Teva vs sandos adderall ir

An overly long question about resetting my period.

2024.05.19 07:04 omfg_itsnotbutter An overly long question about resetting my period.

33f 145lbs 5'3 depression-ADHD - wellbutrin/Adderall - birth control (none) - was tri-lo Estaryella in January for one month. Hated it and stopped mid cycle. Prior to this periods were on a very consistent 28 day cycle, very mild, no cramps and lasted 5 days each time.
Tldr - I messed up my menstrual cycle and I'm trying to determine when to fix it.
I've got an interesting circumstance to figure out. In January my body rejected a copper iud after 2 weeks of it being in (i got RSV and literally coughed so violently that my body rejected the iud).
I went on tri lo estaryella for basically a month and went off it because it made me feel sick as hell. Since February, I haven't had a period. I've taken three pregnancy tests two weeks apart each and all are negative. Also my husband hasn't been able to be intimate due to his neck injury so there's not a whole lot of chances anyways for pregnancy over the past few months so I'm not too concerned. I know my issue is because I screwed with my hormones with the oral contraceptive.
I'm trying to determine when to treat this. In June I have a vacation that's really special to me that I'm going on. I don't want my period to finally arrive and ruin my time (it's a camping trip... šŸ»). I'm assuming the treatment will be a progesterone pill. The trip is June 19th to the 24th.
My questions are....
If I treat this now, will I have some horrible period that last for weeks until the trip? Will it be like 3 months worth of crazy mood swings and an angry uterus?
If I wait until after the trip, am I putting my body through more issues vs if I were to get my periods to a regular cycle?
Could this lack of periods be why I'm so bloated lately? And why I've been so blah moodwise... some days I have a shorter temper but still nothing bad... will treating it now cause my temperament to be affected hormonally come my trip in June?
In your professional opinions, is it better to treat now or can i wait until July to finally reset my very confused hormones?
Thank you :)

2024.05.19 04:11 uncleruckus32 Failed drug test before new program

Hey all, I have been prescribed adderall for 10+ years. My program asked for a pre employment drug test which popped up for amphetamine. They sent it off to the lab and said a MRO would get in touch. I told them I am prescribed adderall and the dosage.
Hereā€™s where I fucked up: I have step 3 soon and ran out of my adderall. The day before, I took one of my partners vyanse since I was waiting for my script to be filled. I didnā€™t even think of the drug test. Pretty dumb, I know.
Through googling I see that the labs have the technology to differentiate adderall vs vyvanse. What I canā€™t figure out is ~will~ they? Am I screwed? I donā€™t really know what to do honestly. Seems pretty extra for a program to go the extra step like that but I was wondering if anyone had insight on this. Thanks

2024.05.19 02:57 Regular_Bee_5605 I've always thought it was a myth that stimulants magically had opposite effects on people with ADHD vs. without ADHD and I still do. Thoughts?

People with ADHD are especially prone to claim this. Yet a stimulant is a stimulant. It's not like it becomes a sedative magically because someone has ADHD. Plus, one has to think many cases of ADHD are misdiagnosed due to so many other disorders potentially presenting very similar symptoms, but ADHD being a more salient disorder often results in that diagnosis. But it still helps those people. A stimulant is going to help anyone focus better, and at high doses will cause a feeling of increased energy and mood elevation. I haven't seen any evidence that the brains are so utterly different between ADHD vs. not that somehow a big increase in dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin isn't going to cause similar effects in both groups.
I say this as someone who was diagnosed with ADHD at age 9. But I feel like many of my fellow ADHDers simply want to feel more justified in being the ones that "deserve" stimulants more. In reality, stimulants help most people to an extent and make them feel good. Hence why the most common use in the past was for depression. I think they should be more widely prescribed for a wider range of reasons.
The DEA is very puzzling in that it has some drugs that aren't harmful at all as schedule I, and benzos are schedule iv vs. schedule ii for stimulants, but I think benzos are FAR more harmful. Methylphenidate being scheduled the same as amphetamines is also a joke. It's so much weaker than amphetamine, far less prone to cause addiction, and works in different ways. I could understand keeping adderall schedule ii, but Methylphenidate should be schedule iv. I've taken most stimulants in my life, and I've also taken modafinil/armodafinil. Modafinil is schedule iv but seems far more potentially addictive than XR formulations of Ritalin.

I wanted to share with you all a bit of rationalization for why you shouldnā€™t just dismiss all ā€œorbsā€ as dust and other prosaic objects. I see this constantly in many subs ā€alll orbs are dustā€ not quiteā€¦
I wanted to share with you all because paranormal subs shit all over anything in ā€œorb formā€ without taking in how dimension works, or that many UAPā€™s take the shape of an orb, and orbs are also used in ancient art to depict ā€œtime travelā€ etc. an orb or a sphere is one of the most energy efficient shapes in 3D. Iā€™ve shared many ā€œorbsā€ to my own page.
Many experiencers donā€™t share because theyā€™re met with negativity and mocking accusations, calling us ā€œinsaneā€ and ā€œschizoā€. It is so emotionally draining to share such personal experiences and to be met with hostility by people that havenā€™t had these experiences for themselves, nor do they quite understand how dimension works. I personally want to share SO MUCH of what Iā€™ve learned over the last 2 years since I began my awakening/experiencing anomalies myself, but it really is soul sucking, Iā€™ve mostly just stopped. Occamā€™s razor needs to take a back seat to anomalous phenomena, there just isnā€™t a simple way to explain such complexity, and that is what most people jump to without asking questions for clarity, just make immediate assumptions, and mockery.
here are orbs in ancient art/hieroglyphics traveling through spaceā€
Check this out a sphere visits flatland and take it up a dimension, instead of a sphere entering a 2D plane appearing as a line, imagine a 4D shape entering our 3D plane, and think of what we would see. We would see only a portion of its shape along the cross sections of our plane within length, width and height.
Orbs:
example

