2024.05.16 06:19 International_Cap245 My friends and I would get really high and pull off heists on our college cafeteria

This isn’t something I feel particularly bad about. We paid hundreds of thousands for a college education, so fuck it. At this point, it’s honestly just funny. This will be a long post, but read it if you like. It’s a great story.
It all started one fateful evening, in October of 2017. My friends and I liked to smoke weed, ALOT. We’d drive around campus, hitting blunts and ripping the bong for hours on end. Our minds wandered with this free time, until we inevitably came up with a scheme: “what if, just maybe, there was a way to get free food anytime we wanted over the course of our remaining college career?” There were no cameras at our small college, and we were hungry, morally-tenuous potheads.
So, we set our sites on the small burger joint in the basement of our cafeteria building. We scoped it out, lurking in the shadows, scouring for a chink in the buildings armor. As luck would have it, we found an unlocked window on the first story. One of our smaller friends would climb up to the window, infiltrate the building, and open the back door for the rest of us. Inside, we encountered a second problem: the entrance to the restaurant was closed off with one of those retractable metal fences, the kind you would see in malls, pulled shut at night to keep out intruders. However, we found that if one man pulled up it up, our smaller friend could slide underneath and open the service door in the back.
It was perfect. Inside, we found a cornucopia of snacks, energy drinks, and frozen food; it was a stoners paradise. We began to take our backpacks and meticulously select the correct amount of items, just enough to satiate our lust, but not enough to arose suspicion. Ironically, we broke in every weekend of our junior year, they never even locked the window.
Apparently, we took too much. After the summer of our junior year, we noticed that campus security installed cameras in the cafeteria building. It was a minor deterrent, nothing a few balaclavas couldn’t solve; and so the cycle continued.
Because of the cameras, they noticed the window entrance we had relied on for so long. One unfortunate Saturday night, the window was locked. In our drunken rage, i went to the back door and pulled as hard as I possibly could, over and over again. As luck would have it, the door sprung open. This became our new infiltration point, and we grew even more bold. I don’t remember the first time we decided to cook food, but it was a glorious night. We fired up the grills and fryers. We cooked triple cheeseburgers, onion rings, French fries, and anything else we could find in the freezer. We were collegiate athletes and potheads, so our appetite was insatiable. It was fantastic.
Until one night, our luck would run out. It was like any other night. We yanked open the back door and began to pull up the metal fence, when a terrible sound rang out behind us, a sound that sent shivers down my spine: the back door opened. We swiveled around, and were met with an overweight, middle-aged white woman in uniform. It was campus security. She shined her flashlight in our faces, obviously pleased that she would be the one to catch the notorious thieves. Luckily, we had our balaclavas on. I think she said something like, “you need to show me your campus ID’s right now.” I don’t really remember, as I was high as shit. We said nothing, standing there, weighing our options until one of my friends straight-up bolted. We all followed, sprinting out the back door and into the night. A chase ensued. She entered and followed us in her campus security car, shining her flashlight into the shadows, trying to find us; but to no avail. We were wearing black and hiding in bushes off-campus. At one point, we saw police sirens bouncing off the walls of the student union (it was a small campus); she was talking to the police. We took that opportunity to creep back to our dorm rooms.
We never broke in again, the jig was up. We kept our heads down and went back to our routines. They never did catch us. Classes went well, and we all graduated. I couldn’t help but smile as the dean handed me my degree, because I finally knew: we had actually gotten away with it.

2024.05.15 18:53 MidnightMoonStory Does this sound like creeping ARFID behaviors? Looking for some insight. TW for numbers, personal history included.

