However, the ships at 30 are either the Erich Loewenhardt or the Black Bayern. I don't own a premium CV yet, so I'm leaning towards the Erich Loewenhardt (when I buy the pass), but with the cirrenmt nerf of CVs (spotting limited to fighters) and a fighterless CV named after a fighter ace... sounds like a bad idea.

There is a lot added on here, helping to make this a wonderful experience. It's currently in the Investigation arc, and runs monthly in Yuri Hime.

Context: My husband and I have been married for almost 8 years. We have two young children and I am 37 weeks pregnant. I full time 40 hours a week and come home very late at night as it is a Twilight midnight shift. My husband has his own business that's up and down. 70 percent of our house is under construction for remodeling which my husband does mostly himself and I help where I physically can. It takes a lot of money and work. The kitchen isn't ready still which will be really important to have when the baby comes to safely make found and clean bottles etc.
We moved here in a rush because my husband's PTSD is triggered by the town we lived by. Into that my husband has PSTD because of a whole complicated situation that happened two years ago where I lied a I had been raped and blackmailed by an ex but was trying to handle it by myself and no I didn't trust my husband at the time and we had a terrible relationship so I was admittedly absolutely stupid and tried to handle the situation myself and then just came clean and it all exploded. My husband is an EXTREMELY trusting person so that's basically ruined our relationship and no matter what I do it's not improving trust by a ton so I basically live by clearing activities with him and constantly updating him on everything I'm doing and have a constant location on me... No the point but His trust in people is 100% related. He's been burned by other people before and he keeps trust in others ESPECIALLY his guy friends.
My mental health isn't great as I have anxiety depression and trauma disorder. I have huge trust issues with men and my house I'm in is the closest thing I have to are sanctuary where I can be myself.
Other related context: I've had a lot of death in my life in the past few years. Namingly about 2 years ago my brother committed suicide sadly and just last year a friend from work also committed suicide. Others in my family have passed away from health related reasons.
So story time. Today I'm having a major mental health struggle, feeling trapped (partially from my husband telling me to come home instead of going out with some friends from work which happens about every week ... I don't really see many people unless he gets to supervise.), and I just was struggling. Hormones probably. I tried to text him about it but I brushed it off saying maybe it'll pass and then he lets me know one of his friends tried to commit suicide last week and he's okay physically. I sympathized and he didn't say much after but talked about other stuff. Anyways he gets home from his guys get together and announced his friend has to stay with someone and move out of his sister's house. He says a friend with a stable home and no kids said he would but wants to discuss it with his wife first. I say oh that's great! Then he says that he volunteered our house if his friends can help him build a wall to make a bedroom for his friend. And tells me they said they would. I was kinda shocked that he just made this decision without me and wasn't asking me but seemed to be telling me. It'll cost $600 or more and we would have to buy a bed for him then I'll have to move all that stuff somewhere else but everything is already crowded in there from the kitchen. I don't know what I'll do with those things. He just says yeah and walks out of the room. I don't know when this is, how long, anything about his schedule, if he's eating our food, or what any of this entails. It's just adding to our list and I wasn't even thought of or consulted. We still need to finish cleaning and moving things around the house so it's ready when the baby comes. A chunk is his stuff and I'm not sure what to do with it and we need to purchase a few things for the baby still...he's been telling me we have no money.
I think about these concerns and questions for a bit (20 minutes) and come out and I ask: when you were talking about ___ staying with us, were you informing me or consulting me? He sarcastically says informing, laughs, then goes on to say it we didnt because of me I'm a horrible person or an evil person (yes those words). I asked if he thought his other friend who is consulting his wife is evil because she might decline and he said "she might be!" I was shocked. I kept trying to explain that as a partnership and with my background and current state (preggers) I think it's definitely appropriate to consult me and for us to talk about any concerns or obstacles. He starts calling me manipulative and a terrible person and say I help no one (I did help a friend who was homeless a couple years ago when we had a different house where she could stay and I help his sisters and mom once a month at least but oh well). He also doesn't count my job in that. Then he starts calling me a liar randomly and calls me horrible again. I said I am feeling really cornered in this that if I feel uncomfortable I am apparently evil but if I say yeah I'm good with it I'm a liar. I was crying pretty bad (hormones mixed with the situation) and he kept telling me to leave and go to work but I was trying to work it out. It wasn't a straight no from me, I just didn't see it working out and I wanted to work through the concerns and obstacles together to see if it really made sense. Its a big deal right now with everything going on. In my mind that means a discussion.
I don't know though. I ended up sleeping on his sister's couch after work tonight. I'll get up early and get back home before the kids wake up so they don't think I left for good or anything. He goes polar opposite on how he treats me and what he says about me.

With my fright Lance's off the table and no transport for Feugan and the fire dragons I found it impossible to take objectives off of the enemy or kill many past turn 58 - 95 Last game I drew drakari which was a relatively simple win, knowing them to be squishy it was a relatively simple task to draw them close and take them down with and do a lot of damage with shooting. Game ended 94 - 77. It was fun but made mistakes and was surprised by some rulings as I had only played casual games before. Came in 14th out of 48 |

When I was 21, I dated a woman who cheated on me with a guy she worked with. She worked at McDonald's and I was sooo naive lol SMH! Looking back I can see where I should've just left her alone but, my anger and pride wouldn't let me! I used to come home and she acted normal even though she had just had sex with the guy before I came. I ended up meeting a guy who started working with me at my job ( I worked 2nd shift at a retirement center and my girlfriend worked morning shift at McDonald's). His name was Mike and he was cool! Anywho, we started to get cool with each other and started talking about our personal life with each other. I started talking about my girl and where she worked and that's when I learned that that was his morning job. He said he stayed to himself most of the time because it was like eff fest 98' in there especially with this guy and a girl who worked there. Of course it was my girl SMH and he overheard the conversation between the guy and my girl in which the guy said that he felt uncomfortable messing with a girl who had a man. Especially when it seems serious. She supposedly said that it wasn't serious and that she didn't care what I did and with who. She said she knows I wasn't going anywhere and Mike said he was sitting right there ( they were in the back near the freezer next to the break room where Mike was sitting) Supposedly she also said if I came out and told her that I had sex with her sister ( a baddie and easy) she wouldn't care. Mike felt bad for telling me but I thanked him and went about my day at work. He'd check on me to see if I was cool and I was. I asked my boss if I could leave early and have the next day off. He told me I was pushing it but since he was cool with me and knew what happened, he let me have it. I reached out to her sister, she was feeling me and I set it up for the next day. Nandy ( my ex) called me and said that her sister was coming over to stay because she had somewhere to be on our side of town and she was letting me know what was going on. Nandy left for work the next morning like she normally does and about an hour later me and her sis was doing the deed. Two weeks past by, Nandy and I had got into an argument. I told her I knew about her and her AP. AITAH for telling her that I had sex with her sister and not caring that she cried after hearing about what we did? I did leave her after that BTW.

 | I was going through a large yard sale lot and found this Vanity 6 album, the only full album they ever released. I knew there was a lot of good 80s stuff so I trusted the vibe. This band was started by Prince, wanting a sexy female trio to produce, he organized it and unsurprisingly had a relationship with Vanity, the lead singer for about a year in 1982. Wiki mentions Prince thought looking at her was like looking at a female version of himself (weird!). “C’mon! I watched you come out of that crypt! Maybe if I tell you their names it’ll spark your memory! My dad’s name was James Luceniel, and my mother’s was Talma Luceniel. Don’t you remember them?”
Internally, I groan. I never caught the name of that female elf, but one of the males was definitely named James. I can’t have this ten-year-old just wander into that crypt and find one of her parents brutalized by some monster. I need a distraction.
I notice the faint grip of the child release, and she backs away. I can see the blood from my robe mixing with the dirt already caught in her dress.
“Oh. I never thought you could get dirty, Mr. Reaper! I guess it makes sense given who you are, but the thought never crossed my mind! Would you like some help cleaning your cloak before you take me to see my parents?”
“Oh. Sure,” I say, confused and perturbed by this child’s readiness to just help a bloodstained stranger.
“We’ll get you all nice and cleaned up Mr. Reaper. Then you can help me!” She says as she begins leading me out of the graveyard.
“So, why do you keep calling me ‘Mr. Reaper’?”
“Because that’s what we’ve always called you. Is that wrong?”
