Main attack: food flip Harvey flips the food in his pan, hitting enemies 1.5 blocks in range, damage done depending on brawlers max health, min. Being 750 at power 11. If hit a team opponent, has a chance to heal up to 1000
Super: eat up! Harvey cooks up a filling meal for his team, the time prep before the cook being 7 seconds, in these seven seconds he can fill up a bar that has 2 marks, no marks = heal 2350, 1 mark heals 2000 + 25% shield lasting 5 seconds, 2 marks = 2000 heal, 15% shield, and buff (like the one from ruffs). Mark one gets at 2000 damage, mark two gets at 4000. Super Canceled if he dies in the seven seconds. Has unlimited range
Gear 1: burnt food Instead of healing teammates w/ super he burns enemies with burnt food, this does make the range limited due to fairness, about 4 tiles out in a circle form.
Gear 2: flying saucer, wait no, pan!? Harveys next main attack throws a pan, this pan pushes enemies hit back and stuns for .5 seconds.
Star power 1: high heat The super marks on the bar take less damage to hit, mark one being 1000, mark two being 2000. This star power also makes it so his super wont cancel if he does die, instead it will finish the super and still give to the team (or enemies if gadget used)
Star power 2: food poisoning Harveys main attack now does poison damage to any opponent hit, 250 damage per second for 3 seconds.
Hypercharge: (idk a name for this..) Harveys main attack now becomes a thrower attack for 15 seconds, hitting teammates heals 1000, hitting enemies deals 1550 damage. (Speed +25%, damage +0%, shield +15%)

I need some help with a story I'm making. So it's going to kinda be a love story between two of my heros and the main character is the female of the relationship. She's a boxer and she's secretly apart of a team of heroes and one of these Heroes likes her, and although he's tried to keep it a secret it is pretty obvious. At the start of the story the main character ( DustoLori ) is in the boxing ring with another boxer. The other boxer's name is “The Dominator” and her real name is Mako. In the fight Lori loses and Mako makes fun of Lori offstage, and when she's doing that she sees the guy who really likes Lori ( JolteWinston ) and when she does she hits on him and it makes Lori jealous. Fast forward through the story and Lori is boxing some other boxer, And Winston is sitting in the crowd. Unknown to either Winston or Lori, Mako is in the crowd and when she sees Winston her eyes light up. ( And sometime earlier Mako found out that Lori and Winston are starting to get closer ) so taking the opportunity Mako starts hitting on Winston, like, on the verge Of sexual assault hitting on him. And Lori can see this in the ring and it distracts her from the fight. Soon Mako pressures Winston to come with her to her house, and when Lori sees them leaving she quits the fight half way through and chases them. When Winston and Mako get to Mako's house ( they drove so it will take some time for Lori to catch up ) Mako starts to intensify her seductive tactics and starts to force herself onto him. And right when Makos about to make the final move Lori busts through the door and beats her up then happy ever after. But my problem is sometime later Mako is going to end up have a secret conversation with Winston and she'll say one of two things that will choose what her future in my stories Will be. Either she'll trick him into another forced date where she'll successfully get what she wants or she'll tell him to confess his love to Lori and how much of a idiot he is for not confessing sooner, and she'll go on a whole speech about how Lori secretly loves him too and Mako will vent how she loves Winston but she knows what she did was wrong and she'll accept that Winston will choose Lori over her. ( I know I babbled but I hope it made sense ) I just need help choosing between these two character endings. ( Also yes both Lori and Mako are dominant females and Winston is a submissive guy, don't Judge )

Should I take a job opportunity within PE as an A2 that isn’t being promoted to senior this year (new A3 promotion cycle)? Job would be a senior fund accountant role, would work directly under the controller at a small investment company in HCOL region (<20 employees).
Excited for WLB and a new job, but worried that I’m leaving B4 too early. Also, compensation is not great but not terrible (total comp 95 including bonus). Am I limiting myself in the long run by leaving this early? Is there any harm in leaving to such a small firm where I would essentially be treated as a “staff” since there would be no one under me as the accounting team would just be me and the controller?

