 | Hey all, I've got myself a Mig Fluxcore welder and I'm building a racing sim using a real dash, however the crash Bae behind the dash is by easiest thing to use for mounting it all, so I am using just driver and center of it and cut the passenger side off, so in turn I will need to shorten the bar. I'd like to cut and re weld the bolt on ends (where it would mount to a pillars but I need a way to sorta ensure it's square or in the right position so the legs it bolts to won't be wonky. Simone and Shilese: Absolutely locked barring injury. They were the only ones to have good difficulty and decent execution (just some minor things) across the board.
Jade and Jordan: Best of the rest. The powedifficulty is there, just some mistakes (Jade's UB fall, Jordan's messy floor). Jade has the VT/FX power, but needs a some more upgrades + better execution. Jordan looks like a very convincing 3rd/4th AA contender, like in 2021.
Skye: Looked nervy, but ok. The skills are there, but with Skye the ability to do the skills is never the problem. She's very much in it, but hitting better is key.
Kayla: Lots of execution things, plus the bars fall. Looked a lot weaker than Winter Cup form, but could still pull it together. Her peak is absolutely capable of an AA spot.
Leanne: Ok progress point, but really needs to hit 4/4 cleanly all the time. I don't think she's stronger than Jordan/Kayla on any event, so she really needs the hits to prove a backup AAer case.
Kaliya: Great floor, but I can't see her in contention with just a DTY as her UB/BB are unusable for TF.
Joscelyn: Endurance seems lacking, and there isn't enough time before nationals. She looks out of this.
Suni: Absolutely in this. That BB routine was great, barring the big wobble. Given how everyone else looked... if she can hit 3/4 UB and BB at Nationals/Trials from now, I'd put her on the team.
Trinity: Still lacking difficulty, and just too many mistakes.
Konnor: Looked nice on beam, super unfortunate injury.
Gabby: Looks out of it, given that bars routine and scratching everything else.
The VT upgrades don't seem like they're panning out. We saw zero new vault upgrades, although I suspect we'll see some chucked ones during nationals.
None of the first year seniors look close to making the team. Hezly and Jayla both had disastrous AA performances in the first session for 50s. Dulcy, and Tiana looked solid, but are pretty unusable in TF on 2 events respectively, so don't fit a AAealternate picture well. Marissa was solid, but no standout events.

Two tricky parts to note. One, the load bearing wall that we can't shorten. Plus the corner windows that create the "rounded" top left corner start about 24 inches off the floor so you can't just put a countertop across them without bricking up the window. We are getting new windows in the kitchen so not the end of the world, but this is a brick house so more $ to change window sizes. Will mention, the closet is the only one we have for the front (not pictured but right below dining room) and back entrance, so we want to avoid getting rid of it.
We would like a large island since we don't want to re-build another breakfast nook. My wife also wants a more walk in butlers pantry (+/- dry bar in between the kitchen and dining room). There is an exhaust fan in the laundry area, so I think storing things in there shouldn't be bad. My wife is ok with closing the passage between the kitchen and dinning, but I think it's a bad idea.
Here was our initial leading layout after much deliberation. It would extent the width of the laundry/pantry by 1.5 ft (7.5 width). We would brick up the left most window on the top wall. Although, I just realized we can just shorten the window so a cabinet goes under it, but it would be close to the stove though (not sure if good idea). Btw, it was my idea to put the sink by the window rather than island because I do the dishes most often and I don't like interrupting an island. We talked to our contractor and he felt that bricking up a window is a bad idea (we didn't ask about just resizing to be honest). He felt that we are planning too large of a pantry given our kitchen size. He is probably right, we are simple cooks and can't say it is our passion. He recommended something more simple and cheaper (we asked him to always give us those options). He is probably right about the size. However, I really don't like closing up the extra entrance to dining from kitchen and my wife kind of likes our original layout. We came up with a mix of the two (although we made the closet smaller and decided to stack the washer and dryer). This saves the pass through, gives my wife that little wet/prep bar before the dining room, and the fridge is in a slightly better spot. - KR drops off JO. He enters 34 Fairview
- JO enters the basement and gets into a physical altercation with one or more people. The dog freaks out and bites and scratches him.
- The person(s) he's fighting wins, knocking him down. JO is conscious, but injured.
- The person(s) drag him outside and dump him in the snow. They tell him to get lost. He seems coherent enough and they don't feel his life is in danger. They see it more like tossing a drunk guy out of a bar, onto his ass.
- Word spreads inside the house that JO was being a drunk asshole or whatever and they kicked him out.
- JO is actually seriously wounded and loses consciousness on the lawn. Without help he'll soon die.
- People inside either legitimately don't see him or figure "it's not my problem."
- JM searches "hos long to die in cold" and encourages someone to go outside to check on him. They learn that JO is actually dead or dying.
- The family/families go into full on coverup mode. JM deletes the search, calls are made instructing people to keep their mouths shut and that JO never entered the home, and call logs deleted.
Brian Albert (is that right?)Brian Higgins goes to do administrative work at the police station so that he can be one of the responding officers when the call comes in.

I am getting quotes for basement completion. Its less than 500sq ft. I’m gonna have a bedroom, a living space and a bathroom. I do not expect any heavy electrical equipment or appliances in basement. From the two quotes I got, one says I need a sub panel for basement and the other says I don’t. The cost for sub panel is being quoted as almost 5k. Thats a big cost and I was wondering if this picture of main panel can tell if you think it's required. I believe my main panel is 200amp. Thanks in advance.

So I just had a really weird thing that happened. I was thinking about changing the name of my channel to "The Krohster Plays" instead of just "The Krohster". I typed in my channel name in the search bar just because I was curious to see what would come up first but because I was thinking about the name change in that moment, I typed in "the krohster plays". When I saw the results, my videos came up but every single one of them didn't have the thumbnail that I had chosen for each video. I instantly panicked and thought, oh god, maybe I'm not getting views because I have no thumbnails. But then I go to the creator tool and all of my thumbnails are attached. I then type in just "The Krohster" and the search results show my videos with the thumbnails. I'm so confused! I even typed in both searches in an incognito tab to see if I got the same results and yep! Searching for the krohster plays doesn't have thumbnails and typing the krohster has all my thumbnails in tact. I even tried it on both desktop and my phone and it's still the same.
Does anyone know why?? Are my videos showing up with thumbnails or not when they're suggested and not searched? Go try it for yourself. I would post screenshots but pictures aren't allowed. I'm worried now that the thumbnails aren't showing up if the video is suggested even if I haven't uploaded in weeks.
Edit: I also know I'm probably not getting a whole lot of views because my thumbnails aren't exactly interesting and I don't even have 100 subs. I'm not a completely oblivious person when it comes to the algorithm and how you get an audience just to note hahaha. My boyfriend asked me to charge his phone as he was going to sleep ( as mine was in charge first). I just went to put it in charge and i had this strong gut feeling to go through his phone. I have caught him messaging others in the past, however when ive gone to check, he has blocked the account.
I went to check snapchat when i saw the app grindr come up on the search bar. ( it’s an apple phone, when you swipe down, it’ll show the most active apps). I thought this was odd but when we first started dating i saw the app and he said it was his friends playing a prank on him and deleted it.
I clicked the app and saw that he has messaged people which i won’t repeat. However the gist of it was that he was looking for “fun” and sent a picture of what he looked like; And his profile is asking for hookups.
Also he went for a drive on thursday this week and was in a mcdonald’s car park for over 2 hours and when he messaged me after i called him, i can see the window was steamed up and i felt off about it.
I have been with him for 2 and a half years and i don’t know what to do. He has always said if i cheat im gone but now he’s done this. I’m really upset, what should i do? I know i have to confront him but he’s staying with me til tomorrow, then he has to go home.
What is the best way to confront him?

