Monthly GTCCP reports reminder!

2024.05.08 12:02 SemperAdmin Monthly GTCCP reports reminder!

📢 Attention Marines! 🚨 This is a crucial reminder about GTCCP reports and requirements! 📋✅
Unit level APCs must request and reconcile the following mandatory reports within two working days of the close of the USMC billing cycle (6th of the month):
These reports are available in the Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS), Organizational Shared Folders, Department of Defense Travel Shared Reports. 📂🗂️
APCs must maintain copies of reports for the current year plus the last two years. 📅📚
Ensuring compliance with these requirements is essential for maintaining a current and effective GTCCP program. 💪🎖️
What challenges have you faced in requesting and reconciling these mandatory reports? Share your experiences and tips in the comments below! 👇💬

Disclaimer: i am retarded
Question for the APCs out there. Two years ago i ended up having a retard moment (or three) when I got 4x delinquencies on my GTC. At the time we had new APCs and personnel turnover and i ended up getting 4 GTC delinquencies. Once shit hit the fan, and I realized the weight of the situation, I paid for the outstanding funds immediately and the GTC has been paid for nearly 2 years in full. My APC told me to come back in a year for reinstatement and i started the process in 2023. Now, I tried the reinstatement process recently but had to call Citibank to which they let me know I am permanently ineligible for a GTC. They told me to contact my APC to see what I could do, but Citibank’s position is I am ineligible until the (term of the loan) which they couldn’t tell me what that is and my APC should know that. My leadership’s position is they are willing to let me back on a GTC but with extreme supervision (valid)
Am i completely SOL for the rest of an (undefined period) or is there a chance for recourse? I feel like it was genuine misunderstanding back when it happened and I have a credit score well into the 700s

2024.01.31 21:26 OgGoggles GTC 2x Reinstatement?

What’s up guys, I am a member of the FLARNG and Citibank is refusing to reinstate my GTC. The first time was a misunderstanding with my unit on a delay to pay out a voucher, and the most recent was the $29.00 reinstatement fee was left delinquent on my account. I was aware there would be a fee, but wasn’t sure how they would charge it. When I received the new card, I didn’t even activate it thinking I would be good until I needed it. Long story short the $29 went delinquent and Citi Bank will not give me a new card. I never received any correspondence from Citi Bank or My chain of command over the delinquent funds. I also ended up moving around the time I got the card and I guess the mail correspondence went to the wrong address. I don’t feel like Citi gave me due process to address the issue.
I contacted my APC and they basically told me there was nothing he could do.
I was pulled off a deployment because of this and being moved out of my unit. It’s crazy because I feel like my 11- year career is dead in the water over 30 bucks. Is there anyone here that has experienced this and found a way to resolve this?
Also screw Citi bank.
I appreciate the help in advance.
