatest success with these accounts. I was able to create the affiliate programme on shopify using a plug called uppromote, there are many videos that explain how to set this up on YouTube.
So why would accounts with large following agree to my proposal despite them supplying all of the following?
The answer is simple, a lot of people have a great ability to create content, but perhaps do not have the business acumen or have the motivation to create a revenue stream themselves. This method provides them a easy solution to this problem.
After a lot of grinding and a lot of messages I had gained clients and five months later I’m at the point where I have 31 affiliates selling my e books and courses in their bio. The total following of these accounts is 8.4 million followers across all platforms - a following I would not have been able to attain myself with my content creation skills.
The numbers, what everyone is here for! This method has generated me $11,000 in profit since January (50% of sales went to affiliates so $22,000 revenue). Things started out slow but are picking up fast, last month has been particularly good, generating me $3,000 in profit from easy and passive income.
Problems and issues I’ve encountered: understandingly so the accounts often want to see the product they are selling before they agree to be an affiliate for the product. With spending remaining stable, that spells a clear path either to profitability, or to increased cash availability for investment in further growth. Either way, the financials are set to look far healthier this year as the company starts booking serious revenue for the first time.

Recently my AVR-X4500H received a firmware update to 2461-9191-1153-9010 and I have a problem. It seems that the Bluetooth section has been reworked and is now the tune in section. At first I was like hey new features then I learned a terrible truth. There is no Bluetooth. First I thought I just had to pair my devices again but trying to run the pairing procedure it won't go into pairing mode and there is no Bluetooth option except for a button on my remote that says Bluetooth that now does nothing. Now I may be in a minority of those who use Bluetooth with there receiver but It's something I've been using almost everyday since working from home to maintain my sanity. Now for those who say use the Heos app let's face it, it's trash sounds like crap and it's not local. Not to mention that I bought a receiver with Bluetooth and it was just taken away. So before I put this unit up for sale to buy a non Denon replacement is there a way to roll back to the previous firmware so I can get Bluetooth back? If I could get back to the previous version of firmware I'd be willing to shut off software updates to restore this feature. A factory reset didn't change the situation and I'm stuck. Aside from that any ideas?

These sights do have some salt on them thanks to using the provided Dawson sight tool to install (not great on their part since it’s cheap metal and silver so you leave white marks on your new black sight). I’ve done a little on my part by using a sharpie to color in the discoloration but letting you know there are marks there. In the end, these are the tritium sights and they still work just fine. TLDR; I'm looking for something that's like my Cloud II but wireless (Heard HP took over Kingston so the current/previous gens are manufactured cheaply so won't have the same quality as before).
Hello, never really asked questions on reddit before but I'm currently stuck on decisions of replacing my current headset (HyperX Cloud II) for something else. I previously got them cause I played a lot of FPS and it was cheap.
I wouldn't be replacing it if it wasn't for the headband peeling off (I've found some fixes online but think its time for me to upgrade as I've used these for 6 years). I tried the Cloud III but I immediately returned them the next day as I was not impressed with the sound quality (even with EQ tampering).

Helllllo!!! I am joining y'all this fall! My employer is going to move one car to Anchorage for me. I have a 2008 Corolla that has still a lot of life left in it but I am buying a new car because I am getting too fat to fit in it. Should I sell the Corolla here and bring a new car to Anchorage or should I bring the Corolla and sell it in Anchorage? Is the Corolla too old to be useful to anyone there?
And the new car...... Is it better to buy a new car here and move it to Anchorage or should I buy one in Anchorage? I'm gonna buy a new Toyota RAV4. Buying in Anchorage will save me 6% sales tax but I wonder if there's a shortage of new cars there and if I will have to pay a premium to get a new car. Any thoughts? TIA!

Short version:
I'm having what seems like multiple issues with my 7yo Appartamento. I've taken a few steps to fix it myself, and I'm considering sending it out for repair. As I'm looking at repair estimates, what's the cost at which it becomes smarter to just get another machine?
Background:
This is my second espresso machine. My first was a Fiorenzato Colombina, a single-boiler e61 machine that I also had for 7 years before it gave out. With the Appartamento I took Rocket's advice and did not descale. But I didn't realize how much mineral content my water (from the city) has, I guess. And the tech at Chris Coffee explained that my Brita filter was doing nothing for me on mineral content.
So, after several months of chasing an intermittent overheating issue (pressure adjustments, pressure stat, stat filter, etc), I did a deep descale and found a LOT of build-up. Got it mostly cleaned out, I think. Now it heats up well without overheating, but midway through my first shot the pump just shuts off. It won't come back until the next day (or just a full cool-down, I imagine).
I paid $1,550 for it 7 years ago, and I know the market has moved on. Prices have gone up, but competition has gotten better. Similarly priced dual boiler machines (at least to the Appartamento's current list price), cheaper HX machines with PID, brew pressure gauges, etc.
Is it time to stop throwing good money after bad and replace it?

For the first time this year, I voted in the score prediction poll that ACFC would lose by 2+ points. All I really wanted to see was that they were capable of scoring a goal against a team that allows less than a goal per game. (Keeping it real ya' know. I’m just trying to manage my expectations and emotions at this point in the season.)
Angel City didn’t lose by 2+ points. They scored a goal…in the run of play, no less! So why am I in such a gloomy mood? It’s…just…such…uninspiring…play.
So far this year Gotham has been a good team with really great players. Their record and stats don’t fully reflect what they are capable of. They’ve had some injuries and Juan Carlos has been working in the lab trying to figure out how to assemble all of the parts in the best way possible. He’s turning a bunch of words into sentences and a bunch of sentences into paragraphs. They’ve won 4 of their last 5, moved up to fifth in the table, and they’ll be in the hunt for back-to-back titles at the end of the season.
Someone locked Becky out of the lab. Angel City’s words don’t make sentences…there are no paragraphs to be found. Aging USWNT stars have unfortunately battled injuries; goaltending is mediocre; the front office appears to overpay for talent and be on the losing end of player deals; they have a cadre of teenagers yet somehow have the second-oldest team in the league; bench players from other teams are getting starters minutes; starters from other teams spend most of their time on the bench; the same lineup and tactics are used every game; the center forward tactics are from the Abby Wambach era; complementary football is a rare sight.
But damn, they sure do sell a lot of merch. Ah, if only jersey sales factored into contention for the Shield.
And I get it. It’s been a hot mess. So Becki has them playing to their strengths – the speed on the wings. But…it…is…so…damn…predictable. For one half this year – the first half against KC – I was inspired by the game plan. No one gets excited with the starting 11 are announced anymore. There’s no reason to try to spot formation changes at the beginning of each half. They are allergic to halftime substitutions. The injury report is the most anticipated news ahead of each game. It’s frustrating.
We’re a week into June and it’s still gloomy out. What does the rest of the month hold? Here’s what left before the Olympics break:
