Nearly a week ago I released a master template for live recording in Ableton 12, featuring 110 tracks ready to take to your session and kick start your recording.
Since then, I've had a few people ask if this was available in Ableton 10 or 11, so I went back and created them in previous versions too!

Each Instrument or Vocal group has been colour coded and where appropriate, channels have been linked so you can just hit the arm button and start recording multiple tracks at once. The projects contains around 110 tracks, with 10 pre-configured stock return tracks.

Hi, I am short film director. I’m currently in Saskatchewan, Canada. I’ve only done 2 short films. I am planning to shoot another short film this week. I’m not very tech savvy and I do all the work alone from writing, directing, editing and sound mixing. It’s because I’m in a different country and I don’t have money to invest in this. I always use my iPhone to shoot and CapCut to edit.
Today I decided that I’m gonna make a feature film using iPhone. My inspiration is “the following “ by Nolan. A movie like that is not gonna cost me a lot and I can do it with a few actors. I need advice on how to do this. My biggest issue is sound quality, audio mixing and dubbing. Since I’m not very good at editing I use the audio in the video.
How do I overcome these challenges? What should I do ? What are the other challenges that I should be ready for ? How can I make the audio better?

when I was in high school (20+ years ago) I took home economics.
our home ec teacher taught us how to make this cake that was similar to a cheesecake.
we did the bottom base layer with Graham crackers and coconut flakes
then we added yoghurt as the 'cheesecake filling ' and then we added canned peaches on the top and we baked it
when I was in high school. I loved this dessert and it become my go to dessert to make at home..
it was super easy to make for a teenager. it was just assembling everything and sticking it in the oven. no need to weighing, mixing etc.
I made it regularly at a teen and then eventually stopped. I don't remember why I stopped cos it was my favourite dessert! I think I just got busy with life.

Some trivia about this universe:

• In this universe Bakugo is given OFA (at least 2 years before he ends up in UA).
  
• Bakugo is a lot nicer and friendlier to All Might than everyone else (All Might gives up on his relentless quest of finding a quirkless aspiring hero. It's been 20 years so he just gives OFA to the strongest and most dedicated aspiring hero he can find).
  
• Izuku also pulls up to UA (quirkless. He's in the General Education Department).
  
• All Might uses tech from David and Melissa Shield as well as Mei Hatsume and Power Loader [to make up for OFA's declining embers All Might utilises tech to continue his day-to-day hero pursuits. All Might's support gear includes: Electromagnetic Soles (for speed), High Density Capture Nets (neatly compressed and fired from a gun to swiftly capture one's foes), Koete Arm Bracers (a mix between Izuku's Airforce gloves, the mid-gauntlet and the full gauntlet. It's reinforced with iron, tungsten, tantalum, and vanadium. The fingertips of the Arm Bracers are covered with potassium chlorate, sulfur, and nitroglycerin [covered with resin so All Might doesn't accidentally set himself on fire. These coin-like projectiles activate when All Might flicks them at his opponents], The QAD (David Shield's Quirk Amplification device. The prototype was a headset but since then the design has been redeveloped and has been drastically changed to a set of trendy shades), and a Jetpack (to allow All Might to fly without placing further strain on OFA's embers).
  
• Weirdly enough Bakugo has been silently doing hero work for 2 years (He's following Eraserhead's footsteps by avoiding the media).
  
• Bakugo comes face to face with his arch nemesis [the weird slime villain who got the better of him 2 years ago] and blasts him to smithereens...This creates a very unfortunate series of events of Bakugo.
  

