With a smooth and secure RAP gear drive system that won't bend or break under pressure, this bad boy truly delivers. Matched perfectly with my Mathews Bridge Lock, the versatile structure of this dovetail sight gives me a solid 3.5 inches of travel for precise adjustments. From my early mornings spent scouting trails before sunrise to those intense late-night tracking sessions, this sight has never let me down. Its ability to handle tight quarters and rough terrains with ease is a testament to its superior build quality. However, there's one tiny issue: the absence of iron sights. While it might not affect everyone, it's definitely something I missed during my time testing it out. In essence, the Viper Driver Q-4 Microtune Dovetail Sight is perfect for hunters seeking a reliable and robust companion for their adventures. Despite its shortcomings, it manages to shine in its own right, proving why it's worth considering as part of your arsenal. đź”—Redline RL-3 5 Pin Sight: Precision & Customization for Enhanced Shootinghttps://preview.redd.it/116yoi9cpg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=859be35400c788702729cb6337063b6abe6342fe I recently got a chance to test out the Redline RL-3 5 Pin Sight while going on a weekend trip, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The. 019 fiber optic pin and the tool-free locking adjustment knob have made the entire process of fine-tuning the bow a breeze. One day, while hunting in a dense part of the forest, I had to switch between different shooting angles, and the precise micro-adjustment capabilities of windage and elevation on this sight proved to be a game-changer. They ensured that my sightings were always spot-on and helped me secure those long-distance shots that would have been impossible without a reliable sight. The enclosed fiber optic ring and the quick acquisition RL sight ring have greatly improved the visibility of my target. Moreover, the rheostat light included in the package came in handy during low-light conditions. The ability to accommodate a 48mm lens only adds to its versatility. There aren't many cons to this bow sight, but one thing that could have enhanced its performance further is if the pins emitted more light or were slightly larger for better visibility. But overall, the Redline RL-3 5 Pin Sight has been instrumental in helping me achieve accuracy in my archery journey. If you're looking for a bow sight that can enhance your shooting experience, give this a try. đź”—Redline Dovetail Sleeper Sight with 2 Pin Red Dot Sight for Canikhttps://preview.redd.it/rzm9jvrcpg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a7f9f70e4d96950209c10c673bb4716df78eae97 I've been using the Redline RL-Torch Dovetail Sight for a few weeks now and I must say, it's been an absolute game-changer in my hunting expeditions. The two-pin design with all green illumination has significantly improved my accuracy, especially when shooting at different distances. One feature that really stood out for me is the internal rechargeable light. Not only does it save me from buying and replacing batteries all the time, but it also reduces the weight of the sight, making it much easier to handle on long hunts. I also appreciate how customizable the adjustments are - from the different pin sizes to the micro-adjustable knobs. However, there are a few minor drawbacks. The dial can be quite stiff and noisy at times, which can be slightly distracting during intensive hunting activities. Additionally, the durability of the sight is a bit questionable compared to other models I've used in the past. Lastly, not having a manual was quite inconvenient, especially when I had to figure out the setup and adjustments by myself. But overall, I'd give this sight a solid 4.5 stars for its performance and features. If you're looking for an affordable yet reliable sight that delivers excellent accuracy, the Redline RL-Torch Dovetail Sight is worth considering. đź”—Holosun Green Dot Sight: Precise Adjustment & Unmatched Accuracyhttps://preview.redd.it/pz0j931dpg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=de93bf7c86a1da3dcf5952c8c887e62208b48870 As an avid hunter, I've gone through my fair share of sights, but the HHA Optimizer Lite x XL Sight truly stands out. I wish it was weather-resistant to handle any situation. Overall, I would highly recommend the HHA Optimizer Lite x XL Sight. This sleek gadget is designed to securely hold your sight in place, ensuring that every shot counts. One of my favorite features is the windage and elevation lock. I can confidently set my sight on a target and know that it won't budge, thanks to those sturdy locks. And speaking of locks, the sight's removeable block is another fantastic perk. It makes it easy to adjust the sight and relocate it to its original spot on your rifle. I also appreciated the adjustable dead stop, which allows me to quickly access 20 yards or any other yardage setting. Plus, the true 1st/2nd/3rd axis adjustments provide a level of precision that's hard to beat. However, there were a couple of cons to using this sight. I wish I had the crosshairs, as shown in the product description. And I must admit, it's on the pricier side. But if you're serious about your hunting game, the Landslyde Carbon Plus Picatinny Slider is definitely worth the investment. đź”—Dovetail Micro-Tune Low Profile Red Dot Sight with 2nd/3rd Axis Adjustmentshttps://preview.redd.it/6lc1mxvdpg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6bf802854880108efe5542ce425a21571a2bb561 I recently got my hands on the Viper Driver Q-1 Microtune Dovetail Sight 1Pin, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer in my shooting experiences. This little beauty is the perfect companion to my firearm, allowing for pinpoint accuracy and ease of use, whether you're a right-handed or left-handed shooter. One thing I absolutely love about this microtune sight is its knurled elevation adjustment knob. It's sturdy and easy to grip, making it a breeze to fine-tune my aim. Plus, the 2" sight housing is just the right size to make sure I've got a clear, unobstructed view of my target. However, don't get me wrong; this isn't a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. The Q-1 Microtune Dovetail Sight is designed specifically for those who appreciate a low profile when aiming. If you're someone who prefers a more traditional scope with a bulky design, this might not be the sight for you. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase of the Viper Driver Q-1 Microtune Dovetail Sight. It's made my shooting experiences much more enjoyable and accurate, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable dovetail sight. đź”—High-Precision Picatinny Sight with Adjustable Dead Stop for Enhanced Accuracyhttps://preview.redd.it/ms4x1fbepg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bd9a7344c8d0a7323e4929848038e9c7d933db68 For the past few weeks, I have been using the Axcel LANDSLYDE Picatinny Sight Accustat II 5 Pin. 010 RH. This sight stands out with its true separate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd axis adjustments, providing precision for any target. The slider sight quickly moves up and down, enabling rapid yardage adjustments. One downside is that the rapid adjust knob might need a small improvement for smoother operation, as its action sometimes feels a bit stiff. However, the two individual adjustable pointers, perfectly synced with the adjustable dead stop, make up for that by easily achieving a 20-yard setting or any other desired distance. The CNC machined fire pins are rugged and maintain their quality. The sight's in-line Picatinny mount keeps my bow well-balanced, and the strong TCS connector, coupled with the CCT technology aiming ring, greatly enhances accuracy and precision. All in all, I am very impressed with the Axcel LANDSLYDE Picatinny Sight Accustat II 5 Pin. 010 RH's functionality and promise. Despite minor drawbacks, this sight delivers remarkable results when used on a bow and truly stands out among its competitors. đź”—High-Performance Ghost Sight for Long Range Accuracyhttps://preview.redd.it/d84ikxmepg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=95dbe2557dab68f77f407abcc36c09258e659aa4 For a while now, I've been using the Apex Gear Covert 4 Pin Light in my archery sessions. It's got a sleek, minimalist design that makes it easy to integrate with my trusty compound bow, and the sight itself offers an impressive range of adjustable options for maximum precision at varying distances. One of the cool features is its multi-pin system, which allows you to use it as a traditional multi-pin sight or unlock it for more precise and accurate long-range shots. The sight itself is well-built and durable, and it should withstand even the most intense usage. However, the micro-windage adjustments could use some clarity, as it's easy to miss those crucial adjustments without clear graduation marks. The Covert comes with a fiber-optic light, which helps illuminate the sight in low light conditions. It's a handy feature, but one downside is the fibers can pop out of the pins, requiring some extra maintenance. Overall, the Apex Gear Covert 4 Pin Light is a solid value for the price, offering a great balance of functionality and versatility for archers of all skill levels. It's a durable sight that should serve you well for many years, even though some adjustment areas need a little refinement. đź”—New Phantom Ghost Sight for Archeryhttps://preview.redd.it/jcrwvx1fpg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=107731131d32279858a3b84937749a1e9d1b644d As someone who was in the market for a new fiber optic bow sight, I was excited to try out the Cobra Mini Phantom. Upon unboxing, the attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship immediately stood out. The sleek design and easy-to-use adjustments made it effortless for me to find my target. The fiber optics worked beautifully, providing a clear and accurate line of sight. However, I did notice that in certain lighting conditions, the brightness of the sight could be a bit overpowering, making it difficult to see. Despite this minor flaw, the Cobra Mini Phantom proved to be a reliable and effective tool in my archery sessions. đź”—High Precision Hunting Sight with Multi-Axis Adjustments and Customizable Peep Sighthttps://preview.redd.it/7ignngdfpg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=45b7ca9a5cd6c6087c6ca06e3c1f79f1e4a064d4 The AccuStat II 5 Pin sight stood out among its competitors due to its precision and durability. As a shooter, I appreciate how the sight offers true separate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd axis adjustments, providing unparalleled accuracy. The Picatinny in-line sight mount provides better balance and a strong connection to the bow. Additionally, the rapid adjust knob and quick release feature make fine tuning yardage settings a breeze. However, some may find the AccuStat II's price point a bit steep. Overall, though, this sight is a worthy investment for those seeking unmatched precision and durability. With its various features, it's an excellent choice for shotgun enthusiasts looking to up their game. đź”—Extreme Range Archery Bow Sight for Huntinghttps://preview.redd.it/m4nsuuqfpg5d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=63f457d06a0581f1c4ba01af864c7bac2c0d770c In the world of archery, finding the perfect sight can feel like a treasure hunt. One of the most impressive aspects of the Torch is its versatility. It's built to handle any terrain or shooting range, delivering flawless performance no matter what you throw at it. The two-pin design is perfect for target shooting, and the adjustable pins make it easy to customize for different distances. However, no product is without its drawbacks. While the Torch is a solid performer, I did encounter a few issues. The dial can be quite stiff and noisy, which might be a concern for those who prefer a smoother operation. Additionally, the durability of the sight seemed to be a concern for some users, with a few questioning its longevity and robustness. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Torch still managed to impress me. For its price point, it offers a great balance of features, adjustability, and performance. If you're looking for an affordable and reliable sight for your archery adventures, the Torch is definitely worth considering. 2024.06.09 04:00 AlphaZero_A Here is a hypothesis : Rotation variance of time dilation
This is part 2 of my other post. Go see it to better understand what I am going to show if necessary. So for this post, I'm going to use the same clock as in my part 1 for our hypothetical situation. To begin, here is the situation where our clock finds itself, observed by an observer stationary in relation to the cosmic microwave background and located at a certain distance from the moving clock to see the experiment: submitted by AlphaZero_A to HypotheticalPhysics [link] [comments] #1 ) Please note that for the clock, as soon as the photon reaches the receiver, one second passes for it. And the distances are not representative Here, to calculate the time elapsed for the observer for the photon emitted by the transmitter to reach the receiver, we must use this calculation involving the SR : t_{o}=\frac{c}{\sqrt{c^{2}-v_{e}^{2}}} #2 ) t_o : Time elapsed for observer. v_e : Velocity of transmitter and the receiver too. If for the observer a time 't_o' has elapsed, then for the clock, the time 't_c' measured by it will be : t_{c}\left(t_{o}\right)=\frac{t_{o}}{c}\sqrt{c^{2}-v_{e}^{2}} #3 So, if for example our clock moves at 0.5c relative to the observer, and for the observer 1 second has just passed, for the moving clock it is not 1 second which has passed, but about 0.866 seconds. No matter what angle the clock is measured, it will measure approximately 0.866 seconds... Except that this statement is false if we take into account the variation in the speed of light where the receiver is placed obliquely to the vector ' v_e' like this : #4 ) You have to put the image horizontally so that the axes are placed correctly. The time the observer will have to wait for the photon to reach the receiver cannot be calculated with the standard formula of special relativity. It is therefore necessary to take into account the addition of speeds, similar to certain calculation steps in the Doppler effect formulas. But, given that the direction of the photon to get to the receiver is oblique, we must use a more general formula for the addition of the speeds of the Doppler effect, which takes into account the measurement angle as follows : C=\left\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{R_{py}}{R_{px}}\right)\right)v_{e}-\frac{R_{px}}{\leftR_{px}\right}\sqrt{\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{R_{py}}{R_{px}}\right)\right)^{2}v_{e}^{2}+c^{2}-v_{e}^{2}}\right #5 ) R_py and R_px : Position of the receiver in the plane whose axis(x) is perpendicular to the vector 'v_e' and whose point of origin is the transmitter and 'C' is the apparent speed of light relative to the plane of the emitter according to the observer(Note that it is not the clock that measures the speed of light, but the observer, so here the addition of speeds is authorized from the observer's point of view.). Edit, tell me if there is a formula that already existed to do the same thing as this formula, because I haven't found it, so it took me 1 hour to do it. (The ''Doppler effect'' is present if R_py is always equal to 0, the trigonometric equation simplifies into terms which are similar to the Doppler effect(for speed addition).) Before continuing to verify this equation, I must specify that the coefficient \frac{R_{px}}{\leftR_{px}\right} must be removed if 'R_px' = 0 because it would give an infinity . This coefficient is only used to automate the change of sign located in the middle of the two terms. So to carry out the verification we will remove this coefficient to avoid infinities (if you do not want this to be automatic, use the same equation but without the coefficient and change the sign between the two terms by + if it is backwards and - if it is in front). Finally to verify that this equation respects the SR in situations where the receiver is placed in 'R_px' = 0 we proceed to this equality : \frac{1}{c}\left\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{R_{py}}{0}\right)\right)v_{e}-\sqrt{\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{R_{py}}{0}\right)\right)^{2}v_{e}^{2}+c^{2}-v_{e}^{2}}\right=\frac{\sqrt{c^{2}-v_{e}^{2}}}{c} #6 ) This equality is true only if 'R_px' is equal to 0. And 'R_py' /= 0 Thus, the velocity addition formula conforms to the SR for the specific case where the receiver is perpendicular to the velocity vector 'v_e' as in image n°1. Now let's verify that the photon always moves at 'c' distance in 1 second relative to the observer if R_px = -1 and 'R_py' = 0 : \left\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{0}{-1}\right)\right)v_{e}-\frac{-1}{\left-1\right}\sqrt{\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{0}{-1}\right)\right)^{2}v_{e}^{2}+c^{2}-v_{e}^{2}}\right-v_{e}=c #7 ) Note that if 'R_py' is not equal to 0, for this equality to remain true, additional complex steps are required. So I took this example of equality for this specific situation because it is simpler to calculate, but it would remain true for any point if we take into account the variation of 'v_e' if it was not parallel. This equality demonstrates that by adding the speeds, the speed of the photon relative to the observer respects the constraint of remaining constant at the speed 'c'. Now that the speed addition equation has been verified true for the observer, we can calculate the difference between SR (which does not take into account the orientation of the clock) and our equation to calculate the elapsed time for clock moving in its different measurement orientations as in image #4. In the image, 'v_e' will have a value of 0.5c, the distance from the receiver will be 'c' and will be placed in the coords (-299792458, 299792458) : t_{o}=\frac{c}{\left\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{R_{py}}{R_{px}}\right)\right)v_{e}-\frac{R_{px}}{\leftR_{px}\right}\sqrt{\cos\left(\tan^{-1}\left(\frac{R_{py}}{R_{px}}\right)\right)^{2}v_{e}^{2}+c^{2}-v_{e}^{2}}\right} #8 For the observer, approximately 0.775814608134 seconds elapsed for the photon to reach the receiver. So, for the clock, 1 second passes, but for the observer, 0.775814608134 seconds have passed. With the standard SR formula : #9 For 1 second to pass for the clock, the observer must wait for 1.15470053838 seconds to pass. The SR standard formula makes that the photon always goes to 'c' in any orientation of the clock, which for our equation which takes into account this orientation would be a violation of the principle that the photon has a constant speed relative to to the observer. The conclusion is that we must take into account the orientation of the clock to measure the time passing for it with a formula that adds an extension to the SR to take into account the variation of 'C'. I went on the internet to find out about the CLAT exam and what happened in 2018. I looked up documents about it and after a lot of web surfing. I found the list of 4801 candidates with their revised scores. Coincidentally and thankfully, there was a formula indirectly attached to it. Here's the formula: submitted by Pranjal-kumar to JEENEETards [link] [comments] The formula takes account of concepts like accuracy but I have simplified it to the basic terms [CHECK SOURCE] There is a similar formula used for revised no. of incorrect answers, you can calculate it by yourself. But the thing is I put these values in the formula: Correct answers: 130 Incorrect answers: 10 Time loss: 900 secs (15 mins) The revised no of questions correct after applying the formula comes out to be 131.17 You can also lookup data of CLAT students from the source on how much some candidates gained after losing 'x' about of time. IDK what to make out of it. PS: NTA has never mentioned that they have used the exact formula from the CLAT exam, so it could be true that this formula is just wrong. Also, I would suggest you go by yourself and check if I made any flaws. Source: https://images.assettype.com/barandbench/import/2018/06/Revised-CLAT-Score-of-4801-candidates.pdf |

2024.06.08 12:54 StopCommentingUwU Why you SHOULD save your Crystal Solvents (Clearing up misinformation)
There has been a shocking amount of people recently stating, that using Crystal Solvents (Waveplates Refresh) doesn't reduce the total amounts of resources you get. However, those calculations often neglect the amount of Union XP you get on a daily routine. (that being 2000 XP from dailies, and 1800 XP from Waveplate regeneration). submitted by StopCommentingUwU to WutheringWavesGuide [link] [comments] For a very much simplified text example, we will look at a time frame of 30 Days, and imagine we have 40 Crystal Solvents. Per day, we get 2000 XP from dailies and 4x Rewards and 2000 XP* through natural Waveplates, but also 1x Reward and 500 XP per Crystal Solvent used. We are also SOL3 Phase 4 and 20.000 XP away from reaching SOL3 Phase 5. *(The exact XP per 60 waveplates is 450 XP, so 1800 XP a day, but we will use 500 XP here for simplifications) When not using Crystal Solvents, we get 20x Phase 4 rewards in the first 5 days, and then level up to Phase 5. For the other 25 days, we get 100x Phase 5 rewards, as well as 40x more Phase 5 rewards with Crystal Solvents. So in total, we get 20x Phase 4 rewards, and 140x Phase 5 rewards. When using Crystal Solvents, we first get our 4000 daily XP and then get 32x Phase 4 rewards and 8x Phase 5 rewards directly with Crystal Solvents (since we already level up after using 32 Crystal Solvents). For the rest of the 30 days, we then get 120x Phase 5 rewards with natural waveplates. So in total, we get 32x Phase 4 rewards, and 128x Phase 5 rewards. Saving Crystal Solvents is therefore definitly a more optimal method for getting resources. To visualize this with proper numbers, here would be a graph comparing the "fast" [f(x)] method (using Crystal Solvents) in red, to the "slow" [s(x)] method (not using Crystal Solvents) in blue, in which the Y-Axis tells us how many "worse Phase" Rewards we would get before ascending in World Phase (Meaning Worse Rewards), and the X-Axis depending on how much XP is left until you reach said World Phase. the variable n represents how many Crystal Solvents you use in the "fast" method. https://preview.redd.it/814dc3icwb5d1.png?width=1789&format=png&auto=webp&s=cb9d95f91fdb27ea8f74031a5dfb89d8940f8a7f For Example. If you are 20.000 XP away from reaching Phase 5, you would in total get ~21 Phase 4 Rewards when not using Crystal Solvents, while getting ~37 Phase 4 Rewards when using Crystal Solvents. And because the total amount of Rewards you get in the method is the same, you want to optimise the rewards to have the LEAST amount of Phase 4 Rewards, so that you get the MOST amount of Phase 5+ Rewards. Basically, you want the number to be as low as possible... In this specific example, you would lose out on 80 Tuners in total when using all your Solvent Crystals. Now, there is certainly some arguments to be had for still Ascending early anyway, that being getting Data Bank Level 20 early, and therefore being able to grind them earlier or just get more 5-Stars early. This will depend on what you value more. I hope this wasn't too much maths and rather easily understandable :) TL;DR: Just save your Crystal Solvents for after ascending in Phases |