I originally posted this on the ED anonymous sub, (no replies yet) but then I found this sub! So I decided to share my situation here.
Apart from having autism and ADHD, I (26F, turning 27 at the end of the month) also have what my previous psychiatrist called a “neurological feeding disorder”.
This is due to impaired interception (internal body sensations) from neonatal brain damage. This brain damage was caused by a hemorrhage, which also caused cerebral palsy. I also have general anxiety disorder and depression.
As a child and teen, I definitely had ARFID behaviors, which were dismissed as picky eating behaviors. It’s just that “high-level” autism, ADHD, and ARFID wasn’t diagnosed in girls in the early 2000s.
I basically lived on a “beige diet” of cereal, bread, snack cakes, pasta, pizza, and some meat, like chicken strips or cheeseburgers. I wouldn’t eat sandwiches, eggs, seafood, fruits, or vegetables, except for peas and white potatoes.
I was somewhat underweight until high school, and I remember my mom would always offer me “chocolate milk” (Pediasure / Ensure) when I was younger. I then gained weight in high school due to depression and just generally eating processed food. At my highest weight in school, I was 135 pounds.
Here’s some backstory about where things started to shift. Trigger warning for numbers, skip over if needed.
///
That carb-heavy diet was up until I turned 24, when I first tried a keto diet for mental health. Things were going really well, until I eventually developed malnutrition from losing too much weight unintentionally. My height is 4’8” tall.
I went from 110 pounds (BMI 25) and 28% body fat to 90 pounds (BMI 20) and 20% body fat in 10 months. October 2021 to August 2022. I couldn’t get warm worth a damn from subnormal body temperatures, and I lost my period at around 95 pounds.
Even so, a daily calorie intake of 1000-1200 per day on top of 2-3 miles of walking (daily activity and steps) would have eventually lead to relative energy deficiency (RED) at some point because I never knew about planning scheduled refeeding periods to mitigate the down-regulation in metabolism.
Especially when considering that my hunger signals are impaired due to my brain damage. My interception is about half as sensitive as normal. I don’t really feel stomach hunger until it’s very strong. Lots of times, I can hear the noise before I actually feel it. And I can’t say that I’ve ever identified satiety correctly before.
I didn't know that low-calorie interventions shouldn't be done for months at a time without proper nutritional supervision to prevent deficiencies.
Then I gained 20 pounds in 14 months from October 2022 to December 2023 (93 to 113) after having my previous IUD removed, stopping keto, and hormonal eating patterns once I realized that I had PMDD when my period resumed in July 2023 once I had gained back enough weight.
///
Now, I do my best to meet my keto macros and make sure that I get enough calories every day.
I try not to eat under 1200 kcal and keeping a food log helps keep me accountable that I’m not under-eating due to not feeling hungry. Logging for calorie accountability wasn’t something that I did last time in 2022, because I only cared about carb intake.
Looking back, there were a lot of logs where the daily calorie intake was under 1,000 and that’s not good in the long term. That’s something I’ll have to avoid doing this round. I also keep up with my electrolytes, because being in ketosis is very diuretic and sheds electrolytes quickly due the carb restriction.
However, my current diet is relatively… limited, to put it lightly. I mostly eat heavy cream in coffee, heavy-cream ice cream, full-fat cream cheese, eggs, and some kind of meat every day to meet my protein requirements. And some non-starch veg like spinach, broccoli, sprouts, or cauliflower. This isn’t the previous “beige diet” of my youth, but rather what I call a “heavy cream diet”.
I used to be hypersensitive to flavors and textures when I was younger, for example, I never ate salads before the age of 24, but that switch “flipped” when I started having reactive eating episodes when I was underweight.
I started eating sandwiches, spicy foods, and seafood, all of which were foods that I was previously very avoidant of, to the point of having anxiety attacks when seeing the shells in shellfish.
Those reactive eating episodes really showed the kind of primal need for food that malnutrition does to the brain, because the body needs a lot of calories to gain back weight while underweight.
Now, instead of avoiding fruit/veg and shellfish, I still avoid sweet fruits, starchy veggies, nuts/seeds, peanut butter, and any other kind of carb food.
I avoid eating because the food isn’t enjoyable anymore. Instead of being hypersensitive and anxious, it feels like I’m now hyposensitive and flat, like I just have a general disinterest in food, apart from the usual low appetite. Even when I try to focus, sometimes I can’t mentally “taste” the food or notice the texture.
I can also eat and drink quickly because I can’t feel the food or liquid inside my stomach, which makes pacing difficult.
I’m also currently averse to cold coffee because my mouth just says no to for some reason, which may be because my mom explained that cold coffee is less acidic than hot coffee (she was a barista) and tastes different?
I also hate having ice cubes in drinks because then the drink is too cold and diluted. I always have to repeat “no ice” when out at restaurants.
Another example, regular applesauce is also not okay, unless it’s a mixed flavor from the baby food section. Regular applesauce has a certain flavor and “grittiness” that turns me off.
However, I will get what I call “vagus hunger” after passing a bowel movement, and I’ll get very hungry. It’s a very distinct feeling, and it’s one of the few times that I can clearly recognize the feeling of hunger.
I eat only one or two “meals” per day, not including the “fat boluses” like cream, oil, or butter that I eat straight or put in my coffee during the day to maintain my ketone levels. The fat helps because I have neurologically delayed bowel motility and I take GI meds to manage this.
By the way, I’m using “avoidant” to describe sensory overstimulation, and “averse” to describe choking/nausea symptoms, as that’s what I was previously taught in speech therapy when I when for a few sessions when I was 24 due to neurological swallowing spasms.
Does this sound like ARFID behaviors? Orthorexia? OSFED? I don’t think OSFED because I don’t fall under any of the specific subtypes (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, purging). And EDNOS isn’t diagnosed anymore.
Where is the line between an “eating” disorder and a “feeding” disorder, if there is one? I was always told that my circumstances were FD related, not ED related, but no one ever explained the difference to me. Apparently, ARFID isn’t on the ED side, but rather the FD side?
At the mental health practice I’m currently with, the former psychiatrist left, and the practice is still waiting on a new one. But I want to bring this all to the attention of my psychologist, who knows about my longstanding feeding issues, and then the new psychiatrist, whenever they get hired.
Any insight is appreciated, and my chats are open if you don’t want to publicly comment. Thanks in advance!

