Hi so I’m in high school (15f), and dated a guy around a year ago before I realized I was a lesbian. I’ll call him James (16m). Immediately after we broke up, he became an asshole, though he was super nice throughout the relationship. This other girl who he’s dating, who I’ll refer to as Lily, (also 15f) is pan (I believe), and we hooked up casually a few months ago before they got together. Me and Lily used to be really good friends before they got together, and she never mentioned even liking him, though she knew we used to be a thing. Since we were friends, I know she values honesty very highly in relationships, as someone she was with previously happened to cheat on her. James has recently been extra mean to me, without being provoked, so I got really pissed at him, and at this point me and lily weren’t friends anymore. (It wasn’t just her getting with James without telling me that made me not like her, she has also been transphobic at times (I’m dating a trans girl), and is just a bitch in general.) Regardless of how much I hate her, I have reached out to warn her how toxic he could be at times, but she didn’t listen. It’s nearing the end of the school year, with mon, tues, and wed of next week being the last days (I’m currently writing this on a Friday night), and so we have a ‘locker clean out’ thing on Monday. Also, lily is moving over summer break and won’t be at our school next year, So earlier today, I got fed up with their shit, and I’m petty, so all I was thinking about was what James would think abt me, the girl he hates for no reason (I promise I never did anything to him, and I had thought we ended on good terms), and his gf, having fucked before (she never told him). So, I wrote a little note. It said basically just ‘I fucked your gf’, but with more words. I never said my name, but added something where James would know it was from me, but wouldn’t be able to prove it. (Id also like to mention that looking back, I didn’t specify when, so he might assume it had been while they’ve been together, and get mad at her for “cheating on him” or smth). I put it in his locker before I left school, in a very visible place, may I add. I did so with the intention that he’d find it on Monday (locker clean out), and I’d be able to see his reaction. I wasn’t really thinking clearly about what would happen after, and I’m not sure what will. I’d planned that if lily confronted me abt it, I’d just mention her whole ‘honesty’ thing, and that he ‘deserved to know’. Part of me feels bad about this, but the other just wants the power move of “I fucked your girlfriend”, and wants James to know. So AITA?

I bought a 1996 Ranger 3.0, RWD about a month ago. 80k miles. 2 years ago the previous owner replaced a lot of parts under the hood after the truck had been sitting for a while. New radiator, spark plugs, wires, ignition coil, battery, alternator, just to name a few. It has the original engine and transmission.
The thing is, I've been hearing a metallic-like rattling sound when driving at high RPMs. I'll need to take my foot off the gas a bit to make it stop. I've read all around for what this might be. My heat shield seems secure, but just in case I put pipe clamps around it. Banging around with a mallet all over the exhaust and catalytic converter didn't reveal any sounds. The truck has a bit of a rough idle, nothing super bad, and a rough time accelerating, especially at lower RPMs. Speed maxes out around 75, which is fine for me, just takes a loooong time to get there. A smoke test revealed leaks at the IAC and EGR valves so I've replaced both. Also a slight leak at the throttle position sensor, but I haven't done anything with that yet. I've tested two out of the three O2 sensors with a multimeter (the passenger side upstream one was too difficult to get to for me), and they appear to be ok. I've also run Seafoam through the fuel tank.
Not sure what else it could be. As far as the acceleration, I've heard 3.0s are slow, but not sure if mine is normal slow or not. Not sure if the rattling is related to reduced engine power either. Any help or suggestions what the noise could be? It's driving me crazy, and I feel like the truck is about to fall apart.
Just to add, I've had a hard time finding a video showing predetonation sounds I can actually hear, but to my understanding it sounds a little like static. My sound only sounds metallic, and as I said earlier, plugs, wires, and coil were all replaced about 2yrs, 8k miles ago.