Hi doctors,
l experience daily allergies (sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, itchy throat) and am stopping allergy immunotherapy due to reasons mostly outside my control. My allergies include grass, pollen, dust etc. and I've seen some mixed information about taking propolis or bee pollen supplements to help reduce allergy symptoms. Can any doctor please confirm if this is a good treatment to I guess desensitise me to the allergies, or if it will just result in higher experience of allergies? I'm looking at propolis 2000mg capsules in particular at the moment but open to all recommendations!
About me: 26F, approx. 165cm tall and 70kg, no current medications (aside from daily multivitamins, calcium + vitamin D3, and probiotics), non-smoker, frequent headaches (no cause diagnosed yet), lifelong allergy sufferer and have tried various antihistamines, nasal sprays, and allergy immunotherapy with little success

Wanted to ask you about the utility of group therapy. I recently went to a community-centre based one, for people with CPTSD. There’s a whole bunch of folks there but most of them at a level of setting up boundaries with their parents etc. Not that I feel way ahead of people there - but I noticed something strange happening. And that is that some meetings are just overtaken by a collective negative voice.
Some meetings are super fun and productive, and people support each other and I love it. But in times when there’s a topic of success, meaning, life after death kinda thing, general happiness in life, it’s like the whole room turns into their internal oppressing abuser, and everyone says: life hasn’t got no meaning, you can’t expect nice things to happen, when my X died I felt it that there’s only emptiness awaiting us etc.
And I don’t mean to invalidate these folks emotions and feelings of helplessness, but it’s such a strong dynamic that I feel assaulted. I worked my ass off to get rid of that internal hater of life, and in there I feel like I’m the only person with even slight optimism.
Have you experienced that as folks advanced in your recovery? I started to think if those mixed groups are really beneficial, because it’s kinda retraumatising. As I was sitting listening to this doom and gloom, I felt like I was in my childhood home, where human hope, dignity, and joy were just not accessible to folks.. and they drowned in that nihilism. I know it so well, I lived that way for decades. But now it’s so alien to me.
Have you ever experienced that? Or am I just not being empathetic enough? I just feel like it’s super unproductive to let that self hate and hate of life go unchecked in meetings like this… but then again I might be just triggered. What do you folks think?

My concerns/issues:
I’m about to start my sophomore year of undergrad as a Biomedical Sciences major at a large university. I’ve been super interested in the human body and medicine for years. In high school, I was president of the Health Science committee and earned a license as a clinical medical assistant. I was top of my class and didn’t struggle a bit with academics. The transition to college was rough for me though. I ended up getting a C in basic Chem and Calc 1 even though I’ve made A’s in both those courses during dual credit in high school. One issue that bothers me is that the classes have around 200-600 students on average. It’s hard to hear professors and feel like your problems are being answered. I’ve started questioning my future and found that I am not super passionate in pursuing medical school, but it is still something I want to/can do and something I feel like I need to go through with. Keep in mind for later that surgery is something I find fascinating and would love to do.
This past semester, I started researching alternate careers or different paths that I’d be interested in. I discovered a Sport Management degree that I can finish in a shorter amount of time than I would finish my Biomedical Sciences degree in. If I switch to this degree, I would most likely try to become an athletic director at a collegiate level. I love everything about sports and college football/baseball. This seems like something I would love to do. There would be less schooling, less tuition, no grad school. If I change my mind later on, I can still use this degree to get a Master’s in Kinesiology and go to PT school — kind of a mix of medicine and sports.
The one thing holding me back is feeling like I failed. If I switch into Sport Management, I’d practically be giving up on years of dreaming of med school and becoming a doctor. Med school is by far more difficult. This major is going to be way easier than Biomedical Sciences and I think it would make me feel like I’m wasting my time. I know I’m smart enough for medicine… just don’t know if I want to stick it out. If I go to Sport Management route, surgery is off the table given that I at least do PT.
Possible Solution:
I could try to transfer to a smaller school with smaller class sizes after the spring semester. If I do this, I’d stay on the med route. This might help with getting a better understanding of material in class & help to better focus.
I apologize for the length of this post. I’m just very conflicted and feel like this is a huge, life-changing decision for me to make since this is the last year I’ll be able to change my major. If any of y’all have been in this same situation, I would very much appreciate if you could share how you handled it. Thank you.