Overall, the Trophy Ridge Alpha React 1 Pin Sight is a high-quality sight that has made a significant difference in my archery experience. 🔗CBE Tactic Hybrid 1 Pin Sighthttps://preview.redd.it/mm0bp778x95d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1bb44bc2a3a2fcdf5bd753bd8e63df6083ef49e2 The CBE Tactic Hybrid 1-Pin Bow Sight is an ultra-light, compact bow sight that won't break the bank. However, after using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The enhanced visibility from the ultra-bright fiber optic pins allowed me to make more accurate shots. The ballistic copolymer sight hood protected my sight while the extra fiber length created the brightest pins available. One of the features that stood out the most for me was the universal fit. The universal fit of the sight came in handy as it worked with both left and right-hand bows. The reversible mount design made it a versatile option for various situations. Although it might be a little more challenging to adjust and turn on the sight light, it wasn't a deal-breaker. However, there were a couple of downsides. As a passionate hunter, precision and accuracy are the two qualities I value the most in a sight, and the Hotwire definitely delivers in those departments. The two micro-adjustable pins for fixed short distances are incredibly precise, allowing me to consistently hit my targets. Additionally, the third pin provides quick pin accuracy at longer, unpredictable distances, which is perfect for those unexpected moments in the field. The adjustable tool-less knob makes it incredibly easy to adjust the third pin, even in the midst of a hunt. One feature that really sets the Hotwire apart from other sights on the market is its second axis leveling. This has greatly improved my accuracy at severe angles over long distances, giving me the confidence needed to take those challenging shots. The fiber optic pins, which are powered by a rheostat light, offer enhanced visibility in low-light conditions, making it possible to continue hunting even as the sun begins to set. Of course, as with any product, there are some minor drawbacks. Some users have reported issues with the sight tape and the light's rheostat, but in my experience, these have not detracted from the overall performance of the Hotwire. In conclusion, the Trophy Ridge Hotwire 3 Pin. 019 RH Sight has been an invaluable addition to my hunting gear. Its innovative design, combined with its impressive accuracy and precision, make it a must-have for any dedicated hunter in search of a top-tier sight for their bow. 🔗Burris Oracle 2 Smartrangefinding Bow Sighthttps://preview.redd.it/jn51iy8ax95d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=462236ab94473560333961542ef2e2a136bcccf4 I've been using the Burris Oracle 2 Rangefinding Bow Sight for a while now, and I must say it's been a game-changer for me. The first thing that struck me was how easy it was to set up, thanks to its micro-adjustments feature. One of the standout features of this bow sight is its improved Auto-Brightness Detection. No more squinting at the bright sun or fumbling with dials to adjust the brightness. It's all automatic, which means I can focus more on my target and less on the settings. The design is sleek and sturdy, providing waterproofing, which gives me peace of mind when hunting in all types of weather. The rangefinder function is spot-on too, providing accurate distances and arrow drop calculations. However, there are a few cons worth mentioning. The weight of the sight is slightly heavier than some others on the market, which can be a bit cumbersome after long hunting sessions. Additionally, the battery life could be improved. I find myself replacing the CR123 battery more often than I would like. Overall, the Burris Oracle 2 Rangefinding Bow Sight has made my hunting experience more seamless and enjoyable. Its features are impressive, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their bow sight. Just be prepared to carry the extra weight and keep spare batteries at hand. 🔗Precision React Pro Pin Sight for Enhanced Accuracyhttps://preview.redd.it/w5gfksnax95d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=044df6f900f9a70095aca980ce58630d831c7b08 I recently had the chance to use the Trophy Ridge React Pro Pin Sight Right Handed in my hunting adventures, and I must say, it truly makes a difference when it comes to accuracy and ease of use. The sight has a solid, lightweight build, thanks to its 6061 aluminum construction, which assures sure shooting confidence. The React technology is one of the standout features, as it allows you to sight in your pins at a shorter distance and have the rest fall into place automatically for distances up to 80 yards. The tool-less micro-adjustment is a game-changer when it comes to making on-the-spot adjustments without having to cart around an Allen wrench. The precision installation of the bubble level, combined with the second and third axis leveling capabilities, ensures that aim is always true, even in challenging conditions. The contrast glow ring around the sight housing enhances peep alignment and makes it a breeze to achieve a perfect shot. The biggest drawback I ran into was that the contrasting glow ring wasn't durable enough, and it started to wear down after just a few uses. However, the pros significantly outweigh the cons, especially in terms of sight convenience and accuracy. Overall, the Trophy Ridge React Pro Pin Sight Right Handed is a worthy investment for any hunter looking to enhance their accuracy and ease of use in the field. 