Just thought I'd provide my experience with this fast food restaurant.
So one of their franchises had a grand opening promotion, being that the first 100 customers would receive 9 pieces of chicken per month for a year.
I had lined up for 2 hours give or take, and received a voucher with a number on it, which was to be exchanged for a stamp coupon for the free chicken. Given that it was extremely busy on opening day, the manager had recommended that I return another day to get the stamp coupon.
I came back next day only to be told there was no manager on duty so unable to exchange for the stamp coupon. Although I was still able to use the initial number coupon to claim the free chicken. I had returned to the restaurant four more times and every time there was no manager on duty. They asked for my name and mobile number so they could contact me when there was a manager on duty but I never received a call.
So from January to March I just claimed my chicken with the initial number coupon until they advised me I could no longer do this from April and that my coupon is now invalid. They said all 100 vouchers had been given out. Obviously confused I asked for a manager to contact me.
Eventually got in touch with one, who says the vouchers are no longer in Melbourne and the senior manager has taken them back to Malaysia and hence my voucher is no longer claimable.
Frustrated as I was, I reached out to Marrybrown Australia on Facebook and was advised that the franchise with the promotion said the coupon was only valid to be claimed on the grand opening day.
So three different excuses and no solution was given. I know it's petty to be annoyed about a couple pieces of chicken (which taste really good btw), but it just seems absurd that they couldn't resolve a simple matter and wasted my time.
Anyways just wanted to put it out there and vent about this experience lol

I can't tell you how many times I've scanned customers apps and told them their total, to which they responded with something along the lines of "Oh, I hit redeem for a 200 star drink" or "Is that with or without the coupon? I hit redeem?" Am I doing something wrong at the register when I scan an app, or is it literally on the customers end for show? The way I was trained was that if they wanted to use stars or a promo, they had to tell you and you apply it at the window. Unless this is not the case, why do customers have the option to redeem something, that doesn't get redeemed when the scan happens? It just makes drive-thru interactions more confusing sometimes.

Got notified my zep was ready at Walmart, insurance coveres it and with the coupon I pay $24.99 now. The tech tells me my copay is $213 so I give the coupon…..she then says it went up to $500??? Obviously very confused I asked her to double check, she runs it again and now it went up to $1,000. (Mind you this is the same pharm that double charged my for two boxes but only gave me one) did that have something to do with this sudden change in price?? When I asked for the pharmacist the she said oh your copay is $1,000 without looking at anything… I said how did you know that? Could you show me somewhere you found that information? She couldn’t. She said she just “knows”. When I came in it was $200 so where are all these numbers coming from. She said well that is all I can do it’s $1,000 or nothing. My emotions got the best of me, this has basically been a full time job trying to get this medication and I’m at my breaking point so I started to silently cry she looks at me, SCOFFS AND ROLLS HER EYES …. I was in shock like I am so extra kind to the pharmacy because I know how stressful their work is especially with these shortages I’m sure they have angry customers, but I am not one! I kindly told her to cancel the order and to remove me as a client from their pharmacy because I really do refuse to be reacted to and treated that way. I truly believe they were taking something out on me for having insurance call them and correct their mistake for double charging she seemed very frustrated when I brought up the error last time and how it may be effecting my coverage now leading to this new astronomical price.

My Bambu experience has been terrible from the start. I ordered my P1P on 7/10/23 due to rave YT reviews. It arrived on 7/13, the same day the P1S was announced.

1. This fiasco could have been avoided. Bambu should have asked me to keep or upgrade to P1S. When I ordered, Bambu knew they were releasing the P1S in 3 days.
2. Bambu CS refused to let me exchange it for a P1S, instead promising a "discounted price" on the upgrade kit. I asked if I could return it and order a P1S, they said they would refund me, less $95 for shipping costs. In retrospect, I should have done this, as I'm now out $152 and a working 3D printer.
3. The $149 upgrade kit with 30% off coupon ($104 net) trickled out but sold out immediately for months.
4. When I finally was able to order the upgrade kit in 01/2024, it was $153 and the coupon had expired, so I paid 46% more than the promised discounted amount. Bambu made me wait 5 months, and pay a penalty for waiting.
5. The installation was a nightmare, took 4+ hours of my time, and was very involved and difficult.
6. My new P1S would not boot up. Operator error? Definitely, but I'm not an electronic technician. Why are they using consumers as unpaid technicians?
7. I tried replacing a damaged MC-AP cable, still wouldn't boot up.
8. I tried replacing the AP board, still won't boot up.
9. They asked for photos of the QR code on the old AP board and new AP board. The old one didn't have a QR code, the photo of the new one is too blurry. (But I could read all the numbers just fine.)
10. Sent a new photo, now they're going to activate the new AP board, but since it won't even power up, it's not going to work.

For the last 3.5 months, I've had a bricked P1S. This is not the plug-and-play Bambu Lab experience I was promised, and it's all because Bambu's CS didn't do the right thing up front and offer me the option to upgrade to the P1S for $100 more. I would have gladly upgraded to the P1S+AMS combo for $949 and been singing Bambu Lab's praises. Instead, I've now paid $152 more ($599 + $153 + $349 - $949) + ~20 hours of labor (my free time is valuable to me, but apparently worthless to Bambu Lab), and all I have to show for it is a very expensive doorstop.
The P1P/P1S is a marvel of engineering, I'll give 'em that. But their customer service and tech support is garbage.
