("USHA" or the "Company") (TSXV:USHA)(OTCQB:USHAF)(FSE:JO0), a North American lithium exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (the " LOI") with Stardust Power, Inc. (" Stardust Power") dated March 15, 2024 granting Stardust Power the right to earn up to a 90% interest subject to a 2% Net Smelter Royalty (" NSR") in Usha's Jackpot Lake Lithium Brine Project (" Jackpot Lake" or the " Project"). If the parties enter into definitive agreements covering the transaction, (i) depending on the earn-in level, the total consideration could total up to US$26,025,000 over five years inclusive of payments comprising US$1,525,000 cash, US$750,000 stock, US$15,750,000 stock or cash at Stardust Power's election, and a work commitment of (US$8M). Upon completion of the full earn-in including NSR buyback, Usha would retain 10% of the Project and a 2% NSR and would be carried in the Joint Venture (" JV") formed between Usha and Stardust Power until a formal Decision to Mine is reached following completion of a Feasibility Study. Hi guys,
I'm a math undergrad that's passed a few actuarial exams and I wanted to apply some math to UnO levels in order to better make sense of the level system. I think it'd be easier to transform the function of "levels'' to a function that has properties of linearity. lets call that function "power"
the linear properties of power are informally defined as follows: a group of n people with power x are cumulatively as strong as one person with power n*x. Therefore with this property we can decide approximately how many people it would take to beat someone with a higher level, all other things equal.
The only numerical fact that we need to know to make sense of the levels system is that the levels range from 1-10. after this, wed need to extract some definitive properties from the book
1) cripples can still fight
2) the strongest possible person is still at most a level 10
This means that the interval of which "power" exists is between some small positive constant and infinity, so our function must represent that full interval.
I decided to use a modified logistic model as it's properties agrees with the aforementioned, as well as many others implicitly or explicitly stated in the book that i wont get into or this post will be way too long (some examples: 1) a person of level x*2 is always stronger than 2 people of level x all things equal.** 2) the differences in power between levels x and x+1 grow exponentially as x increases. etc etc.)
so the conversion from level L to power P would be
P = exp[(L-1) * (9/(10-L))^0.1]
I modified the logistic model for a few reasons. The first reason was to standardize the units of power to be interpreted as "how many cripples can they beat". I also wanted the difference between a level 1 and a level 2 to be roughly the difference between e^0 and e^1 (formally. dP/dL evaluated at 1 is 1). finally, I 10th rooted the last term in order to soften the effects of the capacity as it hasn't been shown to be as extreme in the series (although removing the root would support uru's definition of god tier much better)
some examples:
1) williams power = 1
2) gavins power = 6.3
3) elaine at 3.5 = 13.23
3) blyke at 5.0 = 69
4) arlo at 6.3 = 328
5) john at 7.5 = 1617
6) sera at 8.0 = 3416
9) jane = 26830
Of course this is just a model, a simplification of the UnOverse in which we know very little and somewhat conflicting information about. However it seems to hold for all of the implicit and explicit properties of UnO.
extras:
1) its necessarily true that, given level = P*M/10, that P (potential, in this case) is on the interval [10-100] and M (mastery) on an interval dependent on P [10/P,1], or differing by some arbitrary constant
2) the notion that ability dampeners drop anyones level by half is inconsistent with the 1-10 level range
3) The notion that ability amplifiers increase anyones level by 1.5x is also inconsistent with the 1-10 level range.
If this gets enough attention I could try and model the probability of encountering a level x using the bit of info uru has given us regarding level rarity.
**footnote: don't source johns fights with mid tiers as a counterexample for this as that's an example of when all things are NOT equal. We know from the book that level is not everything.

| So basically i was bored of finishing Lostbelts with the same party (oberon, arjuna alter and molay). Decided to make my own randomizer and this is how it works step by step: - Counting how many servants you got from each class (dupes do not count).