🔗UV Slider Bridge-Lock Adjustable Bow Sight for Archery Precisionhttps://preview.redd.it/8bmjz2xax95d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9183c341db670e769a8f28f778c336131aa1e9ab As an avid archery enthusiast, I recently stumbled upon the Ultraview UV Slider Bridge-Lock Adjustable Bow Sight, and it has been a game-changer in my quest for precision. What struck me most was the UV3XLTM SE scope's remarkable consistency in pin brightness, thanks to its integrated, removable light cartridge. This sight's pre-aligned 2nd axis and micro-adjust options for the 1st and 3rd axes make leveling effortless, and the array of mounting options ensures compatibility with any bow. However, there was a slight drawback. The sight lacked a 20-yard deadstop feature, which I'd grown accustomed to in my previous sights. Nevertheless, the Ultraview UV Slider's innovative Anti-Backlash design more than compensates for this minor omission, providing unparalleled performance reliability. With this advanced bow sight at my side, I've experienced a noticeable improvement in my accuracy, making every shot count. This sight really does the trick! When I first opened the package, I was impressed by its sleek design and easy setup. The React Technology was a game changer for me, as it automatically adjusted all of my pins to the optimal location without any hassle. The tool-less micro-click windage and elevation adjustments made it a breeze to tweak things as needed, while still maintaining accuracy with severe angle adjustments. One feature that really stood out for me was the rheostat light, which allowed me to increase the brightness for any shooting condition. The sight glow-ring maintained visibility through low and changing light, ensuring that I always had a clear view of my target. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the performance of the Trophy Ridge React Pro 7 RH. 010 Sight. It's lightweight, durable, and easy to use – a perfect addition to any archery setup. July 27, 1347 EDT: Billions are dead from the Knox Infection across the globe. July 28, 1200 EDT: Almost everyone falls to the Knox Infection. Only small groups of immune survivors remain.1347 EDT is a suspiciously specific time (down to the minute), and "almost everyone falls" is a good substitute for the world population in 1993. So I did some fiddling around, and reverse-engineered the exponential growth.
2,000,000,000 * x ^ 0.926 = 5,528,200,000That’s a rounding error away from tripling every day, or a Rt of 2/day. The kind of round number a busy dev would go for.

July 24, 1200 EDT: The majority of Earth's population are now sick with the Knox Infection.Knox is a special case, as far as diseases go, since 100% of the world population gets exposed, it’s nearly 100% fatal, and herd immunity is impossible. 2024.06.08 03:17 Zqin Per-Share Value Change Behind GME Share Offerings - Our actual per-share value has increased and I've listed the calculations, the main purpose being comparing %dilutation to %value increase. I know people disagree, but I personally like the share offering and see it's net bullish for the stock.
"But OP, it was a share DILUTION! Our shares are worth much less." submitted by Zqin to Superstonk [link] [comments] I know I'll sound wrong at face-value, but as you'll see below this isn't entirely correct. Some people may not care about valuation and GameStop fundamentals as much as factors like DRS (which I'm a huge supporter of and I'm bummed that the dilution will hurt our total DRS % of the float), but please hear me out. The purpose of this post is to derive certain per-share value ratios between before and after the dilution. This post doesn't take any of the massive short interest, DRS, etc. factors into account which obviously make the company even more valuable. In this model I'm assuming all of these have stayed the same pre/post dilution and should cancel out anyways. Any share prices used are not meant to be FUD. Since I'll keep values like ROI and P/E Ratio constant in the pre and post calculations, what will matter at the end are the ratios derived. To explain what I mean, I'm splitting this post into two parts, the first will calculate simple post-offering valuations due to our massive cash injection and the second will repeat this for our pre-offering position and compare our increase in valuation to the actual dilution. I'll start with where we're at now in this saga and work backwards. Section 1. Post-Share Offering ValueWithin the last month we've seen two share offerings: 45M and 75M (120M total) shares sold into the market, bringing our outstanding (or total) share count from 306.19M shares to 426.19M shares. The actual dilution percentage here is approximately 39.18%.https://preview.redd.it/7eyvyquu585d1.png?width=608&format=png&auto=webp&s=cbf168dc0bf05dcd7d23ded3c5931167143484ff https://preview.redd.it/dhnawv03685d1.png?width=332&format=png&auto=webp&s=1767e41665e3ae768a18b060fd97b1e4393bce9d I'm getting a little ahead of myself here, but we'll come back to this value later. Lets walk through how our actual cash position has changed in the last month. Since reported cash is from the close of the quarter, in reality the actual numbers may be slightly different at this moment but we'll assume this is negligible. Cash On Hand (Initial, Pre-Offerings):As reported from the June 7th, 2024 8-K:"Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities were $1.083 billion at the close of the quarter" Cash On Hand (Post 45M Offering):As reported from the May 24th, 2024 8-K:"On May 24, 2024, GameStop Corp. (the “Company) announced that it has completed its previously disclosed “at-the-market” equity offering program (the “ATM Program”). The Company sold the 45,000,000 shares of its common stock registered under the ATM Program for aggregate gross proceeds (before commissions