I’ve gotten this error about a dozen times trying to order the riven plush off the bungie store. My account is linked so that’s not the issue. I try to purchase it and every time it seems like it’s gonna go through and then BOOM it says recapcha failed for absolutely no reason, also nothing popped up for me to click.
Idk what the issue is or how to fix it, I’ve sent in a ticket to customer support but I’m not going to get a reply until Monday most likely. I’m on google chrome, maybe I’ll try normal internet explorer

Edit @ 8:48am 5/18/2024: it’s now reverted saying stuff about my postal code unable to be verified, I’ve now TRIPLE checked to make sure the postal code on the card is the same as the billing address and it’s still not working. I’m gonna wait until customer support replies because this is frustrating. EBay is out of the equation due to being 4x the price.

Hey, I am trying to raise money to try and get back into my feet after a hard year. So this starts in June 2023. I was working full time with an agency job on the side. I was on the waiting list for an operation and they had called me last minute with an appointment. I was promised from work full pay while I was off but this what not the case once I was actually off sick. I got the government sick pay allowance. Within a few days after surgery my grandad passed away and I had to fly out to Jamaica for the funeral. Which took a lot out of me and the family because it was last minute. I wasn’t even supposed to fly long haul so quick after surgery. So this is when I started to fall behind on bills.
I did was not redeems safe to work until in September when I went back to work. In my full time job I’m a support worker, and work closely with self harm. And then this came to much for me so I had to change my contract to relief staff which is zero hour contract (November 2023). At this point I still have the agency work and go when there is shift. But this has not been enough to cover bills and everything else. All these situations have caused me to fall behind on priority bills and run up credit cards and loans. I am in arrears of £1100+ on my rent and over £1400 for council tax. I am not asking for all of this just enough so I don’t get kicked out my home. I need to pay more money onto my rent so they can set up a payment plan for the next few months. I NEED TO PAY £500 TOMORROW OR THEY ARE TAKING ME TO COURT FOR PERSESSION OF THE PROPERTY
I am still working at my agency job as a care assistant and go whenever they have shifts sometimes driving over a hour to get there.
I hope you can help me get back on my feet. I hate asking for help financially but my friend has told me it would be a good idea.

Curious on people's opinion- I'm currently an Associate Tech PM at a non-sw company (but still tech moreso hardware, almost everyone knows this company), but I don't have a degree right now and I want to make sure that I continue to grow in my career.
I want to continue to grow as a PM and I'm thinking that if I'm looking for promo/job hopping, I should get a degree. Do you guys think it would be best if i did a CS degree, or should I just try to get something to try to check a box? I almost finished my chemistry degree from a few years ago, but I left school because I decided to leave the pre-med track and I had no intention on using Chemistry in my future job. In hindsight I should have just finished the Chem degree back then but it's water under the bridge at this point.
I saw that WGU has a program for IT Management in their business school, and after reading through the content of the degree and taking a few practice exams, I'm pretty confident that I could finish this degree relatively quickly if I'm just looking to get a degree.
I do have coding job exp, but I don't want to be a SWE, I like it as a PM much better :)
I'm probably going to either look to do a Master's in CS or an MBA later in life, but one step at at time right? I do want to make the right decision right now though so that I don't close any doors for myself later.

Hello Folks,
I'm finally taking the plunge to bring my idea to life. I'm torn between using no-code platform or going the traditional coding route. We are two of us (one technical) but we might end up hiring a front end Dev if we go with full code route.
I'm building a niche job board platform with two distinct user types:
Professionals: They'll sign up, showcase their entire career journey, and gain access to a curated job board filled with exceptional opportunities. Initially, I'll personally verify each candidate to establish credibility. Eventually, I plan to offer a paid verification service if the platform takes off. It is a very curated pool of candidate in a very niche industry that I am closely connected to.
Hiring Companies: These corporations will sign up to access the pool of verified candidates, browse their comprehensive profiles, and even post job listings tailored to their specific needs.
The platform needs to accommodate around 200 to 10,000 professionals and roughly 1,000 hiring companies.
Should I go with tools like Webflow or Bubble,or noodle or is traditional coding the way to go? I'm concerned about the potential costs associated with no-code platforms.
I'd love to hear your insights, recommendations, and experiences. What should I expect in terms of cost and timeline to build if I hire overseas Dev ( we will closely monitor code quality)?

