Most reliable at home finger prick test sensor

2024.05.17 10:01 Midnightsun1245 Most reliable at home finger prick test sensor

Not that happy with my current one as it gives wildly different readings from the same drop of blood. I end up testing 3 times but honestly given the range I think it just isn’t that effective. I fully appreciate that there will always be a bit of a margin of error with most devices. Also I have virtually half a box of test strips that it won’t recognise (gives the expired test strip error but they are brand new). Looking for a more reliable device. Do you have any recommendations?

2024.05.17 09:39 finneasandtherb Can someone just tell me I’m going to be okay???

So I had unprotected sex on Monday (4 days ago) and he pulled out too late. I’m not on birth control because I actually got pregnant around this time last year and hadn’t really been having sex since. I had a stored Plan B that expired in 08/23, and I took it on Monday night because it was all I had. I wasn’t too worried bc it looked like I’d started spotting the next day, so I figured my period was starting (my period has been very irregular the past month and a half). Spotting went away, am beginning to think it was ovulation spotting. Am going to get Ella prescribed to me tomorrow as soon as my OBGYN opens, but I’m just worried that I’m too late and totally screwed. AND to make it worse, I’m currently on Lamotrigine and Ozempic, which both decrease the effectiveness of birth control. I just feel like its literally the end of the world right now and if I have to get a second abortion I’m going t lose my damn mind.
Can anyone give me any comforting info here? Or maybe just pray for me?

  • Promo Code: 200GETLUCKY
  • Wagering Requirements: 60x bonus

The Lucky Creek bonus terms are straightforward. If you’re already familiar with online casino bonuses, you’ll have no problems getting to grips with this one. There’s a potential $7,500 up for grabs, which is extremely generous. Not to mention the additional 30 free spins to get you off and running.
You can use your bonus funds to play any game outside of the live casino. The minimum deposit amount of $20 is reasonable, and there’s no need for fiddly opt-ins, as the bonus is credited automatically. However, simply must highlight the wagering requirement of 60x your bonus amount, which is definitely on the high side.

Other Lucky Creek Casino Promotions

The number of accessible Lucky Creek casino bonus codes and promotions varies throughout the year. Look out for extra special offers during holidays, though you’ll usually find at least six or seven rewarding bonuses regardless of the date. Here are some of the standout examples.

Lucky Creek Free Spins

The first promotion to note is a Lucky Creek no deposit offer. Take note that this free spins bonus is only valid for the Golden Wolf slot. In addition, you can only withdraw a maximum of $100 worth of winnings from these bonus spins. Regardless, you can secure 55 Lucky Creek free spins with no deposit required, just by using the promo code NODEPOSITB55.
It’s also possible to earn 66 free spins every Monday by depositing regularly at the end of the week. Make six deposits between Thursday and Sunday, or simply fund your account with at least $200 during this time to qualify.

Lucky Creek Free Chips

While there’s no Lucky Creek casino free chip promotion available presently, there are still many other offers to claim. Should a free chips bonus launch at the casino, we’ll hastily update this page.

Lucky Creek Happy Hour

This offer is promoted as a daily Happy Hour. But despite the name, this is actually a period of four hours, from 6am to 10am EDT every day of the week.
If you’ve made a deposit that day, you’ll gain 50 free spins to use during the Happy Hour. Claim these for seven straight days and you’re also eligible for a prize draw. Potential rewards include free spins, free chips and even a gift basket.

Lucky Creek No Deposit Bonus

If you’re seeking a Lucky Creek casino free chip with no deposit necessary, you’re out of luck. Although there is a promo code NODEPOSITB255 advertised, this is actually a deposit match offer. The code is good for a 255% bonus.

Lucky Creek Loyalty Program

Although it’s not strictly a Lucky Creek casino bonus, the loyalty and VIP program is worth mentioning here. By joining the Genesys Club program, you’ll earn reward points at several online casinos, including this one. There are five tiers in all, with various perks on offer the higher you climb.
For instance, on your birthday, there’s a special deposit match reserved for you if you’re at the Newbie and Bronze levels. However, those at Silver, Gold or Platinum will receive a free cash bonus of $75, $150 and $250, respectively. Other rewards include exclusive invitations to tournaments and events, dedicated customer support and weekly deposit match deals.

Lucky Creek Refer a Friend

Unfortunately, there are no Lucky Creek referral codes available to reward you for recruiting your buddies. If that ever changes, you’ll find out here on this page.

Mistakes to Avoid when Claiming a Lucky Creek Bonus

With so many Lucky Creek promo codes to choose from, it’s crucial that you don’t get confused and make a mistake. Here are some top tips to ensure you get the maximum possible value from your bonuses.
1. Failing to deposit the minimum amount
Deposit match offers require you to add a specific amount of money to your account in order to qualify. You might think you’re getting a 300% bonus on your $10 deposit. However, you’ll actually receive nothing if the Ts & Cs set the minimum amount at $20.
2. Choosing an offer for the wrong games
Many bonuses feature conditions that determine which games you can play. Free spins may be restricted to specific slots, for instance. While a deposit match bonus might exclude live dealer games.
3. Watch out for playthrough requirements
Sometimes called “turnover requirements”, or simply “wagering requirements”, you won’t be able to withdraw money until you’ve met these. There’s usually a multiplier specified, such as 35x the bonus amount. In that example, $700 worth of play is required to clear a $20 bonus.
4. Claiming multiple bonuses
Unfortunately, you can’t juggle several Lucky Creek bonus codes at once. You’re only allowed to claim one welcome bonus, naturally. But if you’re still in the process of clearing the wagering requirements on a bonus, you can’t activate a second promo code.
5. Not depositing enough money
Lucky Creek has a high minimum withdrawal limit of $100. If you deposit a small amount, claim a bonus, clear the requirements and finish with less than $100, you can’t actually withdraw your winnings.
6. Overlooking expiration dates
In most cases, you’ll only have a fixed amount of time in which to meet the wagering requirements of a bonus. What’s more, when you do succeed, the bonus credits awarded may expire in as little as seven days.