Not only was I not looking for Socialism at the time of my conversion, but I was fighting it. I was very young and callow, did not know much of anything, and though I had never even heard of a school called “Individualism,” I sang the paean of the strong with all my heart. This was because I was strong myself. By strong I mean that I had good health and hard muscles, both of which possessions are easily accounted for. I had lived my childhood on California ranches, my boyhood hustling newspapers on the streets of a healthy Western city, and my youth on the ozone-laden waters of San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. I loved life in the open, and I toiled in the open, at the hardest kinds of work. Learning no trade, but drifting along from job to job, I looked on the world and called it good, every bit of it. And I doubt not, if other events had not changed my career, that I should have evolved into a professional strike-breaker, (one of President Eliot’s American heroes), and had my head and my earning power irrevocably smashed by a club in the hands of some militant trades-unionist. Just about this time, returning from a seven months’ voyage before the mast, and just turned eighteen, I took it into my head to go tramping. On rods and blind baggages I fought my way from the open West where men bucked big and the job hunted the man, to the congested labor centres of the East, where men were small potatoes and hunted the job for all they were worth. And on this new blond-beast adventure I found myself looking upon life from a new and totally different angle. I had dropped down from the proletariat into what sociologists love to call the “submerged tenth,” and I was startled to discover the way in which that submerged tenth was recruited. I was on a school field trip the other day, sitting in the front of the bus (cuz I’m lame), and then a white ford F-150 with the yellow light bar that roadwork trucks usually have, pulled out into the intersection, and 2 guys got out, and directed the crossing traffic across the intersection, while 1 person put traffic cones in front of the cars stopped at the red light. Then another person got out of the truck with clippers, de-locked the box which operates the light, opened it, and then shut off the traffic light. Once the last few cars had gone through the open part of the intersection, they put cones there too, and then they waved a second truck through, which had those high-vis traffic barriers with stop signs on them. Once the barriers were down, they closed the opening that they let the trucks into and just left… (Unfortunately the bus chaperones took our phones and left them at school, so we were unable to get pictures)

It is now March of 2024, and I was about to post this, until I saw something. He messaged me on Discord under a fake account, nicknamed "SloppyDogMan62". He showed my new house address. I am mustering up the courage to post this, because I know he will kill me. I am leaving, going far away from where I am. You guys won't see me in this subreddit again, and the person who made this account will take over again. They won't know what this is about, and if you tell them he will be hunted too. His times where he talks to ChatGPT to make him code was actually him sending messages to his fake chat to do his bidding. I spoke to an anonymous friend/associate of Doug, he told me some vital keypoints.- His AI he creates are fully sentient, and I mean it, they have the ability to feel actual pain. They can be traumatized, they learn.
- He has insane technology, one image of your face can tell him the exact position of where you are at, what your name is, everything about you. I mean it, I posted one image on accident and I think that's how he discovered where I was on 3/12/2024
- He is holding Parkzer hostage
- u/I_existed_on_earth was wiped of his memory, and this is why he didn't remember.
- He knows all of you. I just saw a screenshot. It has every one of your usernames, even yours.
- He uses bots to make his channels grow faster

He is not Doug. The real Doug died October 11th of 2019. He is a genetic clone who is 1:1. Oh god.It's much worse than you think, Doug is not one person anymore since that event. He is at least four. There are many others, but some are terminated. I don't know the exact amount, they just told me in January 2024 it was four.
He also sent me some code, but I am gonna try to solve it. Probably won't sadly.

Hey everybody. Just looking for opinions on forex. For those who prefer forex over other markets/securities, what makes it preferable to you?
Personally, I'm still researching and haven't started trading yet. At the moment, I'm pondering what path I want to take. At first, I didn't even consider forex, didn't like the idea of using so much leverage. However, I came across a post the other day where somebody said they don't like forex because it's "range bound." I can see how some might agree with that sentiment, but to me it sounds like a positive attribute. It seems to me that being range bound creates some measure of "predictability."
Before y'all break out the pitchforks about using that word, what I mean to say is that being range bound at least provides a channel to operate within. Barring an economic meltdown, any given pair should have somewhat stable fluctuations, creating a sustainable flow of opportunities. To me, trading forex seems like it's basically riding the trend, get in get out at the right times. I don't mean to oversimplify it, I just mean that currency has a more stable foundation than individual companies or sectors. Seems more like a "big picture" game, than trying to keep up to date on various businesses. That's just the way I see it.
What do y'all think? What are your personal pros and cons on forex?

Hi Reddit. This is my first ever post and a throwaway because I don't want this to get back to her. I don't even know really where to start. I should give some context, so here goes nothing. My sister, we'll call her Gabby, has only ever had one boyfriend her entire life. She met her boyfriend, we'll call him Marvin, in high school. They've been together ever since and eventually got married. When Marvin stepped into the picture, Gabby started acting differently towards her friends and family. She stopped hanging out with her friends and became snappy with the family. I figured this was typical teenage behavior. Over the years, her and my relationship grew distant, as I never really thought Marvin was a good fit for her as he made her mean and isolated her from the things she once loved (she stopped hanging out with her friend group she was once constantly hanging out with, started making mean comments and jokes directed towards me even though we were once close, etc). Anyways, fast forward to a year after they're married. They're trying for a baby, but they are still living with family. Despite living with family, they refuse to disclose any personal life details with the family. Weird, but okay, you're an adult. They ended up buying an old house that needs to be completely renovated without telling anyone that they were even thinking about buying a house. Anyways, they have their child, and they wanted everyone to get shots before meeting their child. We all complied. We asked to hold their child and they refused, which I respected. They said that we would be able to hold their child when she was a bit older. She is now more than a few months old and they still refuse to let anyone hold her. Whatever, they're allowed to parent the way they want to parent. This story is so complex and forever ongoing that I don't even know where to begin with it. There have been multiple instances where the slightest thing anyone in my family does sets Gabby off. For instance, there was a piece of furniture that my mom let me use that was just in their basement being unused that once belonged to Gabby. This upset Gabby so much that she, an adult in her 20's actively trying for a baby, rolled around the floor screaming and ripping out her hair. I had to restrain her from harming herself over this. When I asked why this escalated to the point it did, I was told that it was truly only over the furniture, nothing else. There are many other instances like this which only started when Gabby met Marvin.
Since Gabby and Marvin married, Gabby's relationship with our mom has significantly deteriorated. Their relationship had been strong up until that point, so this came as a shock. It has been really hard on our mom. Gabby will call/text our dad, but ignore the calls/texts from our mom. So we know that this action is deliberate. For context, there's nothing that ever happened between the two of them that would have sparked this behavior. No big fight, no major viewpoint differences, nothing. However, Marvin has always had a rough relationship with his mother.
Anyways, The biggest thing that happened recently that led me to write this post revolves around a mothers day. Last year, Gabby did not acknowledge mothers day at all. She didn't call/text/send flowers/ do anything for our mom. Radio silence. This year, Gabby is a mother. My mom gave Gabby a very nice mothers day gift, which she did not thank her for, and Gabby only acknowledged the date by sending a group text message. I don't want to go too far into detail to keep my identity hidden, but this really upset my mother.
I did not say happy mothers day to Gabby, but this was not an intentional act of malice. I worked 12 hours that day and really only thought mothers day was for your own mother. I guess some people acknowledge all of the mothers in their life, but I only acknowledged my own mother. This really upset Gabby and when I tried to explain my view, she didn’t want any of it. I apologized, but the call ended with feelings still heightened. She has since stopped returning my calls/texts/DMs. It's been almost a week since this happened.
I recently found out that Marvin and Gabby had stopped communication completely with Martin's side of the family. This was seemingly also an unwarranted decision on their part - a family member got so worried that they weren't returning calls/texts that they drove out to see them and check on them (mind you, they live hours away) just to find out that the lack of communication was intentional and that they were no longer speaking to their family.
It seems like every time I see Gabby/Marvin, something that I do sets them off. They always have a reason to be upset with me. When I try to explain my actions, they don't want to come to a resolution and see eye to eye, they just want me to apologize and admit that i'm wrong - even when I don't feel like what I did was wrong. I feel like i'm always apologizing for things that I don't need to be apologizing for and that they dictate everything in the mess of a relationship we do have. I am all for setting boundaries, but she won't communicate her boundaries and then blow up on you when you violate them.
There's so much more to this story I could literally go on and on.
Essentially, I fear that Marvin is painting Gabby's family and friends in a way that makes her want to cut us all off. Gabby doesn't have any friends outside of her husband besides a few people she sees at religious events. Gabby doesn't talk to my mom, and now isn't talking to me. I fear that she may be in an abusive relationship due to the fact that ever since Gabby married Marvin (her first and only boyfriend) she has become more and more isolated.
Oh, I forgot to mention that Gabby also is the primary breadwinner and ALSO the primary caregiver to their child.
I don't know what to think of this and I know that this post is scrambled, but I'm all ears to what the people of reddit have to say about this situation.