There has been an increase in the amount of inquiries into the state of the project due to a lack of updates for an extended period of time, and I wanted to quickly address it. Below is a copy of a comment left in this thread asking if LunaSea is still being developed that I wanted to share in its own post as a status update regarding LunaSea and its future:

tl;dr: development focus has shifted to a successor to LunaSea and is slowly being worked on. No timelines at this time, as I’m working on it when I have the drive to spend time on it. LunaSea is in maintenance mode and won’t be receiving any updates unless there is a major breaking issue discovered due to one of the supported modules having a breaking change.

LunaSea was started over 5 years ago and in truth has a really poor code base. Mix of inexperience at the time with good design patterns alongside rapid feature releases has grown LunaSea to a point of being a huge time investment to make any major changes to the project.
Mix that in with a few other things, I have lost a lot of interest in working on LunaSea. Some things include:
– A tale as old as time in the industry: major burnout. This has triggered me to spend a lot more time investing in hobbies outside of coding and my computer in general – Getting married late last year and spending more personal time with my wife – Planning a cross-country move later this year and preparing for that – Taking up a higher seniority position in my professional career (also as a software engineer) which has me committing more time to my career
You also pointed out a really good fact, LunaSea does not really have any income. As it is now, donations are about equal to the infrastructure cost for maintaining LunaSea. Between donations on all the different platforms and Ko-Fi, I average approximately $40-$50/month.
It’s increasingly difficult to want to invest a lot of time into something that isn’t really garnering any financial gains. I would probably estimate at least 3,000 hours have been spent working on LunaSea, and while I am a huge proponent of open-source and free applications, and I don’t regret making LunaSea FOSS, I do wish that I had more financial gains to show for how much time was invested working on the project over the years.
All that being said, I’ve slowly been chipping away at working on a successor to LunaSea. LunaSea is no longer being worked on but I will publish a fix for any major breaking bugs if they occur. As it is now, LunaSea does have minor non-breaking bugs but is in a state where all intended functionality works, so there is no need for any updates.
The successor will remain fully open-source, but will charge for the client application when installed from a monetization-supported platform (such as the App Store, Play Store, etc.). However, free copies of the binaries (IPAs, APKs, etc.) will always be available officially.
This will be a complete rewrite that shifts to a server-client approach where the user would install/run (via Docker) a server component and the client application connects only to that. It allows me to start fresh away from all of the technical debt while having a much improved experience across the board.
However, I’ll admit I’m not overly focused on this either. I work on it when I want to, and I’m not putting any pressure on myself to meet any timelines or release in any timeframe. I really love software engineering and want to avoid burning out again.
I made the mistake of giving general timelines before regarding this project and have missed them all, so at this point I can only say it will be ready when it’s ready. Progress is still being made (albeit admittedly slowly), and I will remain monitoring feedback and giving support for LunaSea when I can.