I think it would be cool if our characters were strong on their own and everything was set up in the Culling Games Arc, them having to maybe ally or something. But we can also have it be basically them fighting together to make themselves stronger and then fight new enemies as well. I’m down for ideas!
I’m also down for a Modern AU roleplay with the original characters. Maybe an OC x CC or CC x CC in that case!
CHARACTERS
I tend to use character sheets to describe my character, these usually consist of names, background, and personality. More so on appearances, I prefer using animated or drawn references than real life people. I enjoy good enough references where I get the idea of how the character would look like.
The types of characters I write are either the lone wolf type that has some sad past which leads them to want to join someone for a redemption arc or the bubbly character who is the one that brings the mood up and is usually seen as trustworthy and of that kind.
I like all types of tropes, especially enemies to lovers or rivalry. I also really enjoy opposites attract as a whole from either opposite personality or something else they would be opposites in. Enemies to lovers takes my heart, though. I love seeing the characters go past the urge to ultimately hate each other and/or go past their usual way of disliking the others lineage or upcoming.
REQUIREMENT
I think this is my last paragraph on the roleplay. It’s the most important, at least. Requirements. All roleplay searches come with them. Or at least that’s what I heard! But don’t fret, there isn’t much.
I’ve seen this as one of the most used requirements, and I agree with it. As someone who’s first language wasn’t English, I understand that you may not be great at it. But please, I do require a partner that at least has proper use of grammar and punctuation. You don’t even have to use big words or anything, just at least know where to put your periods and the placement of your words.
My second requirement is for you to be LITERATE! Please. I’m a big writer, I tend to ramble on and tend to write more than what I thought I would. (like i’m doing right now) I write multiple paragraphs from the starter until the scene relaxes. I also understand that sometimes writing big blocks of words every response is tiring or boring so I don’t expect it all the time, at least after the starter has been made and in more important scenes. Dialogue also cuts my replies shorter.
Please please please be polite in OOC! We may just be role playing together but kindness goes all ways. If we do include OOC, I enjoy talking about many things. My day, movies, games, funny moments and stories, all of that!

I'm not quite sure how to phrase this better, but I feel like a bit of context might make the title make a bit more sense.
I'm an amab person that hasn't really had much interaction with much of the lgbtqia+ community for the majority of my life, having come from a pretty small town and being raised in a way that didn't shun it, but didn't really acknowledge or have a big lgbtqia+ community. It was only when I got into college that I started discovering and interacting with most parts of the community.
Part of this was a few of my close enby and trans friends describing their experiences with their identities to me. This led me down a rabbit hole, the end result of which being my realising that I am nonbinary around a week or 2 before Easter this year.
As I embraced myself for who I now am, I've started to interact with the community a lot more. As I did so, I started to realise that I related much much more with the transfemme community that I had previously realised, leading me to start questioning my gender once again. Leading this time to the conclusion that I am more than likely transfemme rather than nonbinary.
I've always been one who is quick to adapt to things, having a name picked within a week of starting to go by they/them pronouns, but I feel like if I tell people now, they might think that I'm either faking my identity for attention or overcorrecting from my previously masculine lifestyle.
I know it's only been a couple of months, but I really do feel like transfemme is the best label for what and who I am, but I feel like if I say that, I might rub people thwwrong way.
I know that this is probably all in my head, and that my friends will probably accept me no matter what, but I still feel guilty about being so volatile with my identity in such a short amount of time.