“Yes. That’s not my name. My name is… Uhm…”
“Go on, I’d love to call you by your actual name! I didn’t realize I’d been using the wrong one!”
“I… Huh. I can’t remember.”
As we step out into the town proper, I can’t help but think that it looks terrible. Most of the buildings have collapsed, and the few buildings left standing are massively overgrown with various climbing plants. There aren’t many people in the street either.
“That’s okay. I’m sure you’ll remember eventually. You might want to turn down this alley though. People probably won’t like seeing you out in the middle of the street.”
“I suppose you’re right.”
As she leads me through the back alleys, I can’t help but stare at some of the cobblestone buildings we pass. I notice that where the stones would normally be held together with mortar, there are thick, dark green vines binding the stones together. It almost looks like the vines are moving. Yet, despite the strangeness of their construction, I can’t shake the feeling that I’ve been here before. Everything seems so eerily familiar, yet nothing concrete. Hesitantly, I ask, “So, what is the story of this place? I thought elves mostly stuck to treetop fortresses. Never knew you guys to build with stone.”
“Oh. Well, we didn’t build this place. We moved in a very long time ago. The Ancient Oak told me that the village was made by some creatures called ‘Hai-oo-mans.’ I don’t really know what those are, but apparently, they were really, really good at building stuff. I guess they all died off at some point. Don’t really know how, but when the Beastkin decided they were gonna fight us and we ran away, the Ancient Oak knew about this place and helped us move in and rebuild a bit.”
Hai-oo-mans… Does she mean Humans?
“Wait. You don’t know what humans are?”
“Not really. Why? Are there a lot of them where you’re from?”
“I mean… yeah?”
“Oh. Was it a lot of work for you when they died? I bet it was, Mr. Reaper.”
There she goes again with that moniker.
“I don’t think I ever asked your name, kid. What is it?”
“Oh. Sorry. I had assumed you already knew it. I’m Namaski! Namaski Luceniel. May I ask you another question?”
“Sure.”
“How did my parents die.”
Shit. Oh shit. Shit. Fuck. Shit. Shit. How’d she find out!
“What do you mean?” I ask, begging this to be some massive misunderstanding.
“I’m not sure how else to phrase it. I watched my mom and dad be set in the ground when I was fifteen. Nobody really explained it to me at the time, and people still refuse to tell me what exactly happened.”
“When you were fifteen?”
“Yeah. That would’ve been… six years ago.”
Oh thank Toyl. Wait… “You barely look ten years old!”
“Excuse me? I am not a toddler.”
“Toddler? At ten? I know I never interacted with elves much, but by Toyl you people take forever to develop.”
“Toyl? I don’t think I’ve heard of that god. Is he some sort of death god?”
“Death god? Why would… No. She’s my god.”
“How can she be your god, but not a death god, Mr. Reaper?”
“Why do you think I would worship a death god?”
“Worship? I thought you were the Grim Reaper. You know… Faithful servant and manifested embodiment of Death. Seemed pretty clear from your frame and complexion why some people thought you were a skeleton.”
“No. I’m… I’m just a human.”
“Oh. I get it. This is some weird death joke. You might want to work on that sense of humor of yours, Mr. Reaper. Anyway, we’re here!”
“It’s not… Whatever.”
What stands before us is quite possibly the shoddiest house in the entire town. I stand outside of the doorframe for almost a full minute wondering how the building hasn’t collapsed yet.
“Feel free to come in whenever you feel like it!”
Right. “I’m coming in!” I shout as I step through the doorframe.
Immediately, a wad of items is shoved into my arms.
“Sorry, I don’t have a tub, but here’s a towel, washrag, and some soap. There’s a secret section of the river just a few hundred meters out the back door. Also, there’s a set of my dad’s old clothes in there. I think they might fit you. Once you’re done, I’ll take those rags you’re wearing and clean them. Maybe try mending some of the tears too.”
“Thanks, but you really don’t have to do all of that.”
“It’s no problem! I like helping!”
Maybe I should just leave all this stuff just outside the door. Sneak away before she notices. I really don’t want to take advantage of some poor kid. Besides, what am I gonna do when her aunt, uncle, grandparent, or whoever is taking care of her shows up? It’s best that I just leave now.
But… For some reason, I don’t want to.
