I have no idea if I am asking in the right place but here I go. I will write in detail the issues I have had and lead to where I am now.
(Specs) I have a Dell XPS 8960, Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Model OXD433, Version A01, BIOS 2.6.0, with a RTX 4090, i9-13900k, 64Gb ram (4800mhz). 3 hard drives installed, one with 2000 gb ssd, another with 1000gb ssd and the other with 2000 gb hhd. Two of the hard drives I have added seperatley in different occasions.
I originally I was playing Diablo 4 at max settings with raytracing and the game was crashing, found of forums 40-series cards were having issues with the ray tracing. So I disabled it until nvidia releasaes a fix for it. However there was a random time when the game crashed a message popped up saying "system out of memory," at the time ignored thinking it was related only to the ray tracing.
(where serious problems began) I then attempt to play League of Legends for the first time since Vangaurd (anti-cheat system) was released. I installed Vangaurd but everytime client would load it would say "requires restart to play" but everytime I did after restarting I would get a BSOD "what failed vgk .sys." I then contacted riot support for this issue and these are the instructions given to me to follow.

1. To make sure your device has Test Signing Mode disabled, enter Command Prompt in Administrator Mode (Windows key -> cmd -> Run as Administrator)
2. Here, type in and press enter for the following command:

* bcdedit /set TESTSIGNING off

1. To make sure your device has Driver Signing Enforcement turned on, enter Command Prompt in Administrator Mode. In here, type in and press enter for the following command:

* bcdedit /set nointegritychecks OFF.

• This did not solve the problem. So the next set off instructions were sent to me

"Check Windows Update It's important that you have the latest WINDOWS UPDATES. The game is optimized to work best when on the latest version of Windows and updating can resolve a number of issues. You can update windows by doing the following:

1. Type Windows Update into your start menu search bar.
2. Run that app and click Check for updates.

After scanning your computer and removing any threats that pop-up, you can proceed to uninstall the software." "Clean Boot It could be that other programs are interfering with the game. To eliminate the possibility of that happening, let's turn off your unnecessary start-up processes.
5. Press [Windows Key] + R 2.Type msconfig into the text bar at the bottom of the menu
6. Click on the Services tab
7. Check Hide all Microsoft services <--- Super important! Protects you from accidentally disabling a key process!
8. Click the Disable All button
9. Find vgc and re-check that one.
10. Restart your computer If you are able to successfully launch the game after doing so, please enable the disabled services one by one, to check which program is interfering with the game." "Disable 3rd party apps (AV & VPN) Please disable any 3rd party antiviruses and/or VPNs that you have installed.

• This also did not solve my problem. The next set of instructions were sent to me

Install the GPU drivers manually. • Download the drivers for your devices from the following links, and install using the on screen instructions: (If you have both an integrated Intel and a dedicated Nvidia card, please update both. Main problem, I tried to update my nvidia driver but would receive 7 zip: CRC error. Tried to update through Geforce Experience and would say "installation failed" or "not enough space disk space" even though there is plenty of space and i recently removed the bitlocks. Also tried to install dell support assist and would recieve "install error 1603." I have done a memory dianostic and results are fine. I also atttempt to do a Microsoft Defender Antivirus (offline scan) but the system does not respond when i click "scan now." The hard drives say they are healthy and have done diagnoses through MiniTool Partition with no problems found. Checked for malware thoughh malwarebytes and found nothing . I did a full system reset with clean of hard hard drives and after re-installing windows and everything, the exact same issue persisted. I wasnt having allo of these issues before attempting to use Vangaurd, i dont know if it is a coincidence or the problem already existed.
That is where I am at, I dont know what to do at this point. Anything I search on the web seems not to be related or I simply cannot understand some of the complexity of the instructions for the fix. Please help!

Hey all, I've put together all the parts for a new productivity (60%) & gaming (40%) build, and I'd really appreciate input on the CPU and PSU choices here.
Use Case:

• Legal Work (60%): I spend most of my day working from home with a ton of basic office and browsing applications open over three monitors -- it's legal drafting and research, with Outlook having 5+active email drafts, 5+ Word docs, 30+ browser tabs, 5+ Excel sheets, 15+ PDFs, and on-and-off video conferencing in 4+ applications. Occasionally, I'll have a game running in the background during that time.
• Gaming (40%): In the evenings, I intersperse those work applications with one main game window on a primary monitor running 1440p/140hz, and TV/movies/videos playing on the others at 1080p/60hz

The Questions:

• CPU: I'm picking Intel over AMD because of the significant multi-application work I do. I got a 13700K for $444 on a MemEx price match. Is there any reason I should look at a 14700K instead? It seems like a $105 upgrade for like a 3% performance improvement, which seems silly. Also, is there any chance that I will have an upgrade path for LGA1700 within the next 5 years, given the other parts of this build?
• PSU: I got lucky on the recent SAMA Gold PSU price error with NewEgg and snagged a white 850W, and two 1200W (B & W). These have corrected sale prices around $135 and $140 respectively. My only other PSU in stock is a Corsair AX Gold 850W that I've used in builds from 2013 and 2018. I'm planning to use the 850W SAMA (since it accommodates the 16-pin 12VHPWR connector and is ATX3.0 compliant). Is there any reason I should look at another PSU instead?

Additional Info:

• I'm upgrading from an i7-8700K/1070Ti build from 2018.
• I've gone for an all-white build because I wanted to.
• I want this build to last ~5 years without an upgrade, since this is likely the end of the line for LGA1700.