This is going to be all over the place and I'm not exactly looking for advice, I'm just venting.
My sister, her friend and I were drinking together on this bridge right outside our apartment we lived in at the time, as the night went on they both eventually got into an argument because my sister felt like he wasn't being a genuine friend due to his lack of loyalty and communication with her. They talked things out a bit and they eventually made up. Although when we all agreed to go back inside her next move tells me it's not really about that and something much deeper.
She was never really as open as I am to talk about her feelings or our past to eachother, she would only be brief most of the time. I should mention she is older than me so she remembers more about our parents than I do. They were alcoholics, neglectful and were in an abusive relationship. Making us believe we were more poor than we really were for years to feed their addiction, that's something they will never admit to. A forgotten memory of mine was that my mom used to lock us in our room all day so she could bring people over and drink. Strangely my mom was actually the one to bring that up to me but then justified it by saying she was protecting us. If I were to bring it up today she'll completely deny she ever said that or it happened. Anyway, it brought back other memories during that time period. The times we were let out of the room we would always see people or my parents fighting, my sister was completely desensitized at this point. However my mom also told me that my dad chased her through the house and my sister was sitting in the hallway and he kicked her very hard in the chest while running after my mom and made my sister cry. I was just a baby so I don't recall this.
As we grew older my mom broke up with my dad and decided "to get better" Except we couldn't talk about anything from the past because she would go from 0-100 and get in our face or ridicule/mock us, her thought process was that she had it worse so we should be grateful. My dad on the other hand actually takes accountability, got sober because his alcoholism nearly killed him so he turned his life around, and said he was sorry to us many, many times and we kept in contact. He started a new family with my now stepmom who I get along with. My mom relapsed on and off since then but she's sober now, she gets moments of clarity here and there and expresses remorse but she'll go back to her old mindset and it's like there she is, we're back at square one.
I remember a different time that allowed me to see my sister's perspective was while we were both drinking at a park she just broke down crying to me, I couldn't really understand most of what she was saying but what I did understand was she always felt our mom favored me and she was mean to her. My mom was sick in the head like that she would try to pin us against eachother because we were very close. My mom would tell my sister I was holding her back, talk about my ugly smile etc. Then she would come to me to talk about what she didn't like about my sister. It all came out during a petty argument my sister and I had, it was then we realized what she was doing but still didn't confront my mom. She probably did that out of fear of us seeing her for what she truly is so that was her attempt at trying to keep it swept under the rug.
Now that I shared the details, I think my sister was miserable and done with life and everyone in it always disappointing her one way or another. During this time my mom was drinking again, she knew my mom would never get better even if she got sober because of her mentality, she's just too broken. So she thought the only way out was to jump, I ran back to the apartment and told my mom what happened, her first words were "Fuck sakes" in an annoyed tone like it was a minor inconvenience. That still makes me mad to this day. Thankfully my sister survived the fall, but instead of my mom changing her attitude towards my sister she kept repeatedly lecturing her that she's lucky to be alive, and gossiping to some family members saying that my sister was just being competitive? That's the thing with her she thinks everyone is competing with her and no one can be as traumatized as she is. Then would also just be on her fucking phone like it was another normal day, I'm positive she enjoyed everyone's pity she was getting on Facebook. What also hurt me was my sister sided with my mom, she was probably embarrassed because she made that decision while intoxicated but I believe it was something more than that. Not everyone who's depressed just jumps off a bridge like that, and I hate that my mom brainwashed her.
Unfortunately it wasn't too long until my sister was back in the hospital because of a heart infection. I felt at this point she just stopped trying altogether. She was so detached from everything. She passed in 2019, I promised to take care of her cat Jasper for her. And I can't even do that in peace because my mom ended up abusing Jasper multiple times, she hung him out the window and found it funny, we lived on the top floor of our apartment. Even made fun of my sister's swollen body in the hospital saying she looks like a queen ant. Seriously what is wrong with her?
Sometime in 2023 we visited our hometown to visit our family members. My dad lives on the reservation so took this opportunity to drive to town and come see me, we spent time together then we both agreed to visit the places that my sister and I went to, including the bridge. Seeing that bridge again brought back all my memories and emotions, the anger I felt towards my mom came back even stronger, but also made me depressed, because I try to detach myself from that part of my life like as if it didn't happen because it's easier that way so seeing it in front of my face was rough. I remember when I told my mom, yeah, I did see the bridge. I couldn't hold in my angry expression and had an urge to face her to say it, and of course she hasn't changed at all as she thinks it was nothing more than teenagers drinking. Sometimes this cycle of obsessively dwelling in the past makes me think I hate my mom, but then it's like who am I kidding? That's not who I am. I still love her. I just feel lost without my sister and I feel hopeless, I'm angry at everyone for moving on so quickly, I'm angry at the world, I feel like I don't have that connection with anybody else on this earth. Not my mom, not my dad, nor other family members because I'm the outcast. Dwelling in the past will be my downfall. Anyway, I should probably wrap up this post and get some sleep. I'm sleep deprived and not thinking straight right now.

About Me:
While I’m not looking to immediately jump into a serious commitment with anyone, I generally prefer to date with the intention of establishing something long-term. My schedule can get pretty busy, so I have no interest in wasting my time or yours. With that being said, quality time is my biggest love language, and I will definitely make time for my significant other when I can. You walk alone through this world, though everyone around you pretends to be with someone, mimicking each other’s emptiness that they learned from their rotten culture. Your steps are heavy because with every step, you must hold your ground. Your body is getting closer to the earth, where eventually it will find peace that you can’t find while being alive. You smile with your lips while your eyes hide pain. Some run from those with pain. Real pain kills illusions, and some love their illusions about themselves. Some like to parasitize on that pain, making it public, turning someone else’s struggle into a public toilet. You conceal your real self behind layers of armor, hoping that the armor is not just a bunch of lies of a coward.
But pain still finds its way through that armor. Love, unfortunately, does too. The wrong kind of love... You eagerly shed your armor, letting her in while she sinks her hand with its sharp nails and tears your chest apart. You watch her wash her hands enjoyably in your blood. She paints with your blood the horror stories of her past. She creates imagery you’re unable to forget. She takes your throbbing heart in the end and laughs at it contemptuously. She laughs at your love through the tears of many regrets in her own eyes. Then she digs her little piercing teeth into it, sucking everything good out of it. She needs to turn you bad to justify her own badness. But you don’t turn bad. You wait patiently while she tortures you. If she’s unable to love you, at least she’s able to pain you, and she does. Her love was fake; her revenge, at least, genuine. And you smile while your eyes hide the pain.
No one will give you a hand. True pain makes you lonely. You’re on your own and you will never be a part of any mob. Why would you be? The mob is so boring with its eager compliance to vices. They see freedom in spreading their legs easily and a lack of discipline. They see success in lies and nutrition in fast food. They see art in vulgarity and beauty in ugliness. A bunch of cowards clinging desperately to each other, imitating bravery. They lost the definition of a woman and the courage of a man. They lost freedom because weakness, by definition, cannot be free. Love turned into porn and a heart turned into a blood-pumping organ. Poetry turned into vulgar, incoherent rap. Music turned into a sound that makes you feel numb and useless.
But you still walk. You still search for the answers. Among dirt, you’re trying hard to preserve your love—love for something beautiful. You won’t let your love die. If you stop having faith in love, everything is hopeless. Everything is filth. She’s just a body if you have no love in your heart. She’s only a goddess when you are able to love her. Without love, she’s decadence, a pitiful vice you like to brag about online. You treasure your love secretly inside your complete solitude. If you let it die, there’s nothing to live for.
You’re embracing your masculinity through physical pain, through emotional devastation. Better to have real pain than fake happiness. Better to be alone than with a fake friend. Better to be silent than to utter words with no meaning. You won’t bend the knee before comfort. You will stay true to yourself. At least you try.