  6. You may need to wait 24 hours for the Lucky Creek verification process to complete.

Lucky Creek Casino Withdrawal Process: Rating 7/10

Ready to cash out your winnings? You’ll be pleased to learn that the Lucky Creek casino withdrawal process is quite simple. The minimum amount of $100 is a little high compared to other online casinos, but on the flip side, withdrawal times are comparatively fast.
For the most part, you’ll receive a card payment within 48 hours. Crypto transactions are usually wrapped up in a matter of hours. However, while Lucky Creek withdrawals are processed daily, no payments are made on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. As such, a little patience is required at weekends.
Here’s how to request a payout.
  1. Log into your Lucky Creek account.
  2. Visit the cashier page by clicking on the “Deposit” button.
  3. Complete the verification process, if you haven’t already, otherwise you will not receive any funds.
  4. Click on “Withdrawal” to initiate a payout.
  5. Choose your desired cash out method and follow the prompts on your screen.
  6. If you request a withdrawal before verifying, you must complete that process within 14 days. If you fail to do so, the money will return to your account.

Lucky Creek Casino: Rating 7/10

In this section of our Lucky Creek review, we’ll analyze the various games on offer.

Games Selection

The Lucky Creek game library consists almost exclusively of slots. There are just under 300 to choose from, supplied by developers like BetSoft, Rival, Saucify and Genii. It’s not the biggest collection, admittedly, but there’s a broad enough selection of themes to keep most slots fans satisfied.
While the games here are taken from some respectable software companies, none of the real industry giants are present. Don’t expect to play slots from the likes of Pragmatic Play, NetEnt or Play’n GO, for instance.
If classic table games are more your thing, there’s a small collection of nine RNG titles to choose from. Unfortunately, these are all variations of roulette and blackjack, so it’s not possible to play craps or any form of casino poker. However, there are a dozen keno and video poker titles to enjoy.

Live Casino

There is also a simple live casino on offer at Lucky Creek, with a total of eleven games to choose from. In addition to various forms of blackjack and roulette, you can also play baccarat here.
Although it’s not the most expansive live dealer casino you’ll come across, the games are of the highest quality. They’re provided by Evolution, widely-regarded as the number one supplier of live casino games in the world. Expect charming and professional hosts, along with reliable streams in high definition.
Don’t forget that you’re not allowed to use Lucky Creek bonus codes to play live dealer games.

Casino Features

Lucky Creek is one of the most simple online casinos around. You could argue that “less is more” but we’d still prefer to see the addition of a few key features. It’s not possible to play games in demonstration mode, for example. That is always a great way to familiarize yourself with the rules of a new game.
Although there is a search facility, accessible by clicking the “Open Filters” button, there are no quick links. The ability to easily view titles from a specific provider, or games with certain features, would greatly improve the casino’s design.
As it stands, you can only drill down into the different types of game, i.e. slots, table games, poker or “other”. When the overwhelming majority of the game library is made up of slots, filtering by “slots” doesn’t feel especially useful.

Lucky Creek Poker: N/A

Lucky Creek is a trusted online casino, however its poker selection is too limited to warrant a fair evaluation. While it offers a handful of video poker titles, you cannot play games like Texas Hold’em or Omaha in tournaments or cash games.
We hope that Lucky Creek expands its poker category in the future, and when it does, you can expect to find a thorough review here.

Lucky Creek Sportsbook: N/A

Lucky Creek is just an online casino, meaning there is no sportsbook available. Should the situation change in future, we’ll be the first to update you.

Lucky Creek Payment Methods: Rating 8/10

There aren’t as many payment methods at Lucky Creek compared to the best gambling sites, but the needs of most players will be met. Crypto deposits and withdrawals are a very welcome addition, even if there are no eWallet options.
Payment Method Deposits Withdrawals Fees Payout Speed
Visa None Up to 5 days
Mastercard None Up to 5 days
Bitcoin None Same day
Money Transfers N/A N/A
Wire Transfers N/A N/A
Cheques N/A N/A
ACH Transfer N/A N/A

Lucky Creek Design and User Interface: Rating 7/10

It’s fair to say that Lucky Creek isn’t the prettiest of casinos, with its predominantly brown color scheme. It’s a simple but fairly effective design, which is identical on both mobile and desktop, ensuring seamless transitions between devices.

Desktop Experience

Everything you need to steer your way around the site is found in a classic navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page. A few additional options, including information about responsible gambling, can be found by scrolling to the site’s footer. Overall, the site functions adequately to appease users.

Mobile Experience

Whether you’re using the mobile site in your browser, or mobile-based casino apps, the design is indistinguishable. This applies to both the overall look-and-feel, as well as the practical aspects like the registration and withdrawal processes.

Lucky Creek Customer Support: Rating 9/10

In the unlikely event of a problem, getting in touch with the customer support team is a doodle. There are three accessible channels, all of which are staffed 24/7, and you’ll find the agents really pleasant to deal with.
We reached out via live chat and asked several questions, including some about the terms and conditions of the Lucky Creek no deposit bonus. All of our queries were resolved promptly and the support agent was extremely friendly.

Lucky Creek Licensing & Responsible Gambling: Rating 9/10

Like many respectable online gambling companies based offshore, Lucky Creek has a license from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. As such, you can rest assured that a trusted regulator is observing the business, ensuring that it’s carrying out industry best practices.
This means your funds are safe, the games are fair and there are several responsible gambling tools available if you require them. These are as follows:
  • Daily deposit limits
  • Monthly deposit limits
  • Self-exclusion

2024.05.17 09:20 JourneyToLDs Why doesn't Hamas Build Bomb shelters: Playing Devil's Advocate

Hi, I've been thinking about this argument for sometime and decided to do a little thought expirement.
I do believe Hamas cares very little or not at all about their civilian population and I do believe Israel is at the very least attempting to minimize civilian deaths but I want to play Devil's advocate and see what people think.
Hamas isn't building bomb shelters for their civillian population because.
  1. They won't be very effective against most airstrike muntions, and Israel has bunker busters.
.
  1. Israel can claim these Bunkers are being used by Hamas so they can kill civillians.
.
  1. These Bunkers might lead to Israel accidentally confusing these with millitary complexes and increase civillian death toll due to mistakes in targeting.
.
  1. Hamas can't gurantee these bunkers will have sufficent means to sustain the people inside for long periods, and Gaza's population density makes the task for evacuting people to bomb shelters difficult and dangerous.
.
  1. Israel won't allow Hamas to build bunkers even if they are for civillian use because Israel claims these are millitary complexes
Some of these arguments also require one to believe that Israel is specifically targeting civillians which I don't believe is the case, But many people do believe this and I'm trying to provide arguments from their prespective.
What are your guys thoughts on these arguments?
Are they realistic to make?
What are good counter-arguments?
Is this a pointless exercise because Hamas obiviously doesn't even attempt to protect their civillian population in other ways?