- Counting how many craft essences you got form every rarity. (dupes not counted).
- The servants box will have the filter by acquisition and old at the top right.
- You start with 5 random servants and 5 craft essences (only the craft essences are from each rarity, no double 5stars ce and stuff)
5-1. To choose a servant you take a random number generator and roll a number between 1 and 8, that will decide the servant class. 5-2. Than you take the a number between 1 and (insert your class number) [my example: 19 sabers], that will decide the servant of that specific class. - To choose a craft essence you take a number between 1 and (insert CE number) [my example: 237 3 stars CE], and repeat for each CE rarity.
7-1. To choose a support unit you will always take the Suggested support unit and if there is none 7-2. You randomize a number between 1 and 10 to choose the "class" 7-3. Have the filter set to Login and Old than randomize a number between 1 and 30 (there are more than 30 supports sometimes but i just use 30 out of comodity), and count. 8-1. Mystic code is also randomized, count how many you got and choose a number between 1 and (example:9). 8-2. After losing a battle you must randomize your Mystic Code and start counting by the one you have currently equipped. - Servants have 3 lives and after that they are GONE, no revives. (Servant will be rerolled and cannot be chosen again).
9-1. If a servant dies with a CE, that CE will be GONE and dupes cannot be chosen again. (CE will be rerolled and cannot be chosen again). 10-1. You get 3 swaps at the start of the run; Mystic Code, Servant, Craft Essence. 10-2. the only way to regain a swap is after beating a boss with break bars or a grand battle. - Command Spells are allowed.
12-1. Revives are allowed. 12-2. After reviving the death of a servant will be only counted once (if the servant dies twice in a battle only one mark (I) will be applied [check point 15.] - if you pull for new units and find them or find new CEs add them to the numbers.
- You can enter a level and reckon it but if you attack an enemy you cannot withdraw.
- After winning a level you will add a mark (I) to the servants that died, after reaching the third mark (III) the servant and CE will be banned.
- You can choose freely the Servant and CE position before battle.
- Killing your comp on purpose is allowed but remember that you are a PUSSY (i did it) [multiple times]

On the other hand.. that offense level hurts. It hurts a lot. Often times, you will find the opponent gaining 3-4 power when clashing against it. It's okay up against "Strong" skills, but things that actually necesitate EGO to clash against are out of its water park. Also, ironically, due to Ishmael's best Tremor ID being LCCB (unless you are a freak who runs Molar in a tremor team), the passive is not gonna be bringing as much value as it does on say Liu Ish, it might even screw you out of Struggling clash wins. Nevertheless, Snagharpoon, despite overall lacking in many aspects, serves as a useful back up option for when Gunmael can't win a clash, with the addition of bursting tremor; a nice cherry on top. Legerdemain That doesn't even look like an apple Some people consider Legerdemain to be one of the best ego in the game. I mean, a cheap AOE which inflicts paralyze? What's not to love. And yes, they are right. Legerdemain really is an amazing ego. Tremor or not. On tremor, it is even better... shame that Gregor has no ID to use it on. Rosespanner is, as discussed in the first tremor report, not a reliable tremor ID, and this ego does not justify bringing him. As for any other... well, they won't be bad. You should ask yourself however, is this ego worth giving up an actual tremor ID? I will say.. no. Capote Look up boxman ishmael I have been playing Tremor since Rosespanner Rodion came out. I have literally just today learned that this ego has a unique Tremor Burst effect on its corrosion. Capote is an okay EGO, providing SP Damage and some wrath damage up, not really useful on a Tremor team, but better than the altenative. The Corrosion, if the tremor burst staggers, inflicts 2 burn on 3 random units. Units. Not enemies, units. Also it lowers count by 2. This is garbage. Get out of my sight cowgirl. Rime Shank What is this whore doing here You might be asking "What is this doing