As pilot I actually quite enjoy the occasional unexpected event: Go-Arounds due to traffic on the runway, holdings, runway changes, shortcuts that require different decent calculations and stuff like that. Now my question to you controllers is: Do you feel the same or are unexpected events just annoying for you? I am not talking about unnecessary simulated go-arounds or emergencies, but if I actually mess up an approach and go missed, is this fun or annoying for you? I recently found myself way high on an approach and when I got decend clearance instead of asking for trackmiles or a holding I just went full meteorite mode decending at 8000fpm to catch back up because I was afraid to bother the controller :D

2023.12.17 10:40 Magician1985 Tactix 7 Amoled bad HR detection

Dear all. I am new T7A owner and the experience with the HR detection is very Bad. I am currently on the trackmill and my Watch says 70-80 BPM, the detection of the trackmill says 140+. Similar during running yesterday, the Watch Said 70-80 BPM, my experience said 150+. The Watch is tight to my wrist, als Updates were Done. Somebody with similar Experience ?
Edit: the EKG After the exercice seems to be ok with 80-90 BPM.
Looks like a bug?!

So i recently decided to try keto diet out.
Currently i am on my 4th day!!
Here’s some information about myself ,
I live in Singapore , also has a left leg disability which means running etc is a nono if i’m planning to lose weight through exercise.
So all i can do are , 30 second plank , 15 leg raises and just recently tried out russian twist.
I also would do some walking on trackmil (50min — 3.5 km/hr)

I thought that by doing some exercise , it will help me rch my target kinda faster.
So for today ,
For breakfast — I ate 2 soft boiled eggs
For lunch — I decided to opt for wingstop (classic wings - Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan) instead of eating rice or noodles which is high in carbs
For night , i thought of eating salmon and tofu
I try to drink 8 cups of water daily (sadly always ended up at only 6 or 7 - i guess it’s an improvement for me since i only drink sugary drinks in the past and hardly any plain water)

Just wondering if it’s okai by far :/ Have been doing about the same (except lunch ) where it’s egg for breakfast and fish for dinner
So for now i have reached 39 g (63%) , 1g (1%) carbs and 50 g (36%) protein (without dinner yet)

Can someone kindly tell me if i’m doing this right?
Am i consuming too much protein?
Am i consuming too little fats?

Amir - Doing an eight week boot camp at Gold's Gym.

Amir - Six weeks in, and I haven't showed up yet.

Amir - First up is a 2 mile power jog on this death machine they call a trackmill.
Jake - Treadmill.
Amir - So I use the opportunity to go for a run myself, out of the friggin gymnastium. But not before proving my worth to the instructor by picking up the biggest weight I could find... The weight to the women's locker room. Hahah.
Jake - (looks unamused)
Amir - Didn't think you'd get that. Now I actually bend down to pick up a barbell that probably grossed about 80 kilos and pop goes my weasel. My back is pulled like a pork sandwich in pot-tuckey.
Jake - I don't wanna hear the whole story man, ok. You're only on day one.
