Hi All,
Anyone else having issues with Huntress on Server 2012 rs Build 9600 wherein Huntress Rio/HuntMon service won't start?
I've tried re-installing Huntress, but it does the same thing. I'm wondering if it's just us experiencing this issue.

I've been driving my car: Suzuki Liana on InDrive and Careem partially since a year, and recently went full-time as I left my other job.
Many of the times, you end up meeting nice people but certain times you're carrying those who establish awkward situations that go way beyond the sense.
Picked up a family today from PIB Colony. It was Ride (Non AC) on InDrive and the fare was Rs 584 for 6.5 kilometers of dropoff distance and 3 kilometers of pickup, ending up in 9.5 kilometers of total ride.
So the eldest one of the fam, as we'd call him Mamu in the post, sat on the front seat while his niece, nephew and wife sat behind. As soon as I began driving, he asked me to turn on the AC and began sliding up the windows. I informed him that they booked a non AC ride, showed him the app details for verification.
Upon hearing this, Mamu's face turned annoyed and began countering the situation by asking his niece: "Anum ham us din Kitne men gye they Nanu ke Ghar AC wali gari men?"
Anum: 500 men.
Mamu while referring to me: Or woh Rasta bhi dur tha, gari bhi bari thi..woh Civic thi han.. (while nobody dries a bloody civic on these apps).
In response to the chronicle, I responded with hehe jee Sahi.. however, it was an odd situation as Mamu indirectly wanted to tell me that you can't turn your bloody AC on while driving a Liana in much price while we went on a Civic at longer distance.
Note: A pseudo name has been used for niece.

Edit: Solved! my friends had mods installed from this guide which tremendously reduces the performance impact of the item frames in the storage room.

I'm having a troublesome experience where me and my friends play on a server and we all have decent PCs, we have basically the same minecraft installation, but I'm getting significantly worse performance on some situations (especially storage room) despite my PC actually being a litle bit better.
The issue:
First, I know that storage rooms with chests and item frames cause lag, the issue here is the difference in performance on the PCs, and specially the low performance on mine.
3 people with good PCs play on the same server with basically the same minecraft installation, my two friends get 150+ fps on any situation with shaders or not, I get usually that too except for the storage room where it goes down to 90 without shaders and to 30-40 with any shader, I repeat, "Sildur's Vibrant Shaders Extreme-VL", "Sildur's Enhanced Default Fancy", SEUS, Complementary all get the same 30 FPS, the other two PCs get 150+ FPS with those shaders in the storage room
That is a problem because I'm the builder of the team and I spend most of my time on the base, and the storage room is right on the middle of the base, so i'm stuck without shaders if I don't want to get basically 30-150 fps oscillation.
The installations: minecraft 1.20.4 with fabric, sodium and Iris, I have some other mods like extended hotbar n stuff but I know they don't affect performance because I tried running the game without them and ithe problem persists
The server: Aternos 1.20.4 with paper, no mods

My PC RTX 4070 super + 1080p screen Ryzen 7 5700X3D 32GB of ram NVME SSD + windows 11

Some analisys:
Looking away from the storage room makes GPU usage go up, which makes me think this is a cpu issue, but then why do shaders intensify it? aren't they GPU based?
I did try turning off everything else in my pc, when idling it had very low usage of everything which shows that theres nothing eating up my resources

So I blame this on Bohemian Rhapsody. I've started putting together a music server and A Night At The Opera was the latest one to be ripped. I played the track and when it got to Because I'm easy come, easy go, little high, little low, I didn't hear little low at all. Went back to the PC and played it on the internal PC speaker and I could hear little low. So that's strange.
I loaded BR on Audacity and what I saw shocked me. 5.1 channels are mapped as Left, Right, Center, LFE, Left Surround and Right Surround. BR was mapped as Left, Right, Left Surround, Right Surround, Center and LFE. Little low was in the right surround channel but mapped to the LFE, which caused it to go unheard.
I loaded up the rest of ANATO and the same mapping occured in all of the tracks. So I fixed that and then thought, I heard the same complaints about Keane's Hopes and Fears on DualDisc from years back. The SACD version was the preferred one to get, especially for the 5.1 mix. So I loaded up H&F in Audacity and it's the same incorrect channel mapping!
Then I thought, how many other multichannel albums on DVD-A and DualDisc that are incorrectly mapped this way? Here's the list.

If you have the albums that I listed up there, try to replicate the issue. Rip the 5.1 tracks then open them using Audacity.
How do I know when the channels are wrongly mapped? Even in the most vanilla mix, say Hopes and Fears, the vocal track will be there right in the center channel. The LFE would show a very minimal amount of signal. If I mute every channel but the center and play that track only, I can hear the vocals there. The wrongly mapped albums would always have the center channel as track 5 and LFE as track 6, instead of 3 and 4.
TL;DR - Some 5.1 MLP DVD-Audio and DualDiscs have been wrongly put together. The channel mapping was incorrectly done as L-R-LS-RS-C-LFE, causing audio to be wrongly mixed when played.

Loot: Since we're a 10-man team and there's a lot of uncontested gear, loot will mostly be rolled out via MS > OS. We might ask someone to pass if they're already a few items ahead on loot or it's a very specific piece but generally a fairly relaxed stance.

Watching my wife play palworld got me into wanting one last play of ASE, for as long as my attention span lasts with it. In trying to set up a few things in the config files I'm noticing that there are multiples game.ini and gameusersettings.ini.
One pair: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Another pair: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Config
As I understand, Wildcard changed something with the config files a while back to try to stop the pvpers from doing custom visual inis but in my brief testing I can't seem to get some normal config additions to work. Stuff like AlwaysAllowStructurePickup=true and OverrideOfficialDifficulty=5.0. The custom hexagon reward and cost lines have disappeared entirely, as have the stack sizes line.
Did Wildcard break the ASE's configs on the way out the door to ASA or am I just not finding an update of how it works now?
UPDATE: I've ensured the config file properly displays the following lines under [Server Settings]
AlwaysAllowStructurePickup=true OverrideOfficialDifficulty=5.0 HexagonRewardMultiplier=3.0 HexagonCostMultiplier=0.5
And I have made sure to save the file and close it. After this I open Ark, I create a brand new save file from scratch, and none of these settings are active. Also weirdly enough, the character I made and leveled up some on a previous save file persists when I nuke the map save and start anew on Island. I have no idea what to make of this and I used to be pretty damned good at some big config file edits. When I close the game again, the gameusersettings.ini file now shows 3 of those 4 config lines gone (keeps hex reward line, but does not apply it in-game). I put down some structures on the island map and it seemed the structure pickup was working despite the config line disappearing and it remained working when I downloaded that character onto Genesis 1. When I close the game and client and reboot them fully, despite the structure pickup config missing, I can still freely pick up structures.
I'm well and truly baffled by what is working and why.