2024.05.17 07:55 Parsnip Diamantenhände 💎👐 German market is open 🇩🇪

Guten Morgen to this global band of Apes! 👋🦍
Oh, this week has been quite the treat, and it's not even over! Following along as Roaring Kitty keeps the hype level high gives this the energy of three years ago. One thing is clear: the shorts never covered, and so far we have seen nothing close to the inevitable squeeze.
The leading theory (in my mind) of what is driving all of this is that three years ago, in their desperation, the SHFs entered into LEAP agreements. These are effectively very-long-term call contracts. The Institutional Shorts needed to show that they could deliver the shares they were short, and they knew that they'd never be able to buy them on the open market. By entering into these agreements, they were able to shift the liability of obtaining the shares elsewhere.
Now, three years later, the contracts are about to expire.
One option for the SHFs might be to enter into a new round of LEAPs. This would be very costly for them, especially as prices for GME have recently spiked above the recent lows. It may also be far too risky for the counterparties to take on. Those counterparties have been on the edge of their seats these past few weeks, and I'm sure they're not interested in this kind of risk.
I believe that today is the day that the LEAPs are thought to expire. Will we see fireworks?
Today is Friday, May 17th, and you know what that means! Join other apes around the world to watch infrequent updates from the German markets!

2024.05.17 05:48 comosedicewaterbed Could Jusuf Nurkic be the answer?

So, the free agency is slim pickins for bigs, and historically we haven't done great in FA anyway. Also not a whole lot of realistic trade prospects. I do think we should be swinging for the fences and going after Jarrett Allen first. However, it's worth exploring other options. I feel strongly that we should go after veteran players to fill out our roster and shop the pick to trade for a center, rather than use it to draft a center.
I just a saw a headline that Phoenix will probably be shopping Jusuf Nurkic. I didn't watch a lot of Suns games this year, but I just read a little about him, and the consensus is he just had his best season in a long time.
He's an honest 7-footer and a rebounder. Rebounding is the #1 skill we need out of whoever we pick up at the 5. He recorded 31 rebounds in a game this season, against OKC on 3/3. He's also a strong screen setter, which is how he contributes offensively. Considering all three of our big 3 are scorers, we really don't need any more scoring out of our starting lineup. He wouldn't space the floor, but him setting screens for Ja and Bane could be pretty deadly, I imagine. He's a middling defender, but that's okay considering he'd be next to DPOY Block Panther, and our 6th man is also a DPOY. A great rebounder and screen setter who doesn't need the ball to be effective on offense sounds like he suits our needs pretty well IMO.
He's on the books for $18.1mil next season (and $19.3mil the following season after which his contract is over). That's kinda a high price tag considering our cap situation, but only being on the hook for 2 seasons isn't bad. He'll be 30 next season and 31 when his contract ends, and if it winds up working out we can sign him to one more.
I have no idea how the numbers would work for a trade or if Phoenix even wants what we have to offer. I also don't know if the 9th pick + salary filler is a fair trade for Nurkic. Furthermore, I don't want to do anything to help Phoenix, but if this move shores up our starting five, I think it's worthwhile. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can weigh in on specifics of a potential trade.
A big rotation of JJJ - Nurkic - Santi - Clarke sounds rather formidable to me.
While we're picking up outgoing Suns, I'd love to pick up Royce O'Neale as our starting 3. We just need 3-and-D out of that position, and some passing wouldn't hurt either. Royce fits that bill pretty nicely.
If I'm Kleiman, I hold Ja, Bane, JJJ, Smart, Santi, Clarke, Vince, and GG. Aggressively shop everyone else to clear as much salary as possible. Bye bye, Ziare, LaRavia, Rose, Konchar, and Kennard. Trade the pick and salary for Nurk and Royce (Royce is an expiring so could do S+T or just sign in FA), and maybe Phoenix can flip that to another team for something they like better. Fill out the rest of the roster with mins. Hold onto Pippen and Jemison as two-ways.
Now is our time. Our core is in their mid-20s and reaching their athletic prime while having had a few seasons to develop and build chemistry. The way I see it, if we keep this core together, happy, healthy, and disciplined, we've got a ~5 year window of title contention. That window starts in the 24-25 season. Let's shore up the lineup with vets while the young guns continue to develop as rotation players (GG very well could be a functional starter, but he's sooooo young).

2024.05.17 02:42 Junior_Donut_6435 FFEI should I buy back my sold calls?

I got into FFIE today after seeing it run up this week. I got 4000 shares at average of 0.98. I thought since it has grown 2000%+ already at that point this week, the shorts might try to push it down hence decided to sell 10x 5/17 1c (avg credit 0.27) and 30x 5/17 1.5c (avg credit 0.21) against the stocks I bought, also to benefit from the extremely high IV. But today the stock ran even further, sitting at 1.96 at the end of day. I am wondering if I should buy back the calls that I sold? If the price stays around the same at open I will need to pay around 2.5k to buy back the calls at open. Should I do that? I guess it would be well worth it if the stock is going to keep flying atleast tomorrow.
My total profit out of the trade right now (if, most likely, my shares are called away) would be 2.5k (5.5k + 900 - 3900) which isnt bad but I'll prolly miss out on bigger gains if the stock does run up tomorrow.
What do you guys think would be the best course of action here? Is there a chance for another 100%+ day tomorrow? I see for options chain all the current strikes expiring tmrw are ITM which could cause a gamma squeeze. Will we see the effect of this gamme squeeze tomorrow or in AH/monday? Also, tomorrow is friday so I am a bit worried about pre weekend selloff. Where do you guys think this stock will land up tomorrow, and next week, or even after that?

2024.05.17 02:39 Junior_Donut_6435 FFIE should I buy back my sold calls tomorrow?

A Speedrunner's Guide to Bruce Brown - And What Can Be Done on Draft Night (Part 2)
Welcome to part 2 of the pre-draft deadline Bruce Brown breakdown. For part 1, we went over a trio of trade partners in the Bulls, the Hawks and Jazz so if that interests you, give it a read. In part 2, and going forward, we'll be taking a look at a single team for the sake of what can be charitably described as me being "brief".
Now that we have finally learned which teams have jumped or dropped in the lottery, let's talk about a team that also officially lost a pick in this year's draft.