Is there a way to export your load order from Bethesda net to a CSV or other file for posting as a list? I can write down the individual mods one by one, but I feel like there should be a simpler method for it.
I did a search in the subreddit but didn’t find that particular answer anywhere. If someone could point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate it.

has anyone had a similar experience before? currently in a class where a TA gives a super vague instruction sheet for our assignments, and a small word count (like 700 words including titles we can’t change etc.) for the past two assignments i’ve followed the rubric pretty close to the T, and each time, the TA is knocking me off points for things that she never listed in it.
example: instructions ask us to define what the policy is for a country. (these are the only instructions) - so i list what the policy is for the country, but then the ta takes points off because i didn’t talk about the budget of the policy.
our final is during week 10; wanted to know if anyone has had similar experiences and how they approached it. is it worth going to the prof and complaining but risk retaliation? has anyone had any success stories, or do TAs have the right to grade so subjectively like this?

For those that are doing supplemental claims.
I got out in 2022. Couldn’t make my appointment which I told the VA. They obviously went ahead and said I was a no show and failed to report to appointments that I canceled & made a decision 2 months later.
Since 2022, I have not been seen by any doctors due to personal factors and money at the time. Fast forward to now, I recently reopened some of the claims that were denied May of this year. May 6 I think to be exact.
I submitted separate statements in support of those claims and got called by the VA to schedule my c&p exams today May 18.
Just cause you haven’t been seen with a valid reason, doesn’t mean you can’t reopen claims and get seen for them. If you have claims that are older than a year and you have no new evidence from doctors or no evidence at all, you can still refile that claim.
My statement of support consisted of the 4138 form and Microsoft word statements.
For the Microsoft word statements, i started off with what I was reopening, and stated the reasons why I couldn’t make my appointments at the time they were scheduled and stated that because I didn’t make the appointment and have not been seen by any medical professionals that it doesn’t mean that I don’t have current symptoms of X, Y & Z.
I then when into my periods of service, detailing all of the duties that I’ve performed that played a part into the claim that I reopened.
I listed my current symptoms, how frequent and flare ups as well as gave some examples of how it affects my work life, personal and social life.
I added a section of what helps temporarily alleviate the pain, or symptoms that is causing the issue at hand.
Added the I certify verbiage, printed it off and signed it. Then I scanned it to myself and uploaded the statement in the supplemental claim section on va.gov and also added some other statements via quick submit.
Timeline so far May 6- submitted multiple statements only May 18 - QTC called to schedule appointments
I also have an ITF from December.
Hopes this helps someone to get up and refile for whatever claims they deserve or would like to be reevaluated for a fair chance to explain and get seen for no cost.

