Hi, I was just hoping for a doctors opinion. I am going to have my last accutane pills today. I have been on 60mg a day, for about 6-7 months with buildup and the last month I did 40mg per day. I had an eye test recently and my eyesight has not changed since my last eyesight 2 years ago which the optician said qualifies me for laser eye surgery which I want because I want to see without glasses, also I think glasses didn’t help with my acne pre accutane as it pressed into my nose pushing out more oil which my skin was already very oily. I asked the nurse how long I should wait off accutane to do any surgery because I understand it’s probably dumb to do it immediately as my eyes are already dry/drier but a lot better on 40mg than 60mg. I asked my nurse on the monthly call to see how my treatment is going and she said oh yeah wait a year and her tone made it sound like it was a really bad idea. Is a year too long? She said it will take my body/skin like 6 months more to fully recover from accutane. Additionally I weigh 65kg. Thanks for any advice

I am having my fourth transfer today. This is the first cycle that I did a modified natural protocol. I have a question though, I had a lot of bloodwork leading up to my trigger shot, but after my trigger shot, we didn’t do any bloodwork testing at all. How do the doctors know that my body is okay for the transfer today?
I used a trigger shot exactly 1 week ago (last Friday). I have read posts by others talking about how if they took a pregnancy test, there’d be a line because they took a trigger shot. So I just took a pregnancy test and my test is stark white. Does that mean my trigger shot didn’t work?

Hi all,
there are so many junior miners, many of them have nothing, or just a permit and few holes. So investing into them blindly is a disaster. But there are some juniors that I really do not understand why are they still so cheap after silver rally. I understand why there were cheap before, but it makes no sense to me, why some juniors with huge proven reserves are not flying.
For example Silver Elephant. This is a junior with 100 million silver OZ reserves. It is basically a mountain. They have pretty nasty price chart of stocks. It looks like it is going to 0. But that company is old, and they bought this insnaeproperty in 2016, made multiple spin off companies and basically started some production 7 monhts ago. It is in Bolivia, very good mining history district with many high grade mines in the area. They bought property for like $25 millions, and spent $35 millions on drilling(I couldremmeber those numbers wrong). And yet, they market cap is like $10 million only. This is a typical property, that couldn't find capital for mine devlopment and had to dilute shares to finance it. But after recent silver rally, lot has changed. They do have some income, they would likely not be profitable at $22, but they sure could be at $30. And even if their costs to produce 1 OZ of silver were $35, than any price increasef of silver over that cost price would bring them $100 millions of value increase. Since they started production at sub $25, their costs are likely less than $25. This means their assets should already be revaluated at current $30 to + $5x100 millions. But let's assume some very bad scenario, lets assume they need additional $100-200 millionst o fully develope a mine and their cost per production per 1OZ is $40 and price of silver jumps to $50. That would still make 100x value increase in market cap compared to current market cap. And I am ignoring their huge zinc reserves.
Simply this looks like extremelly leveraged stock, that was dumped to 0 because of lack of capital interested into this sector and previous necessity to inflate stocks to finacne that project. But now, every price inrease of silver of $1 per OZ should increase it future value over $100 million. I simply do not understand why such bonanza is ignored. Ofcourse, if price of silver goes down longerm, than this stock will go to 0. But upsite is insane. So even small investment could make a fortune in case silver jumps to +$50.

As per my image, I've created a table where it checks for initials in the Alpha and Beta tables and if it has the initial it is looking for it then checks against the process times table and then adds them all together so you get the total time for all the processes a person is working.
This does work but I feel this is quite a messy way of doing it. I'm very novice to excel and I would like to explore better ways of doing this but my knowledge is too basic to know where to go.