Ragnar Zion Trail: Review and Recap
I’ve seen some posts over time regarding Ragnar trail races and thought I’d give an overview of my experience! My team and I just finished the Ragnar Trail relay race outside of Zion National Park this past weekend. This was my first Ragnar. Warning: this post is going to be very long.
Basic Race Overview: Ragnar trails are relay races in which a team of 8 (or 4, if you want to do double the amount of loops with half the time of breaks in between) runs from a central campsite through a series of loops. After start, one runner is always out on the course until everyone has done all of their loops.
For Ragnar Zion, we each ran 15 miles (for a team total of 120 miles). Each one of us had to run three loops: - Green Loop: 4 miles, ~300 ft gain - Yellow Loop: 4 miles, ~650 ft gain - Red Loop: 7 miles, ~ 950 ft gain
Each loop begins from same location which is close to the campsite.
Preparation : Full disclosure, I was not team captain so I don’t have specific logistics of the sign up process. 8 of us signed up January. We had members from 3 different states and 1 from Canada. Some of us were avid runners, others ran a few 5ks before the race. I am a frequent runner and was running 15-20 miles per week mostly on trails. I didn’t do any specific training plan, but I never have even when prepping for a half marathon, etc. I don’t consider myself very competitive and all of us really just wanted to finish and have fun.
Getting there/setting up: for this race Ragnar rented out Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. The race begins on Friday morning, but the campsite opened at noon Thursday. Our car got there around 4:30pm Thursday which I’m very thankful for: there were very few campsites left in the trees. There was also a “field” area without shade coverage at the ranch but we wanted the more authentic camping experience in the trees.
You dropped your stuff off and were able to load it into a carriage of sorts (meant for horses) to pull up to your campsite while the driver took the car to the parking lot and took a shuttle back. I will say this process was EXTREMELY streamlined and easy, which was a definite theme the entire time during this race.
I should note there was also a “glamping” option in which there was already tents set up for you with electricity, etc. but our group didn’t go for that as most of us were very happy to be camping.
The Resort: Zion Ponderosa Ranch was beautiful and extremely well maintained. There was a pool and a hottub available for use and neither were ever very crowded. There was a couple actual restroom facilities that were extremely well maintained, both near each area to camp. Showers were in the same buildings and warm and free. It was advertised that there was rock climbing but nobody appeared to be doing it all weekend.
There were a multitude of food options; we tried the Mexican food truck and it was legitimately the worst Mexican food I’ve had in my life, but had burgers that were being grilled outside and they were decent. My friends had the pizza inside the lodge once and it took forever to get to them but it was also good. Beer was available from the lodge and also they had a brewery with a stand with draught beer that was awesome, but I forget the name.
The Expo: Tons of awesomeness here! Lots of free swag including nutrition, insole demos, physical therapy assessments and free taping, massages, chirp wheels, hot water and coffee, s’mores…live music, movies. The village was small but definitely effective. There wasn’t campfires allowed in campgrounds however there were bonfires scattered around the resort. Unfortunately no show demos this race though I’ve heard at others there are. Also a store selling Ragnar swag and Zion stuff available to purchase at the lodge.
Race Logistics: And now to the good stuff!! In order to get an accurate estimate of time, the team submitted our 10k road race paces. We ranged from 7:00 to 11:30 miles, most of us clustered around 10:00. Ragnar calculates that pace, bumped up due to trail conditions, to give you a start time for runner #1 and about when each consecutive runner will start. I will say we ended an hour and 45 minutes early so we had to actively estimate when to be ready ourselves! We started at 10:30 AM but the slowest teams started around 6:30 AM I believe and the fastest at 5:00 PM!
When your team’s current runner is a quarter mile from the end of the loop, your team name will be displayed on a screen near the start line to alert you to send your next runner to the transition tent to exchange the bib and belt. This was a very streamlined process also.
The Course: The course was made up of 3 loops. I was assigned as runner #6 of 8, because I wanted to do red-yellow-green. All three loops zigzagged through rocks, sand, and dirt with a couple road crossings. No water crossings. Mostly rocky not a lot of roots, but some. EXTREMELY well marked even in the dark. The trails never felt congested though you always saw other runners. Single tracks in spots, dirt roads in others. Everyone was extremely polite and encouraging. There were photographers posted during the daytime in spots.
  • Green Loop: 4 miles, ~300 ft gain. I ran this one last at 9:30 AM. Finished 47:17 for a 11:54mi average pace. Grassy and very nice rolling hills! This was my second favorite loop but I was very tired by then.
  • Yellow Loop: 4 miles, ~650 ft gain. I ran this one at 11:30PM, and I was the lucky runner who got poured on. Finished 56:55 for a 14:20mi average pace. I was tired and cold so I walked a lot in the dark. This route was very sandy and very very steep in sections but once over the major hill was extremely fun. It was cool to see headlamps in the distance on the red loop too. My teammates said it has nice views!
  • Red Loop: 7 miles, ~ 950 ft gain. I ran this one first at 3:30PM. Finished 1:27:07 for a 12:05mi average pace. Man, I loved this loop. Hilly at first but once I got past that it was a trail runner’s paradise. Very cool sweeping views of Zion vistas as you run along a ridge. Fabulous.
Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the scenery. It was pretty but mostly grass and light shrubbery with distance views of canyons. If you haven’t been to Zion, it did not even close to compare to what scenery is around. However I liked the routes themselves from a runner’s perspective, except yellow, but it was wet and sandy and steep AND dark.
The Finish Line: This part was cute. Most teams ducked into the course at the last moment to finish with their last runner. The medals they gave were wooden plaques and pretty cool, and the backs of them lined up together among your team to say “120 ish miles together, a relay good time”. We also got cotton tshirts included that had a cool Ragnar Zion graphic. A bit bummed we didn’t get athletic shirts as my captain had said she got at a different race before. I was able to exchange my small shirt for a larger one.
Overall Impression: I mean, I LOVED doing this. The vibes were absolutely immaculate; it was truly an all-ages, all-sobrieties, all-abilities type event. The grounds were kept extremely clean and everyone was respectful at camp, and super friendly out on trail. It truly was a well oiled machine, you can tell Ragnar has the experience to put on this type of event successfully. It was exhausting and exhilarating. The only cons were how cold it was, particularly at night (around 40 degrees) and I wish the scenery reflected the beauty of the area a bit more. I would 10/10 do another Ragnar Trail, but I don’t think I’d do this one again (generally not a repeat course runner though).
If you read all that hopefully you got some good information! Feel free to ask any questions!

🤔 Final Thoughts 🤔
Kylea showed her narcissistic greed posting triggering content all week without disclaimers or warnings in clear violation of Meta policy on explicit content and tragedy & conflict. If that is not enough to demonetize and deplatform her, her obvious signs of disordered eating should. Her messaging is dangerous, potentially deadly, and I, for one, ask our friends at Meta to review her content and take action.

How do we know their aim is depopulation?
  • Because they write books about it.
  • And yet more books.
  • Because they talk about it in TV interviews.
  • Because they give TED talks about it.
  • Because they erect monuments to it.
  • Because they blurt it out during TV quiz shows.
  • Because they have meetings to discuss it.
  • Because they create depopulation ‘think tanks’ like The Club of Rome.
  • Because they wrote a memo about it.
https://preview.redd.it/fh8zr87d630d1.png?width=1024&format=png&auto=webp&s=cf03cdb9ce628a167d71351aca024530f60e06e4
Q11; Which psychopath said he hoped depopulation could happen in a ‘civilized’ way?
  • a. Josef Mengele
  • b. Saddam Hussein
  • c. Bill Gates
  • d. Dennis Meadows
Read ex-MI6 intelligence officer John Coleman’s book on The Club of Rome HERE.
There’s another short video about the Club of Rome HERE.
Q12; The psychopathic eugenicist multi-trillionaires and their multi-billionaire minions like to fearmonger about over population.
Have they got their calculations right or have they got their heads up their arses?
If every person in the world suddenly decided to live in Brazil, how much space would each person - every man, woman, child and baby - have to live in?
  • a. 10 square feet
  • b. 1 square foot
  • c. 3 square centimetres
  • d. nearly the size of 2 tennis courts
The approximate population of the world is 8 billion people, which is 8,000,000,000. One source gives the land area of Brazil as around 8,500,000 square kilometres, which is 8,500,000,000,000 square metres.
That means that if everyone in the world lived in Brazil, they would each have 1,062 square metres to wander around in. This is a square area where each side nearly 33 metres long.
As a tennis court is about 669 square metres in area, then each person (every man, woman and child) could have nearly 2 tennis courts to wander around in, to build a little house with solar panels, raise chickens, create a Food Forest and grow potatoes.
So there is NO WAY that the Earth is overpopulated. It just seems that way because so many people live in cities.
And so many lying eugenicist arseholes fearmonger about it because their math skills are rubbish. Anyone with the most basic mathematics knowledge can tell them that.
The only problem in the world is that it is controlled by psychopaths. If real, caring humans controlled it, the world would be a paradise.
Q13; Who admitted openly that they wanted to reduce global population with vaccines?
  • a. Saddam Hussein
  • b. Hillary Clinton
  • c. Bill Gates
  • d. Josef Mengele
Watch THIS to find out.
A group of multi-billionaires met up & called themselves “The GOOD CLUB”.
What did they discuss??
  • a. How to improve nutrition for children in the Third World.
  • b. How to set up a charity in Africa to educate people in ‘green’ agriculture methods.
  • c. How to depopulate the world.
  • d. How to improve sanitation and clean water supply in India.
Watch THIS to find out.
The ‘Good Club’ met to discuss how to solve 'overpopulation'.
So it’s SUSPICIOUS that they all invest so heavily in vaccines.
See full documentaries on the depopulation agenda HERE and HERE.

A Cool Guide to Fast Food Items Under 600 Calories
I made my own version of an infographic I saw on here a few weeks ago (shake and a root beer anyone?) I want to know what I can eat, not what I can't, so here we go. If a restaurant didn't have at least 3 actual filling items entrees, I excluded it.

I saw an infographic a while back that basically told me not to eat anywhere because the calories count is too high. They had weird combos n their so I made a graphic showing items you can eat that are under 600 calories so that when you’re hungry for junk food, you know what to pick.

2024.05.04 22:04 Upstairs-External-39 I graduated!! Why I’m grateful for my long journey with GD!

My 9 lb and 21” baby boy arrived on Friday last week after a long journey with GD. He was big but my doctors said that I managed my GD very well and they attribute his size to genetics more than anything else.
I was diagnosed very early at about 14 weeks in October 23 and put all my effort from that point forward into managing the condition. My husband and I took nightly walks where we bonded, talked about our baby and came up with names, I got a big water bottle to drink out of non stop and became diligent about my diet- eating the same things for the most part just to avoid any risk of spiking. (My favs that I ate again and again: Culver’s cheeseburger with the top bun removed and a side of cheese curds, chick fil a nuggets and small Mac and cheese and fajitas from our local Mexican place (2 corn tortillas and otherwise just eat all the fixins)) I also would occasionally treat myself by having a small 2-3 bites of something delicious and passing to my husband to finish it. It was enough to satisfy the craving without risking the spike. It sucked, but just accepting that my next 7 months were going to be food as fuel/routine helps more than anything.
I was diet controlled during the day the entire time and ended up eventually going on 1000 metfornin and 36 units insulin at night to control my fastings. I was sad to not stay diet controlled at night, but honestly the joy of seeing in range numbers each morning out weighed the disappointment at not being able to fully diet control.
My boy arrived via planned c section at 39 weeks and 1 day. He was breech which is why we went with the c, but we were given the option to try and turn him so I could deliver vaginally. We declined due to the liklihpod of success (estimated 25-30% per my doctors due to him being a first baby and being in the breech position for +90% of the pregnancy).
He did end up having some issues with low sugars when he was born and we have had to supplement breast feeding with high calorie formula. This is a combination of me having been on nighttime insulin and his larger size, but he received excellent care and within 3 days we had them under control and he passed all his checks to come home.
Overall, my GD diagnosis was a blessing. Coming home from delivery, I’m 15 lbs under my pre pregnancy weight, i have a healthy beautiful boy and I’ve established very healthy eating habits of high protein/full nutrition that I believe are contributing to me feeling better and having a great milk supply already coming in strong within my first week. I’m an older mom at 39 and I’m so thankful that this journey with GD has made me a healthier, better version of myself and my family.
To all you mamas, hang in there! You’ve got this!! 💙🩵💙🩵💙🩵

2024.05.04 18:14 Radracon42069 「Cheeseburger In Paradise」

「Cheeseburger In Paradise」
Name: Cheeseburger In Paradise by Jimmy Buffet.
Alternate name: Hamburger in luxury
User: Dan… just Dan.
User characteristics: Dan is a man of the world who really just wants to avoid any responsibility. He doesn’t care about money, power, or any of that crap and is content with just living his life how he pleases. That being said.. there is one thing that gets him to quit his lazy attitude, making sure other people can also live the life they want. He is the embodiment of the phrase I will work my ass off of if It means no work gets done. He wants to make sure people are healthy and happy above all else and once that’s over he will go back to his house boat and chill in the Bahamas selling hats, ocean nicknacks , and tours.
Stand type: punching ghost
Power: A (punching) D (ability)
Range: C (punching) A (ability)
Speed: B (punching)
Durability: C (stand)
Precision: A (ability)
Development: B
Appearance: Cheeseburger In Paradise appears a humanoid made from reeds, a towel or hammock seems to wrap around their body like a toga with a large coconut hat on its head made from reeds and a coconut. Its body is wrapped in a twist of Lei and fishing line with various pieces of tackle. This also goes for their arms which are also made from reeds with reed like hands on the end, one of these hands is a rolled up Hawaiin shirt with a beach umbrella sticking out that it can use as a weapon similar to silver chariot, the umbrella is always closed and wrapped in Lei and if it is damaged it hurts the users thumb. The legs resemble that of palm trees leading up to a dress of palm leaves around the hip. The stand usually keeps a fairly chill and relaxed pointier, leaning back or resting on its umbrella.
Ability: Cheeseburger in paradise has the ability to create and alter smells, for starters it can increase the strength of a smell to one or a group of people or can make a smell completely odorless. It can also make an object or area smell like anything or anyone the user chooses. These smells have no special property in their own but certain smells can cause a psychosomatic response to occur depending on which one it is. For example the smell of lavender will cause the sniffer to become sleepy, smoke would cause them to cough, rotten eggs can make them nauseous, and most importantly Dan can use smells to effect people’s mood. Certain strong smells can also cause memory issues, smell is one of the easiest things to remember so by changing a smell of a place or thing to something from another person’s past it can cause that person to get senses of deja vu or believe they are in or are holding a different object than what they actually are.

2024.04.28 14:44 Bebop_Cola_Machine Last Day at Seven Stars

Sitting on the balcony looking at this beautiful ocean for the last time this trip, thought I would offer up a some practical points for other first timers, while fresh in my mind. (End of April 2024)
  1. Sunscreen. Apply. Reapply. Reapply again. You are at 21° latitude (similar to Hawaii) and that sun can cook!! Hubby baked his belly in 10 minutes. Didn't even realize until that night. We saw so many folks who looked really painful all over. Don't forget your ears, head, feet, and high up on your legs..go higher than your bathing suit or clothes cover in case things shift. UV index between maybe 930am and 430pm is 9-10! Bring reef safe sunscreen! Not the law here like Hawaii but these coral are already bleached and stressed, please don't make it worse!
  2. Bring swim shoes. Something with a stiffer sole is best. This sand is like walking through sugar, super fine and you sink quick. The shoes make it easier to get around the beach and protect your feet from rocks and shell bits. Also very useful on boats since you have to get your feet wet to get in.
  3. There is nothing to see snorkeling off the beach of this hotel. It is all sand. That sand is what gives it that gorgeous turquois color, but makes for boring snorkeling. Plan to snorkel elsewhere. The water is great for swimming and playing in though. The boat tours take you to snorkeling spots. You can also go to Coral Gardens (we didn't get a chance). Concierge says you can taxi there from the hotel, and call a taxi back from the restaurant there.
  4. Book excursions when you get here. No need to book way in advance. The hotel offers several that they can book for you. We did the Love Buggy tour and the half day island tour. Highly recommend both! Would have done the mangrove kayak tour if I had any faith in my upper body strength. Note: the all day boat tour only runs on Tuesdays. Half days the rest of the time. They also have lots of stuff for the more active folks like parasailing, hobie cats, etc. The concierge are very helpful!
  5. I think all these rooms have (apartment style) washer dryer. So you can reuse clothes and keep your suits dry.
  6. All restaurants on site do Open Table reservations. We found it easy to get into all of them except Seven for dinner, which had to be next day.
  7. Shopping. There is a grocery store maybe a 4 minute walk out the hotel gate. You can find anything you need, but there will be sticker shock. They have to import everything, so that $5 bottle of conditioner back home is now $13. Just roll with it. You didn't come to TCI because it was a cheap vacation ha! Walk out and to the left of the hotel and across the street there is a small shopping area with a couple gift stores where you can buy hats, shirts, toys, trinkets, shells, etc.
  8. Clothes. I brought shorts, tanks, a few casual overshirts, and some lightweight dresses. Hubby brought shorts, short sleeve button downs (both solids and island patterns), and tshirts. All worked perfectly.. I also brought a couple cardigans, hoodies, and long sleeves, which never came out once. I thought the nights would be cool but nope. Perfect temps 24/7. Unless you reallllly want to glam up for dinner (you will certainly stand out!), leave the fancy stuff at home. Very chill vibes.
  9. Skypass. We got it for both ways after reading horror stories. Very glad we got it on the way in. Took 2 minutes to get through customs. Still had to wait for bags but after that we were out for our ride.
  10. Private taxi will be much faster but cost around 150 + tip for 2 people. The taxi line wasn't terrible when we arrived on Sat afternoon but they do go to multiple hotels. You can arrange a ride through the hotel concierge before you arrive (email them through the website), or you can tack it onto Skypass. About same price either way.
  11. Wind. It has been a bit windy here this week. The wind is nice, not cold, and takes the edge off the heat, but makes the water rougher. Monday and Tuesday were about 15mp, not bad at all wave-wise. Since then, closer to 20-25 all day every day. They cancelled our sunset glowworm cruise due to the 25-30mph winds last night. Our half day cruise Thursday morn (20mph-ish) ended up picking us up in a taxi to the marina instead of on the beach. Though the half day cruise was a bit bouncy for snorkeling we still got to do it, the water was still clear, and the boat ride didn't feel rough to me, so if you aren't one to get seasick, it will be just fine.
  12. Beach chairs. They are free at your hotel. Just tell them your room number and they will cover them in a fresh towel and bring you towels to use. They come by for food and drink orders. You can only put things on the room, no cash or credit. You may tip in cash but don't have to. Same applies to chairs at the pools.
  13. Pool. If you have kids they have a great pool and a tiny square kiddie pool that we initially assumed was a hot tub haha. There is also a pool (West Deck) just for adults. No kids allowed. No nudity, just no kids. Same service as on the beach (Charles is the best!). The pool is warm and there is a pretty waterfall wall. Most of the time the area is not busy. Service until 530 but pool open til 10. With the wind we ended up spending a lot of time at the adult pool.
  14. Cars and taxis. We did not get a car. We did not take a single taxi except the ones that picked us up for excursions and to/from the airport. So I can't offer any advice here.
  15. Restaurants. Expect $100 or more per meal if you get drinks. Drinks at the resort are 14-16 each. Drinks next door at the Ritz were more like 20-24!
    • The Farm. I liked my short rib sandwich. Hubby hated his chicken sandwich. Hit or miss I guess?
    • The Terrace. Tried twice, for lunch both times. Overcooked everything the first time. Absolutely bland the 2nd. Popular place but not for us.
    • The Deck. Your room service and beach/pool service is coming from here. The drinks are all yummy. Their burger is really good.
    • Seven. The breakfast buffet is great. Lots of hot food, omelet station, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, cereal. They mix the hot food up daily rotation. The banana bread is amazing. For dinner it transforms a bit fancier. The food is good, drinks too.
    • Le Bouchon du Village. 5m walk, past the Ritz a bit. Outdoor seating, great vibes, great food. My fave dinner all week.
    • Cocovan. If you want to do Coco Bistro get your reservations in months ahead. We didn't bother. CocoVan was a (very hot that day!) 10m walk, all sidewalk. They have 2.kitties that hang out there and the owner feeds them. Vanna is the grey one. The kitten doesn't have a name yet. The duck and steak tacos were delicious. The big mac cheeseburger egg roll was really good too. And drinks, of course! There is a restroom available (being a food truck I worried there wouldn't be).
    • Bella Luna. Just up the main road past the grocery store. 5m walk. Very nice atmosphere Very good food and drink.
    • Coralli. The beachside place at the Ritz next door. 2nd most expensive meal all week. Food was Ok. Service was attentive.
    • BLT Steak at the Ritz. Maybe it was bad timing but the place was busy, noisy, and service was exceptionally slow even for here. The food was pretty good. The popovers were awesome. The short rib was so tender it fell apart trying to get it onto my plate. But everything was kind of salty and just didn't have the wow factor I would expect for these prices. Absolutely the priciest meal of the trip.
  16. Island time. I see so many complaints online about bad service, slow service. It isn't. Bad service is getting orders wrong or dumping food on your lap. Bad service is not taking 5-10 minutes to bring you a beer. Nothing moves fast here. Accept it. Expect it. Relax. You are on vacation in paradise. You are not on a tight schedule. You have no meetings to get to. Breathe and relax and enjoy slowing down for once.
  17. Weather forecasts. Remember: 40% chance of rain means 40% of the island might see some precipitation. In our experience, despite the forecast threats, we saw no rain here. It did rain overnight one night but never heard or saw it. Temps this week ranged 74 as the absolute lowest over night to 83 highest peak day. Very little variation between 9am and 4pm. Here is the weather site: https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weatheforecast/d7v6hby5k#?date=2024-04-28
Hope this helps!