here"? Well it bursts tremor lmao. Is Rime Shank good on a tremor team? Yeah, absolutely. Is it good because of the tremor burst? Nope! 10 sinking, 8 count is just too good to pass up, and the tremor team feeds it decently well. It's a good option.. if you have no pride or morals. On the awakening, you have a solid heal combined with a protection buff, and a light springling of tremor. On the corrosion, you have a huge damage steroid. It's not really a tremor ego, but you will be using it regardless. Healing is how you stay alive. Meursalt rodion Copycat Incredibly similar to the Meursalt ego, with a couple small differences. Overall, not really better or worse, just different. The lack of termor burst on awakening kinda sucks, but the betteer passive makes up for it Santa Claus Hohoho! This ego has a lot going for it. It's almost like a WAW forced into the skin of a HE. Is it good? Yes. Tremor teams can't really count on long resonance chains, but you can still usually get a damage up on a couple big hitters, plus it bursts tremor AND heals SP. Think of it more as an SP healing tool to use whenever Outis goes first than something like Rose Garden Gregor. Binds Heathcliff Ough... This EGO beffudles me. On one hand, I can't say it is bad. A tremor team fuels it well, it buffs Heath up potently, bursts tremor, and hey! It even does a bit of sinking! But... I don't know, something just doesn't click on it for me. The Passive is sadly useless, as tremor struggles with long resonance chains. The Idea of bursting tremor, then getting buffs to whail on a staggered enemy is fun, but the fact the buffs mostly help with AOE also beffudles me. Still, it is undoubtfully a powerful ego, and its unique SP cost helps ensure you can always win your Sanity back. Binds Outis Mmmf Similar to the Heathcliff Binds, but instead of getting buffs it focuses purely on tremor. This makes it much better in a tremor team, surprisingly. Even without Tremor Collapse, this would be an amazing EGO that helps smoothe out the weaknesses of a Tremor team. With it? It's fucking glorious. The amount of damage you can dish out with this and Oufi Heathcliff almost makes you forget Tremor "sucks" And that is all! Unless a new tremor ID gets announced, the next tremor report will focus on non-tremor EGO that still come useful in a team. Since it's a new on-hit item and there's some dispute over its viability, I decided to crunch the numbers to figure out its value on my favorite jungler. The most notable aspect of Yun Tal over other on-hit damage sources is that this item is not affected by on-hit effectiveness, which drastically alters its effective damage on Bel'Veth.
Findings: Yun Tal is one of the strongest on-hit sources for E at high health, even at 25% crit chance. BotRK can beat it (obviously), but against squishier targets the bonus AD to break even is reasonable even at 25%. It beats Wit's End at all levels around 75% with reasonable bonus AD. It beats Kraken Slayer at mid health at 75% with reasonable bonus AD, and it beats it at low health at 100% with reasonable bonus AD.
Kraken Slayer beats Yun Tal at basic attacks and Q when the enemy is at low health. Yun Tal breaks even with Kraken Slayer at mid health at 190 bonus AD/100% crit chance, and it breaks even with Kraken at low health at 246 bonus AD/100% crit chance.
BotRK beats Yun Tal at basic attacks and Q when the enemy is at high health. Even at 100% crit, Yun Tal needs 300 bonus AD to simply match BotRK versus a 2000 max health opponent.
In a vacuum, Yun Tal makes E deal good damage no matter what their health threshold is. The problem is how many items that ends up taking compared to just building Kraken Slayer + BotRK and having good high health and good low health damage output.
The starting variables Bel'Veth has some of the worst base AD scaling in the game at 60-85.5. This means Yun Tal is effectively 21-30 (level 1-18) + 35% bonus AD for her.

a) Does it mean that when the game start, assuming the player is the attacker, that this unit has already moved? Or it can take its turn as normal?
b) Is the extended deployment area created by the Spearhead unit a bubble that goes all around? Meaning, can a unit be deployed an extra 8" towards the enemy? I am not sure how to read "may not be placed in the areas that a Spearhead team may not move into".