Golden State Warriors

https://preview.redd.it/pxlx2hbw8v0d1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=05ea876ddd04751d409dbc81c846eecfa30894db
Most likely player(s): Chris Paul, Andrew Wiggins, Moses Moody, Trayce Jackson-Davis
Incoming salary: Varies depending on the combination of players coming back/sent out; 26.2 million incoming at minimum, 30 million at maximum. $10.2 million exception from the Siakam trade may be used depending on the structure of a deal
Pick(s) available: 52nd, 2025\ or 2026 1st*
Note: Assets listed above are not a proposed trade package, they are simply a list of players & picks that can be combined in a potential trade worth consideration.
Who here likes multiple choice? Yeah i'm not listing all of their stats for the year, there's too many players for that this time around.
Golden State is interesting as far as trade partners go. As they lost their 2024 1st round pick post-lottery to the Blazers, they have menial draft capital to include in a trade for this year and as far as salary relief goes, the potential loss of Klay Thompson and the declining of Chris Paul's option seem both very real and deserved given the Warriors were perhaps the most expensive 10 seed in NBA history, not to mention their respective play regressing.
To put this into perspective, the Warriors luxury tax bill - for a team that needed to win 2 games to make the playoffs I might add - is estimated to cost Joe Lacob $176 million, more than the entire Raptors roster at $161.9 million post-trade deadline. Changes should be on the horizon no matter what direction they go in the offseason and with Lacob talking about wanting to avoid the luxury tax earlier this year, there's a fairly straight line to connect one dot (no tax) to the other (Klay walks or is signed & traded for a lesser return, Paul's team option declined & either he walks or signs a significantly cheaper deal). We'll ignore that Johnathan Kuminga has likely played himself into an expensive extension and how that could put them close to or over the line the year afterwards for a moment but the point stands: The Warriors don't technically need salary relief when doing nothing can accomplish that...
...but on the other hand, the Warriors still have Steph Curry and that's reason enough to ride out the remnants of the dynasty unless/until the most important/best player in franchise history decides to ask out. Plus, while they did miss on their highest pick since the dynasty formed by selecting James Wiseman over LaMelo Ball or Tyrese Haliburton (Admittedly, Haliburton would have been a stretch for 2 but the Warriors could have traded down), they have managed to land on a few of their lottery picks with the ever productive Johnathan Kuminga and the underutilized Moses Moody in 2021, not to mention they nabbed All-Rookie candidate Brandin Podziemski and the respectable Trayce Jackson-Davis in 2023 with relatively late picks in the 1st and 2nd round.
While none of them scream All-Star upside aside from the Kum Bucket, it goes to show that Golden State has found hidden gems late in the draft to add depth to a top-heavy and typically expensive team that hasn't been afforded free agent signings or access to certain exceptions, let alone the ability to keep together the supporting cast that helped them win a championship in Gary Payton II (They got him back via a controversial 3-team trade involving Wiseman) and Raptors Legend™ Otto Porter Jr.
With the Raptors prioritizing players over picks in their trade of O.G. Anunoby and them turning the worst of the 2024 picks received in the Siakam trade into two rotational players via Ochai and Olynyk, you can see where this is going: Golden State makes sense as a Bruce Brown destination if the Warriors want to kick the luxury tax down the road by deferring a particular player's extension in favor of a new rookie contract while still getting someone who is all but assured to contribute to a playoff rotation, and if the Raptors want to trade out of this draft while still getting a young player on the roster or potentially move in to a stronger draft class such as 2025 or 2026.
Fittingly for the former option, there's one player that makes sense for Toronto in light of Trent's uncertainty as their starting/bench shooting guard as a pending unrestricted free agent, and the Raptors already traded out of this draft twice so it would not be surprising if they did it a third time.
It'd be funny, but not a surprise.

The Player(s)

