2024.05.18 14:16 Inside_Reality_5979 How can a man age 100% slower than 30–40-year-old males and 99% of 20-year-old males?

A lot of people want to look younger in their 40s and 50s. They even want to spend thousands of dollars on cosmetics and treatments to look younger than their age.
Well, the answer is no

Basics

Let’s talk about the basics first. The issue here shouldn’t be how to look young or increase longevity but the main point is when to ??
Most people start worrying about their aging when they hit their 40s or 50s. The ideal time to start thinking about aging and health is early 20s. It’s the time when people should start incorporating healthy habits into their daily routines.
Bryan Johnson, who is researching longevity, has his final meal before 11 am.

Bryan Johnson

Johnson has spent nearly $4M on his mission called Blueprint. He has a team of 30 doctors monitoring his daily progress. He eats more than 111 pills a day and collects his daily stool samples for monitoring. Bryan also wears a baseball cap that shoots red light on his scalp. He eats 1500 calories a day. Bryan prefers to take all these 15oo calories at one time of the day. Even if he gets invited to dinners he fills his plate with food but doesn’t touch anything at all. He also monitors his nighttime erections by wearing a tiny jet pack attached to his penis.
He sleeps for 8 hours a day and any act that speeds up the process of aging like sleeping less than eight hours, eating a cookie or any processed food is considered an act of violence.

What is it like to be Bryan Johnson???

Well, Let’s talk about something about his day-to-day life.
Bryan mostly wakes up at 4;50 am. His bedroom has no books, no towels, no mobile phone or electric device, no clothes, no chair, and no mirror. There is only one bed for sleeping a laser face shield to boost his collagen growth and a device that he wears on his penis to monitor nighttime erections.
Bryan, who is 46 years old, claims to have 2 hours and 18 minutes of erection each night while an average 18-year-old has 3 hours of erection per night.
When he wakes up he measures his body weight to calculate his body fat, hydration level, and body mass index. He is in the 1% of ideal muscle fat. He has a light therapy lamp to mimic sunlight which he turns on in the morning for 2 to 3 minutes to reset his circadian rhythm. He takes 2 pills of ferritin for iron along with vitamin C.
He has organized his blueprint supplement regime from left to right on his kitchen counter. He sips dark green sludge in the morning and takes more pills in between those sips. He has a home gym in which he spends an hour a day, seven days a week. In his meals, he eats steamed vegetables and lentils blended.
Some doctors showed serious concerns regarding more than 100 pills a day. They said that taking too many pills at a time can have a cumulative effect on the body and also there is no proof that just because they worked on Bryan's body doesn’t mean that it will work on your body too.

I recently bought a used Apple Watch and started setting it up through my iPhone. The watch never shown charging indicator in the initial setup face but things progressed well.
I am very confident on the unlock pin I used. It restarted after sync and I attached the strap and started using it.

