This is one of the most stupid statements that one can tell another.
Was just listening to Under The Bridge by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and to my surprise the chorus sounded familiar to mine ears.
After further investigations I realized that the chorus is simillar to the song Brooklyn by Mos Def. Mos def must have taken inspiration from the Under the Bridge chorus and tweaked it a bit to make his chorus.
This got me thinking that Solomon was right, there surely is nothing new under the sun. Every idea has already been thought of, every behavior, or even every personality.
I'm sure if we dug deeper into history we'd find a you somewhere. So you really are not that original. You are just a copy of another copy which is also a copy of a copy.
All your ideas and all the beliefs that make you have all been copied or adapted from somewhere. So how can you be real, or how can you be a fake nigga as they like to call it when you were never original to begin with?

I wanted to touch on a topic that's been bothering me for a bit.
tl;dr
To start, let's establish a common understanding about the creation of the Beors:
This is interesting because it slightly conflicts with the creationism story told to us in Inheritance:
So if that's true, how were the Dwarves created from the stone of the Hadarac desert?
Hmm.
It also brings up a second point - Where is there stone in the Hadarac Desert and/or Verdant Plain?
Sure, there's probably some below the surface - But there are a few (pre-Beor) mountains in that area - The only one of significance being Du Fells Nangoroth.
Du Fells Nangoroth has also troubled me for some time.
It is the "ancestral home" of the Dragons -- But why? They like the heat, and according to Saphira, sand is good for their scales.
But... They settled on Du Fells Nangoroth BEFORE the Hadarac Desert was a Desert.
So the heat and dryness of that area came about AFTER they settled there.
It begs the question -Why did the Dragons settle there? Why was it their ancestral home, if at the time of settling, it was not a desert (and therefore did not have the warmth and sand the Dragons preferred)?
Hmm. Really starts to make you think, there's something we haven't been told about all of this. I've covered this in other posts, so I'll restrict myself to one example here:
So there's missing information about the ancestral home of the dragons, and Murtagh draws a connection (on multiple points) between Nal Gorgoth and Du Fells Nangoroth.

Anyways, that's enough of that, back to the Beors. According to Urgal mythology, the Beors were created by Rahna:
I think the caves beneath the Beors probably existed before the creation of the Beors themselves. There is no way the Beors creation ALSO created the caves beneath them - I mean that wouldn't make any sense from a spell perspective.
Why create the Beors and the caves at the same time? It just doesn't make any sense.
Which leads me to think the caves existed before the Beors.
And if that's true, it completely shifts what we know about them, and why they were created.
It implies the Beors were created BECAUSE of the caves. I've covered this in-depth in another post here, so I'll recap some of those points. Let's examine together:
The caves beneath the Beors have parallels to the caves beneath Nal Gorgoth:
Beors. Nagra (Giant Boar), Shrr (Giant Wolf), Feldunost (Goat), Urzhad (Cave Bear).
Whose Fungi (Mushrooms) are also tainted. Angela herself goes to the Beors to gather the mushrooms:
That lines up.
There's more - Murtagh specifically calls out the similar stench:
The caves beneath the Beors have the same Brimstone-infused ground as Nal Gorgoth, which implies that Azlagur (or some equivalent) resided in the caves, underneath the Beors.
But, if we're taking our assertion from earlier - The caves existed before the Beors.
So these mountains were created BECAUSE of the caves.
Let's revisit the Rahna passage:
She was in the caves, doing something, and raised them while fleeing the great dragon UNDER GROUND. She raised them to COVER UP the caves and the Brimstone ground, NOT to prevent a dragon from Flying over them.
We can further prove this because a large, but not apocalyptic-sized dragon, can fly over the Beors:
Which implies the dragon she was fleeing from wasn't flying. It was in the caves. That sound familiar to anyone?
Whew, let's all take a break here before we get into the second half of this post. The Urgals and their connection to the Beors.
The Urgals and The Beors.
Let’s look at the timeline -
The Beor mountains were raised BEFORE the urges migrated over to Alagaesia.
Like, WAY before. 5000 years; 5 millenia.
So why do the Urgals have a story about the creation of the Beors when they did not arrive to Alagaesia until the Beors were over 5000 years old?
According to Christopher the Dwarves actually witnessed the event:
Does that not seem odd? And to add on to that - How is their "mythology" at all accurate to what happened?
We can't say definitively that it's right or wrong at this point, but given Chris answered this question in an AMA, it confirms parts of the mythology to be correct (that it's not natural, that it's raised + prevented from eroding by a spell, and it was after the dwarves creation).
So despite not setting foot on the continent for another 5000 years, they got parts of the creation story correct. How?
The closing piece here I want to talk about is Rahna herself. She is the "Mother of us all" according to Nar Garzhvog.
With the recent world map translations, we know the Urgals were created on Alalea.
So what was she doing in Alagaesia, after the creation of the Urgals? And where is she now?
I have a few guesses - Linnea? Silvari? But it is an open question at this point.

- This, along with the creation mythology from the Urgals, implies the Great Dragon was actually underground in the caves, not above ground
- The Urgal's have a (relatively accurate) myth of the Beors creation, yet they did not set foot in Alagaesia until 5000 years after they were created

There's more - Murtagh specifically calls out the similar stench:

They build this in expectation of the smoke, Murtagh thought... I was working out in the gym. This was around the time i finally started hitting a stride. I remeber my muscles were lookin nice that day and i was feelin like a champ.
I kept noticing this girl walk by me and even get close to me as i used the machines. Now im a 6'0 240lb black man and im aware that im bigger than most and that can be intimidating for some. I know i shouldnt care but generally in the gym i try to avoid women. Not cause im scared but #1 i dont wanna seem like creep #2 i dont wanna make them uncomfy #3 i stink and dont usually look the most appealing when i work out. So i just basically ignored her.
I was on my last workout which was an intense tricep work out and she brought her yoga mat right next to the machine i was using! There are a million places she coulda put that mat yet she chose to put it next to me. She pretended to be on her phone for a bit then started stretching. This was probably a REALLY bad stretch because there was no space for her. Ofcourse i glanced at her booty a couple of times but i was too focused on my workout to pay any other attention.
When i finished my workout i reset the weights and put the machine back how its supposed to be. I walked to the other sie of the gym to check myself out where no one could really see me. Then i see her outta the corner of my eye walk up to me. I couldnt hear what she said because i had my headphones in. Then i took em out and heard her say "are you done with the machine" i said "yes" and she started walking away. I then stumbled and said "u good, the machine ok?" She turned around so quick and looked me in my eye smiled and shook her head. I said "ok" then continued to check my self out.
I told my friends about it even my female friends and they told me im an idoit and if i see her again i better get her number. Unfortunately i never saw her again. Soo ask me anything yall. I know im an idoit!

Also there can be a quick video about our story explaining our expertise in this field and why we’re building this brand.

I posted about this awhile back and did not get much response but I am gaslighting myself and need people who have gone through this or similar to help me be objective.
I will Try to keep this brief but it's a lot.
-long history of stricturing Crohn's of terminal ileum diagnosed in 2006. First resection Sept 2018, Last resection in April 2022. Surgeon told me he found Crohn's high up in small bowel, could not remove safely, hoped new biologic (Stelara) would take care of it.
-6 month delay in starting Stelara due to GI F up (forgot to send preauthorization)
-July 2022 began having severe upper gastric pain (under ribs and belly button) after even the smallest amount of food, followed by severe nausea and often vomiting. Within half hour multiple liquid BM's undigested food and insane amount of fluid. Began to eat less and less, moved to soft diet, and finally to complete liquids in August 2023
-July 2023-Oct 2023- Weight loss of 20 lbs over 3 month period. Many ER visits needed for rehydration and IV anti emetics and pain meds as could not keep down any oral meds. GI did colonoscopy but only found microscopic Crohn's in anastomosis site (he only took 2 biopsies from that area and nowhere else). CT's done in hospital showed thickening of wall of ascending colon, and collapsed bowel, free fluid in peritoneum. GI dismissed as "not reliable". Fecal Cal slightly elevated. Constant low grade anemia. After 4th ER visit in Oct 2023 they did a high res Ultrasound and I was admitted by surgery department. However, as I was urgent but not emergent, there were no beds available. Was given choice of staying in ER and receiving IV steroids, or going home and following up with GI. Chose home and was given Entocort. Entocort slowed down bowel from 30-50 bm's a day to ten. Did not help pain, nausea, vomiting, lack of ability to eat. After several desperate emails where I begged for help, said I wanted to die-GI ordered urgent MRI, would not change meds or give prednisone without "proof".
-November 2023-Began to experience fatigue like never before. Could hardly keep eyes open. This would be followed by severe upper gastric pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that went on for days, followed by constipation for 1-2 days and severe bloating, only on the left side of belly which would be rock hard and hot to the touch. Then the diarrhea cycle woud begin again. Always pure liquid, sometimes black, always tons of mucous.
-Went to Mexico to visit my parents for the holidays where I usually feel better but still could not eat. Injecting myself with IM Gravol (anti emetic) just to keep fluids down. I lived off of chicken broth with rice. Saw GI in private hospital. Ordered full workup. Blood found in stool. 3 D CT ordered (could not find a vein for IV after 5 nurses, two doctors, and a radiologist with a vein finder so only had oral contrast) showed inflammation in small bowel, thickening of the ascending colon wall 11 mm, and inflammation of ileum. He wanted to send me to special IBD hospital in Mexico City for MRI but it would have cost 2500$ so I decided to wait till I got home to Canada where it would be free. Treated me with antibiotics for IBS (only available in Mexico and Germany) Zero improvement. I lived off of electrolyte drinks.
-Jan 29th 2024 returned to hospital because I could not keep any oral meds in (pills would be in toilet) also pain was 9/10, high fever, vomiting. Admitted again, but no beds. Left AMA with another prescription for Entocort.
-Feb 12 2024- High fever followed by two days of 40 plus liquid BM's, some of them bloody, all of them black. Husband insisted back to ER where I was admitted immediately. Cortisol levels 11 (close to adrenal failure) very low potassium. Doc said if we'd waited I likely would have died from heart event. Spent 8 + weeks in hospital having every kind of test imaginable. NOTHING showed on MRI, inflammation on CT, lower scope clear, upper endoscopy showed inflammation in esophagus, stomach, and duodenum. Negative for H Pylori, negative for celiac. Started on 150 mg of hydrocortisone for low cortisol to rescue my organs. MRI of brain showed small tumour on pituitary. Endocrinologist did ACTH test and was unhappy, kept me on 40 mg of hydrocortisone IV. PICC line insertion went awry when they Discovered I had complete stenosis of veins and needed port catheter surgically implanted. Was on TPN for 5 weeks. Needed pain meds and anti emetics every 4 hours or severe vomiting and diarrhea would ensue. 30-50 liquid bm's continued (they made me write down everything I ingested and every time I had a BM. They tested me for everything. No blood, NO CDiff, no parasites, no infection. High fever 104.5 plus delirium and CRP shot up to 50. Continued Anemia, blood work all over the place, even with TPN I needed potassium and sodium boluses 3 times a day.
-Requested pill endoscopy, GI said no Crohn's, no need for test. Suggested psych evaluation for a fucking eating disorder. Endocrinologist disagreed, said starvation and whatever disease process was causing symptoms was causing my cortisol issue. Psych diagnosed medical PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder (no shit) but NO eating disorder. Fired GI and hired IBD specialist from another city. Re ran all tests, CT showed huge diverticulum on duodenum otherwise clear. Was going to be moved to a ward from a private room. Had a panic attack because I could not share a bathroom and was not about to use a commode. Asked to be discharged after nearly 9 weeks. They were so overcrowded and basically did not know what else to do to help me, so they let me go even though I was still on TPN and NPO. Got a 5 minute instruction on how to insert a butterfly catheter for pain meds, and let go.
-Present-3 weeks later, still on liquid diet, (Boost drinks, blended oatmeal, yoghurt and soup) still on sub q and IM meds. Finally got new IBD doc to order capsule endoscopy and is treating me for SIBO (never been tested) plus set me up with nutritionist and psychologist for support. MRI repeated- totally clear.
I FEEL CRAZY. This is the sickest I have ever felt. It's been almost a year since I chewed food. The pain under my ribs just to the left of my belly button is now constant, whether I eat or not, pain meds barely take the edge off. Sometimes it's so intense I can hardly breathe. I keep passing out on the toilet. I projectile vomit daily, even using Gravol and Pantoprozole, the bile acid is awful. I've been doing tons of research and have learned that GDC and Jejunal Crohn's are extremely hard to diagnose. I have every single symptom and fit the criteria. Does this sound familiar to anyone????

I will Try to keep this brief but it's a lot.
-long history of stricturing Crohn's of terminal ileum diagnosed in 2006. First resection Sept 2018, Last resection in April 2022. Surgeon told me he found Crohn's high up in small bowel, could not remove safely, hoped new biologic (Stelara) would take care of it.
-6 month delay in starting Stelara due to GI F up (forgot to send preauthorization)
-July 2022 began having severe upper gastric pain (under ribs and belly button) after even the smallest amount of food, followed by severe nausea and often vomiting. Within half hour multiple liquid BM's undigested food and insane amount of fluid. Began to eat less and less, moved to soft diet, and finally to complete liquids in August 2023

What the funding bill and resulting grants said is that we, the harm reductionists who run programs, get to decide what goes in to our kits. Technically, they’re not lying. So yeah, let me tell you how the White House is able to honestly say that they don’t fund crack pipe distribution.
Our crack kits don’t technically contain assembled crack pipes… In order to make a crack pipe, a user has to put the screen or Brillo pad (we provide both) in the glass stem in order for it to meet the legal definition of “crack pipe”. It takes about ten seconds to assemble one, and we give them out usually about 5 at a time, depending on how much crack a person smokes. The max I’ve ever given out was 50, to a guy who had an eighth a day habit and was pretty damn wealthy. They get to choose, and they understand that our stock is limited, so they only take what they need. We don’t ask for names or IDs. It doesn’t matter if you’re broke or a millionaire, we serve all drug users and the people who surround them.
Our kits aren’t just EZ-Build crack pipes; we give them lip balm (as crack pipes can get very hot with obsessive use or if it’s being used by multiple people), little wood pusher sticks which help them use crack more efficiently, rubber mouthpieces which prevent burns and disease spread, new lighters, and a few other knick nacks.
We give everyone narcan as well, so they can save their opioid user friends should one get a bag of dope that’s heavy on the fentanyl. We dispose of sharps containers, and we make our clients promise to use them to minimize needle stick injuries. We have contracts with a medical waste company, as do all other needle exchange programs.
My ultimate point here is that HELL YES WE GIVE OUT CRACK PIPES THAT ARE FUNDED BY TAX DOLLARS, and we save lives by doing it. The verbal teachings of the buddhas and ancestral teachers are just a snare and a trap. They are used as a means of entry into truth. Once you have opened through into clear enlightenment and taken it up, then in the true essence, everything is complete. Then you look upon all the verbal teachings of the buddhas and ancestral teachers as belonging to the realm of shadows and echoes, so you never carry them around in your head.
Many students in recent times do not get to the basis of the fundamental design of the Zen school. They just hold onto the words and phrases, trying to choose among them, discussing how close or how far away they are from the truth, and distinguishing gain and loss. They interpret fleeting provisional teachings as real doctrines and boast about how many koans they have been able to sift through and how well they can ask questions about the sayings of the Five Houses of Zen. They are totally sunk in emotional consciousness, and they have lost the true essence in their delusions. This is truly a pitiful situation!
A genuine Zen teacher would use any means necessary to warn them of their error and enable them to get away from all such wrong knowledge and wrong views. But they would reject this-they would call it contrived mental activity to turn people around and shake them up and refine them. Thus they enter ever more deeply into the forest of thorns of erroneous views.
As the saying goes, "In the end, if you do not meet an adept, as you get older you will just become a fossil."
You must not depend on either the pure or the impure. Having mind and having no mind, having views and having no views both alternatives vanish like a snowflake put on a red-hot stove. Twenty-four hours a day, from top to bottom, you are free and untrammeled as you wander this road that the thousand sages do not share. Just bring this to complete purity and ripeness and you will naturally become a real person, beyond study and free from contrived activity, a real person whom thousands and tens of thousands of people cannot trap or cage.