https://preview.redd.it/ee8vv1rd9v0d1.png?width=1280&format=png&auto=webp&s=576dff2e70308c2379ed9586cc10285e8c9bc6a5
Of the Warriors youngest players, Moses Moody stands out and not for the reason that someone has likely mentioned in the comments i.e. Scottie and Moody were teammates in high school. For the past three seasons, Moses has been the most consistently disrespected player by head coach Steve Kerr despite quiet improvements to his overall game, frequently benching him to close games in favor of the wildly inconsistent veteran Klay Thompson and in general limiting his minutes compared to the other young Warriors.
This sentiment was perfectly encapsulated in that play-in loss, where Moses played a mere 15 minutes for the Dubs despite arguably being the best player amongst the supporting cast, if not the best player on the floor for Golden State; he scored 16 points on 5/8 shooting (2/4 from 3), grabbed 3 boards and had one dime without not a turnover to his name. In a game where Klay shot 0/10 and may very well have played his last game as a Warrior with a +/- of -12, Moody managed a respectable +/- of +3 in a blowout loss to the Kings.
Both Moody and Kuminga have called out Kerr's questionable granting of playtime - Moody has a stretch this year where he was racking up DNPs - but while Johnathan was given more playtime and even started for a time due to Draymond's jackassery leading to multiple suspensions this season in conjunction with a notable leap in his offensive game, Moody's role on the team has been inconsistent and his playtime equally so. With him and Kuminga up for extensions this offseason, Golden State moving Moses to kick the can down the road by picking up another rookie who can contribute now, Moody's time in a Warriors jersey may be over.
It also bears mention that Moody is the one young player on the Warriors roster whose name has most frequently come up in trade rumors or failed trades. This very season saw Golden State try to trade for Alex Caruso, a deal which is believed to have been centered around Moody but which fell through due to the Bulls wanting Kuminga instead.
Moody is a good player. We'll get into the bad contract that he'd come with in a moment but it cannot be understated the level of frustration that comes from seeing a clearly capable player be sidelined due to favoritism of a past-their-prime veteran. He might not be as good of a shooter as Klay; he's a career 36% from behind the arc and though his volume remains low, on the occasions where he's shot 6 or more more threes, he's around 44% across the 14 games he's been given the greenlight to take that many shots.
It's a limited sample size of an already limited sample despite having 3 seasons under his belt, but you can understand why he isn't feeling that he's been given much of any opportunity when his hands are this hot on increased volume.
Of course, any player on the Warriors' outside shooting has to come with the obligatory asterisk that they are shooting the shots that they've got & thus the 3-point percentage they're shooting at due to Steph Curry's inescapable gravity. A team playing worse without their best player is so obvious a statement that should go without saying, and the sample size of Curry-less Moody games is once again limited but across 44 Curry-less games in his career, Moses Moody only saw a minor dip in 3-point percentage from his career 36% to 33.6% though again, this is on relatively low volume; his attempts have stayed around the same as his career average with 3 per game in those Curry-less games.
The quality of competition is another factor that does need to taken in to consideration along with whomever else was absent but considering that the dip is relatively small and a sizeable amount of teams faced in said sample includes playoff seeds from the 2022/23 season, that's a surprisingly encouraging stat. If there's anything about his overall range that stands out in a negative light, it's that his overall catch and shoot numbers aren't anything to write home about at roughly 36% but I digress.
Beyond his shooting upside, there's a lot to like about Moody. For intangibles, he's highly competitive. For fit as a potential starter, he's a 6'6 shooting guard with a lengthy 7'1 wingspan that's shown flashes of his defensive upside and consistently improved on that end of the floor. He's great at moving off-ball and while he's never going to rack up assists, he's willing to pass up a good shot to let a teammate take a better one.
Jackson-Davis is also worth mentioning as a potential "young" player though one who is less likely to see the Dubs part ways with. The 24 year-old rookie was a productive member of the team's bench with limited playtime and considering he's making the equivalent of a minimum contract, there's little incentive to move him when he won't need to be extended for at least another season.
While Moody for the 19th pick could be an option on its own, we're talking Bruce Brown-centered "salary dump" trades and thus there's two main candidates to consider since it's very hard to see Golden State moving Draymond Green even if a paradigm shift is on the horizon.
Andrew Wiggins is hard to currently evaluate whether he's a truly awful contract or just temporarily undervalued. The Mavericks and Pacers were apparently interested in him at this year's deadline but whether that was serious interest or part of negotiations with the Hornets and Raptors respectively for PJ or Pascal to lower their asking prices is up for debate since Andrew stayed a Warrior after the deadline.
What can be said is that after being a key contributor to the Warriors Final Dance-esque championship run, Wiggins has had a rough duo of seasons; his 2022/23 encore was more of the same for the regular season if he played, though the key word is "if". Owed to an injury in December and personal matters from February onwards, Wiggins only played 37 games for Golden State & while he was generally decent on both ends in the regular season, his return to the playoffs marked a notable shrinking of Wiggins. Going from a terrific 39.6% from 3 on 6 attempts to 29.7% on less than 5 per game and playing with far less intensity on defense, this version of Wiggins would carry on into the 2023/24 regular season where Andrew had arguably his worst season relative to expectations. He did pick things up in the later games of the season, but said second half has done little to repair his current reputation.
Like I said, it's hard to really say if Wiggins contract is viewed as an albatross like former teammate Jordan Poole or the now-expiring Ben Simmons - Andrew is getting paid an AAV of $28 million for the next 3 years - and I don't care to speculate about what was going on in his personal life or if it's still affecting him. What I can say is that while his name does bear consideration, if the Warriors really are determined to run things back, they'll likely hold on to Wiggins and hope whatever personal issues have hindered him for the past two seasons are behind him. When healthy/locked in, he is one of the best wing defenders in the league and as mentioned before, his 3 ball has been terrific in his best seasons with Golden State.
With that in mind, Chris Paul could be considered the option for the main salary ballast. At this stage of his career, "Point God" Paul cannot be asked to be a team's starting PG due to a combination of age and injuries but he's shown some effectiveness as a bench in Golden State and despite a poor reputation around the league, he's been a notable mentor to a slew of younger star players like Shai and Booker and has been noted as a culture setter in their respective organizations.
He's absolutely not worth paying $30 million for that role - there's a reason why his contract isn't guaranteed whatsoever for the season - but for a season? More than likely 2/3 of a single season? One can stomach the price tag to make such a deal work, especially if Toronto somehow manages to flip his expiring contract at the deadline. If nothing else, having Paul on the last legs of his career as a Raptor (potentially passing Jason Kidd for 2nd on the all-time assist leaderboard in a Raptors jersey at that) would make for an interesting playmaking mentor to Quickley and Scottie.
While a straight up swap that includes Jackson-Davis or Moody works financially, owed to the trade exception that the Raptors generated from the Siakam trade which in of itself utilized an exception made via the Anunoby trade, and a 1:1 trade for Brown also works (Moody and Paul on the move would save the Warriors around $7 million in payroll before factoring in the tax), trading Paul for depth in Brown and, say, Chris Boucher - who it should be noted is also expiring and was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Warriors - doesn't offer the Dubs long-term salary relief in the same way that moving off of Wiggins would, at least not for the upcoming season.
A deal like this would be an expiring for expiring deal where they would shed a minor amount of salary after going for a "final run" with this current core before having the same issue of needing to re-sign some of their supporting pieces. Not having to worry about paying Moody might help the season after but those pending UFAs and Kuminga would need to get paid or be lost for nothing, meaning they would still be deep in the second apron for the 2024/25 season, barring Klay being re-signed to a very team-friendly deal. It would be a move that screams "delaying the inevitably" but again: They have Steph Curry and considering how bad the Warriors were in the post-Barry, pre-Steph years, it's understandable they'd want to cling on to the current dynasty.
As for draft capital, Golden State doesn't have the largest pool of assets but they do have some to spare. They have a very late 2nd in this draft - 52nd overall - and now that their 2024 pick has conveyed to the Blazers, they do have the option to trade a future 1st in 2025 or 2026. Admittedly, it's hard to see the Warriors parting with their remaining draft capital when they just gave up a late lottery pick to the Blazers and they owe the Wizards a 2030 1st, not without a notable protection on said pick as their team continues to age. For reference, that Washington pick they gave up is Top 20-protected.
A draft pick, young player(s), a vet (albeit one whose significantly overpaid), like I said, Golden State has a fair amount of options in regards to what combination they can put together for a trade on or after draft night without the Raptors trading down in the 2024 draft but I do want to state that - speaking purely as an outsider to Golden State - the Warriors really should not be doing this. They aren't a Brown + Boucher swap away from being a contender even if Steph is still a consensus Top 3-5 player going in to next season.
But they also can't trade an aging Steph Curry to begin rebuild without him being the one to ask out and their overall asset pool is not enough to land a star outside of Kuminga (who, based on the Caruso trade talks, is not available), not to mention the Jordan Poole salary dump saw them ship out a 2030 1st that restricts their draft capital just as much as the new CBA rules do for second apron teams regarding trading out distant draft capital.
Doing some kind of move like this may be a more dignified end to the dynasty but it is the end of their status as a championship-caliber team even if Wiggins bounces back and Klay finally accepts a lesser role on offense (If he returns). Maybe they make it as a Top 6 seed in the playoffs given how close the 6th thru 10th seed were in the West with a touch more depth. Maybe they win a playoff series, but they're not making the Conference Finals, let alone another Finals so long as the Nuggets, Thunder and Timberwolves are going to be in contention, and this is without considering teams like the Spurs or Rockets being on the rise; the Rockets in particular made a noteworthy run for the final play-in spot that the Warriors ultimately were locked in to.
The current Warriors are in a spot similar to the post-championship Mavericks where they're stuck in a lower seed as their aging superstar stays around for the twilight years of their career, along with all the bumps they'll experience along the road. They'll win enough games to qualify for the playoffs or at the very least the play-in now that the 9th/10th seed make it to the postseason, but they're wholly lacking in options to internally improve or make moves to truly return to contender status.
The big difference is the Mavericks failures were self-inflicted i.e. letting core members of that run like Tyson Chandler walk for nothing while trying - but failing (I know they technically signed DeAndre Jordan but that ordeal ended with him returning to L.A., ergo a failure for Dallas) - to sign free agents whereas the Warriors are simply an old team that's only getting older, which is what makes their only shot to their former status being the youthful Kuminga making a massive leap in a short amount of time a touch ironic.