2024.04.28 09:43 razors_so_yummy The salad options at CAVA are salt bombs! Do your homework and opt for custom built salads instead

First off, never eating there again. Shame on me for not looking at their nutritional menu, but when I opt for a salad at a restaurant, I am not expecting an absolute SALT BOMB (2,180 MG!!!) and that is WITHOUT THE DRESSING. Ate half the bowl (Spicy Greens salad) before stopping, my mouth was literally puckering from the salt flavor that is infused throughout every ingredient. I was staring at the small container of dressing that came with it and was wondering how the heck people would be able to put any iota of dressing on this meal???
So of course I had to research the CAVA meal options more closely:
https://cava.com/nutrition
...and I am stunned to see how much sodium this place uses in their salads. Again, if I wanted a salt bomb, I can see the logic of a double cheeseburger with fries or pepperoni pizza. But a healthy sounding salad without the dressing still yields 2,180 mg??? And 53g of fat in this damn thing as well! But that is probably my fault, it comes with very deep-fried falafel (the most deep-fried falafel I've ever seen or tasted).
This is clearly a place masquerading as a healthy place to eat when it's really just a salt and fat bomb of hidden items.
Definitely do your homework with this place, don't get fooled with the 'Mediterranean' or 'healthy salad' image. I definitely take full ownership of my oversight, I guess I am venting at being greatly fooled with what I thought was a smart and healthy decision.

2024.04.25 05:21 splintersmaster Picky eaters

My almost 6 year old is beyond picky. He will eat cream cheese sandwiches, cheeseburgers, ground beef tacos, white rice, ramen, chicken nuggets, and microwave pizza. He also likes chips and sweets but we do try to limit those.
He won't even eat good restaurant pizza or air fried chicken nuggets. He wants the frozen, microwaved versions.
Our home has no shortage of healthy kid friendly.foods as his sister is a great eater. Fruits, veg, healthy proteins. She eats it all.
I'm really getting frustrated as the kids won't even branch out to Mac and cheese or hot dogs. His uncle and grandma on his mother's side are extremely picky too. They're very satisfied eating the same few foods everyday indefinitely. Mostly tube meats or frozen foods so I'm not too surprised that he takes after them.
He's really skinny. Not sickly skinny and the doctor hasn't called it out but I am worried.that he's both skinny and not getting great nutrition which may stunt his growth or leave him with poor habits as he ages.
In the short term is there some protein powder or other supplement we can sneak into chocolate milk or into the foods he does like to make sure he's getting something?
Also, how have any of you convinced picky eaters to eat at least 5 or 10 percent better? I feel like such a bad parent allowing this but I can't force him as I fear that'll make things worse.

2024.04.24 18:39 BamaGirl4361 Massive win today!

I managed to eat a Danish with my dentures today. May, not seem like a big deal to some but you have to understand I got this done in February. It's taken this long to manage to eat ANYTHING with my dentures. I also noticed they rock horribly even with adhesive so I may need a new reline to help that but regardless this was a major win today for me. I have to eat a lot slower too because I can't determine the pressure like I could with my natural teeth but I'll get there.
edit to add add a cheeseburger and fries to that list. Hopefully this can continue and my nutrition will improve.
I'm tired of carbs lol

Nestled in the central part of Nepal, the Langtang region is a trekker's paradise. With its close proximity to Kathmandu, it offers a convenient escape into the lap of nature. The Langtang Valley, the focal point of the trek, is surrounded by towering peaks, including Langtang Lirung, Gang Chhenpo, and Dorje Lakpa.
The Langtang Valley is also known for its rich biodiversity. The region is home to rare wildlife, such as the elusive red panda, Himalayan tahr, and musk deer. Langtang National Park, established in 1976, covers an area of 1,710 square kilometers and protects this unique ecosystem.
The Kyanjing Village
Trekking in the Langtang region not only allows you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Himalayas but also gives you a glimpse into the local way of life. The Tamang and Sherpa communities, with their warm hospitality and vibrant cultures, welcome trekkers with open arms.
Trekking route and itinerary
The Langtang Circuit Trek typically begins in Syabrubesi, a small village located at an altitude of 1,460 meters. From here, the trail gradually ascends through lush forests, crossing suspension bridges and passing through rustic settlements. The route takes trekkers through Langtang Village, Kyanjin Gompa, and Tserko Ri before circling back to Syabrubesi.
The first leg of the trek takes you from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel, a journey of approximately 6-7 hours. The trail follows the Langtang River, offering glimpses of waterfalls and terraced fields along the way. Lama Hotel, situated at an elevation of 2,470 meters, provides a comfortable resting point for trekkers.
From Lama Hotel, the trek continues to Langtang Village, which lies at an altitude of 3,430 meters. The trail passes through dense forests, where you may spot wildlife such as langur monkeys and Himalayan black bears. Langtang Village is inhabited by the Tamang people, who have a rich cultural heritage and are known for their traditional crafts and warm hospitality.
The next destination is Kyanjin Gompa, a Buddhist monastery situated at an altitude of 3,870 meters. The trail takes you through yak pastures and offers stunning views of Langtang Lirung and other snow-capped peaks. Kyanjin Gompa is a perfect place to acclimatize and explore the surrounding mountains.
From Kyanjin Gompa, trekkers can embark on an optional hike to Tserko Ri, a vantage point that offers breathtaking panoramic views. The ascent to Tserko Ri, at an elevation of 4,984 meters, is challenging but rewarding. The magnificent vistas of the Langtang range, including Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, and Shishapangma, make it a highlight of the trek.

