To clarify we have done a lot of random low level to high level fights and in conclusion "stress damage" is overpowered by far. Now I am also new and am still learning so I want to make sure I am running this accurately. When stress is filled to the max and you add additional stress you mark Hp for each additional stress applied.
Scenario: Boss has 4 stress 8 hp, Bard uses Troublemaker and increases stress by 4 (assuming they roll 4) which has happened so far in our games every time (luck i know) he uses 2 more actions and does the exact same number dealing 8 points of damage and killing the boss. Ignoring threshold entirely.
Assuming I did not misread that and I applied it all correctly this is beyond broken and I would like to hear everyone suggestions on how I could improve this and not make it so easy for them. (the players brought this one up)

2024.05.17 09:19 KirkLucKhan Call me crazy, but I like the Exhumation glyph on my Shadow Mage Necro. It's otherwise pretty hard to keep fortify up if you're using anything but Reapers w/ Upgrade 2. This makes it trivial.
With how premium DR is in S4, having consistent Fortify uptime is really helpful, not to mention the bonus 4% DR on top. As for where to put it, I put it where I had the Scourge glyph; that glyph's 10% damage to enemies in Shadow DoT is inconsistent except against bosses, since the build isn't exactly spamming Blight.
The alternative is using Reapers with Upgrade 2, but there, you lose the cooldown reduction, making it harder to spam corpse tendrils, not to mention the Ultimate uptime is smaller. It's not a game changer, but Exhumation is surprisingly helpful. You might consider taking it for a spin. I have it on the starter board, where it's easy to hit 40 Int without leveling it.

Our kids are 6 and 8 and are very active, including participating in competitive sports at a national level. We recently built a house and have a lot of friends with various activities planned each day/week.
Now, enough background and on to the point of the post.
We live in Germany, where there are robust employee protection rights, allowing one to call in sick up to 20 days for personal illness and 10 days per child. Recently, I’ve noticed she’s overwhelmed and stressed, often calling in sick to her flight attendant job mainly to avoid missing the kids' activities (especially the competitive sports).
My salary is OK but not great, considering the total hours worked (flight attendants only get paid when the plane is moving, not for the briefings conducted 4 hours before takeoff). However, her additional income helps with future retirement planning and other expenses.

In the long run, this tends to produce a "grittier", more realistic style of story because there are fewer fantastical coincidences. Attached a screenshot of 1630zerk that has no 40 even 35set. So genius question why to push ilvl and get gatekeept on every end game content? Dude would be easily accepted in HM g3 but noooo. ILVL OVER EVERYTHING Second story called "Im not risking it" Same old same old, joined other lobby 1620+dps for NM Theamine g3, and after several pulls noticed that zerk (playing mayhem) stopped going into mayhem state. His hp was like 70% all the time, while mayhem gets you aroun 30-40%. So after failed pull I asked him "why you dont go mayhem?" He started raging saying why I am running bible? why should i care about dps etc. HONESTLY, I was laughing of loud. WHO CARES ABOUT DPS ? Thank god, there was another smart sourc in group, who also noticed it so we immediately dismantled. So I guess lesson is: why risk for dps huh? Same question for blades - why surge if it can miss ? It’s been almost 2 months before that it was a 2 month break so.. 4 months since we were together. 2 months of no contact. I watched her fall out of love with me honestly and I knew it, helped her grieve me in a way just did not want to believe it. Now I feel like I can’t love again in the way I loved her, we were together 3 years, moved across the country for her.. no one is attractive and I want to fall out of love with her already. I know time is everything but idk.. I used to believe in a fairytale kind of love and also love that way. I feel shallow, I talk to girls and such now to get attention, to fill a void I guess. Try to help myself move on but no one compares and I don’t know to connect to another human on any level of intimacy. Before my ex it was hard for me to settle with one person and now none of the people I’ve tried to talk to fix anything and again I get that’s not the plan but the old me used to use that to heal. I have not put all my healing onto other people because I know how unhealthy that is.. I have been practicing self love and care of course but man.. Idk how to be truly alone and be okay knowing she’s just across the city. So I’ve been with the company longer than i’d like to admit, and when I first started with the company I worked in DI in both Sony and Canon VPL roles. At one point like 3 or 4 years ago they had removed the VPL program from our store for DI and I moved to a Home Theater VPL role (Samsung).
To add some context at my store currently I am the end all beat all when it comes to DI, so as much as I work in home theater everyone in my store knows i’m the go to for camera help which I don’t mind at all because I do have a true passion for Cameras and photography.
A few weeks ago my store recently had a DI advisor role pop up and I thought about taking it and management seemed to be striving very hard to get me to apply. I communicated that the great thing about being a DI VPL back in the day was that we bonused and received a camera that we were able to use for personal use and that I wouldn’t return if these benefits were not in place.
Management seems to want me so badly to return to DI that they are promising to “work out” a camera for personal use for me and that there is a STI bonus structure for the role as well even though none of this is mentioned In the job description.
I guess i’m just worried that they’re blowing smoke trying to get me to apply and i’ll be left In a worse position then where I am now.
wether you know the answer or not i’d still like to hear everyone’s opinion on the situation.