Conclusion

Here's our TL;DR so far:
Team Player(s) Years left on contract Pick(s) [Assuming position stays if in the lottery] Incoming salary (2024) Net salary added to the Raptors (2024)
Chicago Bulls Lonzo Ball 1; player option in 2024/25 11th, 2025 Blazers 1st $21.3 million -1.6$ million
Atlanta Hawks De'Andre Hunter 3 10th, 2025 Kings 1st $21.7 million -$1.3 million
Utah Jazz John Collins 2; player option in 2025/26 8th (Only an option if we keep our 1st), 2025 Timberwolves/Cavaliers 1st $26.6 million +$3.6 million
Golden State Warriors Chris Paul OR Andrew Wiggins; Moses Moody OR Trayce Jackson-Davis 1 (team option - Paul, Moody), 3 (Wiggins, Jackson-Davis) 52nd, 2025 or 2026 1st $26.2-$30 million +$3.2 to +$7 million (Trade exception to absorb Moody, TJD if included in the trade)

2024.05.17 01:24 BPDenby I just petitioned to remove my appointee for PIP, what now?

On Monday I phoned up DWP to have my mother removed as my apointee, to either transfer to my father (seperated 2 years) or to have it completely revoked. I gave my own details, which they didn't have, as well as my fathers and I was told I'd be contacted by the home visit team and this would all be wrapped up in 3 to 4 weeks.
For some context, I'm 20 and I've been living independently, with support, at uni for nearly 2 years having only seen my mother 3 times as she moved to Scotland. We rarely talk and when we do we don't get on frankly, at all. When I was 16 and agreed to an appointeeship I was sick, and manipulated. I'm still very much disabled but I can manage my own finance with support, which i do not get from her. I am currently only receiving a small portion of my claim and its a battle to get anything other then the private medical bill off of her, or any paperwork I cannot access while under an appointeeship.
Another major point here is I have been trying get her to remove this appointeeship for 2 years and 2 months ago she was diagnosed with cancer and is currently starting her 2nd cycle of chemo. She's refusing to talk to me civilly so I don't know much but from the sounds of it she's really not well. But she will fight tooth and claw to keep this appointeeship.
I am autistic and I really struggle with uncertainty and I cannot find any resources on the process about to go ahead, if anybody has any expirence or knowledge I would be so so grateful for anything!
I am also worried that they will try and trip me up to nullify or change my claim amount. Is this visit to assess me and my suitability for PIP or just my ability to handle finance and will this have a knock on effect?
My biggest worry is that she will be able to somehow convince this team that I do need an appointment and it should be her. Am I trapped in this forever? Is there an appeal process I can take? Do I have a say in who my apppointee is? My father is of the opinion I don't need one and is planning to ring up in a few months and have it removed completely should he get it.
I got a long barrage of nasty texts this afternoon so I'm not sure if she was contacted or if the money stopped or if she was just in a bad mood. I'm getting so anxious at this whole situation and I'm really not sure where to go. Any help would be appreciated right now.

2024.05.17 00:58 beninboise Changes made to the application of payment on my credit card

So Citi made the following modification to my card agreement on the most recent (May) statement, which is also the month in which my promotional 0%, one-year interest rate for my balance transfer expires.
Their agents are saying I will have to wait to make the payment either the day after my promotional period ends (5/22), or after the billing period closes in June, depending on who I talk to. Either way, it will have to be applied to that balance AFTER the promotion expires.
They are also saying I can’t direct ANY amount (even beyond the ~$51 minimum payment) towards the promotional balance.
This is the text of the modification:

Section 5 - Payments
The following paragraphs have been revised:
Application of Payments: We decide how to apply your payments, up to the Minimum Payment Due, to the balances on your account.
Payment Due is generally applied first to fees, interest and principal in balance with the lowest APR, then to fees, interest and principal in the balance with the next lowest APR, and so on, until the full Minimum Payment Due has been applied. If you pay more than the Minimum Payment Due, we'll apply the amount over the Minimum Payment Due first to the balance with the highest APR, then to the balance with the next highest APR, and so on except as otherwise required by applicable law.
This amends your Card Agreement. Please keep this information for future reference.