2024.05.18 12:59 First-throwawaytj I had become emotionally abusive

I had become emotionally abusive
I 37m have been showing signs of emotional abuse to my wife 36f together 15 years.
I don't and haven't done all of the signs of emotional abuse, but not doing them all doesn't make it okay. I had been accusing of infidelity, flirting with other men ect after she switched careers to a job where she works mostly with men.
Oddest thing about this is, I actively encouraged her and helped her to get this job, and it's not the first time I have helped her with a career change or helped fund education, I have never been against her success financially.
Anyways, through the accusations, and getting upset/jealous when she went out without me or wanted to go with friends and not invite me. Also getting upset with who she talks with and starting to monitor her location and social media/email. She snapped, and attempted to do something with someone I bad been accusing her of being unfaithful with. I followed her there and confronted them.
I did the typical blame her, say see this is why I had to follow you, this is why you can't be trusted, no accountability on my end for putting her in a fight or flight stance for her own autonomy.
I did some reading and thinking and found out people do these things in reaction to emotional abuse. I have a lot of those signs from my behavior. (I don't put down her appearance, beak things, use physical intimidation, so I assumed I wasn't being abusive) anyways, I was being abusive and it makes me sick to believe I could do that to someone I thought I was doing so much good for.
We were going to separate, we aren't for now anyway. We are doing both couples and individual therapy and I honestly already trust and understand her better than before the incident of attempted infidelity.
We have passion, love, children, and lately a lot of happiness although she is rightfully concerned that this is temporary. She obviously wants to find her own sense of self again and I am not going to stand in the way.
Long story short, I don't want to build her up to break her down again. A healthy relationship can help both partners have a safe place to find themselves and be themselves...
Has anyone out there recovered from being abusive this way and able to be a healthy partner? It's known childhood trauma has contributed to me developing an anxious attachment, and I am continuing counseling indefinitely, any tips or ideas or advice? I don't want to cause any more emotional pain to this person I care for so much.
Tl;dr : I began suspecting things and following my spouse, accusing her of things monitoring her email. Getting upset at friends she was seeing, eventually she did try to do something with someone I had accused her of after a night of particularly harsh accusations and guilt trips for seeing a different friend. I'm getting couples and individual counseling. Anything else I can do to make this a healthy relationship again, swallowing some pride and not being upset about the incident I can't lie is difficult.

Can't Log Out of Website
Hello! I used an email to log into www.minecraft.net, but it was not the one that has my Minecraft account attached to it. When I try to log out, there's no button. On top of that, it also says "LOGIN", but I can clearly see my account's profile picture and name. When I click "LOGIN", it lets me click on "Sign in using Microsoft", but then it automatically logs me in and redirects me to the same page I was on before, with the exact same account. My Account just redirects me to my email's Microsoft account, but won't let me log out from there either.

2024.05.18 11:55 ExpressPineapple5486 My Asian Mom said she never loved me

I was raised by my grandparents up until I was 15 years old when they passed. My parents were always working, my mom especially went out of town a lot when I was a kid, sometimes she’d go for 2 weeks, and rarely she’d call me first. She never cook, we never had a traditional family dinner together at home.
I didn’t do well in school in my teenager years and was feeling su*cidal. My parents always see me as a troubled child despite being quiet and shy. Instead of helping me study herself, my mom sent me to this lady’s house, where she watches kids study everyday after school until 9-10pm in the evening. The method? We had to memorize one paragraph at a time from a text book and copy them by hand pages by pages. If you get sleepy, you have to do it while standing up for hours. You can’t talk to other kids, and you eat your dinner while memorizing and writing, no breaks until your family picks you up. Sometimes you go on Saturdays too. Pretty sure it was a scam because she doesn’t teach us anything, just yell if we do something bad. And they always wonder why I don’t have friends.
Fast forward recently, I just turned 30 and married, she keeps pressuring me to have a child, but I told her I’m not ready or even sure that I want to bring a child into this world, and she said she’ll take care of the child, and I told her, you were never there for me, and somehow we got to a conversation about her first and only grandchild from my sibling. She told me thank god she came out very pretty, but even then I don’t feel attached to her. And she continued to tell me, “even with you and your sibling I never really felt anything at all.“
Funny enough, her statement suppose to hurt me but I just felt numb. It was more of a confirmation than hurtful comment. And get this, she expects that her kids to just care for her, like invite her to trips, give her flowers on mothers day or birthdays, anything that she can show off to her friends without actually putting in the work of being a mom.
This is just a fraction of it btw and thanks to her I will always think I’m unlovable, couldn’t even get love from my own mom lol She also once told me that I bring badluck into the family and I’ll remember that forever.