Best time to visit Langtang and weather conditions
The best time to embark on the Langtang Circuit Trek is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons. These months offer the most favorable weather conditions, with clear skies, mild temperatures, and stable trekking conditions.
During spring, the Langtang region comes alive with colorful rhododendron blooms, adding a vibrant touch to the landscapes. The weather is generally warm during the day, but temperatures can drop significantly at higher altitudes, so it is essential to pack warm clothing.
Autumn is another excellent time to visit Langtang, as the weather remains dry and stable. The skies are usually clear, providing unobstructed views of the mountains. The days are pleasant, with temperatures ranging from mild to cool, making it ideal for trekking.
Langtang Himalaya
Winter (December to February) brings cold temperatures and occasional snowfall to the Langtang region. While the scenery is enchanting, trekking during this season can be challenging due to icy trails and sub-zero temperatures. However, for experienced trekkers seeking a unique adventure, winter trekking in Langtang can be rewarding.
Summer (June to August) is the monsoon season in Nepal, and the Langtang region receives heavy rainfall. The trails can be slippery and prone to landslides, making it less suitable for trekking. However, if you are prepared for wet conditions and enjoy the lush greenery of the monsoon season, you can still embark on the trek with proper precautions.
It is important to note that weather conditions in the mountains can change rapidly, and it is advisable to check the forecast and consult with local guides before starting the trek. Proper preparation and packing suitable clothing and equipment will ensure a comfortable and safe trekking experience.
Permits and regulations for trekking in the Langtang region
To trek in the Langtang region, you will need to obtain two permits: the Langtang National Park Entry Permit and the TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) card.
The Langtang National Park Entry Permit costs USD 30 for foreigners and NPR 1,500 for SAARC nationals. It can be obtained at the Nepal Tourism Board office or the Langtang National Park entrance gate in Dhunche or Syabrubesi.
The TIMS card is a mandatory document for all trekkers in Nepal. It costs USD 20 for individual trekkers and USD 10 for trekkers traveling in a group. You can obtain the TIMS card at the Nepal Tourism Board office in Kathmandu or the TIMS counter in Dhunche or Syabrubesi.
It is important to carry these permits with you at all times during the trek, as they may be checked at various checkpoints along the trail. Additionally, it is advisable to carry a valid identification document, such as a passport, as proof of identity.
Respecting the local culture and environment is crucial while trekking in the Langtang region. It is important to follow the guidelines set by the Langtang National Park authorities, such as not littering, not disturbing wildlife, and respecting local customs and traditions.
By obtaining the necessary permits and adhering to the regulations, you can enjoy a responsible and sustainable trekking experience in the Langtang region.
Physical fitness and preparation for the Langtang Circuit Trek
The Langtang Circuit Trek is a moderate-level trek that requires a certain level of physical fitness and preparation. While it does not involve any technical climbing, the trail includes steep ascents and descents, rocky paths, and high altitudes.
It is advisable to engage in regular physical exercise, such as hiking, jogging, or cycling, in the months leading up to the trek. This will help improve your cardiovascular endurance and leg strength, preparing you for the demands of the trail.
Altitude acclimatization is crucial for a safe and enjoyable trek. It is recommended to spend a few days in Kathmandu or nearby areas before starting the trek, allowing your body to adjust to the higher altitudes gradually.
Carrying a well-fitted backpack is essential for a comfortable trekking experience. Pack lightweight and essential items, such as clothing layers, a sleeping bag, toiletries, a first aid kit, and snacks. It is advisable to pack a sturdy pair of trekking boots and carry a walking stick for added stability.
Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated is important throughout the trek. It is recommended to carry water purification tablets or a water filter, as bottled water may not be readily available along the trail.
It is also advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or travel clinic before embarking on the Langtang Circuit Trek. They can provide guidance on necessary vaccinations, medications, and health precautions to take while trekking in Nepal.
By preparing physically and mentally for the trek, you can ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey through the Langtang region.
Accommodation and facilities along the trek
The Langtang Circuit Trek offers a range of accommodation options, mainly in the form of teahouses or guesthouses. Teahouses are basic yet comfortable lodges that provide meals, accommodation, and hot showers for trekkers.
The teahouses along the trek are run by local families and offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are usually shared, with basic amenities such as beds, blankets, and pillows. While the facilities may be simple, they provide a cozy and comfortable resting place after a day of trekking.
Most teahouses offer a menu of local and international dishes, providing trekkers with a variety of options. Dal Bhat, a traditional Nepali meal consisting of rice, lentils, vegetables, and pickles, is a popular choice among trekkers due to its nutritional value and energy-boosting properties.
Hot showers are available in most teahouses for an additional fee. However, it is important to note that the availability of hot water may be limited, especially at higher altitudes. It is advisable to carry wet wipes or a small towel for personal hygiene.
Electricity is available in some teahouses, usually through solar power or generators. However, it may be limited and available only during specific hours. It is advisable to carry a portable power bank or spare batteries for charging electronic devices.
Throughout the trek, it is important to respect the limited resources and conserve energy. Using reusable water bottles, minimizing waste, and being mindful of electricity usage are simple ways to contribute to sustainable tourism practices.
Safety precautions and tips for a successful trek
Trekking in the Langtang region requires careful planning and adherence to safety precautions. Here are some tips to ensure a safe and successful trek:
Hire a local guide: Consider hiring a local guide or joining a guided trekking group. They have extensive knowledge of the region, can navigate the trails with ease, and provide valuable insights into the local culture and environment.
Acclimatize properly: Take sufficient time to acclimatize at higher altitudes. Ascend gradually, allowing your body to adjust to the reduced oxygen levels. If you experience symptoms of altitude sickness, such as headache, nausea, or dizziness, descend to a lower altitude immediately.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the trek to prevent dehydration. Carry a reusable water bottle and refill it at teahouses or use water purification tablets or a filter for safe drinking water.
Dress appropriately: Layer your clothing to adapt to changing weather conditions. Carry warm clothing, including a down jacket, hat, gloves, and thermal layers, as temperatures can drop significantly at higher altitudes.
Pack a first aid kit: Carry a basic first aid kit with essential medications, bandages, and antiseptic creams. It is also advisable to carry a personal medical kit with any necessary prescriptions.
Follow trail markers: The Langtang Circuit Trek is well-marked with trail signs and markers. Pay attention to these markers to ensure you stay on the designated trail.
Be cautious on the trails: The trails in the Langtang region can be rocky and uneven. Take care while walking and use trekking poles for added stability, especially during ascents and descents.
Respect local customs: Observe and respect the local customs and traditions of the Tamang and Sherpa communities. Seek permission before taking photographs of individuals or religious sites, and avoid touching or disturbing religious artifacts.
Stay updated on weather conditions: Keep track of weather forecasts and be prepared for changing weather conditions. Carry appropriate gear, such as a waterproof jacket and pants, to protect yourself from rain or snow.
Notify someone of your plans: Inform a family member, friend, or your trekking guide about your trekking plans, including your itinerary and expected return date. This will ensure that someone is aware of your whereabouts in case of an emergency.