Obviously this feels predatory at best. They did offer the following suggestions.
Manager: We can send an email to “our team” seeing if we can get an exception. You’ll have an answer in 7-10 business days in your email account on file. (Although this is after the promotional rate expires and begins accruing interest, I chose to pursue this as the best route.)
The initial agent said that, in the future, I should use another card for purchases and this one just for balance transfers — as if I wouldn’t have done that if I knew this modification would come into effect…?
Anyway, my question is just, what if any leverage do I have as the consumer, and what is my best plan of attack going forward? I mean I ASSUME any interest charged will be pretty negligible in the big picture… but then, my assumption of what’s reasonable has already been dashed, as I thought I’d be able to avoid ANY interest charge for the balance transfer without escalation by calling and simply requesting my payment be applied to my remaining promotional balance…

Heat offseason 24. We know about the big projected trades like Mitchell and kd. But here are few realistic and cost efficient trades & signings the heat can make to improve their roster
Adding more bigs to the heat. Moving bam to pf position
Players Steven adams ,valanciunas ,are on expiring contracts. They provide size and they can be effective on the boards
Wild card big would be a guy like Andre Drummond he’s pretty much a walking double for cheap.
Guard play
A player like Alex Caruso would a great fit in Miami his contract is expiring.
He’s an athletic guard who is really good defensively and he can shoot.
Hawks guard Dejounte murray. He’s athletic guard that can defend and create his own shot. He’s another guy that would fit in well
Wildcard Russel Westbrook I know I know But I think he’s a bargain and he can still can play on both ends well. He still is explosive Russ with coach spo would be crazy pat Riley has been trying to get him since the 08 draft
Solid role players at the sg/sf
Players like Kelly oubre Interesting he a solid scorer he is a willing defender. He’s another guy that could fit in
Kj martin He’s young he’s athletic and he can defend pretty well. A guy like this would work well with spo
Scoring
Heat need a 23-28ppg scorer to play along with Jimmy They haven’t had one since the Lebron dwade era.
Ideally kd would be great but I think it would deplete the roster
Same with Donavan mitchell

I'm 18, I'm getting a job & I'm going into college & the Ritalin isn't doing it properly, could someone guide me or give me any idea on what to do? Also my uncle owns several huge pharmacies in Australia, could he transport them under his companies name, to me, as an Australian citizen living abroad?

2024.05.17 00:32 LogNo1494 Sudden side effects of my meds after salmonella infection

This is probably a weird question, and not sure if anyone can help.. I was unfortunate to get a salmonella infection 3 weeks ago and ever since it happened I now get side effects from my medication. I take 20 mg Ritalin morning and afternoon (those lasting approx 8 hours). It worked so well before and I was really happy that I found a dosage that worked for me. But now I do get side effects c. 2 hours of taking the medication. Does anyone know whether the salmonella infection could have changed something in how my body process the meds? And whether it is temporary or permanent? Or is it just completely random? Can you develop side effects over time? I have taken Ritalin for about 6 months

2024.05.16 23:34 fillipjfly Explanation of 39 months leaps (for those who think 36 month is the max)

The expiration dates of LEAPS (Long-Term Equity Anticipation Securities) are standardized by exchanges such as the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). These options typically expire on the third Friday of the expiration month. Here's a breakdown of how a 39-month LEAPS cycle can end in May:
  1. Start of the LEAPS: LEAPS are typically introduced in cycles. For example, if a LEAPS option is introduced in February 2021, it will have its expiration set in January 2024, which is approximately 36 months later.
  2. Annual Addition of LEAPS: Each year, new LEAPS are added with expirations up to three years in the future. Depending on the introduction date, the actual duration might slightly exceed 36 months, reaching up to 39 months. For instance, a LEAPS introduced in February 2021 might have its expiration in May 2024, resulting in a 39-month duration.
  3. Specific Expiration Scheduling: Exchanges often list LEAPS that align with their standard option expiration schedules. If the expiration is set for the third Friday of a specific month, and the starting point falls slightly before the typical introduction cycle, it can result in an expiration period that appears to be 39 months.

Example Scenario

Here, the LEAPS lasts for the entirety of 2021, 2022, 2023, and extends into the fifth month of 2024, totaling approximately 39 months.
In summary, the 39-month expiration cycle for LEAPS is a result of how and when they are introduced and the alignment with the standardized expiration dates, usually falling on the third Friday of a given month. This can extend the effective duration of the LEAPS beyond the standard 36 months, making it 39 months in some cases. The expiration dates of LEAPS (Long-Term Equity Anticipation Securities) are standardized by exchanges such as the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). If the expiration is set for the third Friday of a specific month, and the starting point falls slightly before the typical introduction cycle, it can result in an expiration period that appears to be 39 months.
Example Scenario Introduction Date: February 2021 Expiration Date: May 2024 (third Friday)

Usefulness: 3/5
Item #: SCP-024
Codename: Game Show of Death
Summarized Description: Abandoned sound stage. Subjects who enter SCP-024 will be greeted by an apparent stereotypical game show announcer from a speaker, who will offer subjects a chance to play a game show and gain a reward. Subjects who consent will be forced to undergo taxing trials to complete the show, which often results in injury and/or death. Subjects who refuse to participate after consenting, attempt to break any rules, or fail to complete the game will be attacked and terminated by unknown entities. SCP-024 will not activate if there is only 1 subject present.
Battlefield Summary: N/A
Additional Notes: SCP-024 cannot be moved from its current location. SCP-024 is useless as a weapon and is to remain in containment.
Usefulness: 1/5
Item #: SCP-025

All comatose individuals are students and educators who attended the school before its abandonment. Attempting to remove comatose subjects from the premises will result in them waking, followed by extremely rapid dehydration and death. Foundation personnel who fall asleep in SCP-026 also become comatose, but will not suffer dehydration if removed.
Battlefield Summary: N/A
Additional Notes: SCP-026 is useless as a weapon and is to remain in containment.
Usefulness: 1/5
Item #: SCP-027
Codename: The Vermin God
Summarized Description: Intangible effect tied to one individual at a time. Subjects affected by SCP-027 attract large amounts of insects, rodents, and other organisms considered to be “vermin.” Upon death of a host, SCP-027 will transfer itself to the closest sapient organism.
Battlefield Summary: D-3829, the host of SCP-027 at the time, was airdropped onto a Federal planet. D-3829 fitted with an explosive collar and instructed to wait in the colony leader’s place of residence. As the leader entered the residence, the collar was remotely detonated, terminating D-3829 and transferring SCP-027 to the target.
Additional Notes: Though it would have been more practical to simply take the opportunity to assassinate the target, the long-term disorder expected to be caused by SCP-027 was deemed to be of greater importance. There are no plans to retrieve SCP-027 at this time.
Usefulness: 2/5
Item #: SCP-028

SCP-029 has a physic connection with its followers and is aware of its followers’ numbers.
Battlefield Summary: SCP-029 deployed on a Federal planet and allowed to gather xeno followers. SCP-029’s “cult” has infiltrated the planetary government and is sending large numbers of subjects to “predator disease” facilities to convert or sacrifice them.
Additional Notes: SCP-029 willingly volunteered for Operation 5000, although this is more likely out of a desire for escape from the Foundation than to avenge Humanity for the Battle of Earth, the current cover story for Operation 5000. SCP-029’s “cult” is not to be allowed to complete its goal of 1,000,000 sacrifices, due to the uncertain nature of the existence of the cult’s deity. Current estimates give SCP-029’s cult 37,000 confirmed sacrificial fatalities. Should this number come close to being accomplished, SCP-029 is to be neutralized and the cult destroyed. Until then, the disorder caused by the cult’s activities has been deemed beneficial.
Usefulness: 3/5

2024.05.16 23:17 Qalicja Medication recommendations/tips on what I should do?