An alternative title for this is: Should I ever offer more without any knowledge of competing bids? OR Can someone explain to me about this automated offering system my realtor seems to be working with?
Anyway, here is my story:
Working with some realtor Zillow gave me. I know not the best, but he seemed okay during the tour. I wanted to make a fast offer on this foreclosed property (being sold by a bank) with asking price of $210k, and working with him just seemed the best way to do it.
I told him I'd like to offer $200k and see where things would go. So we make the offer. I expect the sellers to come back with a counter offer. This is on day 6 of the listing.
The next day we don't hear back from sellers. However, the realtor he mentions off-hand how the sellers are taking offers for the first week, then picking from the best or something? With this knowledge, I mention being concerned about my offer being weak, and maybe I should increase it. I REALLY like this place, and 210k seems well below what it's worth. I don't want to lose it.
My realtor states: "Nah, your offer is good. There's going to be people offering $100k. You have nothing to worry about."
Since this was day 7, the final day, I convince him to increase my offer to $206k. He says "Okay, but your pre-qualification is for 200k, can you afford that?"
I tell him I've been pre-qualified for $220k+, I just ask my lender for pre-qualifications that match the offer I'm making so my hand isn't tipped with the seller.
After I say this, my realtor says "Well... if you're going $206k, might as well make them happy and match their 210k asking price."
This seemed weird... especially since earlier he seemed to treat $200k as totally acceptable.
I sign the $206k offer and we send it off. Then about 30 minutes he comes back to me and says, "The website counter-offered for asking price ($210k), so it's just a matter of who has been countered this asking price, and how many people offered above this price."
At this point I'm confused. I asked a bit more and apparently the bank thats selling the property is using an automated system to accept offers. I'm not really sure what to make of this. The realtor is telling me I should offer above asking price... but I haven't even been given confirmation of another offer by someone else existing? How do I even know if I'm being out-bid?
I ask my realtor if we would be given an opportunity to outbid another offer if there's one better than ours, and all he says is "If they see an offer they like, there's a chance they'll go with it."
So I'm sitting here wondering if I should offer more. I say 212k, and my realtor says I should do more. I say 215k, and he's like: "for every 1k, it's only a couple dollars a month. You should go higher. I'd say what would be the best offer you would be able to offer them and to offer that" (Those statements are copied from our texts exactly)
Finally I say, "I don't understand, they gave us a counter offer at asking price. Can't we just accept the counter offer and then everything's set?"
He says (forbeitum): "We won't know until the offer is either accepted or rejected. The next offer is probably going to be the last offer we submit because it says "Highest and Best" above our offer"
I ask him what he means and he says: "It won't let me change the offer type from highest and best when I was clicking on it. That made me realize this is probably the last offer we are going to submit before they decide"
So I sign on an offer for $215k.
Once again, it feels weird since he seemed fine with $200k earlier, but now keeps pushing me to offer as much as I can now that he knows I can offer more.
Anyway, the day ends.
And there's nothing.
The next day, day 8 since the listing goes by.... no response.
It's now nearly the end of day 9. The property is still listed for sale everywhere with no changes.
My offer has technically expired, and I'm wondering what to do. According to the realtor, there has been no response from the sellers.
"Good morning. No there are no updates at this time. I keep checking in to see if anything has changed"
I ask: "Are things usually this non-communicative when it comes to buying from banks? Seems weird to have no response at all."
He says: "It's not a normal offer"
Wtf does that mean?? I asked him to clarify and he never responded.
I want my realtor to be communicating with a real person, but it seems like all they can do is interact with a machine? Is this normal? What's the strategy here?
I haven't signed anything exclusive with this realtor, besides the expired offers. Should I quickly find someone else to make an offer with? Should I tell them my situation and ask them to force communication with a human?
Is my realtor genuine? I still don't understand the counter offer thing with the automated offer system and why I should be offering more than that. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi everyone, recently, I have been using GPT-4 a lot to improve my level in SQL, more precisely in terms of querying an existent database, not in creating database from scratch or architecturing it.
Indeed, this gem is very good for generating exercises to push my limits and improve my querying level.
However, recently I haven't been able to find the perfect prompt to encourage GPT to provide me with exercises related to what I'm asking for.
It's mind blowing how he struggles to deliver exactly what I want and he seems to be missing the point.
What I want ChatGPT to do is give me an exercise every time I ask for it. This exercise should push me to use the different functions, clauses, joins, mathematical operations, that is to say everything that is possible to query using SQL. To put it simply, I must be able to provide a complete report, around a single theme, where each step or instruction leads naturally to a next one and this for each exercise with a completely different situation from the previous one.
Obviously, I don't want it to force me to use all the principles at the same time in a single query to answer the exercise. I prefer that he pushes me to use a few at the same time.
Here is examples of typical exercise that I would like to solve and which I thought about 30 minutes ago :
Example 1 :

1.Calculate the turnover of companies for each region. 2.Identify regions that generated over 2 million in revenue. 3.List the top-revenue-generating company within each region that generated over 2 million in revenue. 4.Highlight the highest revenue-generating sale for each of the top company by region that generated over 2 million in revenue. 

Example 2 :

1.Gather all book sales that occurred in the last 3 months. 2.Calculate the number of sales for each book within this 3-month period and sort the results by the highest sales count. 3.Determine the total revenue generated by each book from the sales made in the last 3 months. 4.Filter out books that contributed less than 20% of the total revenue. 5.Identify the book with the highest sales count in the last 3 months. Identify the book that generated the most revenue in the last 3 months. Identify the book with the least sale count in the last three months. 

Example 3 :
1.Return the unique IDs and addresses for all stores controlled by our video game company. 2. Return the quantity of each video game in stock for each store. 3. Calculate the actual stock for each video game based on the sales that occurred in each store. 4.Identify videogames with stocks below the safety stock (threshold). 5.Identify stores that have more than three items below the safety stock. 6.Identify stores that have between 3 and 5 items below the threshold as "Not a priority", between 6 and 9 items as "Priority", between 10 and 13 as "Critic", and more than 14 as "Maximum priority"
As you can see, these types of exercises would push me to use as many SQL functions and clauses as possible while at the same time practicing with joins and CTE. When I ask ChatGPT to do these kind of exercices, it goes insane and send me the same exercice with one or two minor differences and keep giving the same type of exercices with a slightly different situation.
I don't wanna give up but it's almost as if I won't find the good prompt that would allow ChatGPT to give me these kind of exercices around a unique theme, a unique situation that would push me to generate a large report based on logical and linked instructions. Because when I ask GPT to give me exercises to train, here is how it looks :

What it does is separate the instructions, and there is little link between them. It feels strange, and I can't see how it will help me train CTE and have a better grasp of JOINS. This is not the type of exercise and directions I am looking for. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I'm hoping someone would understand. I am confident that if I could create an appropriate prompt, it would provide me with the activities I am looking for.

