Alex eventually gets out, and gets married with Piper. They continue with some struggles but they’re definitely in it together forever. Piper likely gets a job from some skills she got in prison and from the college courses.
Red eventually kills Frieda. Red is then given life but due to her dementia it doesn’t really matter to her. Lorna lives forever in a sort of shock because of everything that happened and eventually upon release is taken to a place to be given proper treatment.
Nicky is head chef and with Flaca they both help people, Nicky helping drug addicts, and flaca helping immigrants have a better chance at a fair trial. I feel like Nicky getting with shani only for it to end was what helped Nicky learn to finally move on from Lorna romantically. After nicky finally gets released she gets a visit from Alex and piper who know have a child. She also visits Lorna In the facility. Red likely dies, leaving a lasting imprint on Nicky to do better. Nicky likely works at a place that helps addicts. Flaca upon release searches for maritza. They eventually meet up either in Martiza’s homeland or in the USA with maritza finally being legal. They become similar to Kim kardashian as they become famous older celebs with flawless make up from YouTube.
Gloria is self explanatory, she raises her kids. Maria adjusts to the new mom situation but there are some struggles. Upon release she had some drama with trying to raise the kid but it will work out in the end.
After alieda killed daya, she is given life where similar to carol barb vee and red, becomes the mom figure of her block. Of course she has some struggle at first but eventually she grows into the queen of the block and tries to keep all the girls in check, especially after the example she set with daya. Her children are taken care of grow up respectful, not wanting to end up in jail and probably killed by alieda as horrible as it sounds. Ceaser eventually gets killed and hooper takes care of the kids. Hooper eventually decides to join a foster program and works to help orphans after the kids grow up.
Mendez raises daya’s baby and one day stumbles on Bennett, they have a confrontation and daya’s baby eventually wants to find her “real family”.
Flores is happy with diablo.
Taystee, after talking with Judy king for a while, is released after Judy’s rich and powerful lawyers prove taystee’s innocence. She’ll reconcile with soso and continue her work in the ged program and the pouseey Washington foundation/program. She’ll also hopefully help Suzanne after Suzanne’s eventual release.
Cindy is making it in the world though she still holds onto the regret of what she did to taste and will likely be a key player in the retrial for taystee.
Soso after release helps prison reform along with taystee, in honor of pouseey.
Baylee eventually gets into trouble though his example is used by soso and taystee to push for prison reform.
Badison gets fucked up A LOT :)
Hellman gets caught trying to bring in drugs and Linda decides to press charges/hand him over to the police, with the implications his drugs lead to the deaths of many inmates. This all happens before eventually taystee and soso make enough of a difference that Linda’s out of business.
Caputo and fig die happy knowing they took a kid out of foster and into a stable family household.