“What’s the matter, Mr. Reaper?” She pouts. “Is it not good enough? I’m sorry! I can get better soap! Soap that actually smells nice if that’s what you want! Or is it my dad’s clothes? Are they not your style? Why do you look so sad? What can I do better?”
“Please, calm down.”
“I’m calm! I promise!”
“It’s just that I don’t want to impose on you, and also I’m pretty sure your grandmother or aunt or whoever probably doesn’t want you inviting a stranger into your house and giving them your things.”
“You don’t have to worry about that! I’m the matron of this household! The only person I have to listen to is The Ancient Oak! Besides, you aren’t taking advantage of me! I offered!”
“But-”
“No buts! Now get yours in that river and start scrubbing,” she shouts as she begins to try and shove me out of the back door.
With a small chuckle, I let out a “Yes Ma’am.” and allow her to push me out of the door.
What a weird kid. She seems like a good one though. If only she wasn’t so trusting.

Dearest,
I want you to understand me fully, because I find it immensely difficult to communicate any of this unless it is all laid out as one mindset, for I fear being misconstrued as ill-intended when for me this is an exercise of truth and speaking that truth which I feel. It is an exercise of honesty, and one of humility as I lay bare before your conscious attention the fullness of my feeling.
I have loved and I have lost. A number of times now, in various ways. I have explored depths of despair, loneliness, grief, trauma, and other shadowy sides to myself and after entertaining death itself for years, I have emerged refreshed and cleansed. I choose life and all that this incarnation has in store for me while my lungs continue to take breath and my heart continues to beat.
My orientation to life has long been to clench and grip and grab and tightly hold on to illusions of control and security. To ensnare people with untenable relationship arrangements founded on a lack of self-acceptance and love. To entertain conditional and transactional experiences with other humans, for fear of being taken advantage of. These seeds I have allowed to take root have sprung up many times, as I have continued to water and enrich them with anxieties and fears. No longer. I choose to live and to love. I choose to cultivate a space of love that welcomes and accepts and validates and entertains without the need for gripping and containing those who enter it. And as the space expands the walls of my heart, the incalculable depths of loving potential arise to the surface and saturate my being. I choose to be love itself, incarnate as far as my current form will allow. I honor my limitations and find great serenity in accommodating and challenging them in due course.
One of my core powers is understanding the nature of limitation itself. Thus I recognize that in terms of my love, a limit does not exist that can ever long persist. My love is infinite. As I fall into the space of love, I too am infinite as a whole and no longer feel a need to leave this form, or end things, or to do anything especial to avoid suffering. I am just love itself, and that is enough to satisfy my mind and my heart and my soul. I want you to understand me fully, because I find it immensely difficult to communicate any of this unless it is all laid out as one mindset, for I fear being misconstrued as ill-intended when for me this is an exercise of truth and speaking that truth which I feel. It is an exercise of honesty, and one of humility as I lay bare before your conscious attention the fullness of my feeling.
I have loved and I have lost. A number of times now, in various ways. I have explored depths of despair, loneliness, grief, trauma, and other shadowy sides to myself and after entertaining death itself for years, I have emerged refreshed and cleansed. I choose life and all that this incarnation has in store for me while my lungs continue to take breath and my heart continues to beat.
My orientation to life has long been to clench and grip and grab and tightly hold on to illusions of control and security. To ensnare people with untenable relationship arrangements founded on a lack of self-acceptance and love. To entertain conditional and transactional experiences with other humans, for fear of being taken advantage of. These seeds I have allowed to take root have sprung up many times, as I have continued to water and enrich them with anxieties and fears. No longer. I choose to live and to love. Long story, but let me give a quick explanation; I am part of a local D&D group for a small town, where I currently run 3 different capaigns, one for a group of preteens, a group of adults, and a group of seior citizens who have been playing their campaign since 1st Edition (I was offered to take over when their DM passed away in '21, and I fear this campaign will keep on going until I am in the retirement home). This story is from the Adult group.
Now, a while ago, I read a reddit post that explained how a DM was using gummy bears and candy as monster pieces, treating the players who deal the final blow with eating said piece of candy. Inspired by this, I added into my gameworld a chaotic god who is corrupting the land, turning people and creatues into evil twisted candy, that the party needs to either save or put down.