example
another example of an ORB manifesting out of a clear blue sky and turning into white light
example of my captures vs Gov releases
tesseract (4D shape, cube within a cube) shadow/UAPif you watch that Sagan video explaining the 4th dimension (linked above) youā€™ll understand this. Like the projection of a 4D shape would be a 3D shadow, similar to our 3D shape is a 2D shadow.
here is an example of a shadow of a hypersphere, as well as a side by side next to a lens flare so you can see the difference in texture. Iā€™ve also included a few other orbs, and examples in sacred geometry, as well as an atom and antimatter, upclose they look like giant atoms with quarks inside
ā€œshadowā€ of entities in a projection of the mask of mars, and a ā€œdjinnā€ (that morphed from the green orb i attached above) holographic theory
large black shadow ORBS close to the ground, and appear larger because I used a polarizing filter, and they REFRACT light because they arenā€™t made of matter (all matter REFLECTS light) which is why these appear as a blacker than black shadow
Not my capture of an ORB making a crop circle through frequency and vibration
Pentagon ORB shaped uap
gimbal ufo (I attached my own side by side next to this one, as well as my capture next to the Mosul ORB)
The difference in corporeal objects and dust particles and such is mostly the speed (they are so fast that you just canā€™t see them at 30fps/real time, my videos are recorded in super slow motion, which is 8x slower at 240fps/1080p), texture, and the sharp angles they turn, or shooting straight upward (lack inertia), even their actions showing intelligence for how they move, or react to being recorded.
Please keep an open mind, realize that we humans literally see just .0035% of the ENTIRE electromagnetic spectrum, or what we call ā€œvisible lightā€, and also try to imaging what a 4D shape would look to us in 3D, add in there that the only reason we perceive 3D is because of the reflection of light, a good example of this is a flat screen tv, or looking in the mirror. Both are a flat surface that give the perception of 3D. Rationalize that if a 4D shape/being were above our plane, we would only see its shadow, (like our 3D hand projecting a 2D shadow puppet on a flat wall) or if it entered our 3D plane, (think poking a hole through a piece of paper, and a 2D ā€œflatlander would see just a line) all we would see is a ā€œslice of an appleā€ (reference to the Sagan video I linked above).
Overall, please humble yourself a bit and donā€™t respond with anger, ridicule and sneering. Ask questions to better understand instead of make immediate assumptions. These experiences are deeply personal, and so complex that even this long winded post is barely the tip of the iceberg. There is an active Psyop to keep experiencers quiet. Weā€™re downvoted to hell, mob mentality kicks in, and people see ā€œoh, this person is in the negatives, they must be full of it!ā€ and the flow of condemnation ensues along with name calling and armchair Reddit psychologists. I can assure you, Iā€™ve already gone through phases of thinking I could have possibly lost it. Ontological shock is incredibly difficult to go through. Iā€™ve compulsively studied to attempt to make sense of my own senseless experiences to keep myself sane, but Iā€™m not going to lie, it felt like I could have possibly lost my mind when this began for me if I werenā€™t as strong as I am, I really had to ground myself, so have some empathy and respect with your responses to people that try to share with you, even on Reddit.
Thanks for reading

2024.05.18 22:01 BrittAnne1996 Overstimulated as heck. Ugh

I've never felt so overstimulated. Usually I just feel over emotional. Starting yesterday, I've been so over sensitive with feeling. Just last night, I couldn't sleep with my shirt on. It was making me SO uncomfortable, like I wanted to claw my skin off. I just started taking Adderall, as I just got diagnosed last month. My doctor has already upped my medication, and I'm now on 20mg of the IR, whereas I was on 10mg IR. I'm hoping I just feel this way cause of my meds and I'll get use to them in the next few weeks. I'm so overstimulated, I'm stuck in ADHD paralysis. I so bad want to play my videogame, but I'm just so uncomfortable. I need to move but I can't. My arms feel like I have 20lb weights on them and I want to cry and scream. Please, tell me this gets better. I just want to feel normal. šŸ„ŗ

2024.05.18 21:28 Camerillionx Greenback IRā€™s

Iā€™ve been sniffing at some external IRā€™s lately and Iā€™m looking to try some Greenbacks to pair with the SLO. Playing a lot of 80s hair metal, so figured Iā€™d give greenbacks a try.
Iā€™ve been looking at these two from York: MRSH 412 M25 and FDMN 412 M25-V30 (Marshall 412 with G12Mā€™s vs. Friedman 412 with G12mā€™s and V30s)
Has anyone tried both and got some input on the differences? Atleast when it comes to the greenbacks? I know the Friedman comes with V30s as well, but other than that, are they that different?

2024.05.18 20:13 DemonSwordsman53 Need help with PvP (console)

