Step 3: quickly swipe from the right side of the screen to the left side at least 15 times until the kiosk menu appears.
I’ve done it a million times and can’t figure it out. What do I do I’m confused

I've tried connecting my external monitor to my blade using the HDMI port, and each time my screen would mirror for a short time whilst I'm on the login screen, but as soon as I load to desktop, screen goes blank and graphics driver crash. Same with if I plug it in once loaded to the desktop.
The monitor has been previously used on my desktop and is just a normal, 1920x1080 monitor. I've also tried a different, ultawide monitor which causes the same issue, switched cables, and esured my Nvidia drivers are up to date. Any help is appreciated.