👍Can do f*ight and action scenes *with epic angles.
👍Comfortable with nudity and slight erotica, but will not do hentai/gore ❌
👍Can also do s*toryboards *for your work (see the samples of the storyboards are did for my manga in the attachment below)
👍I am most comfortable drawing h*uman beings, *not so much creatures, animals, furies, robots (some is fine, though)
Please see the attached photos to get an idea of my drawing style
My most recent work is 80 pages long Manga Deep Fake me (can be read on Pixiv for free):
https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/117304622
Currently I am working on bonus art pages for my older comic book Green Maiden which I am planning to publish on Amazon as a proper illustration book (see the WIP photos in the attachment). The older version (without the bonus art) is available on Webtoon for free in Japanese and Latvian languages. It was created around year 2016, my drawing style has improved since then, but you can take a look to get a general impression:
https://www.webtoons.com/en/canvas/green-maiden/list?title\_no=374084
I have experience drawing manga and anime style comic/illustration books (both B/W and full color), but not so much Marvel style comics.
Most comfortable themes would be something like Naruto or Attack on Titan, but also fairytales/mythology/fantasy, where there is a lot of nature; post-apocalyptic sci-fi settings also sound like fun, as long as there is not much mecha/tech/industrial stuff 😊

2024.05.18 10:32 Yellow_Banana4 Not sure if my social anxiety stems from trauma or not

So I am not sure I have CPTSD at the moment. I do know that my childhood felt pretty lonely, I was overly attached to my mom I guess but I also felt neglected. I barley have any memories from childhood, it's like my brain picked out very few not good memories. I have one memory where I made a mistake that is normal for children to make and my parents reactions was really scary with them being angry at me as if I murdered someone. Or memories of my mom trying to teach me something in a shameful and dismissive way, or just altogether neglecting me emotionally. My parents ended up getting divorced when I was six and so my mom and I had to move to move in with my emotionally abusive grandmother, although I'm not sure how much she affected me. My parents weren't really abusive but they definitely weren't the best, also in a sense that they simply didn't teach me anything about how to socialize or live life I guess.
I was quiet as a child and I never managed to get out of that. Didn't have any social skills, had low confidence. Moving after my parents divorced was a mirror to how bad it really was: coming to a new school I was basically a mute person, didn't talk at all, and the only friend I made was because they approached me first out of pity. I even have an experience of being in a class with a new people, wanting to talk, and not knowing how to do it or what to talk about while looking at other people doing it. So I just gave up.
I got labeled quiet, weird. people avoided me. I got intense social anxiety, to the point where I couldn't leave the house. I did expose myself to situation without therapy and managed to get to a point where my anxiety is more concentrated on people and on my interactions with them, rather then going out in public. For some reason it was easy to get over my anxiety about going out in public after a few times of exposure, but it's hard to near impossible to get over it the same way when it comes to my attempts to engage with people or form friendships (which never works).
Now, as for what kinds of friendships I had: I am a person that either has no friends at all or has one friend at a time that eventually leaves for whatever reason that I dont even know about. I can count on one hand how many friends I had, and my attempts to make new ones so far are just not happening. I can't be myself or whatever that means, I feel like I'm not always present in social situations, I'm way way too worried about what others think of me, and even when I do try it leads me nowhere. I don't get interested in other people but I try to engage with them bc I have nobody, I see others as much better than me too.
Whenever I talk to people I either get treated badly, or they only talk to me because they need something, but otherwise I'm utterly worthless to them. They always find their friends and I never attract anyone even if I try to talk to engage in scary situations, and it's like that in any social setting I've ever been in. I also have intense people pleasing.
Sometimes people are neutral towards me but never want to be my friend, even if I try a little bit to invite them to hang out, most of the time it doesn't work. I had only one actually good friend in the past but they eventually ghosted me as well. Basically even if I try I constantly prove over and over that people just don't wanna be my friend and I'm just not likable. I'm still awkward and anxious around people, but I'm definitely not as quiet as I used to be, I manage to at least make some small talk or some shallow talk about university work that is generally uninteresting.
I had 3 cbt therapists, the current one is okay but I honestly don't feel like we're going anywhere. I'm still wondering if it's because I'm simply not doing enough so I'm trying to do more to work on my mindset, but I guess if that doesn't work I'll have to switch therapists.
I'm wondering if this is something that comes from trauma and maybe I should consider a trauma informed therapist, or I should stick to my cbt one bc it's simply social anxiety and I need to change my mindset? I'm aware of my negative thoughts, just have a hard time resisting them sometimes or forgetting to use my cbt tools. My nervousness and anxiety in social situations also stays with me throught them and doesn't seem to go away even with the time I spend exposing myself. As it happens, I'm also scared of making decisions bc I'm afraid to regret them, so that's the biggest reason why I haven't left yet.
Any ideas?

