I am sure there are others who use my.cokerewards.com today I logged in to redeem points to use for a valentines gift. To my surprise on 1/28 they deleted all my points as I had not been on recently enough. grrr
So I messaged them via facebook because I was not happy to say the least.
I actually got a response that if you talk to chip (the artificial intelegence thingy on thier site) you can get your points reinstated
so I went back, opened up chip and typed in reinstate points. He asked me why I hadn't been on in 90 days, I replied, and they reinstated my points that quick.
I already bought what I was going to use the points for as it's a valentines gift, but it was nice to know they would make it right. I have a lot of points so I was pretty irritated.