I did a full system reset with clean of hard hard drives and after re-installing windows and everything, the exact same issue persisted.
That is where I am at, I dont know what to do at this point. Anything I search on the web seems not to be related or I simply cannot understand some of the complexity of the instructions for the fix. Please help!

Hello all,
I would really appreciate your help on an issue. I am an EU citizen and 4 months ago me and my non-EU wife (currently residing in an European country) applied through the e-service for obtaining a residence permit for her. We all know the waiting times are on average 19 months. Totally absurd!
Now unfortunately I found out quite recently that for an EU citizen such as me residing in Sweden it is much faster to apply for a residence card for the non-EU spouse. The question is:

• Since 99% of the documents are similar as the residence permit application can I inform Migrationsverket in order to ”correct” and transfer the application to the correct department by filling the additional application? Highly unlikely but good to confirm.
• If not, can we apply for a residence card as well while the other application is active or should we cancel the residence permit and apply from scratch?

I am a bit sad that we lost 4 months and don’t want to make an additional mistake. I am also a bit frustrated that the website doesn’t offer this option straightforward when you use their general e-service.

A few weeks back, I went to New Orleans with some family. They didn't know I would be zero bagging, but quickly found out. I got a lot of questions and strange looks from them, but it didn't matter to me. I had just as much fun and arguably more fun than they did. Anyways, here is what I brought:

So let me explain why I didn't bring some things. First, no toothpaste since I could just borrow a little from someone else (that was the only thing I borrowed). I start my first shift in about 18 hours. I did research in advance about Anytime Pay, so about two weeks ago I ordered a Wisely card online. It arrived after several days, and I activated it right away on the Wisely app.
Since then I've just been waiting to get access to my AtoZ account, which I finally have. But after all that, today when I tried to set up Anytime Pay, it says I need a proxy ID that was on the envelope the card was sent in. Of course I no longer have that. I threw it out days ago because I didn't know I'd need it.
None of the posts I read about people using Anytime Pay mentioned needing to keep a code on the envelope. I would have written it down had I known. I've got the packet that has my account and routing number, but that's it. I checked the Wisely app to see if it has the ID, but it doesn't.
I called Wisely's customer service and they said I have to ask my employer. Well there's no way anyone at Amazon will be able to help me. How are they supposed to have info on my account when I didn't get the card through them, but directly through Wisely's website?
I'm really stressed out because I have to take Lyft and Uber to work, and barely have enough money to get there the first day or two. I won't be able to afford even getting to work the rest of the week unless I can get Anytime Pay activated by tomorrow.
Is there any other way to get this number, or am I just screwed? What was the point of going through all this trouble and getting the card early if I'm just gonna have to get a new one for a simple code?

Got this laser light that I love. But the thing seems slightly tilted up and idk how to fix or if it's supposed to be like this? I tried to take a video to show how even when tight (not too tight) or when slightly looser that the device still has this tiny bit of vertical play that just applying slight pressure with my fingers will show the mount moving up and down slightly. If I put the laser so the dot is slightly below point of aim for irons at 10-15 feet, by the time I get to just 25 ft the laser dot is way above the iron sights point of aim....it says it's supposed to be compatible with my specific model but does not say anything about wether the tab is glock or 1913 and isn't interchangeable....what could I possibly be doing wrong here guys? Please help me out. This is my first laser flashlight but I'm not a dummy....and for some reason will not allow me to upload videos to show how it still moves and is tilted even when tighted properly....when I apply a little pressure to the rear of the light from the bottom then it looks straight. But if I just let it stay on by it's own it is slightly tilted up at the front Flashlight tip and slightly pointed down at the rear control section. The pain can leave me falling to the floor unable to speak or move while screaming profanities while choked by pain. A feeling of a knife to my face over and over again. It leaves me in absolute shock. Like Roman candles to the face. An absolute hindrance. The anticipation of not knowing when it will happen again is a nightmare at times.
The disease is often called the suicide disease, apparently up to 26% try to take their lives. In a state of panic during one of the nerve attacks I began swallowing any pill near to me. I went to the hospital to have my stomach pumped when I was found comatose by my mother.

Amongst a long hall would be rooms for live stream performers. I would entertain with watchers while trying to obtain virtual gifts for actual money. I would paint flowers on my face and wear hanfu clothing while doing ASMR. Competing in battles while dress cute and facing off with others. I would encourage and flatter those that send virtual gifts that could be exchanged for gifts. I would message and ask for WeChat account numbers to talk to them and I would be an emotional prostitute pretending to love and be interested in them for the hopes of more gifts. It felt like one of those times.
I was amongst the chaos. In the yard of the factory where men in white hazmat suits came with metals poles to clash with the workers.
The speakers were set up by police and security and the workers had speakers too, echoing back at each other like a badminton match.

Hi there, this is my first time ever requesting through here. I need $250 in order to make the minimum payment on my credit card, as well as purchase a few groceries to get me to next week.
I normally wouldn’t request money through here. Unfortunately, my employer is having cash flow issues, and owes me over 7k in unpaid expenses. They are just barely making payroll right now, and without my expenses being paid, I am barely making ends meet. Going through here is truly a last resort, because I cannot go bankrupt.

Wanted to order something off an instagram ad (literally a first, a rare first) anyway I had suspicions the site is dodgey and they do not accept gpay/apay/paypal - it's translated from Turkish and all that jazz
So I setup a virtual card number just to try, upon using it I get an error that my 'payment is invalid' - it could've been a legit error because I just setup the virtual card or the website is nothing more than a 'key logger'
Anyway, after using the card - is it best to just delete/deactive the virtual card? Can I keep re-activing it and getting new numbers or is there no worry about deactiving it? I never put my real card number on the site. Just curious. thanks all
