Seign's chapter is a total drag because we were given two totally garbage characters, Ivy and Pohl. They only served as fodders during the fights. It was also striking to see the shy shaman girl having higher power than Seign and Valentin. Anyway, who do you think is the weakest character in the entire game?

Here’s a post I made on a throwaway account that sums it up pretty well:
Their best friend is someone I knew from middle school and we didn’t get along because she changed her name and I kept deadnaming her by accident. I think I started doing it as a joke or some shit and now I have obsessions about whether or not I bullied her in middle school
I ended up having a crush on someone in high school she was coincidentally friends with and I reached out to her last year apologizing for the rough times in middle school and she was like “you apologizing because of them?” right off the bat
She told me to step up my rizz and that I had no game and gave me advice and told me about the things they liked but that kinda fucked with my confidence later on
She texted me with their phone on two occasions kinda pretending to be them, lied the first time she did it, and the second time it happened she even said “hanging out with my girlfriend!!!!” in reference to herself while pretending to be them
Last summer when we were “friendly” she told me that she bites and pinches them as an expression of love and it really fucked with my OCD. I asked her about it weeks later in the kindest way possible like “do you do it in a more than friends way” or something and she sent me this giant message about affection and platonic love and said “if you ever want to be with them you have to deal with me and the way I show affection to them”
She ruined the words “love” and “affection” for me for a while and to this day friendships are uncomfortable for me because having one reminds me of her
I started arguing with her this year about it and if she was trying to make me jealous and after me bringing it up to her three times in three months she told my partner and they argued with me and called me “fucking ridiculous” but at the end they said “you have every right to have felt hurt” but then I ended up saying “sorry but I’m astounded she gained your trust” and they told me it hurt them
I kinda argued with her friend three more times after that and I ended the last argument with “just block me” after she told me I was harassing her
She told my partner again and they said “stop fucking texting my friends I’m sick of your petty ass making arguments” and then a few weeks later we argued and they said they think we should break up
I then said “welp at least we just got past 6 months” and they said we hardly talked the past few weeks and I said “I literally tried omfg” and they apologized for getting so mad. They said “I’m sorry” twice and I responded with “bruh are we a thing or not lol” and they said “‘lol’ seriously” and I said “does that mean bruh is acceptable unironically” and they said “love to see that you care” and replied to my “are we a thing or not” message with “no we are not” and I’ve regretted it
Me and my ex would make notes on Instagram of the same emoji and the day we “broke up” in June I said “should we make a note where we’re like ‘💔’”
Things were bad for a month and a half and then we started talking again and we didn’t consider it a breakup but a few weeks after that they started ghosting me again out of nowhere and I didn’t hear from them for almost two months. During the time we talked again they mentioned edgy decisions they made for themself that I was hoping they wouldn’t make. It hurt me and made me anxious that they did what they did and that the first time they made the decision it was with the friend
They kept leaving me on seen and cancelling my calls until one day I called them 10 times and they finally texted me saying “can you please stop calling me” and I said “can you tell me what’s going on”

I then said “can you tell me why you couldn’t do this anymore” and deleted it a little bit after and wrote “I understand it was really a lot for me too” but deleted it like the next day.
Something that makes me feel like shit is my sister saying to me months ago “you know what I realized? None of my boyfriends ever got me flowers”. On Valentine’s Day they got me flowers and we went to the store that night. The bill I brought was too big so they technically had to buy their own rose. Feel like shit about it
I don’t know if I’m supposed to hear from them again, like we’re still followed to each other on Instagram and friending each other on Discord and on our Nintendo Switches. I don’t know wtf I’m supposed to feel but I was crushed for the first 24 hours and I’ve almost felt nothing since, feeling on edge about it every now and then. I hate how our relationship used to be so pure literally at the beginning of this year then things got bad and there wasn’t open communication and they chose to make those edgy decisions, making it impossible for things to feel like they did/be what they were. I feel like if the friend thing didn’t exist we would’ve been perfect. I just wish so much psychological shit wasn’t in the way

Things have been rough between us and I obsessed over their friendship and if their friend was trying to make me jealous. 3 days before what would’ve been our anniversary I texted “in three days it would’ve been a year” and put an animal emoji, which was an inside thing for us. They saw it and on the day of the anniversary I unsent the message and left the emoji and wrote “are you doing alright”. They saw it and a few hours later I wrote “do you want to do something tonight”. They saw it and didn’t answer so the next day I unsent the two messages and left the emoji. It’s been two days since the anniversary and I’m thinking about texting “have you moved on” so I know once and for all if they’re through with us. I don’t know if I should unsend the emoji so it doesn’t look like I’m trying to influence their thinking
I just unsent the emoji and sent “have you moved on”
They saw it but didn’t say anything
They unfollowed me on Instagram a month ago
The day they unfollowed me I messaged them saying something like “if I’m not going to hear from you anymore could we at least talk and see if it goes somewhere” and unfollowed them so I wouldn’t look weird but I refollowed them that night so I could still be there for them I guess. A week or two ago they removed me as a follower
They haven’t said anything since they said we’re broken up but that was a few weeks before they unfollowed me and before they read the messages I mentioned. We’re still friends on Discord and the Nintendo Switch. I did say before the breakup message something like “if we’re not a thing anymore then please unfollow me” because I was frustrated about not hearing from them
At the beginning of December (a little over a month after the breakup conversation) I sent them a game invite as a casual get together thing so we could talk again without the stress and nothing happened. A few weeks after on what would’ve been our anniversary I said “do you want to hang out tonight” and sent a hedgehog emoji, which was an inside thing between us
A few days later I said like “even now I can’t tell what’s happening, especially when the signals are mixed and the cut isn’t clean” (I felt like the breakup message was hasty and them saying they didn’t want to be with me “right now” and not making the firmest clarifications, as well as ghosting me when I messaged them right after they unfollowed me, meant they were spontaneously giving themself space)
I got a message from someone who sounds like their new partner, saying that I was being creepy. I was like “who are you” and they said “does it matter” and started talking about how they told them about my relationship. I was like “is this [the friend]” and they said “oh you WISH this was [the friend]” and said like “you wanted [my ex] so bad but you fumbled so hard” and when I asked how they were affiliated with my ex they said “we’re close” ambiguously
Them and my ex were singing “waaaaah waaaaah” while I was texting about feeling distraught and I didn’t recognize that my ex was speaking in an audio message and asked if it was the friend and they said “are you fucking stupid? Did you forget what I sounded like? Are you that deluded?”
Eventually my ex texted me after, and one of the things they said was “you don’t know how they treat me. They treat me better than you did”
Their new partner also said that I was stalking and harassing
Back in the summer I had messaged my ex on two of their alt accounts, both of which they didn’t know I knew about, one of which I knew about because I was with them one time and a notification for that account popped up on their phone. Not even their friends knew about that account so that was really creepy on my part
I’ve thought about how it took me over a year of talking to them to be with them and it took their new partner the 1-2 months after our breakup. Feel like real shit about that
To be clear I’m very done with them and haven’t contacted them since December

I see lots of YouTube series on the sims 4 and most of the time people create sims that sort of fit with whatever challenge they’re doing. But I’ve played the sims 4 since December 2014 and I’ve put 1600 hours into the game and I don’t think I’ve ever played as a sim that wasn’t based of myself. Like I would have my self sim and like my friends or other sims but I’ve always thought it was weird to play as someone else for some reason. Wonder if anyone else also does this

Today I realized I've been playing The Sims for 20 years, which doesn't sound crazy except I'm 27, so that's nearly 75% of my life which is kind of weird to think about! I also realized today that there is surprisingly a lot I don't know about The Sims, for example, today I learned about the corrupt creepy doll that ruined a bunch of people's games and I'm wondering how I somehow have never heard of it (though I don't download any custom content because my sister ruined The Sims 2 by downloading TONS of CC so I made it a rule that there was no CC allowed in my Sims 3 games.) (I did start using mods last year, though.) Plus I am STILL trying to figure out and remember all of the lore involved. And I finally, within the last few months, I downloaded all of the store content and Showtime and Into the Future - the two EPs I really had no interest in (but when in Rome!).
I'm curious about everyone else that still plays The Sims 3. I tried The Sims 4 and absolutely hated it. Does anyone else only play TS3, or do people play both? (Also, is there anyone that is still able to play TS1 and/or TS2?!) How long have you been playing? Do you have all of the store content and/or EPs? Which EP(s) do you like best? Do you like occults? Pets? Fave worlds? Jobs/professions/hobbies? Have Large families? Use mods? Cheats? How long do you stick with a save?

Hi everyone,
can anyone recommend me any other great open world games for Playstation 4 or 5 that are mostly realistic, i.e. non-fantasy? My problem is that the only games that I ever really enjoyed were the RDR and GTA series. And amongst them, RDR and RDR2 are the ONLY games that I ever finished on PS. And by the way, what I enjoyed most in RDR was not the story, but riding around in the wild west, finding things, all the small quests and random encounters (and catching people with the lasso and throwing them on the train rails ;-). In GTA I spent quite some hours trying to stop the damn train with a 747 or trying to amass a million of cars to create a traffic havoc, so it's these creative sandbox moments that get me, not the fighting or the story. Actually, my dream is that you manipulate all the elements in an open world, i.e. destroying walls, forming things, but not in a Minecraft way (too much fantasy/abstract for me)
What I tried already, but somehow did not really enjoy: Witcher 3 (too much fantasy and I HATE it when enemies don't die from ONE well-placed hit), Fallout 3 (interesting but not sure what I didnt like here), Cyberpunk 2077 (a large but dead and empty open world), Days Gone (I really liked that one, but too many zombies, just too hard), haha can you believe it I even tried Snow Runner!!
My problem is that I can't stand fantasy settings, so please no magic, no spells, no zombies, no cliche monstedragons/whatever this is all called. However, what I DO like now and then is a certain level of mystery, like you could experience in old-school 1990s Lucasarts classics like Indy and Monkey Island (yes I am >40yrs old). And to be honest, the games that I truely enjoyed most as a child were SimCity2000, C&C Red Alert and Lemmings, but these kind of games are not suitable to be played sitting on the sofa with your PS4/5 and projector.

ive been really missing a new experience similar to tomodachi life, and i bought sims to try and fill the void. Playing the game like this has been pretty unfulfilling and i was wondering if there's any mods to fix this?
i want sims to be their own independent characters that i can just spectate when i want to and exciting things happen and i can just watch. ive tried many autonomy mods, but none of them truly address this.
Also, cause of the simlish i dont really get whats happening in conversations which makes them kinda unengaging, and i know theres no mod that would make realistic conversations happen but i’d at least like to know the options that the game's picking for the characters dialogue
If its possible, does anyone know of ANY mod that can:

• tell me whats happening in a conversation. im not talking about every word of their conversation, just what options are their AI’s selecting?
  
• give notifications on what sims are doing, so if an interesting thing is happening i just pop in.
  
• allow sims to just pick completely random dialogue options. they always default to boring conversations without me to guide them. if theres anything that makes them select really out there options without me interfering, that would help.
  
• a buying/unlocking clothes mod
  
• a mod that lets sims buy/place furniture on their own?
  
• a food preferences mod
  
• a mod that increases automatic drama and furthers friend dynamics.
  
• ANYTHING that would make everyday home life and not going out more interesting.
  

Hi, I've started playing since op-04, I've always had fun playing it, there were week I was waiting only the day for the local. With op-06 I didn't like the game as in op-04 and op-05 and I skipped the majority of locals (the decks that I could have played were Uta and fortress Yamato. I'm a green player and with eb-01 i will be fine and in op07 i have to build Bonney since in order to not spend so much money i will stick to a color (in my case green). The problems with this tcg are:

• the price of the cards and all the problem that are correlated to it (I've started the game because it was cheap (rebecca deck was a top tier with only 90 euros, now to have a top tier at least 300 bucks are required)
• I don't know why I'm not excited as in the two previous meta and also playing Bonney (i don't know why) doesn't excite me (maybe because I didn't find yet a good list).
• it's more difficult to enroll to a regional than playing it
• some people that I know are focused only on the money of the game and I don't know why this put on me some pressions also if I play only for the love of the game.

By the way I'm attached to my community and I don't know why I don't feel to leave the game, also if I thought rationally it would be a the right choice.
To replace op I've thought about magic in the pauper format:

• the cards are cheaper (only common, uncommon and rare are allowed)
• there are big events that could be enjoyed without difficulty
• I have close friends playing it
• all the people play to win and not for the money behind the game

The cons of magic are:

• less local tournament
• i don't have a tool like the sim of one piece to train (i like playing only to be competitive, not for the money, but because I love playing well)

I don't like the idea of keeping playing both because for my personality I prefer to give all my focus only to one thing (and also in order to not spend so much money). So what do you suggest me to do?
P.S.: one piece was my first tcg played seriously so maybe I'm not used to all of these problems.

Hi! My sims 3 game keeps crashing and the Dashboard Tool says the store items are conflicting so I guess that's the problem ): How can I fix this? I don't want to play without the store content. Thanks!

If there was a ranked mode in warthunder would anyone be interested in it. I’m also assuming that it wouldn’t be a cut and paste air rb or sim mode, they would have to change the game slightly. I know there’s some semi-competitive warthubder that goes on, but when they stream it it’s just 4v4 middle slinging. I have an idea for a competitive mode but I’m curious if anyone even would be down for this? What does everyone think?

u/Kaivax any thoughts? Our S4 4 set at myth track is not only the lowest DPS in the game, it's behind our season 3 set at 489. You never reverted the season 1 nerfs when you implemented the set. Just to be competitive with the lowest DPS, we have to wear our season 3 set still and you guys completely ignored us.
All we ask for is communication. We've been providing feedback, Sims and discussions for weeks even prior to season 4 and we've been ignored. As a 20 year vet, 6 time former world first raider and one of the OG guide writers for EJ I feel I speak for many of us and are just asking for communication.

Hi everyone, Yet another Steam page post, sorry. I felt a bit hesitant about making this post, but I'm going for it and opening up. This has been my passion project for a while. I am the solo developer with some help from artists and some commissions. I have been wanting to make a game I would like to play, exploring procedural generation and space action sim features, taking inspiration from big titles like No Man's Sky, Hyper Light Drifter, Starbound, Project Zomboid, and Enter the Gungeon. I am willing to put effort where it needs to be put, so it would be great to gather some Reddit feedback and check what common issues people see with the game/Steam page. I also wonder if there is a way to check the visits/wishlist ratio on Steam. I managed to get the game to some game conventions here in Spain, and the feedback from players has been really valuable - seeing where they got stuck, what they liked, and what they didn't like. Most of it has been implemented in the demo/prologue that is up on Steam. I am recently improving, I think, in the way I'm marketing the game, but maybe I need more exposure on YouTube. Hello, I used to play this game all the time when I was younger (both of my parents love the sims and had been playing for years), but I stopped playing a while after sims 4 came out. I wanted to start playing again recently but found out we used to have quite a few of the games in CD format, which I don't have installed in my current computer nor do I longer have the actual CD's. Would it be a bad idea to download the game from the internet (as you would do with cc/mods) or would it be better to buy? I've never played a game that I haven't bought or found for free, so I'm unsure what to do (My first language isn't English, just in case)

So I'm on Nobara Linux 39 currently. With a fresh install of everything to see if I can get my truck sim rig fully working. I've got a Fanatec CSL DD wheel, with pedals and a shifter. All of that works great now (in most games) including force feedback. (Thanks to fanatecff on github) But I also have several 'controllers' - a button box, an arduino device for split shifting and another controller made from real blinker, lights and wiper controllers from a car.
I loaded up American Truck SIm first, this is the game I play the most. I ran it without specifying any version of Proton. To my surprise everything was working. All of it, except my wheel had a massive deadzone in it. I could turn the wheel almost 45 degrees and nothing would happen. So I remembered I need to set deadzone and fuzz to 0 in Udev rules in fanatecff... problem was, it already was all set properly. I messed around only looking for ideas but found nothing.
Well, maybe I need to set a Proton version, I set Proton 9, I believe it was and ran the game... now 2 of my controllers don't work. My wheel has no deadzone, awesome, but what happened? Switched back to no forced Proton... goes right back to the way it was all controllers work but the wheel has a massive deadzone.
I went through about 3 GE proton versions and went through a big list of the ones in Steam 6, 7, 8 and experimental. Anything I set fixes the wheel and ruins all my controllers.
I did install Arduino software as well, like I do in Windows but it made no difference for my shifter, which uses it. Steam even detects all the devices under the controller options. It is weird, they should work but the game does not bring them up in the list.
Can someone clue me in what I need to do?

Hi All. Just getting into sim racing after buying my first gaming pc since childhood and I have a dd wheel on order. Is ACC worth getting now since it seems like there will be no more dlc and the attention has now moved to Assetto Corsa 2?