I’m looking for input from people who specifically struggle/have struggled with BOTH ADHD and anxiety (but also if you have depression that “helps”). I have ADHD (combined type), generalized anxiety disorder (and possibly social anxiety), and have struggled on and off with severe depression and s*icidal ideation for years (although I’m kinda at a point where the depression is the least of my concerns and I’d argue it’s mostly caused by capitalism).
Do any of you take a medication, have a medication combo that has worked wonders for you??? What can I research into and talk to my doctor about that might actually help with both the anxiety and the ADHD?
Thank you in advance!!!
I’m inquiring because I currently don’t have access to a psychiatrist and my primary doctor is my current prescriber. Psychiatry is not his speciality and although he regularly prescribes psychiatric meds to his patients, he’s not familiar enough with all the different medications and combinations off the top of his head to be able to provide the help that I need with my combination of disorders. However, he’s always willing to hear my opinion and inquiries, and if I were to come to him with research and potential medication suggestions, he’d take them into consideration.
The medication combos I’ve been on before are: Adderall XR, Adderall IR, Prozac, and Xanax (only for panic attacks, as needed); Adderall XR and Adderall IR; Adderall XR, Ritalin, and Prozac; just Strattera
More detailed explanation of my situation below if it might help:
My biggest issue is that because I have both ADHD and terrible anxiety, stimulants make me more anxious if I’m already having a high-anxiety day, but they’re the only thing that has every actually helped my ADHD symptoms. Adderall 100% helped me get through uni (albeit I had an absolutely trash GPA), it helped me focus, get work started, got me sitting in one place finishing my work for hours, it helped me nap, helped me communicate better, and even improved my mood. But I also hated taking it every day (and often forgot to take it/pushed it off) bc it often made me more anxious, it decreased my appetite, made me feel less like myself, and gave me headaches when it was wearing off. I’ve also always had a fast metabolism and the Adderall XR only ever helped for 5 hours at a time and the IR only 2-3 hours.
I’ve been on Adderall XR (15mg and 20mg at varying times) and Adderall IR (7.5mg and 10mg at varying points) before, but since the shortage and being out of school I’ve been off of it (due to my anxiety I HATE dealing with doctors and pharmacists and fighting to have Adderall).
I recently started Strattera for my ADHD and anxiety. I’m 5-6 weeks into taking it (currently at 40mg) and I feel almost no positive benefits. It hasn’t yet at all lessened my symptoms or helped me manage the ADHD and anxiety. At first, I experienced being able to wake up earlier, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore and I’m also dealing with some insomnia. I’m also starting to feel a bit more irritable and angry, as well as constipated. I’d be willing to deal with all that if I was actually seeing benefits. I don’t know if I should ask to continue the strattera when I see my doctor next, have the dosage upped or ask to try something else.
I’ve tried Ritalin in the past as well and it made me feel awful and only increased my focus for 30 minutes or so, and I stopped taking it after a week. And for my anxiety and depression I’ve been on Zoloft and Prozac in the past. Zoloft was awful for me. And Prozac was actually okay, I didn’t experience many negative side effects, except maybe some increased s*icide ideation and headaches.
I’ve never been well medicated. And a huge reason for that is that I still have never seen a psychiatrist or psychologist. At uni, I was being prescribed meds by nurse practitioners at the school’s health services and from a big therapy/psychiatrist office where my old therapist worked. And then my primary care doctor took over and he’s been the one prescribing me meds for the past couple of years, but he’s not at all a specialist in psychiatric medicine so he’s not knowledgeable on all the medications and on how to help me. He and I want me to see a psychiatrist but a psychiatrist isn’t accessible to me at this time.
When my parents were still responsible for all my health bills, they either always rejected or were apprehensive about me seeing an actually competent prescriber bc of the cost. And I’d always beg my mom to help me research psychiatrists who specialize in ADHD and who are in-network but she never did. (I feel a lot of resentment.)
And now that I’m out of uni, they (understandably) expect me to pay, but I’m unemployed (for many reasons, main one being that my ADHD and anxiety are completely out of control to the point where they’re debilitating) and I can’t afford it. I have my parents insurance still but a lot of the psychiatrists and psychologists in my areas don’t take any insurance, some take insurance but not mine, and the rest are either completely booked, don’t specialize in ADHD, or don’t seem trustworthy. And I’ve also learned that since I haven’t met my deductible, I’d be still paying at least $100-300 for an appointment with a psychiatrist.
I feel stuck in a hole that’s only getting deeper.

2024.05.16 23:08 lunarattic All my eyedrops sting/burn suddenly

Has anyone else experienced that their eyedrops (preservative free artificial tears) suddenly started burning/stinging? They’re not expired. I’ve really been happy about using Thealoz Duo, but they started burning and not really soothing anymore. I tried switched to Thealoz Duo Lipid instead to see if my eyes would react better to a more oil based artificial tear. Regardless, they both sting. Not always but often. The stinging does go away after some time. I haven’t tried any other brand.
I’m also using some allergy eyedrops (though I do not have any allergies) prescribed by my eye doctor for itching that I’m on month three of (and supposed to stop using at the end of May). I know these can have the burning side effect, but I really don’t understand why my other eye drops aren’t comfortable to use anymore.

2024.05.16 23:03 PikuseruSho In a bit of a pickle

Hi everyone
So I am currently in the process of renewing my Residence Card. I am a university student, so I recently received all the necessary documents from my uni in order to do renewal process. However, two days ago, I lost my wallet which contained my old residence card inside. I went to the police and gave me a document that states that I lost my residence card. The cops told me to go to the Immigration Office to get a new card. I was planning to go to the Immigration Office anyways because I needed to renew my card in the first place (because it'll expire in about a month).
Basically my question is, how will losing my residence card any applying for a new one effect the card extension process?