and offering expenses) of approximately $933.4 million. The Company issued a press release announcing the completion of the ATM Program, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and the information in Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference."So far we've got $1,083,000,000 + $933,400,000, for a total of $2,016,400,000 in cash on hand. Cash On Hand (Post 75M Offering):Since the latest 8-K filing for the 75M sale has not been released yet, I'm using HIGH ($40) and LOW ($30) case approximations based on price action today.HIGH CASE APPROXIMATION: 75,000,000 shares sold at $40 = $3,000,000,000 LOW CASE APPROXIMATION: 75,000,000 shares sold at $30 = $2,250,000,000 I'll have to revisit this when the actual 8-K is released, but we'll end up with a nice range to work with. So in our HIGH Case: $3,000,000,000 + $2,016,400,000 = $5,016,400,000 And in our LOW Case: $2,250,000,000+ $2,016,400,000 = $4,266,400,000 Return on InvestmentIf you remember our Fiscal Year 2023 report, we earned $49.5M in net interest income, which barely pushed us into $6.7M profitability. Now that we have a boatload of additional cash, a similarly modest 5% return on investment (ROI) on our cash is going to hold a lot more weight. What's important to note here is that 5% is a very low ROI, since this income is primarily off of interest. Corporate investments towards growth could lead to 10% or even 15%+ ROI. Due to this, I'll list a 5% ROI Case AND a 10% ROI Case below, which I still believe to be rather low. Maybe someone with more experience can give me a realistic number. Somewhat related, but in our last 8-K, I noticed the following line: https://preview.redd.it/m9beboe2785d1.png?width=742&format=png&auto=webp&s=6034061f9db5ba24f329951b77cba63b7463c0b3 If anyone knows how much GME bought in treasures and the % return this represents it would be awesome. P/E RatioSince I'm calculating ratios and using this as a constant, I could theoretically set this to 1 or any number since it would cancel out at the end. But for the sake of numbers looking more realistic throughout the initial calculations, I'll stick with 30.While generally an over-simplification, a market capitulation valuation can be estimated by multiplying a company's net income (or profit) by its price-earnings ratio. Based on Industry Standards, we can model GameStop as either a low-growth traditional retail or high-growth tech company. Since our company seems to be expecting high-growth due to its digital transformation, I'll be using a P/E ratio of 30.
Base Company Valuation:I'll run the 2 cases assuming we otherwise break even on profitability (100% profit from our $5B ROI ONLY).5% ROI Case

The average of our cases comes out to: (14.96+17.60+29.91+35.20)/4 = $24.4175/share (Yeah, I could've averaged ROI and Cash to simplify things, but it's all about seeing the process) Section 2. Pre-Share Offering Value & Per-Share Value ComparisonOkay, I'm really grateful you've made it to this part since it matters the most.Lets repeat the above for our $1BIL position. 5% ROI CaseTotal Annual Profit = 5% of $1B = $50 millionhttps://preview.redd.it/gfxu904op85d1.png?width=559&format=png&auto=webp&s=94659c46e47d1be58f472e5e0b68ce8cef165307 https://preview.redd.it/sav3z9six85d1.png?width=682&format=png&auto=webp&s=bd8d8c81376e99f24171d949d26e3c253d09998e 10% ROI CaseTotal Annual Profit = 10% of $1B = $100 millionhttps://preview.redd.it/sxpuy19up85d1.png?width=579&format=png&auto=webp&s=8cdd8fc77360c4414c339b1a5d75a97da81f8c10 https://preview.redd.it/ac3yhuomx85d1.png?width=667&format=png&auto=webp&s=041845f52e6b45bf5d56fa9dd3e5403ad967effe This average, for the same P/E and average ROI, comes out to: ($4.90 + $9.80) = $7.35/share Ratios:The Base Value MultiplierNow that we have two averages of pre and post offering value, our increase in base value is:$24.4175/share / $5.28/share = 3.32210884 This translates to a 232.21% (3.32x) increase in valuation against a 39.18% dilution. Pure Value RatiosAssume V is the original company valuation, and 3.32210884V is the new value. To get the value per share, we can divide each by outstanding shares at the time of each valuation, and then divide by the constant V.https://preview.redd.it/tgyadztqu85d1.png?width=455&format=png&auto=webp&s=41b7fe042bde08cf829d3ffe501b70dadc6ed579 https://preview.redd.it/bla0kyvky85d1.png?width=494&format=png&auto=webp&s=67df92977da276b2e66750293328f3603ad5ac0e https://preview.redd.it/3xd40nepy85d1.png?width=704&format=png&auto=webp&s=aa270462c420fa6e3584bfbde64ed1dce866da50 Like I said, this whole post does NOT take into account the stock's insane short interest, our DRS'd shares, the extreme resilience of the stock, the competency of the board or anything else that obviously means the stock is valued more. But all of these held constant, the change in cash on hand and ROI is amazing if we have a 232% increase in per-share value after a 39% dilution. I think what still bums me out the most despite working through this math is the affect on our hard work towards DRS, which I strongly support and will continue doing, but our % float DRS's definitely took a hit from the dilution. I know it's a polarizing topic, but these are just my opinions. Would love to hear more constructive thoughts on this stuff. tl;dr 232% increase in per-share value against the 39% dilution, nice |
2024.06.08 00:48 acetherace Getting to the bottom of the market mechanics that enable the corruption behind Naked Short Selling (NSS) and Failure to Deliver (FTD)
[diagrams below] submitted by acetherace to Superstonk [link] [comments] Some questions have been on my mind recently in light of the recent GME run:
Purpose of the postI will say outright that I haven't figured this whole thing out. I will also say I'm not an expert in this field and there are likely errors in the information presented. I want help from you guys in getting it right. So, please tell me where I'm wrong and please teach me what you know.I want to spread this knowledge with fellow apes. I'm not sure how well-understood these things are in the community and I believe this is getting to the heart of the problem and corruption in the financial markets (and maybe also at the heart of what RK/DFV/KG are trying to expose). I also apologize if this has already been covered in previous DD. I did look. Failure to Deliver (FTD)Trimbath's thesis is that the corruption in the market boils down to 3 things in combination: shorts, lending, and failures. She steers the conversation away from NSS (which seems to get all the hype) and puts the focus on FTDs. Participants in the market are allowed to FTD, and keep that position open for a very long time (possibly years). From what I understand when a Seller FTDs, somehow or another whatever fines or fees they pay is marginal compared to doing it the right way and is considered "cost of business". Why bother even pretending to short or naked short a stock when you can just FTD? Also... if the business they're preying on goes under, then the stock goes "poof" along with their open FTDs and they get away with literal stealing.Consider the analogy to the product market. What's going on with FTDs in the stock market is analogous to you paying Amazon for a bicycle and Amazon doesn't ship the it to you and in fact probably never planned to. Of course, in this case you would know that you didn't get the bicycle, whereas with the shrouded, entangled, electronic stock market, you have no idea you've been ripped off. Phantom SharesEvery time there is an FTD, a "Phantom Share" is introduced to the market, and as long as that FTD remains open, the corresponding Phantom Share remains in existence (which again, seems like it can be a very long time). This.. thing.. is thin air, "it's a woozie, it's fairy dust, it doesn't exist, it's never landed", and yet they show up in brokerage accounts as real shares and [at least] retail investors are none the wiser. Holders of Phantom Shares think they have voting rights, but they don't and the brokerages pull some seemingly criminal backdoor statistical magic tricks to make the numbers line up when they turn in votes to the Issuer, but that's as much as I'll say on the corporate governance side of this.In normal market conditions they get away with it because investors think the shares showing up in their account are real and they're still able to trade, business as usual. So as long as the markets behave normally, the culprits get away with it and there is virtually zero visibility into what's going on behind the scenes. But GME is not normal market conditions... it is more like an edge case or a boundary condition which could finally break and expose their scheme. Not only does NSS drive a stock's price down via the sell action, but it also dilutes the stock by injecting phantom shares into the float which drives the price down even more. What a power move. DRSHow many phantom shares of GME are out there? 10% of the float? 100%? 1000%? I would love to know the answer but from what I understand it's virtually impossible to figure this out. If someone knows how please comment. From what I understand the only way to suss this out is if the entire float gets DRS'd. When a share is DRS'd the broker has to materialize an actual share to be transferred out of the DTC to the transfer agent (Computershare in the GME case). If any significant number of Phantom Shares exist, then at some point, when most of the float has been DRS'd, the brokers are going to come back saying "Sorry, I can't find a share for you". This is because no more legitimate shares exist in the float. I think RK's trump card might be just this: if he DRS's 17mm shares, it could pull the curtain back on this entire thing and set off a chain reaction that sends the financial system into chaos (and hopefully bankrolls the apes, although I'm not convinced of that).MechanicsAlright, here is the juicy scoop. How do trades actually work in the US stock market and how do NSS, FTD, and Phantom Shares play into it? As you'd expect, it's pretty fking complicated. There are a lot of parties involved, a lot of moving parts, and very little information out there about it.Before getting started, I want to specifically shout out Susanne Trimbath (author of Naked, Short, and Greedy) and SuperStonk's own JustBeingPunny who wrote a magnificent post on this 3 years ago; the diagrams below are mostly taken from his post (TY king). Ok, down to brass tax. I'm going to present 2 scenarios for how a NSS can play out. Here are the primary parties involved:

The key is in the daily marked-to-market transactions that hit the Seller's account (see Scenario A Point 4 and Scenario B Point 3 in the above diagrams). If the Seller had sold a real share, they would receive the value of that stock on that day in cash. But here, the buyer's money never makes it to the Seller, so how do they make money? The daily adjustments to the cash collateral being held by either the NSCC itself or the Lending Participant are taken from the Seller's account. If the stock price goes up, cash is withdrawn from the Seller's account and added to the collateral which is tracking with the current value of the underlying (makes sense... shorted stock goes up, shorter loses money). But when the stock goes down, the collateral must be reduced to keep it tracking with the underlying, and this is done by transferring money from the collateral into the Seller's account (makes sense... shorted stock goes down, shorter makes money).Open QuestionsThe full picture is not complete for me. Hopefully these diagrams are mostly accurate (please comment if you have corrections). There are some critical pieces left out that I would like answers to:
