So I’ve been following the 3% Man principles for quite a while now. I would say, everything works perfectly to get the women you want to come into your life at their pace, and keep them.
The one caveat I would add is a very precise one: send a message after having sex for a first night together with a girl.
The background is: I had a lot of girls complain about the fact that I did not follow up after the first time we had sex. Of course, they complained a lot but were still happy to see me, so bottom lining their actions made it clear they were still interested. However, it made them feel like I did not care. It made them feel very anxious and vulnerable. That created drama, I had to reassure them that I was into them.
I was not a big fan of that, and looked for ways to prevent this anxiety. A little anxiety is not bad, mind you, but you don’t want your girl to feel that vulnerable after you had sex for the first time, or she might go into auto-rejection mode and feel that you are a cold fish.
You want her to feel safe, because sex usually shifts the balance of power between you and her. She allowed you into her, so now she will be on high alert to see if you really care.
It’s not because I had a bad attitude, I treated them very well, mind you: we would always cuddle and kiss a lot after sex, and they were always welcome to stay and sleep overnight, which I consider to be a basic human right (I never understand dudes who kick girls out after sex, I’m French, we don’t do that).
Anyway, back to my recommendation.
Say you had a first night together that ended in some Indoor Olympics. She then left in the morning.
Send her a short and sweet follow up message during the following afternoon.
It does not have to be super complicated, there, I’ll give you my template: “Last night was amazing, I loved to feel so close to you, and I’m looking forward to exploring more with you 😘”