Just a few things I learned while reading the Division books during a recent trip.

• Agents generally carry only one primary weapon and a sidearm.
  
  • The Division uses specially-issued backpacks, not 5.11 or other consumer brands are in the games. Any non-agent seen wearing one is generally shot on sight.
  • Specialization weapons are electronically locked to the SHD Network, and become inoperable if an agent loses network access.
  • Agents’ contact lenses can ‘mark’ specific targets for each agent, like in the Ghost Recon series.
  • Div1’s Medkits are mix of amphetamines and painkillers. Highly addictive, with horrible withdrawal symptoms. Hunters get steady drip of the stuff tailored for their metabolism.
  • Smart Watches can be recalibrated to recognize a new wearer, via vocal command from another active agent.
  • One agent can deploy up to a dozen Turrets, including different variants (I.e. both normal and Sniper).
  • Both Black Tusk and Keener’s rogues also have countermeasures to stop rogues’ Smart Watches from turning red.
  • Division agents actually STRONGLY object to killing the leaders of hostile factions as a means of destabilizing them. “We’re not assassins”, was the quote, I believe.

I’ve been playing 40k games for a while now and there have been just over a handful of times over the last 6(ish?) months where during the game i would start to get a headache or pain behind the eyes. Other times this would persist into feeling very ill to the point where i’d have to stop driving and take a breather.
I’m assuming it can be from concentrating for a long period of time, mixed in with not blinking as much because of checking the table, maybe forgetting to eat or stay hydrated.
I was wondering if anyone else feels any physical symptoms like this and how people combat it before-hand or at the time?

I'm in the market for another pair of shoes that I can do 12-16km daily runs and with the odd 25-30km long run once per week.
Adidas have some nice specials on their website in my country and I'm currently considering the solarglide 6, Adistar 2 or Adios adizero 8 shoe.
I'm not particularly worried about the weight of the shoe as these will be used mostly on easy runs at a pace between 4:15 - 4:30 min pkm.
Does anyone here have any of these shoes and what distances do you run in them when training? I'm reading mixed reviews about the solarglide online but in general it looks like a nice shoe. Is the Adios suitable as an everyday run shoe and can I run 12- 15km in them?
The Boston and Tukumi's are out of my budget range.

This has led to the advent of individuals known as Wanderers, adventurers with a willingness, or lack of alternatives, to travel through the Miasma in caravans, a fact that has them looked down upon by townsfolk, who assume the worst of most Wanderers and treat them as a tolerated part of life in Durra. You'll be playing as a Wanderer, traveling the roads for any variety of reasons.
Jade Chronicles is a homebrew campaign taking place in an homebrew version of Golarion featuring a number of house rules, official optional systems and setting relevant changes. The most relevant are:

• We'll be using a bell-curve in place of flat probability distribution I.e. any time you would roll 1d20, instead just use the total result of 3d6. In the long run, this tends to produce a "grittier", more realistic style of story because there are fewer fantastical coincidences. It's also because, with the average result being so much more likely, this favors the stronger side in combats. Although that's very often the PCs, it means that the choice to avoid combat is more valid – and that a villain's superiority over masses of weaker foes is more emphatic. And as an aside, it also means the GM can more safely design challenges without quite as much risk of a comical, coincidental disaster derailing the story.
• Spellcasting will be greatly altered with every spellcaster having a base pool of Mana based on class and level instead of spell slots.
• The Ability Scores spellcasting characters use to govern and manage their spellcasting are now distributed across their three mental attributes, with the save DC of your spells is based on your Intelligence score, your bonus Mana points for having a high ability score is calculated based on your Wisdom, and the amount of Mana you recover per night of sleep is equal to your Caster Level in that class plus your Charisma modifier. There is also no longer a minimum ability score required to be able to cast a spell of a given spell level for your class.
• There are a number of classes which are not appropriate to use for this story for one reason or another meaning Gunslinger, Summoner, Vigilante, Vampire Hunter and all the Occult Adventures classes are banned. Firearm technology just isn't commonplace, we won't be staying in one city fighting crime, we will be vagabond pariahs, and this is a story indeed about the relationships between travelers on an epic journey - not about the eldritch powers of the mind and mysterious aliens.

The campaign is set to run on Mondays in the evenings at 5 pm PDT. We plan to meet on the May 20nd to have Session 3, we'll be doing a non-cannon dungeon crawl to give everyone a chance to get to know each other and to playtest the rules we'll be playing by before we start the proper campaign. The intended group size is 5, so currently we have 4 players. Though subject to change, we currently have a fighter, oracle, wizard and inquisitor.

So me and my boyfriend‘s bunny started acting really weird yesterday so we took her to the vet to see what was up. They did an x-ray and found a large hairball blocking her stomach and quoted us $3000 for a surgery to remove it. we are both 17 and in no way would ever be able to afford a $3000 vet bill. So we asked for any other option and she said to force-feed pineapple juice and gave us some intravenous fluids but said she is still likely to die without the surgery.
So I get home and start doing research because that’s how I am. And I discover that pineapple juice for dislodging hairballs has been widely refuted and can even do damage. she didn’t mention anything about critical care or motility medication or painkillers. I don’t know what to do. after reading some posts, I bought some pumpkin purée to make a blend with her hay and water. I also might buy some baby gas drops because they said she was starting to have a buildup of gas.
however, sunstone in my other pics suspected they misread the radiograph because she had passed a few gooey poops and ate a strand or two of hay, so it may not be a full blockage like they said.
for the past few hours i have been slowly syringe feeding her the mixture i made, along with water. her ears are cold so i have kept her draped in a heated blanket bc i fear hypothermia. i have also been massaging her tummy gently and i can feel and work out some gas bubbles. if anyone has any other ideas please help. i really don’t want her to die. :(

Being from a Southern state, growing up, I often recognized behaviors being geared against my few Black and non-white friends.
I have often seen on/through this sub (before and after I joined Reddit) what some may call “micro aggressions” and denials about what Leigh-Anne has faced throughout her career in Little Mix and in the UK. Where I come from, it’s about 90% white. The UK I believe, is about 80% white. While I wouldn’t know first hand, politically, I can see the realities of racism having been a fan of Leigh-Anne’s and Jade’s for a while now. Now, before anyone gets a lil too ahead of themselves, Perrie’s also one of my favorites and frankly, I can’t really choose between the 3 and my favorite usually flip flops. But for now, I’ve been paying a little more attention to our girl Leigh than Perrie.
Now, from what I’ve seen, Leigh-Anne may not have found the best words to put it but she has never once implied that LM’s fans were racist but that her identity might have influenced how fans perceived her. I remember in her documentary how Keisha Buchanan from the Sugababes explained how she was always put down with racist/prejudiced stereotypes and tropes being the only Black member. I could see how this could have happened to Leigh-Anne too with how I’ve seen “non-Leigh stans” speak on her vocals, her character, just about anything Leigh does, really.
Now, as a lefty in a pretty right wing area of a Southern state, I don’t know if anyone else pays attention to this stuff but what conservatives & libertarians have been saying about people of color has been abhorrent. They will call mixed or biracial people “mutants” and claim that they’re the reason for all of society’s issues, they will push racist stereotypes against people of color if you’ve been paying attention to the recent “DEI” dog whistles going back to what they’d say about affirmative action. (edit: these attitudes may have been imposed onto Leigh and Jade as well by like minded and/or unaware individuals with or without knowing it)
I don’t know how else to explain it but the fact that the market Leigh-Anne has come from is predominantly white may explain how she’s been treated in the past and even up to now. Bless y’all. I hope her team brings her out the UK soon and I hope all our girls thrive and flourish in the future.
