Hey redditors I was a CAT 2023 aspirant and couldn't clear the sectional cut off in quants so took up a job, anyway my point is that I see a lot of ppl questioning "will tier 2 help me get a good job?" "If I don't clear CAT and do MBA from tier 2-3 will I be successful?", well guys so let me share with you my understanding and the things I have noticed is that while I was trying to connect with these VCs, Angel Investors, not all of them were graduate from IIM ABC!! They didn't frown if they got into ABC or not! What they surely did was networking and worked on their skills. They took up a job in any no name firm and then made a switch after gaining a lot of skills and trainings and guess what they are now at a very better post in any management, vcs, and successful entrepreneurs. So my point is don't be sad that "array mera CAT 2023 nahi hua kya karu mai? Bhai bohot opportunities hai, tu kahin se start toh kar, don't let your ego restrict you from getting a job bcoz seriously guys getting a job in this inflation period is like getting a gold ring in a huge ocean! And if you have a job be grateful! Also if you are a fresher pehle toh tumhe gheesna hi padega if you don't have a sexy CV and sexy Acads. Khali baithne se accha aur frown karne se accha hai ki move on karo aur try karte raho, tu bhai/behan kahin se start toh kar apne aap tera dimag khulega aur raaste bhi khulenge. Once you have skills and you are confident enough that you are very much valuable and you can earn more than what u are getting now then pls do the switch! Ya ofc ABC gives you an easier start but baaki colleges mein bhi chalgea you need to work on yourself.

Hi, please sorry for the long post but its my real story.
I was born in 1999 and hosh sambhala in around 2007. I am the biggest son of all ( aik chota bhai aur behan ) I was born in strict religious and یک family comprising of dadi-dada toxicity, chachy aur taye kay dolat ka flex although paisay main thoray buhut uper hi hon gay ( یک in the sense kay koi apnay waday ka pakka nahi, jhoot, tanay bazi, taunt on looks, actions opposite to what they say)
Father bachpan say earning main mathay hi they and things took bad turn in 2012-2014 stage. So we decided to took divorce then every fuckin rishtaydaar forced to not to take divorce( but from my childhood he used to beat my mom and they ignored it)
So my mother gathered her savings bought a simple house far from my dada house ( where my biological father used to live ) aur baad main ye sunany main aya kay dada nay wo ghar bech diya aur ab shayad mera biological baap shyad rent par rehta he idk, aur dada nay deen kay usoulon kay khilaf sab main uneven distribution ki, yet 5 waqat kay namzi aur har mahinay 3 din tableegi jamay main lagany walay.
What do you think guyz is this normal for anyone ??? I wanna know.

Aur iska end result ye hai ke har ek ghar chor ke ek digital marketer nikal raha hai, jaha pathar uthao waha se ek graphic designer nikal raha hai.
Aur isse hou kya rahay hai ke ye jahil awaam market kharab kar rahi hai by charging extremely low rates because they are so desperate for money.
Pakistani freelancers Facebook group is the prime example for that, jaha people are ready to do graphic work for literal 100 rupay. Aur isse phir hota ye hai ke client ki expectation ye hoti hai ke 100 rupay mei falana banda karke de raha hai mei apko 15k kyu doon logo ke?