I’m a junior in high school, female, looking to apply to USAFA and USMA to be Class of 2029. I feel pretty good about my application, and will be going to all three Summer Seminars this Summer, but I’m curious on what else I can add in my last year of high school. Here are my stats:
3.94 UW GPA, 4.33 W (will be 4.5 after this year) have taken maybe 5 honors and 5 APs (Euro, Calc AB, Seminar, Lang, Bio) and will take 5 Sr yr (Stats, Physics, CSP, Gov, Macro) School doesn’t do class rank but I would estimate myself to be top 20-30 out of 470.
35 ACT (34 math, 35 science, 36 english, 36 reading, and 9 writing, took it three times) 1450 SAT (700 math 750 english, took once bc school offered it for free)
By the time I graduate, I’ll have 4 years of varsity swim under my belt and 2 years of water polo. I’m not super good at either though so I don’t do club and haven’t won any league awards. But I can pass the CFA and will train hard for it this Summer. When I was younger up until age 12 I did martial arts for 5 years… but I don’t think that’s relevant anymore.
C/Capt in Civil Air Patrol, joined in 2020 and will be a Squadron Commander at my state encampment this Summer (will be leading 60+ cadets, it’s a big encampment). I will be Cadet Commander of my local squadron during my Senior year and have won two Gold Presidential volunteer service awards from 350+ service hours over 2022 and 2023. I’ll hit C/Maj before I apply to USAFA. I also do CyberPatriot competition, I did 5 years of it and my team made it to Semifinals every year.
I’m in the STEM leadership institute, which is a program at my school, and I’m in Mathletes club, and did Mock Trial for two years, was vice president before I quit to join water polo. I also teach kids from my parent’s country of origin English online for an hour once a week, have been since sophomore year spring.
I was hired as a lifeguard by my city and I’ll start working in a couple months when my paperwork goes through and hopefully I’ll do that until I graduate. Also, this Summer I’m trying to get EMT certified at a course in Texas. Ultimately I want to go into medicine in some capacity, majoring in biology at the Academy so I think this is a good step to take.
I think that’s everything. The biggest reason behind why I want to go into the military is because I’ve always wanted to be a doctor, and I feel like I have a sort of moral obligation to serve and make people’s lives better in any way I can. Tl;dr at the bottom
Sup y’all. I can feel that this is gonna be another unwanted bout of insomnia so I just wanted to see if this idea I had has any merit. Basically, we all know that there’s an issue in dating. All the guys seem to be terrified of approaching gals and the gals seem to only find dirt bags. This issue is akin to something known as adverse selection in lending.
When lending money, you’re gonna want to choose someone you’re pretty sure will pay you back, right? How do you stop bad loans? One way is to charge interest. For one, the higher cost will hopefully attract those who can afford it. Two, it means that a riskier investment (a loan where I can’t check trustworthiness) will at least give me a higher return for taking that risk. What’s the issue? People who weren’t gonna pay off the loan anyway aren’t gonna care about interest, but good candidates will. This is adverse selection: where you keep out quality candidates when you were trying to catch bad ones.
How can you prevent this? Well the goal is lower risk, so collateral is one way. It lowers risk because if the loan defaults then you still have it, and untrustworthy candidates still have to put it up. It also requires some demonstration of the ability to make and hold money.
Now to relate this to dating: from what I’ve been able to glean from social media and other anecdotes is that adverse selection appears to be playing out both irl and on dating apps. For irl, “good” guys are worried about approaching gals because they’re worried about the potential fallout: rejection, humiliation, “catching a case”. This is the “interest rate” for the loan. (Note that this is perceived cost. I don’t think there are any girls out there writing up contracts that detail exactly how they’ll reject you). So less “good” guys proportionally. In response to bad experience (loan defaults) many gals will act hostile to men (raise the interest rate). For dating apps, similar idea but replace asking out with like dick pics.
So my solution? Looking towards loans, specifically home loans because that is what the class I was taking was discussing, collateral could provide a template. Essentially, you want to give a requirement as a woman that won’t scare away too many “good” guys and will disincentivize “bad” ones. Has to be something the guy is willing to give up and can cause him harm if he loses it, and the harm can be social, financial, professional. Probably not physical but if he’s okay then I guess? Also, relationships and loans are obviously different in very key ways, this is just a framework.
My idea? If you’re interested in a hookup, demand something physical as collateral. Idk maybe record a video explaining the context, email it to the guy, then lock his phone in a safe. If he’s successfully not a piece of shit then he can get it back. And if she refuses then he has proof. If the goal is seeking a long-term relationship, it’s a bit harder because what can you hold for that long that he values but doesn’t use? I think information might be good. So maybe the girl demands to see the third-most embarrassing discord server. Bad enough that you keep it to yourself but not so bad that it’s life ruining to reveal. Plus if it’s something you care enough about, you’d maybe share with an S/O eventually. Now this is not as clean because what if the couple breaks up and now the girl has the info? My wife (38F) and I (39M) have been together for 12 years. I don't know how to describe it other than calling it the perfect relationship. I think in 12 years we've only ever gotten to the point of really raising our voices at one another maybe 2 or 3 times? We do everything together but always have never had issues allowing each other to lead our own lives and follow our own interests. We bought a house where we wanted.... we both have good high paying jobs that have great work life balance. Basically it's been everything short of perfect.
We've been trying for 2 years to get pregnant and it hadn't been happening. We were just about to start the fertility stuff when I came home from a work trip, and guess what she's pregnant. I had this weird instant thought of.... Wait I thought we didn't try during the week last month because of the fertility testing... But I couldn't remember exactly because to be honest... We were busy at it. So I just assumed I miss remembered.
Now, I travel around the country pretty regularly for work. Other than COVID, I've been on the road as much as 40 weeks a year sometimes. Since COVID its been less but still more than a week a month.
Over the last 4-5 years my wife has gotten very friendly with a guy she works with, let's call him Matt. Matt is slightly younger, I think 34M or so. I know him, he's married, I know his wife. They've worked together for I think 7 years or so. He's always been around, him and I have been friendly. Have I ever thought something was happening? No, but I've always thought.... You'd be a fool to not think there's even a 1% chance your spouse would go outside the relationship. Maybe I'm naive, but I've always seen it as a safeguard to not take my wife or any other partner in the past for granted. She's never given me a reason to think she'd do that. But anything is possible.
So about a month ago I'm out of state for work and she's at home. I ask her what she's doing earlier in the day and she says Matt is coming by for dinner. Not out of the ordinary, Matt comes by from time to time. Sometimes with his wife, sometimes without, sometimes when I'm not there. I don't think much of it.
We have a security system which includes cameras both inside and outside of the house which we installed after an unrelated incident a few years ago. They record and are live accessable by both her and I. I often use those cameras to check on the dog when I or both of us are away, as the rest of the system is monitored by a company Incase of an alarm going off.
She knows I check those cameras, there's a system installed where I can talk through them. I'll mess with my wife and she will with me on them if either of us are out of town (she travels for work as well, but far less than I do). Point is, it's known that I check them often when I'm not at home.
So I turn on the camera and I see my 4 months pregnant wife, lying on the floor, on her side with Matt sitting, straddling her legs and using a foam roller to message her hips. So I'm like.... Ok... What the fuck is this. I start rewinding through the footage and they are eating and talking normally, but then they get on the couch and get under the same blanket. Now...... They are feet to feet, but that couch isn't that big. Then they move to the floor and that's when I logged in.
Anyway I text her, I'm still watching the cameras they both look like deer in headlights and he very quickly leaves. We get into an argument she isn't mad at me accusing her but she's adamant that nothing has or ever would happen, and that what I saw was innocent and she was complaining about being in pain from the pregnancy.... Which I know is true shes already having some issues with back pain etc.. The biggest point of that discussion was I asked "If I were there would you two have been comfortable doing any of that Infront of me" and she reluctantly admitted... No probably not. I told her I didn't want to talk after that and we'd talk when I got home 3 days later.
That's when It hit me..... What if my weird gut moment feeling about her telling me she was finally pregnant, was... This. What if my 1% happened and this is not my child we are having?
Now, it eats away at my while I'm at a hotel alone a thousand miles away for 3 days. I reconcile with myself that... I think it's less likely than more likely that something between them has happened. But Basically my 1% just jumped to.... 10% 20% maybe?
I get home and she's on eggshells and doesn't mention it. I kinda wait to see what she's going to do. 2 days later she finally brings it up and breaks down. Swears nothing has happened she would never. Doesn't do anything over the top to try and prove anything... Which I took as a good sign. But anyway we talk out the issue and everything to a point of at least moving forward for now. I'm still coping and dealing with it figuring out how to re trust after all this time.
I'm getting more and more understanding of the fact that they are friends they've been friends for so long, maybe he has intentions.... But I don't see her having any and I've never really picked up on it and I've spent time around both of them together many many times, and never caught anything.
So the thing that is destroying me right now is.... If I'm wrong and something did happen... While I can figure out how to deal with that... What if that child isn't mine. In the argument and few long conversations we've had about the situation since I've never brought that up, and she's not mentioned it. Mostly because I don't want to make the situation worse and crush her if infact she's telling the truth, which I mostly Believe.
The only thing I can think to do at this point is to wait until the baby is born and immediately order a paternity test in secret. Should I do that? Should I tell her and have it dealt with now? If you're a woman in her shoes and you're telling the truth, would that destroy you, or your view of me? If you're lying what would you do if I asked? I don't want to ask a super vague question but..... What do I do?!
TLDR: very small chance my wife of 12yrs had an affair and she's 4 months pregnant and I can't bring myself to ask for a paternity test for fear of crushing her if nothing actually happened. But I am planning on doing it in secret when the baby comes. What do I do?

