Basically, every game has the same story. A villain takes over the main point of intrest, has an army and etc...

Arkham asylum "Joker takes over arkham asylum and turns the prisoners into henchman, further on creates an army to destroy batman but fails"
Arkham city "Hugo strange takes over arkham city and turns thugs into henchman, further on creates an army to start protocol 10, capture bruce wayne and stop him from closing arkham city, destory batman, but once again everything fails"
Arkham origins "Black mask puts a bounty on batman leading to many assasins hunting batman. turns thugs into henchman, further on creates an army because of how many they are. Later on joker reveals to be black mask all along, batman captures joker and joker once again takes over arkham asylum. Turning prisoners into henchman, later assembles an army and in the end batman stops all the assasins and joker"
Arkham knight "In this game they were very straight foward. Arkham knight teams up with scarecrow, they create a literal army called the militia, they take over all of gotham, Quote on qoute made an army specifically to kill batman but the plan fails. Scarecrow gets captured, arkham knight was jason todd all alobg and the reason he did this was because batman wasnt able to find him, batman redeems him. And jason becomes red hood.

And that's the whole franchise.

this is just a theory I had after my third listen to madvilliany, strange ways shows DOOM rapping about two social political issues, the first about how the police force gets paid to stop crimes that they commit themselves, with the qoute "who's the real thugs, killers, and gangsters? On the second verse he raps about how war doesn't harm those who declare it and those who get sent are unfortunately mislead. I just feel like this would be rapped by Viktor against DOOM, since it doesn't make much sense to me that the DOOM alias along side Quasimoto who are the "Master supervillians" would have a song questioning strange ways of those above them if they are supervillains. To me this just seems like a Viktor song, especially since the next track is fancy clown which is actually rapped from the perspective of Viktor Vaughn rapping about how he hates DOOM because his girlfriend cheated on him with DOOM. Again could def be wrong/overthinking it but just wanted to post a lil theory of mine