2024.05.18 10:08 I_cheat_a_lot Here it is, my dating advice. You can stop asking me questions now.

I see this come up here a lot, have gotten quite a few DMs about it, and since I am currently off the market I feel charitable enough to give some advice. First off, I am a professional dater. I have approached dating with just as much seriousness as a business venture because I firmly believe that finding companionship, whether short or long term, is one of the most important aspects to happiness. Everything shared is better and I believe a successful relationship can be as short as a few hours, or as long as forever. And this is from a straight male perspective normally dating Japanese. So here is how I went about it.First off, understand your unique selling points. Everyone has something to offer. Although they often don’t know how to offer it. Men are lucky, looks don’t matter THAT much, but it sure as shit helps to be physically attractive. Alas, I am not. Past 50, fat, and my fall colors are unfortunately not maple koyo, just greying decay. It still works out. Most importantly, be a person who is safe to be around - more on this later. Be interesting. If your interests are the same as everyone else’s, then you are not interesting, you are boring. Hot chicks can get away with listing “shopping” and “Disney” as hobbies. Guys can not. Be funny, everyone wants to laugh and if you can laugh at yourself it will make you more attractive. Have a growth curve. Your dating profile is basically an M&A deck, women are the investors, be prepared to show them that the future has an upside.
Define your target. Basically there is a hierarchy of targets out there; potential partners who just want to fuck now; ones who want to fuck for awhile and see what happens; those that want an activity companion (no fucking); those that want an activity companion (with fucking); those that want a steady relationship; those that want marriage and babies and life-long entanglement. Regardless of your target, you will have better luck representing yourself as one level above on the hierarchy. Eventually everyone wants to move up the scale.
Decide your language preference. I’m most comfortable with people that can communicate in English by text, but use Japanese in person. I find spoken Japanese to be a wonderful language and I think I’m quite good at conveying my thoughts in it. I find written Japanese to be a dumpster fire of misunderstandings. Probably my written Japanese is just that much shit though so don’t take my word for it. However I’ve dated several non-Japanese here and we’ve used that system for pretty good communication.
Choose your platform. I believe in using all the dating platforms. The wider the net you throw, the more matches you will catch. I’ve had the best luck on Pairs, Omiai, Tinder, Tapple, Bumble, Hello Talk (it is a dating site no matter how they try to brand themselves…) OK Cupid, JapanCupid, and more. Even Happy Mail, although it is 99% hookers, has resulted in meeting real people. I usually pay for top level membership. On average the funnel falls into a rule of 3’s. 900 matches results in 300 convos which results in 100 dates which results in 33 and a third events. I’m classifying those events as sex - that last one third in the equation is the life-changing relationship. In the last few years I’ve been lucky enough to have 4 life-changing relationships, although two of those came about off-line, in the wild. Unexpected!
Craft your profile. Your photos need to be legitimate, never sexual. Even girls who are looking for a one night stand would generally consider a photo of you with your shirt off icky. It helps to be good looking, but it’s even better to look fun. Group photos where you look like you are having the time of your life are key. Of course you must blur everyone’s faces - don’t be that person that shoots a selfie with their hot friend and uses that as their profile photo. Nature really sells, food photos not so much - unless you have cooked it and that is obvious. Your profile must have humor in it, this is where you can make yourself stand-out. Also confidence in something. In a controlled setting like a dating site, humor and confidence are going