So my friend on PlayStation got into Sea of Thieves and as such the rest of my friends have gotten back into it over on Xbox. I'll start by saying that I didn't get very far in terms of progression back when I played a couple years ago.
My friends and I have always felt completely out classed in all forms of combat with other players. When it comes to naval combat (not including them boarding us like they're Sam Fisher) we can't seem to damage them enough to sink them. Our performance when it comes to hitting with cannons is varied but generally ok I would say. We can hold out fine with repairs and all that, but the fight just doesn't seem to get anywhere.
I'm aware of the basic strategy and have watched numerous videos as well as asked other players (when they weren't actively trying to kill me) what I should do to better my skills in combat. The general consensus is don't be an idiot and keep your cannons on them whilst keeping their cannons off of you where possible. Aim for the mast with chainshot and drop their anchor if you manage to board them, at which point you can circle around them and blast them from all sides. If their mast is down then try to keep them from getting it back up via cannons or even blunderbombs. All that is just common sense more or less, but we can't seem to get to that stage because we keep getting boarded and obliterated instantaneously via blunderbuss.
When it comes to boarding I don't understand how it feels this unfair. I'm well aware of the "controller only" option and I always opt for that because I know I wouldn't stand a snowball's chance otherwise. Obviously boarding via ladder means you're gonna get blasted immediately, but when I get launched into their ship via cannons I feel like I wouldn't be getting disintegrated by a blunderbuss within the first second of landing. I've been told numerous times, and have experienced more than enough times, that the blunderbuss is the best weapon to have. I know it's possible to get a one shot kill if you can blast them from point blank range and as such, I always keep the blunderbuss equipped.
This is where I'm gonna sound like a kid in a Call of Duty lobby. Whenever I blast people from unfathomably close range with the blunderbuss, I rarely get the one shot kill. What's even more baffling to me is that even after getting a close range hit, the proceed to take three or more shots from about three or four feet away and then I'm getting killed from two to three shots on average.
Two points that need to be brought up are helping and accuracy. I know you can heal, but the problem is that in these instances, that are the source of my frustration, they never put their weapon away and I see them reloading before firing again and they rinse and repeat. When I do see them heal then obviously I can understand why their tanking as many shots as they are, especially if it's a pineapple that they scarf down. As far as accuracy there's obviously a lot of variation because the blunderbuss fires pellets in a spread. Understandably not all of the pellets are going to connect (unless the barrel is down their throat) but a good portion of pellets hitting would lead me to believe that they've received a fair bit of damage. The fights that are the most infuriating is when we're both hopping around like rabbits and firing the blunderbuss whenever we see fit like it's a no-scope battle from mw2 (the good one from 2009), contrary to a no-scope battle, there's no luck involved which makes me feel like I'm playing with a handicap. I'm pretty good at hopping around and hitting shots, but am I just not hitting enough with enough pellets and their just hitting me with a couple more? It feels really bad when I've spent all this time sailing around looting or whatever and when a fight comes around I just can't win.
Given the variation in schedules, if I'm playing with somebody it's almost always on a sloop, but sometimes we have enough people online for a brig. When it comes to fighting on the Brigantine I feel less confident because there's a lot more to cover and the slower speed definitely throws a wrench in the usual way we maneuver during combat (which is obviously a skill issue). When it comes to Sloop vs Sloop combat, I feel fine and can maneuver the ship comfortably and efficiently. But when we get in a fight we can NEVER sink them. I believe I've sank an enemy sloop three times throughout my entire career. We can blast them to hell with cannons and knock down their mast, but then we get boarded and get blasted while they repair their ship and keep the pressure on us. Given that you can only have two people on a sloop, they must be on Adderall to be performing all those tasks that quickly whilst their crewmate assaults us onboard our ship. The best we can manage is killing them when they board while we still get hit from their cannons. We can hold out for a long time and keep some pressure on them with our cannons, but between them boarding and needing to repair, we wind up losing any kind of momentum we had in the fight. We're good enough at the naval combat, but can't get ahead in the fight when it comes to the player combat.
I'm honestly not sure what hope there is for me because I feel like I'm doing everything I can, but I'm just not good enough to compete with other players. I know there's the safer seas option, but that takes the fun out of it for me. I want to have conflict and I want there to be danger, but I just wind up losing every fight I get into. I'm not expecting to win every fight, I'm just wanting to not lose every fight.

2024.05.18 19:15 Alternative_Diver736 3M Ceramic IR vs 3M Ceramic IM?

Just want to ask anyone na may alam kung ano difference ng dalawa? Sinesearch ko kasi sa google tas walang comparison lol. Just wanted to ask before kami magpalagay ng tint.
Also, legit bang mas malinaw yung vision ng slight kesa sa regular tint from Casa? Car is a toyota wigo at regular tint na light sa front and medium na lahat yung ibang windows. Ang hirap kasi makakita sa labas pag yung medium, eh mahilig pa man din kami magpunta sa mga province tapos wala sila usually streetlights kaya ang hirap. Balak sana namin is ganun ulit ipakabit, bale 3M ceramic tapos light sa harap and medium sa other windows for privacy. Pero kung based sa experience niyo eh mahirap pa rin makakita kapag naka medium kahit na ceramic, baka mag light na lang kami sa lahat pati sa front.

2024.05.18 15:41 thecheeseking9 Interstellar Imperium 2.6.4 Energy Weapon tier list, by thecheeseking9

This tier list is made to attempt to rank the energy weapons included in the Interstellar Imperium mod by Dark Revenant. It is heavily based on and inspired by the many great tier list of the base game made by user Grevious69, who was inspired by the tier lists made by user PureLSD. This list will follow largely follow the format of the tier lists by Grevious69 where I will include 2 ranks (first rank being in AI control, second rank in the playerā€™s control) if there is a significant performance difference in rank between an AI used VS a player used. If either person of the tier list feel that this list should be removed or changes made, please inform me to do so.
A disclaimer, this tier list is made for a different version of the mod from capital, cruiser, destroyer and frigate tier list since I took so long to make it that the mod and the game has been updated.
-----SMALL ENERGY-----
Custos Defender: B-
Fragmentation beam PD (Point Defense) weapon, the Custos Defender do good DPS making them quite effective against missiles. However, they cost 6 OP like Burst PD, have a fairly poor range and do fragmentation damage meaning they can struggle to stop Sabot Missiles which activate further away and a lot against shielded fighters as even PD Lasers will have better DPS against them due to damage type. Decent against missiles but can struggle against fighters due to poor range and DPS and with a cost of 6 OP, you would have to think hard on whether being slightly better against most missiles is worth taking over the ever-reliable Burst PD.
ER Particle Cannon: B
Burst firing fragmentation weapon with good DPS, you could think of them as small Thumpers / IR Autolance as they are quite strong against hull as well. They also have a very impressive range and like most fragmentation weapons have positive efficiency. Unlike Thumpers or IR Autolances, they do not function on charges so are free to use their range and fire rate to pepper enemies to suppress them and force them to keep their shield up especially if their armor has already been cracked open. Pays for all this by costing 8 OP, quite high for a small weapon and the fact that small energy mounts are generally reserved for PD such as Burst PD. Good weapon to equip if you have some spare mounts and OP and have a need for a weapon to harass opponents as well as finish them off.
Particle Gun: C+
Budget PD, the Particle Gunā€™s biggest selling point is probably its very cheap 2 OP cost. They do fragmentation damage and have decent DPS which alongside their low cost means they can destroy missiles well enough if massed. However, they have quite a poor range, do fragmentation damage and are projectiles which while fast is still not as accurate as beams and can struggle against very quick or shielded targets like fighters. Decent budget PD against missiles if youā€™re really tight on OP but I would still try to equip better PD generally.
Pulsar Cannon: B
Charge based energy weapon that does HE damage, the Pulsar Cannon could be considered a HE compliment to IR Pulse Lasers. The Pulsar Cannon fires in a burst and does decent HE damage for its size letting it strip light armor as well as DPS and doesnā€™t take too long to recover charges. However, it does almost nothing to shields due to its damage type so will require help against them such as the IR Pulse Laser. Good HE energy weapon if you donā€™t have ballistic mounts and arenā€™t using a strong but risky burst weapon like Antimatter Blasters.
-----MEDIUM ENERGY-----
Heavy Pulsar Cannon: B-
Medium version of the Pulsar Cannon with much of the same traits though you now have to compete directly against the Heavy Blaster. The Heavy Pulsar Cannon still has positive efficiency meaning it can be fire away without being too pricy but due to its modest base damage, it can struggle against heavy armor. The Heavy Blaster on the other hand is expensive to fire but is capable of destroying even heavy armor in a few shots. This means you will often have to stay and fire for a longer period which is often not conductive to many hit and run playstyles which ships relying on energy weapons often use. Efficient HE energy weapon that can be used alongside Pulse Lasers that isnā€™t very flux hungry if you only have energy weapon mounts but can struggle against heavier armor since it lacks the extreme burst damage of the Heavy Blaster.
Heavy Pulse Laser: B+
Up gunned Pulse Lasers, theyā€™re very similar to Pulse Lasers with double the base damage leading to a slight DPS increase though pays for this with a 2 OP cost increase as well as neutral efficiency. This will generally mean they are better against armor and can be worse against shields in some situations as they are more expensive to fire. Not a bad weapon if you need Pulse Lasers to deal with both shield and armor but I think itā€™s generally preferable to combine the Pulse Laser to deal with shields and use the powerful Heavy Blaster to blow armor away far quicker.
Pulsar Repeater: C
Rapid fire version of the Heavy Pulsar Laser with a lower base damage, OP cost and range. The higher rate of fire leads to a higher DPS but keep the lower base damage in mind. They also auto target missiles if there arenā€™t any targets but isnā€™t that good at PD duty and though have really good efficiency on paper, the lower base damage will mean it will require the ship to stay and fire to chip away at armor for a longer period which combined with the low range can make this quite dangerous. Low range and base damage make this quite a questionable anti-armor weapon considering the Heavy Pulsar Cannon and Heavy Blaster will outperform it often so I would only use it if youā€™re willing to use a poor range, low damage HE weapon to continuously fire at enemies.

I'm on Adderall. Been on it about a month, but now I am on 20mg a day. I take the IR version of it. I've only been on 20mg for about 5 days. Well, all day today, the skin on my back has been so sensitive, it happens rts to wear a shirt. Is this a side effect of my Adderall or a symptom of my ADHD? I've never had this before meds, but I looked online for side effects of the Adderall and never found one with skin sensitivity. It's so bad, my muscles in my back feel how restless leg syndrome feels. It's such a bizarre feeling that is SO hard to explain. The meds working pretty good so far. Just this issue and not being able to sleep. I'm gonna at least wait til my next appt and if there is no improvement, I'm gonna ask for the ER version of it. Maybe it's just releasing in my system too quick? Idk, if you have dealt with this, please help. I wanna claw my skin off, it's so bad.šŸ„ŗšŸ„ŗ

Our Verdict 9.1/10

BetWhale is one of the new kids on the block and offers big rewards for crypto users. In fact, thereā€™s an unlimited crypto welcome bonus which is pretty amazing.
One of the standout features at this offshore sportsbook is the live betting and live streaming features that work together seamlessly. You wonā€™t get stream of all sports but thereā€™s certainly enough to keep you going.
As for payments, we;;, it stands to reason that thereā€™s lots of support for crypto but you can also make card payments. Payouts here are super fast and can be processed in as little as a few minutes when using crypto.

4. Everygame Sportsbook ā€“ Lots of Ongoing Promos

  • Payout time: 1-2 days
  • Established: 1996 (as Intertops)
  • License: Curacao
  • Headquarters: Antigua
  • Restricted states: KY, LA, MD, MO, NJ, NY, WA

Our Verdict 9/10

Everygame took its first bet in 1996 as Intertops. Itā€™s one of the longest-running offshore sportsbooks in the world. And in that time this bookie has perfected its sports betting platform in every way imaginable.
Everygame runs some great ongoing promos such as the weekly draws where you can pick up some free bets. These draws are for anyone that makes in-play parlay wagers.
The selection of prop bets could improve while weā€™d also like to see live streaming. But the range of futures and other bets makes this a minor flaw in an otherwise perfect sportsbook.

Our Verdict 8.9/10

TG.Casino Sportsbook is unique among the best offshore sportsbooks for its long list of sports betting markets. For an offshore betting site that started out as a casino, this is one seriously impressive site.
One of the unique features of TG.Casino is the markets if offers on esports leagues and tournaments. Youā€™ll struggle to find another sportsbook that covers the likes of Rocket League and Call of Duty.
On the banking side of things, this is a crypto offshore sportsbook, but you can buy crypto through the site using your card. Thereā€™s even a native coin $TGC that you can invest in and use to when betting.

Bonuses Available at Offshore Sports Betting Sites

One of the best things about offshore online sports betting sites is that you get access to the best sportsbook bonuses in the industry. In fact, these offers are usually much higher in value that any youā€™ll find at state-licensed sportsbooks.
Here are a few of the most common bonuses to look out for.

Welcome Bonuses

If you sign up for a new account youā€™ll get a nice big welcome bonus. This is usually a deposit match bonus but may also include a free bet or bonus bet. These bonuses can only be used once when you sign up and are often high in value.

Deposit Match Bonuses

This bonus matches your deposit by a certain percentage up to a max amount like 100% up to $500. Itā€™s a very simple bonus that just rewards you for putting more money in your account.

No Deposit Bonuses

This is like the triple-double of sports betting bonuses in that itā€™s super rare. The no deposit bonus gives you free credit to use at the offshore sportsbook. Itā€™s usually low in value, but hey, itā€™s free.

Bonus Bets

These are free wagers that are sometimes part of a welcome package or thrown in with deposit match bonuses. Any winnings from a bonus bet are yours to keep minus the stake. So a $25 bonus bet that returns $75 will see you pocket $50.

Ongoing Promotions

These are offers that are available to you as a regular customer. They can be bonuses for making deposits, bonus bets, special bets on certain events or parlay offers. One of the most popular ongoing promos is the odds boostsā€¦ which brings us to our next bonus.

Odds Boosts

This offer will enhance or ā€˜boostā€™ the odds for a particular wager which means more potential profits for you. These are almost always offered on a specific event or wager type for an event or sport.

Parlay Insurance

A parlay bet is made up of legs and this promos insures your overall wager if you lose by one leg. You wonā€™t get your winnings, but you will get your stake or part of your stake back.

Loyalty Bonuses

These are offers that are only available through a sportsbook loyalty program. These can be any of the bonuses listed above or even real world prizes like tickets to a game.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods at top offshore sportsbooks generally fall into two main categories: crypto and traditional. Below, you can read more on these banking options and find out if there are any offshore sportsbooks that accept PayPal.

Cryptocurrencies

Crypto like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin allow for fast deposits and withdrawals with no fees (outside of small mining charges). You also donā€™t have to worry about dealing with third parties like banks or credit card companies.

Traditional Payment Methods

Credit cards and debit cards are easy to use, but they may come with fees and arenā€™t available for withdrawals. Some sportsbooks let you use bank wire, but youā€™re potentially looking at high fees here too.

eWallets

At the time of writing, there are no offshore sportsbooks that accept PayPal, or other popular eWallets like Neteller and Skrill. This is unfortunate on one hand because eWallets deliver fast withdrawals. But on the other hand, they charge up to 3% fees on sportsbook cashouts.

Types of Bets at Offshore Sportsbooks

The best offshore sports betting sites feature a wide range of bet types. Hereā€™s what to expect regarding different kinds of wagers:
  • Moneyline: A simple bet on the game winner, but the favorite and underdog have different odds.
  • Point Spread: You wager on if the favorite or underdog will cover their respective spread.
  • Totals: Betting on whether two teams will combine to score more or less than the totals line.
  • Player Props: A wager on an individual playerā€™s statistical performance (e.g., Steph Curry to score 30+ points: yes/no).
  • Team Props: A bet on a team that doesnā€™t revolve around them winning or losing (e.g., Bills to score 4+ touchdowns: yes/no).
  • Parlays: Includes two or more outcomes, and all outcomes must win for a successful wager.
  • Same Game Parlays: Same as above, except all outcomes come from the same game rather than different matches.
  • Live Betting: Provides new bets in the middle of games, as opposed to pre-game moneylines, spreads, totals, etc.
  • Futures: Wagers that usually take weeks or months to settle (e.g., Who will win the championship?).

Popular Sports at the Best Offshore Sportsbooks

Most of the top offshore betting sites feature 20 sports or more. That means youā€™ll have no shortage of markets to wager on at these sportsbooks.
Here are some of the most popular sports that boast the most markets at US offshore sportsbooks.
NFL
The NFL is the premier US sport in terms of fanfare and betting. Sportsbooks go crazy every fall with many NFL prop bets, live wagering options, spreads, and moneylines. Just about any offshore sportsbook will have an impressive selection.
But if youā€™re looking for the absolute best NFL sportsbook, then you should head to BetOnline. This bookmaker covers pro football better than any other.
NBA
The NBA offers many wagering opportunities thanks to its 82-game season and lengthy postseason. Totals bets and player props are especially popular due to the NBAā€™s high-scoring nature. Itā€™s always fun wagering on how many points a certain player will score.
As for where you should bet on NBA games, Everygame stands out due to its consistent basketball coverage throughout the entire season.
MLB
Pro baseball takes the prize for the longest season at 162 games per team. MLB player props and same game parlays are quite popular among baseball bettors. Youā€™ll commonly see props involving pitchers and home runs.
This is especially true at Bovada, which has a loaded MLB betting section.
NHL
NHL betting is quite popular in northern states, or any metropolitan area with a good hockey team. It provides the chance to make unique bets like puck lines and period wagers. Of course, you can place common wagers on hockey too like moneylines, parlays, and live bets.
And where is best to place these wagers? BetNow is a leading NHL sportsbook thanks to its massive range of hockey bets.
NCAA Football & Basketball
No restrictions exist on college sports betting at offshore sportsbook sites. Contrast this to some regulated markets, where you canā€™t bet on in-state teams or any college teams at all in some cases.
NCAA football is extremely popular at offshore sports betting sites during fall while March Madness is the big draw for college basketball.
BetUS is a good site for both college football and basketball wagering as it has lots of picks and predictions on its BetUS TV shows.
Golf
While golf may not featuring exciting dunks or home runs, it still pulls in a lot of action at sportsbooks. Youā€™ll find lots of props, live wagers, and futures when the four Majors roll around. That said, mark your calendar for the PGA Championship, Masters, US Open, and British Open.
You might also want to open a Bovada account because weā€™ve found it to be the top golf sportsbooks.
Horse Racing
Horse racing may feel like itā€™s past its glory days, but it still pulls in the crowds at sportsbooks. Major races for betting purposes include the Kentucky Derby, Belmont Stakes, Preakness, Breedersā€™ Cup, and Grand National.
If you like horse racing betting, keep in mind that MyBookie provides an 8% rebate for horse bettors.
Esports
Esports betting gains more and more popularity with each passing year. It offers well over a dozen markets, with examples being LoL, CS:GO, Dota 2, Fortnite, and Rocket League. There are even live betting markets now for tournaments.
As for where to bet, we like the esports market selection at TG.Casino.
Other Sports
Some other popular sports among American bettors include boxing, MMA, soccer, and tennis. These sports each have major events and fights (boxing/MMA) throughout the year. Theyā€™re also popular among international crowds and draw bettors from around the globe.
Jazz Sportsbook is a nice sportsbook for these popular secondary markets because it caters so well to international bettors.

What is an Offshore Sportsbook?

Offshore sportsbooks are betting sites that are licensed by regulators outside the US such as Costa Rica, Curacao, or Panama. These licenses typically allow operators to serve multiple countries including the US.
This means that offshore betting sites are not regulated at state level but they are regulated by those offshore gaming authorities.
The best offshore sportsbooks offer the same betting products, odds, and services as their state-licensed counterparts. Weā€™d even say they offer better in many cases, but more on that later.

Are Offshore Sportsbooks Safe?

Thatā€™s the big question, right? And the simple answer is a resounding yes.
Top offshore sportsbooks are all fully licensed by respected gaming authorities. This means that they need to prove to the regulator that they are above board and have the right security measures in place to protect you and your money.
This means that they are perfectly safe to use in the USA. The same also applies in other countries, such as the UK, where you can bet at betting sites that are not on Gamstop. These sites are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, but they are still safe and legal to use.

Why Bet at Offshore Sportsbooks?

Offshore betting sites have been hugely successful for a long time now, so why is it that bettors keep using them? Well, here are a few of the major benefits to using offshore sportsbooks.
  • Bigger bonuses: Offshore sportsbook bonuses are usually much bigger than those at state-licensed sites. They can be worth thousands of dollars especially if using crypto.
  • Regular promos: You rarely need to wait for offshore online sports betting promos. Most offshore sportsbooks will have multiple offers running each month.
  • Crypto support: Offshore bookmakers always offer crypto as a banking option. You can expect fast deposits and withdrawals when using crypto and in some cases, instant payouts.
  • Available in most states: You donā€™t have to worry about geolocation software with offshore sportsbooks. The average offshore sportsbook serves most states in the US.
  • No taxes withheld: Federal laws require a gambling operator to report winnings over a certain amount or withhold taxes. But offshore online sportsbooks donā€™t report these winnings to the IRS leaving it up to you.
  • Better odds: Offshore sportsbooks have lower running costs as they do not pay state taxes. They can then pass these savings on to you in the form of better odds.

Is Sports Betting Legal in the US?

Sports betting is legal in the US. The Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) used to prevent sportsbooks on the internet from operating directly on American soil. But the 2018 repeal of PASPA gave states the right to regulate sports gambling. Many states have taken advantage of this opportunity since 2018.
No federal laws ban offshore sports betting. As a result, some offshore sportsbooks have been legally serving Americans for decades. BetUS, for example, has been in the offshore betting industry since 1994.
You can deposit and place wagers at the best offshore sportsbooks without any worries. This is because no US citizen has ever been prosecuted for offshore online betting.

Offshore Sports Betting on Mobile

You wonā€™t find offshore sportsbook apps at any of our recommended bookmakers. But you can still wager through a smartphone or tablet at any of the best offshore sportsbooks. Our top 10 recommended operators offer mobile betting through their websites.
You just need to visit your the site on your mobile device. From there, you can sign up, deposit, and start placing wagers. Youā€™ll find that offshore mobile sportsbooks are every bit as good as dedicated apps.

Pros & Cons of Mobile Offshore Sportsbooks vs Desktop

While offshore sports betting apps are few and far between, you can still bet through offshore mobile sportsbook sites. But how do they compare to desktop sites?
Pros
  • Perfect for betting on the go with no need for sitting
  • Stay on top of news and markets anywhere
  • Great for placing bets on vacation or other trips
  • Make bets in a stadium while watching games live
  • Mobile sportsbook screens usually load faster
Cons
  • Smaller screen versus desktop betting
  • Harder to see live streams
  • Convenience may lead to placing too many bets

Do You Have to Pay Taxes on Offshore Sportsbooks?

The IRS requires you to report any type of income, including winnings at gambling sites. State-licensed betting sites stick to this rule, reporting your winnings to the IRS if you make of over $600 in the year.
By contrast, offshore sportsbooks donā€™t report anything to American tax authorities. We still recommend that you pay taxes on sports betting winnings for legal purposes and it is best to speak to a tax professional.

Responsible Gambling

The best offshore sports betting sites make a commitment to responsible gambling. This includes tools that promote responsible betting such as:
  • Deposit limits
  • Spending/loss limits
  • Time limits
  • Self exclusion/account pauses
They will also feature dedicated pages on responsible gambling with resource links to organizations like the National Council on Problem Gambling.

2024.05.18 05:30 mrepka_7 How to avoid a ā€œcrashā€ after work?

Looking for any advice or suggestions on how to avoid the ā€œcrashā€ when ADHD meds wear off after I get off work?
I take Adderall XR and IR right now. Both a 20mg. I work from home full time and itā€™s a regular 9-5 M-F type of schedule. I take the XR in the morning between 8-9 and the IR between 12-2 and I do my best to ensure that Iā€™m eating around the time that I take both.
However, no matter what, it feels like once Iā€™m off work after 5, the ā€œcrashā€ sets in soon after the IR wears off and the regular symptoms of racing thoughts, ā€œlazinessā€, guilt/shame, etc run rampant. Itā€™s difficult to do house chores, commit to social events, get projects/school work done, engage in hobbies, and all that routine stuff after work. Can anyone else relate and offer any help?

2024.05.18 04:20 Different-Estate-279 Do my tonsils look normal? Or would it be better to inquire about getting them removed?

I (23F) have had the feeling like I have something in the back of my throat for about 2 days now. I thought it was maybe some stray dog hair that was stuck.
I took a flashlight to my mouth to look today and I believe the white substance on my left tonsil is a tonsil stone! I have never had a tonsil stone before or any other issues with my tonsils in the past.
I more recently, I would say the past couple months, notice the sides of my neck under my jaw feel tender which I think is where the lymph nodes are (?) and my tonsils feel slightly sore. Every other time Iā€™ve looked at my tonsils these past couple months, theyā€™ve looked like how they do in the picture, without the tonsil stone though obviously.
I have my yearly physical with my primary doctor on Monday. Iā€™ll definitely inquire about seeing if she can get the stone out (I tried coughing, gargling salt water, and almost threw up putting a q-tip back there, nothing has worked). Should I also ask about getting them removed? And what do you think could be the cause for my tonsils to look like this all the time?