3 to those focused only on my relationship. I get it but that's not what I'm focused on. We've been talking about it a lot. My wife and I are pretty open people with each other. I'm not saying I'm convinced nothing happened but I'm more focused on paternity right now.
4 if I need to track, spy on, life360, my wife. Then this relationship is over already. That's not the relationship we have and not one that I ever want, and in my opinion not one anyone should ever have. We are working on rebuilding trust. As I said in this long winded post my default of 1% possibility went up to 10% or so. Trust me I'm taking my relationship seriously but to those I've said this to already. If the kid isn't mine, then there's no longer any conversation to have.
5 I've already had this discussion with my lawyer, I don't live in a state where the birth certificate stuff will be an issue. If I have paperwork that this child isn't mine than divorce isn't going to be much of an issue. Both of us are in an independent financial situation where it won't matter much regardless.

So she was out of state on a business trip until late last night. It's Friday so she worked from home in our kitchen. So I asked to talk and brought it up and asked for a test.
She immediately said yes and said there's zero doubt and nothing that she'd even have a second to worry about. But she has no problem doing it now. The only caveat I left it with is. If it's invasive at all per our doctors then I'm ok waiting until it's low risk. (I'm not a doctor, no clue what they'd have to do to do it now)
So not sure when we are. But she's aware and we are getting one. It was a decent and longer conversation. We are currently sitting together getting lunch. She's got no clue I did this on Reddit. Hence the new account because she is on here somewhere.