This post started out as a comment, and then it got long, so I made it its own post. Someone asked when rushing became the meta. Some would say never; this is what I remember about the origins of rushing as an intentional strategy. Hopefully you enjoy this trip down memory lane.
The first person to popularize rushing on reddit was a youtuber named Hulk / Hulkified. (His reddit account is gone and he deleted his youtube videos, but here's another video that mentions him.) He'd barch so much that he'd run out of ability to spend resources, so he'd rush to the next TH level whenever he maxed his walls in order to have a new level to dump loot into. This was in 2014 when loot was scarce, which made it really impressive.
Clan wars were introduced in 2014, but it took a little while for people to realize that you could get an advantageous matchup if you kept your war weight low and your offense high. In 2015 for the first time I rushed an alt to TH10 thinking that with max lalo I could crush my mirror (I didn't built infernos) despite having lower heroes. That became my most fun account and it overtook my main because I played on it the most.
In Dec 2015 the TH11 update broke the economy; over the course of 2016 supercell tried to fix it by adding in things like guard time and loot cart, and increasing the overall amount of loot in the economy. Previously both loot and time were tight, but in 2016 loot started to become abundant. Rushing without placing heavy defenses still gave a significant war benefit. Engineering was in its heyday. Cheating, too: people would use bots to farm their engineered accounts and private servers to practice war attacks over and over. It's good that those days are over. I know people who lost a pile of engineered accounts in bot-triggered ban waves.
SinOfDusk might deserve most of the credit for popularizing rushing, and also for discrediting it, thanks to his occasionally abrasive personality. (In his defense he was probably a teenager at the time.) I've found posts by him as far back as 2016 making some of the same rushing arguments that people make today. He was active here and on the supercell forums. He and others used the term "strategic rushing" to mean rushing with a plan, not mindlessly.
In 2017 supercell adjusted the war matching algorithm to attempt to pair maxers with maxers and rushers with rushers. This was basically the beginning of the end of engineering as we knew it previously. Then in June 2018 with the TH12 release they made it so that you had to place all of your buildings in order to upgrade your TH level. Lots of people said, well, fine, but I can still have some of the benefit by placing everything but leaving most of it low level. They were wrong, thanks to the 2017 changes; for the most part they matched each other. A small number of clans did know how to beat the war matching algorithm, with hyper specialized bases, and they built up huge war win streaks, hunted each other, etc.
CWL came out in Oct 2018, and in early 2019 I read a post on the supercell forums about hyperrushing. Someone explained on the strategy subforum how you could get a base to TH12 in a couple of months, then ignore it, use it as a CWL filler account and only upgrade it with proceeds from Clan Games (introduced December 2017) and CWL. My clan needed more CWL fillers so I made my first two accounts of this type in early 2020. (Funny thing, those two now have maxed wardens because elixir is so plentiful.) Now I have a whole flock, each with a different main attack, for variety: one has a maxed dragon attack, another edrags, another baby drags, another electro titans, etc.
There have been a lot of rushing guides since then. CallMeTee probably has the most popular one now; he uses the term "strategic rushing" to be an aggressive form of what I would call mild rushing (maxing heroes and key offense at each TH level). I've even written a couple guides myself. Starting a new alt and rushing it to max TH level every so often is still fun, though there are so many TH levels now that you can't hyperrush to max in a couple months anymore. The game continues to change a lot, year to year, and it's fun to see what it's like to be small again, even if you only spend one boost session as a TH7 before starting the upgrade to TH8.