It’s a lot of gayromance and they are queen and David Bowie fans, so there is a lot of references.
Since this is trending, in the comments of every David Bowie or Queen edit are tons of people saying „this is so atyd coded“, „remus would love it“, etc. and at thus point IT‘S SO ANNOYING YING TO ME. Why can’t I enjoy music and talk with other fans without seeing all those comments about how xy coded this is?

I’ve been seeing this girl for 9 months, and she’s 4 months pregnant (but we knew eachother for 4 years but didn’t know her all to well before) I have my own place, go to school full time, in a coding boot camp, and taking certificates to get better experience for ML(Machine learning) while also providing all the income for us.
⭐️Before pregnancy⭐️
Flashback to 12 months ago I was in the marine corp for 2 years and had to cut my time short due to adhd/ptsd after losing my dream job that I graudated highscool early for I went through a month of extreme depression. After 3 counselors I got better . I was still actively working right after the military for planning ahead and then lost my tech after 4 months job due to the whole company going under. The next day I found out she was pregnant. I believe she should have the choice since it’s her body /and she choose to keep the baby.
⭐️The problem⭐️
The 1st problem was she didn’t want to work and doesn’t have her license that I pushed her to do but can’t do it herself. I have been nice about it I’ve made whole google docs and videos of motivation, applied for jobs for her, let her use my car to learn to drive, been with her to do it, but still doesn’t want to do anything so I gave up after months and months on trying. A counselor would help but her mom doesn’t believe in that so brings in her mind there no point of getting better. She very shy and has anxiety about it and I do feel very bad but I do to still have anxiety to we’re my legs tremble and hands and feet sweat 24/7 near anyone. She adores her mom more than anyone in the world but her mom is a pill popper who hasn’t worked for over 20 years and even refused to work when they were all on the streets. I took her brother and my girlfriend to Disneyland and mind you spent over of all of the money I earned from the military from the gifts, vacations places, and food because she has never seen any of this before. I knew they would never have the opportunity see it and deserved to because her dad was not on the picture so they were just living off the government. So what I did was work to make enough money and do my college and extra certificates and experience on top networking to land a good job)

after one month of this her uncle turned homeless and started living with them REMIND YOU her uncle . ( he attempted to s/a her as a kid) but didn’t succeed. He’s says he all Jesus and all that but u can see right through him that’s just words no action. I believe to respect ur adults and the elderly my manners are how I was raised by……………. But this flipped a switch that never was there. Her mom not doing anything and me knowing things she could do to get rid of him ( I even paid her 2,000 dollars) to get rid of him and nobody did anything and that was when she was pregnant) my girlfriend said she was fine about it and she not much afraid of him and started resenting me because how I felt about her mom and I kept dropping it but I couldn’t stand knowing he was there alone with her some days) So I went to online college and then saved up money to get an apartment to be away from him and did it mind you during this whole thing my main focus was that and getting all my certificates and more experience to be a software engineer but she was still getting mad at me because how I felt about her mother.That I was getting in college that I was also actively going to everyday but started to doing online classes because I didn’t feel safe with her being alone her uncle being there. A month goes by and the uncle TALKS ABOUT HER BOOBS INFRONT OF HER MOM. And I just… idk… the forgiving person that I was trying to see is gone forever after that for her mom….. and yes he is still living there and yes we got the aprartment right after that. But after that she still rensentined me because of how I felt about her mom and now I’m losing feelings for her because of the asking for things knowing I have to take out time for studying to make the money we don’t have but I think I do well doing it tho i like getting her things. I am trying just the money a little tight because I know how much cloud computing can make and all the 3 certificates, and all projects and college im doing but having to pay for the certs. But the way I feel about her mom now ( and I really did try to be so nice I promise and even talked to my counclears about it but that’s just not gonna happen anymore). I loved her so much but the more I think about it , if anything goes bad with money WHICH IS GOING TO HAPPEN she would not even be able to be there for me. (Also I want to say it has never slipped my mind that I would not provide for this child that’s the whole point of doing the college and all that I would rather not but I know what I need to do).