to be the single most important attractive aspects you can convey. I can’t write your profile for you, but keep in mind something along the lines of “I hate bunnies, they are the worst of all cat breeds. I can easily win a fight with any crocodile if we are in a stairwell.” Absurdity will absolutely attract attention. You need some serious description of yourself as well, but keep it about what you offer, not what you want. And don’t reveal salary, that just never ends well. If you are private-jet rich, you don’t need any of this anyway. In general a mixture of English and Japanese works best and it’s better to have Japanese with some mistakes rather than an obvious G-translate. Say different things about yourself in each language. A well crafted profile is like poetry, every word and every image should have impact.
Now you start making approaches. Don’t just send a like or a swipe right on everyone. Most of the sites are running an algorithm that determines how attractive you are based upon how picky you are. So set your specifications narrow and gradually broaden them. Women on dating sites are getting hundreds, maybe thousands of approaches. You will be lucky to get a couple, that’s just the statistics of the game. When you first sign up for any platform, you will immediately get a bunch of likes from bots running the Chinese fattening the pig scam. These can be fun to play around with if you have spare time. I like to get them just to the point that they think I’m going to invest together with them and their auntie who knows how the crypto market works - and then I bombard them with dick pics, other people’s dicks. But that’s just a side hobby.
Once you get a match you need to have a solid opening gambit. “Hey” is not going to get you very far. I’ve tried both personalizing the first message based upon their profile versus using a really good generic message and found my cost performance is better with the generic. But that’s only because I’ve got a good funnel in place and have really experimented with a lot of different messages to see which gets the best results. Greeting - Intro - Joke - Invite is the best formula. So, “Hi! I’m Dave, my hobby is making my own pasta, but I’m terrible at the boiling water part. Maybe I can cook for you someday!”At this point is really where numbers come into play. You’ve sent out 300 likes, gotten 100 responses, now you have 33 interactions. Most of these are going to go south, you are going to feel rejection all of the time. Internet dating is not fair, at all, it is a market where the women get to choose and you have to go through a ruthless process to keep them on the hook. I don’t mean this as some sort of red-pill bullshit, this is just the reality of turning someone you “like” online into a potential date. You must respond within a few hours maximum. You must end every message with a question. The women are going to be very protective of their privacy (as they should) and it is unlikely that they will ask you anything or respond at all if you don’t ask a question. Most Japanese women on dating platforms are being bombarded with messages so you must be sincere and never pushy. The goal is to move the conversation to LINE, but don’t ask for that until you’ve been exchanging messages for about a week. When it is appropriate, you write “this seems to be like a fun encounter, can we move the conversation to LINE and begin preparing for a date?” Once you’ve moved to LINE it’s important to match their pacing of replies. If they respond to you right away, you respond to them right away. If it’s 5 hours later, then you do five hours later. They are letting you know what their comfort zone is so you need to listen. Now is time to get more personal, show photos of your life to let them get to know you. Don’t love bomb them, and for fuck’s sake don’t use emoji. Like, ever. It is super cringe to most Japanese women to see guys using emoji or stamps. After enough time on LINE, and the metric is based upon frequency of messages, not calendar days, think minimum 20 messages back and forth; you can ask to schedule a real life meeting. Or a video chat, always offer that option.