Earlier in May, I got my hands on something special, one that I know the party would lilove to tear into.
Now, the party (Ancient Paladin, Totem Barbarian, Life Cleric, Assasin Rogue, and Divi Wizard(the poor victim)) are all lvl9, but they are right on the edge of reaching Lvl10. Their current mission: reach the bottom of an ancient temple that may hold a weapon that once sealed the chaitic god. However, they are aware that the corruption has reached this temple, as they fight thru hordes of gummy worms to the center of the temple, where they find the big boss: a corrupted Guardian Naga, represented by a literal 1-foot long gummy worm I found online. And yes, it nearly did take up a good portion of the table, but every player was ready to claim that bounty.
The fight was mostly even, but about an hour into combat, the players visions of sweet victory were turning sour due to bad rolls: The Paladin was out of smites, the Cleric was out of healing spells, the Rogue was on their third death saving throw (2 success, one failed), the Wizard was out of spells, and the Barbarian was eaten by the Naga, and was slowly both drowning and taking acid damage. Everyone was under 10HP. The Wizard's turn was up, and after him, was the Naga's.
He turned to me, and asked "May I do a Rule of Cool?", which I have as a homebrew rule where if they believe they need to do something drastic that breaks the core ruling, but it would be so cool and lifesaving, I might allow it, with a monkey's paw consequences. "May I cast Wish?"
Now, due to complications of the plot, the party earlier got a hold of a Wizard's book that contained Wish, however he was way too underlevel, plus he was already out of spell slots. "Now why would I allow that?" I asked, putting on the best snarky judge look that I could muster.
"Well, my character is in desperation, the party may be doomed if I cannot stop this Naga here and now, at least two of my friends will die. My character will pay anything- hell, I will do anything for even that small chance to save them!"
Now, I took a quick look over the ruling of Wish. Written in the 5th edition, Wish does state "State your wish to the DM as precisely as possible. The DM has great latitude in ruling what occurs...", plus his character had that Wish spell for a few sessions, so theoretically he could try.
"Alright, tell me your wish, as best and clear as you can, and I may grant it. However, there will be consequences..."
"I Wish... that the Naga loses all of its magic and becomes just a regular gummy worm!"
Nice wish. I nod slowly, and stay quiet for a minute as the rest of the table chatters amongst themselves. I roll 2d10s behind my screen (a 8 and a 9), and I let out a soft sigh.
"As you make your wish... you feel every last bit of arcane energy surge inside of you, a hidden font of power that you have never felt before. And as all of your energy floods into the large Nage Gummy, the gelatin jiggles, wobbles, then falls, the Naga Gummy... now dead."
The table cheers in victory, the Barbarian handing the wizard the gummy worm for first bite. "However..." I stop him, grinning evilly. "As the rest of the party celebrates, you, Wizard, now feel yourself changing. You start to shrink in size as the party watches you vanish under your robes, leaving your gear and clothing in a pile on the ground."
"Wait, am I dead?"
"Oh no~ much, much worse~ You see, the consequences for your actions of using a powerful spell without proper safety measures and training resulted in some magical backlash~ And what has become of the Naga..." I reach down under the table, and pull out a fresh little gummy worm, handing it to him with the rest of the party staring in absolute horror "... has now been graced upon you~ You are now a sentient gummy worm~"
"Oh that is messed up!"
"No, you know whats messed up??" I show him the page I had kept the Gummy Naga's health tracked, revealing the Gummy Naga was at 3 HP left. All he needed to do was a simple Fire Bolt spell and he would of probably killed it. I, of course, laughed like a villain as the session winded down, and we ended for the night.
By the end of the week, Everyone in town heard about what I did to the Wizard, and now even the other groups are giving me shit for it. I'm not mad about it, but damn, now I can't even buy groceries without the local grocery clerk slipping me a free coupon for more gummy worms. And yes, I am now known as the town's "Evillest DM", and I am not even sure if its earned. But now, I think I will buy a few gummy Rats for an upcoming session...

I’m 40f. The man I have been in love with every day for 2.5 years fell off the wagon while I was in the psych ward for suicidal ideations and untreated bipolar disorder.