The Birth of the Kendu Legend

It started with a whisper. Carried on the wind, barely audible. But for those who caught it, it was a signal, a great sign of a new dawn and a new legend. The alpha was undeniable. A mysterious connection to an ancient legend called Shytoshi who had promised enlightenment at the conclusion of the journey to the faithful.
There was something breathing in the shadows. A new hero was to emerge, Kendu Miazaki, shrouded in a cloak to obscure his true identity.
The wind carried that legend, the Messiah, across the landscape and those who heard him speak carried his words in their hands like the infant saviour. This legend created by Miazaki had the power to wrap itself around the hearts of those who believed in the great prophecy.
These hearts became warriors. Dedicated to cementing the folklore and ushering it into being. They put their fucking helmets on and tightened the straps. They were ready to go into battle.
At the foot of the hill, amongst his small following of PFP's with helmets, Martini in hand, Miazaki stood looking down upon the small gathering of faithfuls - "I am one man. I am no one special. I am replaceable. If you unearthed me you would be disappointed as I am just a man" The words sounded eerily familiar. Right?
Who was this new messiah among us? Where had he been for 2.5 years? What was his purpose? Why did he return? And was that the sweet scent of Jager bombs on his breath?
At the foot of the great mountain, loyalists assembled, they saw the clouds shimmering at the peaks. "One step at a time. You $KENDU it" said Miazaki. "The 1 billion market cap party will happen when we reach the summit". His voice shrouded in a thick Australian drawl which seemed at complete odds with this type of prophecy narrative.
As the army set forth on foot, their eyes on the peak of the mountain, their hearts cradling the great prophecy, they had one goal in mind. Moon this bitch. Hard.
The journey was arduous, each step a test of endurance and resolve. Through rugged terrain and treacherous paths, jeet dumps, accidental maestro accidents, wen boys and moon bois, Miazaki led his band of loyalists with unwavering determination. The wind carried their whispers, a symphony of hope and determination, as they pressed on toward the summit.
They battled fierce beasts that lurked in the shadows, scammers, dips, dumps, long consolidation periods, their roars echoing through the valleys. They weathered storms that threatened to tear them asunder, their spirits unbroken by the fury of nature.
Many shady figures emerged, posing as the faithful. Offering to lend their armies to the cause in return for a 1% supply of Kendu tokens.
But Miazaki stood strong and saw these people of perceived influence as they were, tricksters with synthetic armies without heart and conviction, who would run at the first sight of resistence. Some of the Kendu army questioned Miazaki, saw these people of influence as a viable and easy option to lessen their workload on the way to the summit.
Miazaki stood before his doubters. "Go back down the mountain to the Solana cesspool from wence you came. We do not need those with Jeet hearts and minds among us". Challenged by their lack of faith, these few jeets who lacked the Kendu Attitude fell to their knees, cucked each other, slipped and tumbled into the Solana Swamp or back at base camp, never to be seen again"
At a time of need, one great titan joined the journey, Mike O'Hearn, his ripped organic body shaming the fat ass keyboard warriors and giving them renewed faith. Those who saw this Demi God were secretly beguiled by him, even if they couldn't admit it to themselves.
Even a Crowned Prince joined the army, bowing before Miazaki and offering his unwavering loyalty.
The now large army came across a small whining gollum like creature, Larky Poos, who lived halfway up the mountain, scraping pots of gold from others who had tried to climb the great mountain before.
"I'm glad you ave joined us" bellowed Pete, a loyal Kendu warrior.
"Peeete! What the heck??" cried Larky Poos, as Pete placed an extremely large helmet on Larky Poos tiny little jeet skull.
Resistance was futile. The legend was already too great to deny. And soon little Larky Poos joined the crusade and for the first time, without a secret bag of gold for his efforts.
Throughout the journey, Miazaki remained steadfast, a beacon of courage and resilience for his followers. With each passing obstacle, his legend grew, his name whispered in awe and reverence by those who witnessed his deeds. And in turn his army grew, assembling to 5000 strong. But there was a storm or resistance brewing that made some falter.
Miazaki turned to his army. "One step at a time, one heart at a time. And so the prophecy shall be deemed infallible. For each heart beats as one. A sentient heart. An organic legend borne of your blood, sweat and tears. Beating so loud through the land, that is has awoken the ancient spirits".
One faltering loyalist cried out. "What's next???! We need...."
But before the words could fall from his mouth, Miazaki bellowed. "There is no one coming to save you Jeet!"
Miazaki looked at all his children...
"You are all jeets"
His eyes cast across them, landing in particular on Larky Poos.
"What the Heck??" blubbered Larky Poos.
"Everyone has their price, Larky Poos" Miazaki continued... "You will not all be here when we reach the peak. You are all replaceable. We shall see who carries the spirit of the five Inus once we reach the peak".
After some time, the arduous journey saw the weak crumble. Jeeting themselves back down to the valley of Dead spirits, Solana Valley. In that moment, they knew that they had achieved the impossible, that they had fulfilled the Kendu prophecy that had guided them from the very beginning.
With tears of joy streaming down their faces, Miazaki and his loyalists stood atop the mountain, their hearts filled with a sense of accomplishment that transcended words. BACK STORY...skip ahead to the point
Y'all ... Where to start. I've been with my spouse for 12 years. We moved in together almost immediately and married 6 years ago. Recently we made a well thought out decision to build a mother in law/ apartment in my spouse's mother's home basement. Her home is paid off, she has no retirement plan as a hairdresser, we can't afford half a million dollars for a home or rather refuse to go that far into debt. The three of us and my spouse's sister discussed a plan for ownership and how to build the basement. We agreed that we would own half the home and we will then pay half the property taxes and all utilities. We will be adding a entry door to the side of the house for this apartment and along with have our own "front" yard on the side of the home. We will share the backyard. We share the parking spaces available in the driveway.
We wanted to start the building process immediately. So we decided to do it in phases. Phase one was building out our bedroom and a master bathroom. This means we would be sharing the kitchen with my mother-in-law and one of the living rooms would be to share as well. Due to budget restrictions we decided to hold off on the shower so we only have half bath downstairs. We have not signed any contracts with this home agreement yet and as each day passes I regret it more and more. With the first phase we re-piped the entire home. My mother-in-law did pay half the price of this. However, overall we have put in $35,000 into the home for our bedroom and half bath.
MIL and I have gotten into a couple of arguments but seemingly seem to go away after apologizing to each other. When she gets a little too drunk, she likes to bring up mean things from the past. I have decided I don't like that so I avoid her when I notice she gets a little too drunk. We have been living under the same roof for 5 months and so I've learned when to avoid.
First fight was me attempting to stand up for myself. After the 5th conversation of her asking me to wear more makeup more often just for her, Because I look so pretty and I could be so pretty if I just wore makeup more. I told her "that was rude and that I wouldn't wear makeup for anybody and I don't really get any joy wearing makeup so that's why I don't wear it." She always starts these conversations talking about how pretty I am and how great my facial features are and I do my makeup so well and I should do it more often. She did not think it was rude and denied what she had said about requesting I wear make up for her. So we had a back and forth of disagreement until I said we should just take some time apart to cool off. She hated that. I went downstairs. Next day I went on as nothing happened and we had a great silly interaction and she apologized and said nothing more needed discussed. We hugged and said I love yous.
Second argument is when she was being emotionally abusive to my spouse when he was opening up about childhood trauma. She started to victim blame my spouse insinuating that he enjoyed said trauma. She is always drunk so, take it for what you will... But at one point she said "why is everyone always ganging up on me??" So I said because she was an abusive drunk asshole and that my spouse was too nice to stand up for himself to you. I did raise my voice. She pushed me out of the room and slammed the door on me.
THE POINT: Final argument with my MIL was two nights ago. (We live together 5 months now...working together to own half the home) Earlier in the day I was setting up a blink camera that she had given us cuz she wasn't going to use it. I put it in my bedroom in the corner facing the door on a bottom shelf so that I could see my dog when I wasn't home. Come midnight I could hear my mother-in-law on the phone yelling about me putting a camera in my bedroom. She said how dare I surveillance her in her home. She was screaming to somebody about how weird it was that I would put a camera in there and what does she think she is doing to be surveillancing. She kept saying my name, I was downstairs. I was not around her, so I popped out of my bedroom and asked. (Found out there was no one on the phone?!) "Hey are you trying to talk to me?" She came running down the stairs with her finger in my face asking me why I have a camera in my room. I said because I want one and she said well why I repeated because I want one. She said who do you think is going to go into your room? I said what do you mean you tell me? She said that she only ever goes in there to make sure my dog is okay and has food and water. Why do you have a camera in your room? *She is in my face throwing her finger in the air and I just said because of this BS motioning to her entire self. She took both of her hands and slapped either side of my face and kind of pushed me away "exactly" and started to turn around. I said don't ever touch me like that again. She turned around and put her fist in the air, so I said you're going to hit me? and she raised her fist again. So I said go ahead and she just sat there with her fist in the air until she finally walked away.
I called my spouse who's out of town working to share that his mother just threatened me physically because there is a camera in her house(my bedroom). He called her and essentially took her side because of how weird it was of me because I didn't talk to her first.
I texted to apologize for making her uncomfortable and that I wasn't being malicious. I took the camera down immediately. And she was screaming all night about how I need to leave her house. And how dare I surveillance her in her home to find her taking care of my dog...So now I feel like I am in the wrong. My spouse is busy and not talking to me so I feel like he's mad at me.
I just refuse to believe that it was a weird action of me to put a camera in my room that was given to me that I've always wanted so that I can keep an eye on my dog while I'm away.
As of right now she wants us to leave and I think it's because she's a crazy psycho and just doesn't like me. This puts us back in our initial financial burden we just escaped. Probably why my spouse is upset but I don't want to blame me but should I?! Am I also kinda crazy?! Maybe I need to reel in my emotional reactions. I feel like I am always reacting to her and maybe I should chill and care less about what she does.
I do love her. I felt that first real connection after our first argument about the make up and how we got over it. I was hurt when I heard she brought it up to my spouse after the fact in a negative way. And later she made a comment to me about being weird that one time with the make up....like what? That's when I started to pull away... probably about two weeks before this final argument.