It is important to note that there are very real demographical differences in how this all plays out. Japanese women in their 20’s will speed run this process but may only be out for a free meal or stamping their “I fucked a gaijin” card. Ladies in their 30’s will generally be a lot more cautious and far more serious and direct about their intentions. Women in their 40’s are fish in a barrel (sorry girls!).
Now as we move into the dating stage I will simply offer anecdotal examples of what works for me rather than hard advice. When still online it’s just numbers and marketing, and everybody lies. But real life is real. I have always prepared for every first date as an opportunity to show a woman the most meaningful first interaction of her life. It’s a wonderful challenge. I will have prepared myself as best I can, starched and ironed shirt, all the basic hygiene shit, maybe a drop of cologne but only a drop - don’t dose yourself. I will have picked out a restaurant or cafe or activity that signifies I have read her messages and tried to understand what she likes. Also I make her comfort and safety my top priority. For guys, the worst outcome of a first date is a fat chick who orders everything on the menu. For ladies, it’s murder and rape. It is vital to acknowledge that in your actions and manners.
The purpose of a first date is to identify where the person fits into in the four possible categories of real life relationships. The first category is obviously dislike, both of you hate each other and never want to meet again. The second is physical attraction, but no real chemistry - so you are probably going to fuck, but not much else. The third is the reverse of that, no real physical attraction but tons of chemistry - hooray! You just met a friend! The fourth and rarest of them all is physical and chemical attraction and the chance to explore the intermingling of lives. With that knowledge I’ve never declined a date nor ran away when they were absolutely not what was promised. I have done a couple of cut shorts before when I realized I was dealing with either a seriously medicated and mentally unstable person, or when it was obvious they were an opportunist looking to scam. But these incidents were unusual, and the friends I’ve made or the fun I’ve had when not everything was not quite what we were both looking for absolutely makes up for the bad times.
In Japan, as a guy, you basically have to pay on the first date. It needs to be someplace public, with service, and easy for them to escape from. Don’t go locking a girl up in your car when she’s only known you for 5 minutes. I’ve dated Japanese and both Eastern and Western foreigners, in my experience it’s far more common with Japanese girls to get a favorable response about talking about ex’s and it’s absolutely on the table for conversation topics. Don’t talk shit about your ex-s though, that’s probably true anywhere though. Shared food is a wonderful way to subtly build closeness. I always take first dates someplace that isn’t just single serving menus. My pro-tip is to always fill my tori-zara first, and then give that to them. It’s so small and simple but something Japanese guys apparently never think to do.
As a general rule, you don’t want to initiate sex on the first date. Sometimes it happens but there is a fascinating cultural thing here where, if a woman meets a guy in a bar - she will absolutely hump him that night, no big deal, this a very liberated country. But if it’s a date for the purpose of a relationship, then it’s a totally different thing. My schedule has been first date cafe, second date restaurant or activity, third date I cook for them. Sex pretty much always happens on the third date.
I can’t help after this point. Now we are in relationship territory and I suck at that. I’ve spent a few years dating Japanese models who were absolute thoroughbreds, with beauty and culture and intelligence unmatched. Also a fuck ton of crazy, like knives and shit crazy. But I’ve also met a wonderful amount of incredible people and had all kinds of fun, way more than my fair share of sex, and had glorious interactions with interesting women. Now I’m hopefully on the other side, in a very serious relationship, fantastically happy, and I wouldn’t change any of it.