This is my attempt at a 1000 word essay on three big questions many Christians have.
If God is good:

1. Why does life depend on death to continue
2. Why hasn't Jesus returned and made things right yet
3. Why hasn't Jesus' teaching done away with suffering

Life is a classroom to teach us how to be worthy of eternity. Eden represents life in its perfect, heavenly state. God created us in His image to teach us to be like Himself. Unity, equality, and love are distinct, but inseparable components of God. We must learn to value them to be worthy of eternal life.
We had everything we needed in Eden to create heaven on earth. We could have learned every lesson by interacting with God and Creation. The animals' traits teach us about character. The plants teach us value. The seasons teach us preparation and timing. Every lesson shows that patience and love give the greatest benefit. Healthy limits on these avoid their abuse.
The unity of Adam and Eve shows us why we must be like God to fulfill our purpose. (The other big lesson of "family" is to support the weak, Job 29:11-17, Acts 4:32-35) Adam is made in God's image. God gives Adam His own breath = spirit. (John 4:24) Adam has a surplus without a deficit to fill. This is the state God / Love is in without a Creation to receive His love. Adam sees his need when he cannot find a worthy partner among the animals. (Genesis 2:20) From his own body, God fashions a woman. Eve, was with Adam from the beginning, but not in a form that truly completed him. She is given back to him and they return to being one. (Genesis 2:23-24) We "leave and cleave" because this sacred relationship is the most important lesson we need to get before time runs out. We can learn to be one in the most joyful and painless way, if we keep marriage sacred and sinless.
Sin divides us. Every lesson on earth teaches us to distinguish between what brings life or death. All sin eventually brings death. We change our classroom every time we bring sin/death into it. We have to deal with the consequences as part of our lessons. The curses on the First Family, are lessons that teach what a god must patiently endure when his creation deviates from eternal behavior. (Psalm 82:6, Matthew 5:43-45, John 10:27-38)

• to produce food (satisfaction for God's emptiness without a safe target for His love.)
• but it only produces thorns (Adam's selfish, destructive behavior)

This pattern continues throughout history; for example, we didn't have a "death-penalty" until we needed it to stop sin from spreading to all life. Once we realized, "an eye for an eye" would make the whole world blind, we were ready for the Healer, Jesus Messiah.
The questions:

1. "If God is good, why does life depend on death to survive?"

Death is a consequence of being unable or unwilling to sustain life. Sin is willful deviation from unity/equality/love. Sin leads to death of the innocent. It eventually will lead to the death of everything. It is stopped by the correction and/or punishment of the deviant death-bringer. (The difference is between willful sin and ignorant sin. Numbers 15:28-31, Romans 5:12-21, Luke 12:47-48, Romans 6:23)
The death-penalty is like surgery. It's a last-resort treatment to keep sin from spreading to healthy, life-supporting members of creation. There was no death in Eden until humans brought it in by sinning, instead of healing our world. (Genesis 1:28, Genesis 2:15) The flood account tells us that all life was corrupted by sin. It's why God resorted to destroying every land animal that didn't enter the Ark. (Genesis 6:11-12)
When man left the Ark, we received meat as food and the death-penalty for shedding innocent blood. This came about in order to weed-out the abusive and negligent. (I say "we" because we are all still one, as long as sin doesn't separate us.) Removing the sinful, and cleaning up after sin is part of sustaining life now. (Genesis 9:1-6) Creation is made whole again when its resources are put to use by those who submit to eternal laws, (Unity, equality, love. Proverbs 28:8) Evolution denies the Biblical account, so please know I don't judge anyone for believing our secular school teachers. Evolution can't account for things like this: "Deer saves rabbit from hawk." There will be no death in the age to come. (1 Corinthians 15:26, Isaiah 25:8)

1. "Why hasn't Jesus returned and made things right yet."

God is being patient with us. He doesn't want anyone that could be saved to be left behind. (Ezekiel 18:30-32, 2 Peter 3:9, Matthew 24:29-44) We have time limits on our lessons. Like babes in the womb, mankind has a fixed time in this age. We will become fit for eternity or we won't, depending on what we spent our lives becoming. We are all one. Each person's experience serves as a witness to what is, or isn't life-sustaining. (Ecclesiastes 9:10, John 9:4) We're wise to live by eternal lessons for the sake of ourselves and those connected to us. (Ecclesiastes 9:11-18, Matthew 25:1-13)

1. Why hasn't Jesus' teaching done away with suffering?

Sin creates suffering for everyone. That's why it's so evil. We have a free-will to choose death or life. (Genesis 2:9, Deuteronomy 30:19, Acts 2:38-40) Jesus taught us to do things that promote life, but we disobey Him. (Matthew 25:40, Proverbs 19:17) What we live and die to accomplish proves our devotion to love, unity and equality, or our lack of it. (John 11:7-10, 1 Peter 4:12-19)

Most women will deny this, but this is the truth:
Women tend to be attracted to the men they don't like, and unattracted to the men they do like.
If you are genuine and honest and transparent with your feelings, you're not complicated and you're not exciting but you feel safe - so they "like you" but they aren't attracted to you because there's no element of danger to you.

This is not what they're consciously thinking by the way. Most women don't operate ANYWHERE NEAR this level of thinking and self-awareness. This is me explaining the driving force behind their behaviour to you in a way they are incapable of explaining themselves.
On the other hand if you're difficult to understand, slightly arrogant, don't really take them seriously etc - they don't like you and think you're an asshole, but they're attracted to you because you project power, don't need them, don't make sense and are unobtainable - and if they can "win you" by making you fall for them, then they can benefit from you - except you can never let them win you completely, because if she understands you too much and domesticates you too much you become weak and boring - which is why the game is always on and always necessary.
You never get to "just be yourself" with a woman. Can you have moments of vulnerability and authenticity? Sure. Moments. But few and far between. Make that your default behaviour and personality and you can start counting down the days until she leaves. Again, women will deny this. They don't like it when I say this stuff. So this happened months ago na, but ngayon lang ulit natrigger coz' nalaman ko yesterday na he is running for cum laude. For context, this classmate of ours is our class president and a proud cheater, both sa acads and sa girlfriend niya. Interns na kami ngayon, and last sem, nagcheat siya at sinumbong ko sa prof namin. So basically, bukod sa nanggagaya siya sa katabi niya, gumagamit siya ng chatgpt para makapagcode sa papel. Mind you guys, he's been doing it ever since and that time lang ako napuno.
During periodical exams, we were tasked na magsulat ng code kase via paper and of course, majority ng classmates ko ay hindi maalam magcode. And these books came out BEFORE the BOM? It then all made sense why I felt there was something wrong with the church for the past 9 years. It was all a scam.
I felt like Neo from the Matrix when he found out the truth. It was overwhelming, but then exciting. I wanted to share my knowledge with (of course) my loved ones, my family. I was excited, but didn’t know how to share what I knew. I started with an outline of View of the Hebrews without disclosing the name, V of H. My whole family thought I was talking about the BOM! When I explained it was actually V of H, they surprisingly didn’t have the same reaction as I did. It was defend, defend, and defend the church and poor Josie Smitty. One of my four sisters made the comment, “They can leave, but they can’t leave the church alone.” I was shocked by their reaction and how they couldn’t allow themselves to open their minds that they had been fooled their whole lives.
Most of my family (four of six kids) served a mission. I explained that with that same excitement we shared the BOM to investigators, I have the same excitement to share the truth to them about what I learned. It felt hypocritical of them to expect people to open their minds to their message on the mission about the gospel (to hear something they were excited to share), but close their minds to their loved one who had something exciting to share that was recently learned.

I have been scammed my whole life with a religion that was based off of a man who wanted to get wealthy, get women, get more women, get girls, and power. Just like the movie, ‘The Giver’, my life changed, I could see more “color” as I saw the truth. I got a 10% raise (no more tithing), I felt I actually now have true agency/free will, and life has never been better. Where will I go? Where will I not go? I have true freedom from an oppressive high-demand religion, a borderline cult. Also like the fable of Lehi and the Tree of Life, I wanted my family to have a piece of this fruit of truth and freedom. I tried to share it, but ironically in this story, they are the ones acting like Laman and Lemuel, refusing to partake of or even consider the fruit I was offering. The fruit of truth.
Also, I feel anger towards the corrupt church, with leaders who obviously know the truth and know they do not talk with Jesus. Yet they pretend to be prophets, seers, and revelators, when they damn well know inside they do not prophesy, they do not see, and they do not reveal anything from God.