I got a PS4 a couple months ago because I wanted to expand my gaming repertoire. I've been a Nintendo gamer my whole life, but with PS4s being modern systems yet very budget friendly, I decided it might not be a bad idea to pick one up.
I tossed around the idea of playing FF14 with a couple friends but never really committed to playing it until tonight when one of my best friends suggested it.
Unfortunately, I only had the basic demo installed, so we needed to wait upwards of an hour for it to update.
After it updated, we hopped on a phone call and I watched the opening cutscenes, then dealt with character creation. I was like "wait females have adjustable bust size?" I just...wasn't expecting that aspect.
I was on the wrong serveworld than he played on, so then I had to finagle for a few minutes to figure out how to get to Excalibur. Thankfully just screwing around with it a little was enough to get me there.
Then we spent the next hour, hour and a half doing the opening stuff, namely going to the Guilds and such. I messed up and talked to a quest guy instead of the main story objective receptionist so we had to run back to the Black Mage Guild to trigger the correct cutscene.
I got frustrated and overwhelmed a few times because there were so many different menus. I know a lot of them are tutorials but it was a lot for me to take in. I'm not used to playing super complex games. I'm used to mechanically shallow games like Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, and retro traditional turn-based RPGs (think old Final Fantasy or Pokemon).
We didn't get to any combat tonight, but hey, I managed to push through my frustration and do it anyway!