2024.05.18 09:54 MelQQ import-startlayout for taskbar stopped working with May 2024 updates

We have a simple taskbar layout that we apply during OSD using import-startlayout. It has been working with Windows 11 for a few years and now seems to have broken for us after the May 2024 Win23H2 Windows updates. If we use start-importlayout on our xml file on a computer that is only updated through April 2024, it works. If we run on one with the May updates applied, we get that the xml "is not a valid layout file".
I realize Windows 11 does the Start menu customizations through .json files, but the taskbar customizations have been working through start-importlayout like they did in Windows 10. We are doing what is described here Modify Windows 11 Taskbar during OSD, Intune and GPO - CCMEXEC.COM - Enterprise Mobility. Even if we use the sample from this blog, it works on a computer not updated with May updates, but errors on one with May updates.
Anyone else run into this?

2024.05.18 09:45 FantasticConflict140 Invisible biting bugs & hard tiny white bug 411

I decided to start a topic as a resource to everyone dealing with this.
I have recently reached out to an insect department at a university. No reply yet. I encourage everyone to do this so maybe someone will help. This has happened to me several times. I'll share what I have learned although now I'm dealing with some I can't rid myself of after my child left a window open for days in the desert. This is at least what I suspect happened. 1. They come with sand and dust from outside. Tropical, desert climates. They also piggy back airline, movie theatres, buses. I've picked them up in each. We had a roof put on in a remodel project and they were also unleashed while in Ft Myers, Fl 2. They hate cold. 3. There are 2 types: true invisibles and the tiny hard ones that look like microscopic salt and yes seem to attack and fall from nowhere. They love cotton, leggings /spandex, any support material. They also like oil and lotion. 4. Bed bug covers with fabric will attract them. They get into the fabric of those. Use plastic cheap covers on beds and pillows. If you get new beds or pillows leave that retail packaging plastic on! Its so thick and sturdy. 5. Bombing has always worked to kill them for me. This is the first time its only lasting a few days. First infestation in this house. Im moving next month and so terrified I'll have to toss most of the fabric items so I don't infest my new home. But I also took all the plastic off all the mattresses smh because it had gotten punctured in moving. I have kept plastic on for years whenever I purchase things because of the risk of these things. I'll probably have to toss it all before our next move. 6. They usually do drop off as soon as you leave your home. This time that isnt happening completely. It's like they sense outdoors. I used to be able to sleep in a car if I was on vacation or they got in my house. 7. Bomb your car too. 8. They hate cold so bag your travel clothes and leave them outside if its winter. 2 weeks they die. 9. Mouthwash, vinegar, even OFF will keep them off for a while. You might get sleep. 10. They will get in ears. This is the first time I have had this happen. A few drops of oil or safe materials to wash them out will work to flush them out. 11. They will show up as trichimoniasis! It wont be. But er and labs only see an unknown parasite and thats what diagnosis will be. Especially if you get them from beach towels. If they get into your vaginal area they can cause itching and discharge. Using a boric acid suppository usually kills them and wards them off. They will get in your crack too. On the beach, use towels you can toss.
  1. Using powder seems to actually kill them on skin like baby powder. If you have baby powder rub it and you'll get a little long term relief through the night.
  2. They get in hair. Oil makes them bite more. Wash often. Sulfur shampoo or scentless helps.
  3. Fogging is all that works. D. EARTH wont kill these. Idk why. The Fog cans in stores use a tiny amount now so you'll need at least 1 can per room. Clean up everything off the floor and open closets, drawers, pantries. Put porous food and containers in the fridge or freezer. Spray kills on contact but does nothing once it dries.
  4. These are obviously a parasite that have not been identified. Thousands of global forums & people suffering and not one insecticide company even researching it is weird.
  5. You can use double sided tape, tape, scrape and collect to collect samples. They are visible I have read. I recently started rubbing my hands on the bed and pinching them up and collecting them in a baggie in hopes someone will study them some day that can help us. This is my first time getting the white hard ones.
  6. They do not bite the whole household. They seem prone to biting people with blood issues and women. But they will still infest the entire family. They do bite! So if they are mites, then there is a biting mite.
  7. I'm typing this going insane. They will attach to clothing hanging in your closet.
  8. They will infest someone elses home through a visit. Even hotels. They seem to mate and populate overnight. I've brought them in from the beach on towels on vacation and by nightfall the room is infested! No these are not sandfleas though they seem to live in sand as well.
  9. They can live well over a month without a host they bite.
  10. Bites will be tiny red dots or tiny puss bumps. So yes these bite!
  11. You are not crazy. Thousands of us have dealt with these for years.
  12. If you can afford a tent over your house to fumigate everything, and bombs did not work...use it. We did this after the roof replacement and it solved the issue.
  13. The white dots all over your dark clothing are them. They don't seem to move but they are everywhere.
  14. They can cause nosebleeds and congestion. My kids aren't being bit but they have nose bleeds and stuffy noses. I hope this helps. I really haven't had an infestation this bad. I honestly never even saw them til this time. I usually kill them in one bombing. I have fogged twice! Only had mild relief. I think the older ones have the hardest shells and more visable. Im going to try the cheap plastic bags and if that doesnt work I'll have to dump anything fabric. Coated everything in d earth and that didn't work with these. Used sprays and repellants and get just a day of partial relief. Also I believe steam might work so I'm going to try that on my more expensive furniture. I don't want to donate if it will spread. I already did that with goodwill not thinking. Good luck and please drop your experiences.
