Mpeg2enc mac

Hey Everyone. I'm having some issues. I have to use Snow Leopard on Mac on my old Mac Pro Desktop to convert some old .avi files into .mov. The files have an old cineform codec and I had to go back in time with my software and hardware to make this happen. I'm trying to batch convert because there are hundreds of files. When I attempt to install ffmpeg, it says I'm missing mpeg2enc, mencoder, and mplayer. I can't seem to find those anywhere. Can someone help me or provide an easier way to achieve the large batch conversions? Thanks!