2024.04.22 08:43 Fragrant_Tutor8631 A list of Best performing Legal Anavar pills (legal steroid alternative brands): One way to get anavar's effects legally

Quick Summary

This post is about some of the potential brands of supplements that mimic Anavar's anabolic effects. NOT the actual steroid, for those who can't access or don't want to get into legal implications of possessing controlled substances.
1). HyperGH 14x: my pick for natural/legally Anavar like effects. (Deer antler vevlet, alpha-GPA, amino acids, GABA). Primarily an HGH supplement for cutting/lean muscle gains, but a solid Anavar alternative as well. For better cutting results, (lean muscle gains with fat loss), I recommend using a caffeine/yohimbine supplement like Mini thins along with it. (relatively safe yohimbine product)
2). STEEL ULTIMATE SHRED STACK: This legal, andro prohormone stack has 2 andros supplements - 3 epi andro (excellent for fat loss & cutting) and 7,3 andro and 1 natural fat burner Shredded AF (pretty good). 3 epi andro is best DHEA derivative prohormone for fat loss. Requires PCT. (try their Alpha-AF )
3). Pure Rawz Anavar X: (Turkesterone, Beta-ecdysterone, laxogenin, epicatechin, osthole). Effective plant based steroids combo for cutting.
4). Instant Knockout: Simple, yet effective combo of (Glucomannan + caffeine). My pick for a safe, side-effects free supplement, should work for most people without side-effects of Andros, or more hardcore supplements. Best for those who don't want to mess with prohormones.
5). Hi-tech Anavar: Surprisingly good! Uses creatine, arginine, laxogenin in combination with epi-andro!

Understanding Anavar and Its Uses

Medical Applications of Anavar

Anavar in conventional medicine plays a crucial role in treating diseases and preventing muscle wastage. If you or someone you know is battling a condition that leads to muscle loss, like AIDS or Turner's Syndrome, Anavar might be a part of the treatment plan. It's known for its ability to help preserve muscle mass, making it a valuable ally in medical treatments.

Anavar in the Fitness Industry

The allure of Anavar in the fitness world is hard to ignore, especially if you're aiming for body sculpting and weight loss.
Anavar helps in achieving a lean, sculpted look that many of us dream of. If you're wondering how some fitness models and celebrities maintain their perfect physiques, Anavar might just be their secret.
However, it's crucial to remember that achieving such results involves more than just taking a pill. It requires a combination of dedicated workouts, strict diet plans, and the right supplementation. Anavar is a tool that, when used correctly and responsibly, can significantly enhance the fruits of your labor in the gym.

The Legal Landscape of Anavar Sales

Navigating the legalities of Anavar sales can be a bit like walking a tightrope. Prescription requirements are stringent. Anavar is classified as a controlled substance in many countries, including the US.
This means you can't just buy it over the counter; you need a legitimate medical reason and a prescription from a licensed physician to legally obtain it.
But here's where it gets tricky. The legal status of Anavar varies significantly around the globe. While it's tightly regulated in some countries, others have more lenient laws.
This disparity often leads to confusion and, unfortunately, a thriving black market. If you're considering purchasing Anavar, be aware of your country's laws to avoid legal complications.
Moreover, the line between legal purchase and potential legal issues is very thin. Even if you manage to buy Anavar legally with a prescription, using it for bodybuilding purposes might still land you in hot water if it's not medically justified.
Most of us are actually more curious about the less talked about benefits. It's an open secret that many bodybuilders, fashion models, athletes, and celebrities use these steroids not just for health reasons but for getting lean and sculpted bodies.
Some sports nutrition brands, disappointed by the mediocre results of their regular supplements, have started sneaking actual steroids into their products without letting their customers know. This sneaky move was even caught by a Forbes investigation showing how these products were being sold on platforms like Amazon.

Before You Buy Anavar Online

Yes, you can find real, top-quality Anavar in the USA.
But, let's get a few things straight before diving into how you can get your hands on it:

Different ways to get hands on real Anavar

Looking to get your hands on some real Anavar? Here are your options, but tread carefully:
On Reddit, you might find folks offering Pharma-grade Anavar. They're scattered across bodybuilding subreddits, sliding into DMs with offers.
While some might dismiss legal risks with a "Don't worry about it, even cops buy them" attitude, remember that buying Anavar online remains illegal. Being casual about it doesn't change the law or the risks.
In Canada, steroid sales seem less regulated, with many companies openly advertising. Meanwhile, some opt to buy from India, citing lower costs and decent quality.
A word of caution: Anavar is infamous for being faked or diluted. There are tales of people taking high doses, likely receiving far less than they think. Pharma-grade Oxandrolone is no joke in terms of potency. Reports suggest that finding good quality Anavar might be easier in Eastern Canada, so that could be a lead if you're in that neck of the woods.
Remember, regardless of how you proceed, the responsibility for any legal or health consequences falls squarely on you.

What else to know?

Anavar is a bit tougher on the liver compared to most injections – though, to be fair, it's still on the gentler side of things. It's not as strong as many other steroids out there.
To see any real gains, you'll have to use enough that it knocks out your natural testosterone production, meaning you'll definitely need a post-cycle therapy (PCT).
But here's the kicker – it's ridiculously pricey. From what I understand, it tops the chart as the priciest mainstream steroid around. Its high cost opens up a big window for less scrupulous sellers to either dilute it or swap it with something entirely different, like Anadrol. This means all your efforts to steer clear of the usual steroid downsides might just be wasted if you end up with a totally different product.
However, if you're set on using it, here's a tip that doesn't get tossed around much: Anavar has a half-life of about 7 to 14 hours.
To maintain steady levels in your system, it might be wise to split your daily dose into two – take half in the morning and the other half in the evening.
When you've got the real deal, the perks of Anavar include minimal water retention, a low chance of estrogen-related side effects, and it doesn't hit your natural testosterone production as hard as other steroids do.

Legal Anavar alternatives

Legal Anavar alternatives have been gaining traction for those who seek the benefits of Anavar without the legal and health risks associated with steroids.
These supplements aim to mimic some of Anavar's muscle-building and fat-burning effects legally and safely. Their merit lies in their ability to offer a compromise—enhancing performance and physique without stepping into the legal grey areas or risking severe side effects. While they may not offer the same intensity of results as their steroid counterpart, legal alternatives play a crucial role in providing a safer, more accessible option for individuals looking to improve their fitness outcomes responsibly.