Thank you all for the advice on my last couple posts. I really feel like I am beginning to understand some things I really needed to, and the advice I’ve gotten has really helped.
Just wanted to update some things, so I am not getting advice and encouragement under false pretenses, and just to thank you all for helping me take the steps I needed to take.
My story is posted on here, but I lied to bp about the story at first as well as on here. It was an online affair, we never met in person, but it lasted around 7 days total over the course of a month or two (very on and off talking) I TT for the past month to my bp which I am very ashamed of, I was truly just a coward. No excuses. The whole truth is out to him now, and I want to be honest here as well.
Yesterday I spoke with AP. I wrote him a letter explaining everything, and met with him in person to make sure everything was deleted and to tell him I’m going to be telling his girlfriend in a week. I then blocked him again.
I sent bp photos of the letter, and an audio recording of the conversation. My mom went with me so there was no questions of what happened as well.
Bp is expressed to me how grateful he was for this, and that I made sure he could see and hear everything as well. He said “no matter what happens with us, that really healed a part of my soul”
Obviously was great to hear that I’m doing right by him, but even better is that it felt great for me to do for me. AP is and always has been a looming evil in my life, and it felt like a weight was lifted off my chest in bolting that door shut. Of course, I wish i would have done this sooner, but I am glad I have now.
I also sent him my Reddit profile so he could read these posts, he helped me realize that I lied even on here, and I don’t want to lie anymore in any regard. I don’t know if he is following up on these posts or not, but I’m okay with it either way. I’m just sharing my heart here, and that’s something I want him to see.
I’ve been making videos over the past month of me talking about everything I’ve learned and everything I’m feeling and I shared that album with him as well. He said the only reason he is still speaking to me is because he saw my honesty in those videos, and helped explain to me that that is the standard from here on out when I talk to him.
Absolutely everything is on the table now, and nothing is tethering me to the past anymore. Everything is out. I’m not sure what the future holds and that is still really scary, but I am confident that whatever happens will be right for both of us.
Thank you for everyone who helped me have the strength to do this, and help me truly understand why it was so important. Feeling very grateful. ❤️

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little story about how I recently leveled up my OSINT game and stumbled upon a tool that has been a total game-changer for me. So, I've been a fan of the Privacy Security and OSINT show podcast for a while now, and it's been an incredible resource for learning new techniques and staying updated on the latest trends in the field. But, like many of you, I always felt like there was something missing in my toolkit, especially when it came to efficiently gathering and analyzing data from various sources.
A few weeks ago, I was working on a particularly challenging case that required digging up a lot of information on a person of interest. I tried the usual methods—social media, public records, and some lesser-known databases—but it was taking forever, and I felt like I was missing crucial pieces of the puzzle. That's when a fellow OSINT enthusiast recommended I check out this platform that they had been using for a while.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a shot. The platform is called Effect Group, and it offers an Open Source Research Platform that lets you search for information using just a name, email, or phone number. What really blew me away was how quickly it pulled up relevant data, including some stuff I hadn't even thought to look for. Plus, it has AI-based image analysis tools, which came in super handy for verifying identities and spotting connections.
The best part? It's open source, so it's constantly being updated and improved by a community of users. I was able to gather all the strategic, tactical, and operational knowledge I needed without breaking the bank or spending countless hours sifting through irrelevant information. If you're serious about improving your OSINT skills, I highly recommend giving it a try.