Moscow's favorite archbishop

REPORTER (1in): While the protest leaders attempt to deny the Russian trace, Moscow is not hiding its strong support for Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan. Famous Russian media manager Aram Gabrelyanov recently wrote that Russian special services' ranking officials, tasked with Armenia-related activities, are impressed by Galstanyan.
What's noteworthy is that last year the same Aram Gabrelyanov wrote about the need to form a new opposition group led by a clergy member, and he even named Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan as the candidate.
This casts doubt on the spontaneous nature of Galstanyan's involvement in the protests. Gabrelyanov also mentioned a similar situation in Chechnya and that the "Chechen ethnos was saved by Haji Kadyrov". It appears the KGB has not changed its modus operandi.
The famous Kremlin ideologist Alexander Dugin, a known anti-Armenian, declared that the ongoing protests in Armenia and Georgia are polar opposites. In Georgia the protesters are Western agents, while in Armenia it's the patriots, Dugin said.

ARCHBISHOP: That's something you should ask political parties and experts.
QUESTION: Is there any specific recommendation?
ARCHBISHOP: No.
QUESTION: On May 9 you gave Pashinyan 1 hour and 20 minutes to resign, without having a roadmap?
ARCHBISHOP: We rushed. //
Galstanyan said they are taking a break from the "street movement" but "everything that we have, all the plans, step-by-step you will know about everything. There are people fully dedicated to carrying out various activities."
Galstanyan plans to hold another meeting with political forces soon.
LHK (Edmon Marukyan's party): We held talks with Bagrat srbazan and support his movement and share his concerns regarding the border delimitation. video of the Kirants house that falls under the Azeri side of the border

Context in Thursday digest. The coordinates of one house with its barn, one trailer-style shop, and one garage were found to be located on the Azeri side. The owners will receive compensation from the government. The residents of the house will move out by July 24 to allow border guards to be stationed in the area.
The owner says this house was built sometime in 1972-1974 and that during the ongoing clarifications of coordinates, the government informed him that the Soviet records contained an error [leading to him receiving a cadastre certificate in independent Armenia]. This house was targeted and burned down by Azeris during the war in 1990s. The resident purchased it in 2005.
In related news. Kirants farmers will regain access to 25 hectares of land that was used as a buffer zone since 1990s.

Foreign Minister Mirzoyan during the Session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

MIRZOYAN: This year we celebrate the 75th anniversary of our Organization. The Council of Europe remains one of the most important international organizations in protection of human rights and the rule of law.
As we navigate through challenging times, where the threshold for violation of these basic principles is alarmingly high, it is imperative that we recommit ourselves to the values that have guided this institution.
Unfortunately, that is not the case for all the member states not only in the context of internal democratic institutions but also in their relations with other states. Humanitarian developments have unfolded in the geographic area of the Council of Europe, particularly in South Caucasus.
In September 2023, after 9 months of blockade, the world witnessed the forcible displacement of the indigenous Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of Azerbaijanā€™s military attack on the region, as documented by the Commissioner for Human Rights after her fact-finding visit in October 2023.
With the help of the international community, the Armenian Government has taken necessary measures to meet the short-term needs of the refugees. Another pressing humanitarian issue remains the issue of the release of all Armenian prisoners of war and civilians illegally detained in Azerbaijan.
Along with this, we should also note the positive developments. In April, Armenia and Azerbaijan finally started the delimitation process based on the 1991 Alma-Ata declaration, which was welcomed by many countries and organizations, including the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
We believe the Council of Europe should contribute to the democratic security of Europe and uphold the rights of all persons living in its geographical area. //

Belarus leader Lukashenko visited occupied Shushi, prompting criticism from opposition leader Tikhanovskaya

Yesterday his big mouth spilled some beans about the preparatory phase of the 2020 war. On Friday the two dictators traveled to various regions of Karabakh, and Shushi, located in occupied Nagorno-Karabakh. Lukashenko wants to have a piece of the construction pie; he wants to build a village for 420 families. He gifted several tractors to Aliyev and an hourlong fellatio, praising Aliyev as the de facto "leader" of the "entire South Caucasus".
Belarus's opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya criticized Lukashenko: "Ironically, the Belarus dictator once again undermines Armenia, his ally in the CSTO, and flies to assist Azerbaijan in Karabakh. This illustrates the weakness of Russian 'military alliances' and Lukashenkaā€™s own hypocrisy. The criminal regime only cares for its own survival at all costs."

Avinyan visited the office of Wilmotte & AssociƩs Architectes and met with Jean-Michel Wilmotte.
Wilmotte recently traveled to Yerevan to inspect Cascade and the Noragyugh quarter of the city. He presented two potential projects on how to complete the Cascade. Mayor Avinyan will soon present them to the public.
Wilmotte also presented a project seeking to renovate the Noragyugh quarter, located near the center of Yerevan. The project is aimed at solving some of the cityā€™s decades-long issues.
See the Cascade video here: video
TIGRAN AVINYAN: The Cascade project will be presented to the public soon. The second program is the reconstruction of Noragyugh. It will essentially become the "new center" of Yerevan. It's a very large project, an entirely new district with elements borrowed from the Tamanyan style. This is going to be one of the most important projects in Yerevan.
WILMOTTE: It's important to finish the construction of Cascade with simple, modest, but at the same time interesting solutions. We propose building a music hall and a gallery inside the facility. I think this will be a wonderful plan for Yerevan. I will be happy to bring my ideas to Yerevan. The city has a circular shape and it's interesting that Noragyugh will also be circular. It will be a modern district and become a symbol of the capital.

Moldovans will hold a referendum in October to decide if they want to join EU

President Sandu singled out Russia and corruption as the biggest threats to the sovereignty of Moldova.
In contrast, the pro-Russian opposition parties want to improve ties with Russia and oppose Sandu's rapid drive for European integration and claim the referendum is an attempt to improve Sandu's chances of winning elections.