I need some help with using OpenAI for a work task. I work on a sales team, and we all receive the same email leads with a clickable link. My old laptop makes me too slow to capture these leads.
I’ve heard that OpenAI can help generate responses to these leads quickly. I have no programming experience but was suggested to use OpenAI’s API along with Python libraries like imaplib, BeautifulSoup, and selenium. Here’s what I want to do:

• Automate opening the email and clicking the link.
• Randomize this process to capture about 80% of the leads.
• Use AI to respond to these leads automatically.

My work email uses the web version of Outlook, and I’m thinking of running this on my home computer to avoid suspicion. Could my work detect if I’m logged into my email on two computers or automating this process?

I was thinking “A Project Sekai tournament would be fun at a convention.” And then I thought “Wow that would be a logistical nightmare.” There’s so many variables. Amount of players. Either doing walk in or signing up beforehand. Time. Most panels are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes if you’re lucky. How to keep it fair since it might be a mix of experienced players and newbies. Everyone’s teams. If I should try to get them casted to a tv one by one or do without for time. Anyone have any ideas? Suggestions? Experience running local tournaments? I would probably do something closer to the actual tournament rules but it needs to be a same day affair, and I assume not everyone is going to be high ranking all perfect master players so the “fairness” aspect will be… hard and confusing.