I workout two hours a day 6 days a week, study mostly all day and then work when I need to for all the bills and whatever she wants or needs is starting to get to me also I I’m doing some meditation so I can sleep. I’ve tried to spend as much time with her but usually I’m done late and I’m jsut so worn out and then she gets sad becasue I’m tired but I try to take her places every week for the most part and get her food she likes. I feel alone most days and now i would rather watch YouTube or video by myself than with her. And the one time we did take a break which was 2 days she cried all day and her mom said she never left her room, and that’s not right for the baby so I went back to get her. I don’t think she would commit sucicde if we broke up but she says it as a joke but most of the time I can’t take it as a joke( my dad attempted and succeeded when I was 10). But if she did I don’t know how I would live with myself or if her feelings hurt the baby).I’ve read so many books on love and just helpful books but nothing helps much.

Hello everyone, FTB here with a few silly questions.
I viewed a property yesterday evening for the 1st time and thinking about putting an offer in. I am very new to this so have a few questions I would like to ask. The estate agent has said that one offer is already in. The house has been up for several months and has already had one sale fall through. I'm thinking about making an offer on the back of just one viewing, but seeking some opinions.
I know the area well, as I used to work close by so not worried about that. Asking price is £265,000 it says on the website it was reduced previously but I'm not sure from what.
1) Is it reasonable to offer under £265k?
The reason for this is I'm happy with the state of the property (as far as I can tell, not any expertise in this area) however I am chain free and have a large deposit (25-30%), I've heard this can give an advantage, especially as they have already had a sale fall through. Several family members have said not to offer the list price and that it is the "done thing" to offer a little bit under (not sure about this). I'm considering to offer 5%-10% under so around £235-250k. I am a serious buyer and don't want to come off like I'm playing games to try and save a bit of money, but on the other hand, I'm feel I'm an attractive buyer and with one sale already falling through moving quicker for a bit less might be in their interest. Is it reasonable to stick in an offer of 235 and expect to negotiate up to 245 (for example).
2) I would like to go with my parents/sister to visit the property. Should I book a second viewing before or after making an offer? How likely will it be that the owner accepts another offer, in the meantime if I request a second viewing immediately, rather than going straight into the offer, and does my chain free status give me any lee-way here?
I'm thinking maybe to just go right in and offer on Monday, but equally I would like to go with my family to get their opinions. I'd also like to have a look at the loft space, which I couldn't do first time around. I wouldn't class this as essential, but something I would like to do, and I think having someone else look is reasonable. The balance I'm trying to strike here is a bit tricky perhaps.
I don't want the seller, or estate agent to doubt my legitimacy by putting in an offer and then asking for a second viewing, would it make the seller worried, like I'm trying to find some faults with the property or something? Equally I don't want to request a second viewing, and then in the meantime the house is taken off the market by the first offer (which the EA has told me is in). I have no idea about this other offer, it could be that the first offer is by someone in a chain, or a worse financial position than myself. This could worry the buyer as the first sale fell through because the buyer could not secure the correct funding.
3) Should I amend my AIP to be closer in value to the property?
Based on my salary, I could probably mortgage around 280k and I have a deposit of up to around 120k. So in theory I could be looking at properties around 350-400k. I'm not because I'd prefer to not go for the max amount and I am happy with this house after my first visit. If the EA sees I can (in theory) afford another 150k on the house price, they might be more likely to want to me to pay more. On the other hand, it can indicate I am more likely to get accepted for a mortgage (which was the sticking point of the sale that fell through).
4) How honest should I be with the EA? And should I wait for him to call me or shall I call him on Monday?
I'm thinking I could just ring him up and ask directly, "look I like the property, I'm chain free with a large deposit, so you can tell the owner I can move quickly, and more likely to be fine getting a mortgage, this should be more comforting to the owner who had a sale fall through before, I would like to do a second viewing and then immediately put an offer in, I'm very interested, but because of those reasons I'd like to offer 240k".
Or is it better to "play the game"?
5) Did I miss anything, general advice anyone can give.
Ultimately I'm very serious and very interested, just trying to get the best price and hopefully my chain free status and decent deposit should make me more attractive.