He passed away last month. He fell and wasn’t breathing for over 10 minutes before anyone noticed. It was only him being an organ donor that put him on life support that meant that I got to see him and say goodbye, I didn’t get out of my own hospital stay until he had been on life support for days.
We missed each other like ships in the night. I was excited to show him all the progress that I had made and how much better of a partner I was going to be for us.
Because I was first in a psych ward then in a step down where they could work on finding me a place to live temporarily, I haven’t seen my friends or spoken to much of anyone in 2 months. The last few weeks we were given a privilege of “phone time” for 45 minutes every day where we weren’t supposed to text, everyone does anyway, and I spent that time texting him. He told me he loves me repeatedly. He can’t wait for us to go out and he’s going to hold me when we get to go to the movies together… it was just like it always had been.
The last text I got from him was that he had a new girl, he would always be there for me though. Then, silence. I thought he ghosted me, as I didn’t take the news well (think “we were on a break!” And “I’m still your girlfriend!” Etc)
Four days later I’m out, contact his mom about getting his car out of my name. She tells me she didn’t know how to get a hold of me, and what the situation is.
This was all a hectic 2 weeks or so ago. I spent all the time his family couldn’t being at the hospital so he wasn’t alone. Through ICU, pulling the plug, and watching his body fight for life for 3 extra days. He passed last week.
I’m staying at a temporary living place for 30 days from mid May when I got out, the function of which is to allow homeless to get the world spinning back under our feet again. Mine stopped, what feels like permanently, the day after I got here.
I went through his room, that was our room, in his parent’s house to collect some of my things. I couldn’t determine which notebooks were his and which were mine, so I ended up finding in his writing that he pitied me because of my disability, that all my venting (when I thought I was making him proud for how I was handling things) annoyed the shit out of him… that my depression made him prefer to live with a dung beetle than me. None of this was expressed ever. I feel like I’ve been gaslit like crazy, my internal barometer is shattered next to my heart and I no longer believe anyone who says they give a shit. That being said, I recognize now that I must mourn the person I thought he was, like mourning a character from a tv show after the actor dies.
I used to find motivation in fear, in needing to keep up with social needs. It fostered a 20 year career in IT and 6 figures living in a posh part of town before a disability came like a wrecking ball through my life.
I can’t make myself go back to the hospital where they will take my phone away and someone else I love might be dying.
I have applied for several jobs, but can’t face selling myself like I have to. I only have 2 weeks left here before I’m out in the street but I can’t make myself do anything that isn’t laying in bed, crying, maybe walking to fill the water jugs, then repeating that cycle. (I was working on a photo book for his elderly parents but I’m finding my limit of looking at his amazing face while I’m being given updates on where we are on the cremation process. It is too heartbreaking.)

I’m 40f. The man I have been in love with every day for 2.5 years fell off the wagon while I was in the psych ward for suicidal ideations and untreated bipolar disorder.
He passed away last month. He fell and wasn’t breathing for over 10 minutes before anyone noticed. It was only him being an organ donor that put him on life support that meant that I got to see him and say goodbye, I didn’t get out of my own hospital stay until he had been on life support for days.
We missed each other like ships in the night. I was excited to show him all the progress that I had made and how much better of a partner I was going to be for us.
Because I was first in a psych ward then in a step down where they could work on finding me a place to live temporarily, I haven’t seen my friends or spoken to much of anyone in 2 months. The last few weeks we were given a privilege of “phone time” for 45 minutes every day where we weren’t supposed to text, everyone does anyway, and I spent that time texting him. He told me he loves me repeatedly. He can’t wait for us to go out and he’s going to hold me when we get to go to the movies together… it was just like it always had been.
The last text I got from him was that he had a new girl, he would always be there for me though. Then, silence. I thought he ghosted me, as I didn’t take the news well (think “we were on a break!” And “I’m still your girlfriend!” Etc)
Four days later I’m out, contact his mom about getting his car out of my name. She tells me she didn’t know how to get a hold of me, and what the situation is.
This was all a hectic 2 weeks or so ago. I spent all the time his family couldn’t being at the hospital so he wasn’t alone. Through ICU, pulling the plug, and watching his body fight for life for 3 extra days. He passed last week.
I’m staying at a temporary living place for 30 days from mid May when I got out, the function of which is to allow homeless to get the world spinning back under our feet again. Mine stopped, what feels like permanently, the day after I got here.
