Monilia treatment

I have extremely high histamine levels which could be from Candida. Is 2W Nystatin long enough to rule this out?

Hi there. I've been battling some strange symptoms for the last 2 years and have recently theorized that this may have something to do with Candida. I was hoping for some advice from this community about treatment plans and durations.
About 2.5 years ago, after dealing with incredible stress and consuming a very high carb (lots of sugar) diet, I suddenly started getting some intense symptoms. This included inability to eat corn, oats, and gluten without getting flushed hands, muscle weakness and low blood pressure, but it also extended to going outside. I became hypersensitive to allergens in the air. I get extreme dizziness, puffy face, joint pains, back pain, fatigue and flushed red-hot hands upon going outside. I almost went crazy when this first started, but I accepted this state of being and was driven to find a solution.
Doctors ruled our neurological and cardiological issues. GI doc ruled out celiac, and I took a breath test which came out negative across the board, so SIBO was also ruled out. It was when I went to immunology where some answers finally came up. Blood tests ruled out MCAS, but showed I had very high histamine levels. Especially after eating offending foods or being outside. My baseline histamine level is just well above normal.
They proceeded to do a skin prick test, and what came out was sensitivities to a variety of molds. The largest sensitivity (by a factor of 4x) was to something called Monilia. Turns out this is the scientific name for Candida Albicans.
I took a GI Map test through a functional doctor who found a moderate amount of Candida in my stool, but not a severe overgrowth. But the test found an enormous amount of bakers yeast (saccharomyces cerivisae). She put me on an antifungal protocol to try and bring down populations.
I like going down the scientific approach, so I went back to my GI, who reluctantly agreed to give me a trial of Fluconazole. However after reading the side effects, I decided to try Nystatin instead to see if my theory is correct before I bring out the big guns.
I've now taken Nystatin for 2 weeks, and to be honest, I can't tell if my symptoms have improved other than my flushed hands are less flushed than before. I had incredible die off while on it, so it was definitely doing something, but I still can't go outside without feeling symptoms.
Question for the group, how long should someone take Nystatin tablets before seeing results vs. calling it a failure? And also, would it be worth the risk to try Fluconazole to see if its more effective?
Thank you all so much your time.