As DPS, I was hardstuck Silver 2 for a month, and finally was able to climb a bit to Gold 4, feel like I'm already getting hardstuck here again.
I feel that whenever I get put into a "pressure" game (aka loser queue), I can't get a win. Can't help but feel like a victim of the infamous forced 50/50. Whenever I win 2 or 3 in a row, it feels like you are punished with a bad team because the game wants you to be the carry. I thought this was an urban legend, but Blizz pretty much confirmed it with the May 14 patch.
I HAVE done my homework (I'd enjoy a conversation about my knowledge of the game so you can assess my level of understanding), but feel there's something that needs expert advice. Here's what I've improved on :

- Aim and mechanical skill in general. Being able to consistently hit diving tracers, genjis, sombras, echos, pharas, mercy's and lucios. Being confident in my aim and standing my ground to get the killing shot instead of running (on low targets or targets that i know will die before reaching me).
- Taking angles, abusing high ground and smart flanks while complimenting my other dps creating situations where the opposing team has to decide which flank to counter
- Creating space with my bob or using it to create an extra flank
- Positioning in general and knowing how to get ready for the next fight.
- Knowing then a fight is lost and falling back instead of feeding. Invertly, also knowing when to commit to win the fight. This has greatly made me die WAY less.
- Target selection (not focusing on a single target unless they are low, not going for tanks unless they are low or if the team needs me to mitigate/suppress a push attempt)
- Tracking enemy CD's and ults in general
- Trading CD's with the enemy using my dynamite (provoking nades , suzus and sometimes ults)
- Countering the enemy team when they identify I am the carry and they try to kill me first
- Dueling hanzo and widow
- Dealing with a full dive comp (is there any way to stay hitscan or do I have to play CounterWatch?)
- Dealing with certain maps that are not necessarily convenient for Ashe, especially the newer maps they've added.
- Being able to claim a flank space when the enemy team is highly aware of me
- Getting a consistent performance / gameplay (playing at the same level performance level in every game)

I do not understand why people think AP is good on udyr. The shield scaling is negligible, the damage does nothing in ganks and you depend on your team following up even more than the single target AD Udyr. I see the point being made that it's more useful in team fights but in what world would a 15% max hp burn be useful in any large scale team fight(30 second cooldown on the empowered part)? Especially when you factor in that most people would focus the adc or mage anyway and AP udyr cannot do any peeling except for the stun that would be better used for locking enemies down and empowered Q. In every single conceivable way, AD udyr works way better in: Early game (botrk rush into tank items), ganks (bursting any laner with empowered Q), Late game (Peeling for adc and locking down any stragglers in team fights), Invading (could 1v1 duel anyone and win even with kill advantage). I am really frustrated at the thought that many don't see my point and advocate for AP udyr in spite of its obvious weaknesses. Why wouldn't you want a literal 1v1 machine ganking every lane and oneshotting laners in few autoattacks, but opted instead for the AP tank udyr that 1. Is weak in the early game, 2. Is weak in every aspect when goin up against a competent jungler 3. Doesn't even snowball because of the negligible damage and lack of resistances. And 4. can't defend any lane without tower or allies helping.
What are your thoughts on this and are there ways you think AP udyr would be more impactful?