I went through his room, that was our room, in his parent’s house to collect some of my things. I couldn’t determine which notebooks were his and which were mine, so I ended up finding in his writing that he pitied me because of my disability, that all my venting (when I thought I was making him proud for how I was handling things) annoyed the shit out of him… that my depression made him prefer to live with a dung beetle than me. None of this was expressed ever. I feel like I’ve been gaslit like crazy, my internal barometer is shattered next to my heart and I no longer believe anyone who says they give a shit. That being said, I recognize now that I must mourn the person I thought he was, like mourning a character from a tv show after the actor dies.
I used to find motivation in fear, in needing to keep up with social needs. It fostered a 20 year career in IT and 6 figures living in a posh part of town before a disability came like a wrecking ball through my life.
I can’t make myself go back to the hospital where they will take my phone away and someone else I love might be dying.
I have applied for several jobs, but can’t face selling myself like I have to. I only have 2 weeks left here before I’m out in the street but I can’t make myself do anything that isn’t laying in bed, crying, maybe walking to fill the water jugs, then repeating that cycle. (I was working on a photo book for his elderly parents but I’m finding my limit of looking at his amazing face while I’m being given updates on where we are on the cremation process. It is too heartbreaking.)

- D ends up with H before the battle at hogwarts. I remember Narcissa being with them when they basically handed draco over. I think they stay at grimmauld place in the beginning but they get separated (I might be confusing it for another fic). The most important detail is that D and H end up in a cottage owned by narcissa and followed by Voldy’s henchmen but the deatheaters can’t see the cottage so D and H are safe. I might have gotten the timing wrong and it might have been set right after the battle of hogwarts (I’m still not sure on this sorry) There’s also no graphic sex from what i remember. Fic is not Warding Bonds by AdareThompson
- Harry is a celebrity chef, and Draco tweets at him for dinner, and Harry said he'd save him a table. Draco shows up and they cook together as a sort of date. The one key thing I remember is that Harry had a past relationship with Justin Finch-Fletchley but Justin dumped him.

Then Harry leaves and I think Draco was about to get married. But then Narcissa comes to Harry and explains that Lucius has put a curse on Draco to break their relationship. I specifically remember that she told Harry that Draco was musing how to apologise to him. Harry then came back to the Manor. I think it was on ao3 but I'm not sure
- I am looking for a Hogwarts era fic. It's after the war. Harry is fed up with being treated like a hero so he enters into a friends with benefits arrangement with Draco. They are sneaking away to hook up and have a lot of hate sex and bond over their taste in music. I specifically remember them having sex to Kashmir by Led Zeppelin and Deftones. Towards the end they start to realize they have feelings for each other.
- Hogwarts Eighth year, lupin(alive) is the dada teacher again, drarry are sort of in a relationship or at least there's something going on. The one scene I remember distinctly is they're chosen for a demonstration duel during dada and they take the bow and stance but then draco concedes in front of the whole class, which is kind of a big deal in magical duels-as hermione tells harry, and then lupin wants to talk to draco after class(?)
- drarry multi-chapter fic i read on ao3 a bit ago. it was set around christmas/holidays, established relationship, harry has mental health problems and is distant so draco thinks he's cheating on him but he reveals that hes been going to a mind healer like secretly. also i think teddy is in it and they go ice skating with him? the fic is about like draco helping harry get his life back together and fixing their relationship.

And there was something about a pair of lockets they had from when they were married that they still wear but are hiding from each other? - i think it was a war au, draco was at grimmauld because reasons and he was helping the order with the potions, at one point he helps snape or remus because they were hurt? And he and harry had this thing or something, but he caught harry kissing one of the twins and he thought that harry wasn't interested, but he was just like practicing the kisses or something?
- Looking for a fic I read some years ago in german, but I am pretty sure it was translated from english. It is about Draco helping Harry and his friends escape from Malfoy Manor in the seventh book and being captured by the Death Eaters. He gets thrown into a cell without any sensory stimulation, but gets rescued after the war. The fic deals with the consequences of that, I am not quite sure if he is at St. Mungos for some time, but he definitely gets close to Harry in his healing process. Sorry if this is too vague or if it turns out that the fic was originally in german.
