2021.02.16 02:40 ATF_shotmydogs Please, no building walls or traps

Im on my phone rn, and I wanted to spit this out fast, srry for bad grammer and stuff. Yall prbly know about the quiz thing that asked about building or traps. Please, Please PUBG no. This game is centered around gunplay. There are people that call it a boring game because of it, but I enjoy the punishing gunplay system. Thats what PUBG is to me. Its not a super high paced warzone game, its not a exit camping tarkov game, its in between. Its a game that requires skill, and gunplay knowlage. Yes, other games need skill, but PUBG's recoil is about (a bit less obv) CS:GO's system (again, without the bullets going above the crosshair), but fights are at long range sometimes. It takes time to learn each gun, and semi auto actualy has a need, rather than run around with a Grau and spray people from hundeds of meters. Im looking at you warzone. But its not to the point where people kit out guns and get scared of losing them like in tarkov either. Traps for example, are just going to make the camping problem bigger. I know, ccheck your corners and stuff, but Knowing where to move, and where to hide takes a lot more skill than plopping down a few claymores and sitting in a corner. And PUBG is by no means realistic or anything, but its punishing. Make a wrong move, and your dead liek that. No secand chances, no Gulag to fight in, no self res, etc. And Building walls? Please no. Smokes are so damn important in PUBG, as when the zone closes and your in the open, you can smoke stuff off. Same as cars, they are usefull to move in. But Imagine now, your out of hte zone, a god player, and you need to get to this compound in the zone. You smoke off the windows of the house, set up a few smokes around to cover you, and confuse everyone,, and run up. You use your brain, and your gunplay skills to win. Now imagine the same thing, but that squad over htere in that house now have built walls all around it, and put up land mines. Now what? You might be a better player, but they have camped there and set it up like its Rainbow six ffs. Games like that have a smaller skill gap, someone who sets up has the same, or better ability as someone who trains, and uses their brain. PUBG has always been that game where its almost like a game of chess, you need to plan out what to do, not run around and gun people down. Please, don't add this stuff.
