Initial symptoms : muscle, tendon and joint cracking stiffness popping issues and some other minor symptoms
I reallyyy want to try coffee again because I have ADHD and i've heard it helps a lot.

At after around 2 months mark i was around 65%-ish recovered in my muscles and around 90% in my joints, 2 months post flox i decided to see if i was able to finally jump or not, so i jumped and immediately felt my knee weakness come back for a few minutes, in the next 1- 2 days my knees went from 90% to around 70%, like it got worse ever so gradually over few days and not immediately but the whole knee not aligning thing feeling could be felt at times, the same week I thought the flare from my jump stopped so I tried 3 in 1 Nescafe coffee, within a week my knees went from 70% to 35%, i got new shoulder and hip join pain as well which i didn't have before... my muscles went from 65% to 55%,
Now 3 months after my relapse my muscles are like 75% and improving but my knees are like 65% and don't seem to be improving much if at all, now here's the tricky part, i don't know if this was caused due to caffeine or my stupid jump.

Today I came back on this sub and realized that this MIGHT not be caffeine and i can actually maybe consume caffeine? but i am paranoid of drinking coffee due to my condition worsening, I'll add some more reason as to why it MIGHT not be caffeine and let me know what you think.
1 - I have and still do eat chocolate with no issues (reeses, maltersars, hershys)
2- I have eaten 80% dark chocolate named Diablo and it caused me hip joint flare for 2 days, now this aligns with the theory that caffeine flares are short and adds to the claim that it maybe wasn't caffeine that caused my relapse. orrr was it that i just became a bit more tolerant to caffeine ? irdk
3- i've been drinking tea on semi-regular basis all the time and i did improve on it, i am not sure if it has caffeine or not but i think it does, it's called Lipton Yellow Label Loose Tea (black tea)
4- despite indulging in all of the above-mentioned actions after my relapse i have continued to improve in all areas except my joints, i mean i have improved there as well but not nearly as much, yet.

Now what do you guys think of this ? what is this flare connected to ? I must say that the jump i did was extremely stupid because i didn't even bend my knees when landing, just made it stiff which put even more pressure.
if you're thinking I should be fine with caffeine, please give me some tips as to how exactly should i start testing with coffee caffeine, and how long should i wait before i increase the caffeine dose?

I had a weird and quite frightening dream a few months back thats stuck with me ever since. Some things could be off as this was quite a while ago, sometime in the summer, but I can still remember it very vividly. It started off with me sitting at my computer watching a video on youtube, that was a commercial for chocolate that I recognized as Hershy's Kisses, however they were very different to their real life counterparts. From what I can remember the different flavous/types of chocolate came in different shapes and colour packaging. I remember vividly that dark chocolate was a red triangle, and I think milk was a blue circle. In the commercial the chocolates were mutilating and cannibalizing eachother in a very strange realistic fashion. I remember that it ended on a zoomed out scene of a table in what seemed to be a nature backgroun, however a very unsettling one at that. It gives me a weird feeling for some reason. On that table on the centerleft was a bag facing right/forward towards the viewer, and to the right were the chocolates. I then exited full screen (which is why I can remember it was youtube) (side note is that I'm pretty sure while the video was playing my entire dream was focused on it and I could only recognize my body after I exited full screen) youtube was on dark mode. I can't remember what I did afterwards exactly, weather I closed my browser, turned off my computer, or just left everything alone. I could feel a strange presence, like something was standing behind my back, but I didn't turn around to check. My whole house was strangely dark, as if the power was out. I walked out of my room and headed down my hallway to the diningroom and kitchen. I met my dad there who was preparing supper. I can't remember what we were eating but I believe it was pan fried steak and rice. all the lights in the house were out, and the only light was coming from the middle of our table, either a candle or a lamp. I went to wash my hands for dinner and started talking to my dad. We talked about why my mom and brother weren't there for supper, and that they were going for a walk again. Then suddenly I heard a loud scream, it sounded unhuman and still scares me. I looked at my dad and he looked at me. he ran to the door and put on his shoes and ran out of the house, I followed him to the door. He closed the door, but came back a few seconds later and stuck his head through the door and asked me to get his phone for him. I ran to his bedroom door, which is right next to the bathroom door. His door was wide open, but I avoided it for some reason and headed right for the bathroom door. From his room came a very strange and unfriendly feeling. I tried to open the door but I couldn't get a firm grip on the handle, so I started ramming on the door with my whole body, but to no use cause I felt light as a feather. I started panicking because I wasn't doing anything to the door, and then I woke up. To add some things on, I likely missed a few bits here and there because it was so long ago. I also remember certain things that I didn't mention here because I couldn't remember where they fit. Like the scream happening again, or more conversation with my dad. The whole conversation bit felt very moody and dreary, like we were depressed that my mom and brother weren't there. Also I remember somehow knowing the reason they screamed was because of a dog attack. I think the same presence that was behind me on my computer was stopping me from going in my dads room. And finally there was likely more that happened before, like more commercials I was watching but I couldn't remember much about them, especially not as much as the kisses ad.

Got some cadburys chocolate buttons from a store and they tasted like low quality american chocolate (like hershys or something). I have heard that cadburys in america uses a different recipe since hersheys owns them and distributes them here. Is it true that the cadburys here uses a different recipe? Because seriously tasted quite awful.

I have been going to my dentist for over 5 years, and I generally love and trust him. I mean he's a good dentist. He does Invisalign branded retainers. And this story is about that. I don't drink, only drink water, I do vape medical marijuana daily multiple times a day. I am on a few medications that make my mouth dry, although I do use lozenges that promote more saliva.
I started Invisalign 26 weeks ago. Which is my last retainer. I went to see my dentist to take off the attachments and see what else needed to happen.
When he seen my mouth (see pics) he was shocked. Flabbergasted and bamboozled. And I was shocked to realize just how bad my situation is.
Prior to the Invisalign, it had been many years since my last cavity. And I learned I have 8. And while using Invisalign I chipped both of my front teeth about 2 weeks ago. I didn't call, but I knew he could fix it, already had this appointment that was alloted for 1 hr. I chipped them while using an oral b electric toothbrush. The vibrations must of been enough to do so. Since starting Invisalign my front teeth got very thinned out, during check ups he said that they would fix them in the end, so I didn't really think much of it. I mean it was shocking, but not painful. And I was embarrassed and made note not to smile with teeth showing.
I went in, and at first when starting the frequency was 1 week out, then 2 weeks out, then 4 weeks out, then 4 weeks out, then 5 weeks out, then 10 weeks out. I mention this bc that's how often I would go in, and then they would give me more aligners. I don't know if it's normal to go that far out, but that's when things took a turn for the worst.
At the first 4 week check up, I had white show up close to the gums. But still on teeth. I asked the dentist about it, and I asked my hygienist appointment and even asked him again there about it. He had said he didn't know how or why this was happening. But the hygienist told me that it wasn't white from using a whitening pen, it was white and spongy.
The next time I had more questions about how I could see the dentin on the bottom row. The 6 front teeth. It was a dark yellow and really visible. I had natural white teeth before. Which wasn't like a blinding light, just whiter. He told me I had it before, but it didn't make sense. I look at my teeth and do stuff to them all the time. So I am familiar.
The next time I saw him I had more damage to that area showing more wear. And again he acted like we could fix it in the end, and it was no big deal.
And I was always asking questions, and he always looked inside my mouth every single appointment. But everything was looking good as far as tooth movement. And I had no problems wearing them, as far as complacency.
Yesterday I went in and seen him and told the assistant about my two front teeth chipping. He must of overheard me, bc he put his other patient waiting and came straight in. She wanted to take x-rays, to check if anything was going on. He told her no, and this appointment was to take off the attachments if I hadn't mentioned that. And to do any refinements and scan my mouth for that. He acted so shocked, that it was shocking me. He kept trying to figure out what would have caused this. He then said that this was damaged by something acidic. And he went down a list of foods and drinks, all no to them. He asked if I vaped, and I told him it is medical marijuana. He said he has many patients who do that and still haven't seen anything this bad. I asked if chocolate could be acidic? And he said it can be. I told him, I do have mini hershys milk chocolate bars throughout the day sometimes. He still said he doesn't think that's it. He told me I should go to my dr. And have them check if it could be stomach acid. I don't know if it comes up or not. And he said seriously go ask them. Then he tried to get me to reschedule everything. But I was dropped off and so he still removed the attachments. I go back Wednesday, (it's Friday) for a 1.5 hr appointment where he can work on everything. He sent me home with Fluoridex for free. He told me to put it on my retainers and sleep with it. I asked if I could do it during the day too. He said yes. One question, can this be harmful at all? From swallowing it, to having it there too long?
Has anyone seen this type of damage? The most of it came from going in at that 10 weeks left to go, visit and the last visit yesterday.
Some important information is, I was using a cleansing foam on the aligners themselves, used an electric toothbrush and floss around 3 to 4 times a week. I would wash out the retainers with the cleanser or if I was out, I would rinse it with hot water or I would clean it and my teeth by using a Colgate Wisp. At times I would use mouthwash while they were in. They told me from the beginning that I could eat in them, and towards the end of treatment I did eat in them bc my teeth would hurt and my front teeth we so thin that it hurt to eat a banana with out them.
Another thing to note is that the dental assistant who was with me throughout this was not there yesterday. And if the dentist didn't listen to me about the damage I knew she had. But she's on maternity leave now, so I can't use her as a reference.
The money I paid for them, they said would include all of the fixing the teeth would be included. And he told his assistant that the top teeth would be covered for free, but then it had been more that 5 years since he had done a filling on 1 front tooth, then it would be a recharge. So they are charging me to repair everything, when I've already spent thousands to get them.
I don't know what to do or think. I can't help but feel like it's my fault, I still feel like something went very wrong here.

My (33f) mom was really excited when I moved an hour away, and close enough to spend holidays together. Last time, was 13 years ago, so it's exciting.
The problem is, my LD bf (m 35) has trauma with Christmas travel after losing his pregnant wife in a wreck years ago. I respect that, and while he has never asked me to avoid travel that day, I try to avoid it because if something did happen, it would break him.
Mom is devistated, and I'm worried shes really cross with me, or worse, crying. I love my mom. We have our issues, but that's normal. No two people get along 100% of the time, and I know she's struggling with a lot of things right now, and all she wants is family together for Christmas.
The reason for not doing 3 days, is work. I had an injury recently, and don't have the time off for it, and too many people have requested that day, so even if I did have enough hours, I couldn't get it approved.
AITA for avoiding my genuinly living family for the holiday?
Edit: I didn't think to mention, and should have, I slipped on the stairs last week, and messed up my shoulder really bad. I can't lift that arm, and my doctor has me on strict, do not use it, and no long drives orders for the next month or two, and I'm looking at months of physical therapy to regain use of that arm.
I also only recently got a drivers license, and my very first car. Driving in snow, ice, and the terrifyingly frequent ice fog, scares me. Especially down mountainous back roads that are more pothole than gravel, like the one to my parents house.
Update: my brother is going to pick me up Christmas eve, weather permitting, and bring me home Christmas day. My mom knows I'm worried about bf, and is fine with me spending part of the time I'm there, tucked away watching a movie with him on my phone. Mom is making chocolate mice, and I might make some myself to bring to work.

We also have my worlds. Little memories, dreams, and concepts which have become well established. I've had this diamond reinforcing itself since about 6 years ago. The idea is that the diamond is duplicated and merged, then duplicated and merged yet again. Surprisingly sturdy mental construct.
With the diamonds I've tried building sanctuaries. One globe of tiny diamonds. I would pit it against nukes and unstoppable saws. Fortunately, neither can penetrate the diamonds.
Here grow palm trees and a small temple. In that temple holds my oldest dream. Perhaps writing it down is necessary

Unfortunately I feel that I have purged something rather sad about that dream. It may have been related to other blood family. Another dream which was rather painful as a child.
A platformer game. I am scared of the purple monsters. I am angry at the purple monsters. I kill one of them, it was my brother pretending to be the purple monster. I am angrier. Now he is pretending to be a snowman. I am so angry, I hit the snowmans head off. This time he is truly dead. I sob and cry in regret, for having killed my brother. The weight of his blood lays on my hands after I wake up.
