I’m a solo player 94% of the time. The rest I’ll just happen to fall into a shitshow with another solo or some squad rolling through and hope for the best. Today was a different day in Lamang. I’m trying to just get some loot after completing a couple tasks, when I get a message from two fellas asking me to cover their infil. I’m in a decent mood so I oblige and upon their arrival, these guys drop me $50k, each. I get back to base thinking what in the hell just happened. Last few days it’s been mostly people trying to pull the ole nade & disconnect. Which is exactly what happened 32 seconds after getting back to base…. Luckily didn’t die. Just a flesh wound. I disconnected and rejoined another server.
I load in and start getting ready for a task run, and I can hear another two fells begging for someone with a mic to respond. I’m kinda a bit away and figured someone else would talk with them. I’m still in the server, still processing what just happened. Almost fully dehydrated and starved my character lol
TL/DR: got absolutely shit on by gray zone bots for hours and then two separate pair of randoms, on separate servers gave me a combined $1.5M and a kitted MK18 to clean myself up with. Mithras 🫡

We are playing HaxBall with a couple of my friends. It has game rooms, and most of them are automated and hosted on servers. Our room was closed two weeks ago, so we didn’t have a chance to play. My friends were saying we could cover the whole cost, but we didn’t know how to set it up. So, I took responsibility, believing in ChatGPT-4, and started working on it.
First, I asked ChatGPT what I should do and what steps I needed to take. ChatGPT provided each step to me and also gave me the necessary codes. I rented a VPS on DigitalOcean, installed Ubuntu, and then installed Google Chrome. After that, I uploaded the bot and made it run indefinitely. I added some functions to the bot, connected it to a Discord channel, and added functionalities like !calladmin. I also connected Discord to my Telegram to get immediate notifications for admin calls, etc.
Of course it didn't worked perfectly. I got so much troubles but I fixed that issues by searching on the web and trying to find a proper ways. But as a result, all of this was possible thanks to ChatGPT. It also helped me gain some reputation because I am now the owner of the room. No one can say anything to me even I play really terrible :)

2024.05.19 11:09 vietani I feel bad saying no to adding a discord bot in the server, should I just suck it up and add it?
Basically my friends and I would stay up late in discord and I would pull up the “Can you guess the anime based on the opening songs” and videos similar to that. My friend, who is a huge anime watcher, wanted to add this discord bot that would join the voice call and plays anime songs and you would type in chat and guess what anime it’s from. I understand the appeal because we used to have a fun competitive with each other playing the waifu mudae bot but that was a long time ago and none of us play it anymore beside him and maybe 2 other people. He’s been begging me this multiple times but I usually say I would give excuses like I don’t want the server to get spam and it doesn’t look really fun etc. I asked my other friends about if they wanted to add it and they also said they aren’t really excited about adding the bot to the server either. I mainly don’t want to add that anime opening guessing bot because I don’t want to make the server “too anime” and it just feels icky adding an anime guessing bot that plays 24/7 I feel bad rejecting, should I just suck it up and add it and hopefully I can remove it later ?

Trying to complete The Huntsman Path - Woods Keeper. I killed Sthurman 7 times now, but the stash key hasn't spawned on him... Does anyone have a definitive answer on how to get it to spawn? I read that it is very rare in vanilla, so I upped the loot in SVM and downloaded the mod Lots of Loot, but it didn't help.
I tried looking for his file in Aki_Data/Servedatabase/bots/types but his name doesn't show. Only Gluhar, Killa, Sanitar etc.