EBRD assists Armenia to reduce energy dependence on Russia

EBRD: We are working on the development of renewable energy, which is very important in terms of supporting the green agenda. It is also important in terms of increasing energy security and reducing dependence on third countries. We had seen the risks of extreme dependency in Europe. The issue is being discussed with the government of Armenia and the assistance in this direction will continue.
We plan to invest ā‚¬500 million in Armenia this year, a historic figure, and we hope to maintain this level of investment in the future. Some ā‚¬640 million have already been invested in Armenia over the past 5 years, half of which in the private sector. //

Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan provides details about the EBRD forum that was held in Yerevan this year

REPORTER: This was an international-level meeting with over 3,000 delegates and officials from 74 countries. Why was it held in Yerevan this year?
MINISTER: In 2019 PM Pashinyan met the President of EBRD and suggested holding the forum in Yerevan in 2021. EBRD sent a delegation to assess Armenia's potential to see if we are capable of organizing such a large event. It was approved, but COVID delayed it.
REPORTER: Does organizing it in Armenia bring any benefits?
MINISTER: Of course. It's important to hold as many international forums as possile to place Armenia on the map. The quality of the event organization is also important. Many colleagues told us that this was at an "unprecedented" level and they were pleased that Armenia was able to show that it's a great place for investments and that we are moving forward. The forum was split into two parts: meetings by EBRD officials and ministers to draft plans and hold votes, and meetings with the private sector.
REPORTER: Examples of important events...
MINISTER: Tens of panel discussions and meetings. A very good event was held at the TUMO center attended by the EBRD leader; everyone was very impressed by the students. The EBRD elected a president and worked on its strategy for the coming years. Many panel discussions for digitization, green energy, etc. There were discussions about logistics routes. They highlighted that Crossroads of Peace and Armenia must be part of the regional transport routes. There are active talks around the Middle Corridor that connects Europe to China. Armenia found itself as part of these programs.
REPORTER: There were also publications about North-South's Sisian-Kajaran road and the construction of a new logistics center in Syunik.
MINISTER: This year we launched the construction of part of the southern section of North-South. There is going to be a very big tunnel as well. We involved our important partners: EBRD, ADB, EIB, and the French government. Together we are going to build this 60 km section. A loan agreement was signed with EBRD worth ā‚¬236 million. Similar agreements will be signed with the other partners for other sections. This is part of the Crossroads of Peace as well. Regarding the construction of a new center in Syunik, it will be for customs and logistics. It will serve the entire cargo traffic, faster and more accessible.
REPORTER: But the EBRD president said they plan to invest ā‚¬500 million this year. So what about the rest of the funds?
MINISTER: The remaining part will be invested in the form of agreements signed with the private sector, not the government. They will cooperate with private banks and the TUMO center. These loans will help Nagorno-Karabakh refugees, SMEs, etc.
REPORTER: So we will have a relatively cheaper loan portfolio?
MINISTER: Usually yes. The international organizations will ensure liquidity for the banks. It will be possible to provide these resources at a cheaper price to private companies. The loans will be insured. In other words, EBRD guarantees to pay the bank if the business doesn't repay the debt to the bank.
REPORTER: Overall, how will this forum's results affect Armenia's economy?
MINISTER: Holding it in Armenia has greatly improved Armenia's reputation as a place for private investments. Many private investors visited Yerevan and saw how well the events were organized; they were presented with various programs. It's an opportunity to attract new investors and increase demand for bonds issued by Armenia. The President of EBRD informed the whole world that they are investing in Armenia and that others should join as well to take advantage of the opportunity. I expect to see new investors within the next 1-2 years.
REPORTER: Archbishop Galstanyan organized protests right next to this forum, "directed" at this forum. Did this help or harm in any way?
MINISTER: When we learned about their plan to hold the protest nearby, the EBRD leadership and various ministers became concerned for safety. There were even talks about not attending the opening ceremony in the opera building. We had to ask the police to provide additional safety measures. I do not understand why they decided to hold the protest simultaneously with this forum.
REPORTER: Were you ever able to figure out why? [here comes Petros, he is about to start...]
MINISTER: No. If they disagree with certain government decisions perhaps interfering with this forum was not the best way to express it. Harming the organization of this forum is the same as harming Armenia. However, the protest played into our hands because the guests noted the democratic nature of Armenia where everyone has the right to express themselves.
REPORTER: The opposition says there were so many police officers brought there, that it amounted to repressions. Maybe the guests thought Armenia is a "police state"?
MINISTER: No. That morning we met the EBRD secretary who was concerned and didn't know what to do. We reassured them that additional safety measures would be implemented. They thanked us, and I'd like to thank our police officers for preventing problems. Even many guests who gathered at the opera backyard had no idea there were protests not far away.

2024.05.17 23:12 TimeIsDecided What stimulant is most prescribed in US currently?

Wondering with all of the shortages and pharmacies claiming backorders + not available to order, stimulant medicationā€˜s I would say from one to five are most prescribed ā€” specific forms do matter as well it doesnā€™t have to be (i.e. Adderall to = Adderall XR, IR).
I currently got put Zenzedi & I see the differences that people have reported with solely dextroamphetamine.
Seemingly, it makes sense that Desoxyn is beneficial in ways patients find improvements when moving beyond mixed-amphetamine and methylphenidate stimulants. Most patients seem okay with methylphenidate and mixed-amphetamines with no regard/problems to switch to dextroamphetamine or other meds (exception being Vyvanse due to less abuse with an understanding prescriber of the differences).
I will see how this med goes, and my doctor seems to be open to even prescribing this. my insurance pays for both brand-name and generic; generic being $10; brand co-pay being $24 (seeing the cost is in the thousands being covered for both).
I may write another post, I have no concern with asking to be put on this, but maybe understanding more why Desoxyn benefits more than Zenzedi, Adderall, etc. What is the most reported change and improvement ā€” specifically the beneficial effects and what negative effects have stopped with Desoxyn? I could do research, but what does Desoxyn dosing look like because Iā€™m most understanding at my knowledge it would be one dosage a day with several 5mg pills; 25mg max? Once a day due to the long duration of action similar to ER meds; makes me wonder about if it needs boosters or split dosing.

2024.05.17 21:37 zipclam Is anyone else on propranolol?

I have some really bad anxiety (As I'm sure lots of people here have), and part of that is being afraid of new medication, a lot of it comes from going online to Reddit or forums and doom scrolling about anecdotal stories of people having terrible side effects despite knowing logically it's a minority when many of the meds prescribed to me work great for millions or at worse just don't do much at all.
I'm currently taking 20mg of Adderall XR daily with 10mg IR as needed and my psych gave me a prescription for propranolol to combat anxiety after I turned down Lexapro.
Anyone else had any success with this?
