To begin, and to drive right into the complications, I am currently going through a divorce. I was married for 3.5 years or so after being with stbxw for 9 years. We grew through our 20s together and while things were fine in our early 20s we had a lot of issues as we started transitioning into adults. I started a new job last fall and my past relationship with soon to be ex wife was already falling apart and we were also attempting to recover from an affair she had with our old neighbor, she was still having the affair after promising and lying. I am quickly moving on and deserve better. I always was loyal to my wife. Though, we have a 4 year old daughter and spontaneous triplet boys who are about a year old together to boot which is crazy. We started the divorce this past winter.
To back-track, within a month of my new job, which started last summer working as a project manager, a new project coordinator I was partnered with joined the company. We will call her Elle. This woman is insanely out of my league. She is insanely beautiful, smart, kind, mature, etc. and we quickly bonded over the fact that we both lost a parent in the past, my mom in 2014 and her father in 2015. Elle and I formed a strong friendship within our team and I started observing that she cared about my issues quickly.
She is from Chicago and kind of moved out here (AZ) to be with her boyfriend of 2 years or so whom she has a weird broken relationship with. Elle and I quickly got along, we shared similar senses of humor, some similar interests, I found that we had a growing chemistry throughout the fall. Around Thanksgiving and throughout December I started missing her quite a bit--I started noticing within myself that emotional and physical feelings were growing for her. I noticed that we were flirtatious at work quite often and that we had this insane connection when we locked eyes with each other. We were incredibly professional, always were, however it was becoming obvious in the office that we liked each other. A lot.
It was obvious what we were feeling for each other, so in December I confessed to her about how I was feeling and we quickly found that it was very mutual. Obviously there are complications here--I was starting a divorce and she lives and has a relationship with her boyfriend, and he tracks her.

Which is ironically what happened to me with my past relationship. I was just on the other side of it now.
We couldnt help it, our chemistry is really strong and I found myself thinking about her all the time, missing her, wanting to be with her. Same with her. We were sexting a lot and insanely flirtatious. We fell in love with each other. It kept getting stronger. We started talking about actually being in a relationship, hell, even talking about marriage and kids and shit. It was really intense and escalating quickly. She started asking for me to "be patient with her" and that "soon" we would be able to actually start dating, that she "needed to get out and deal with her situation on her own". We were constantly talking about a future together--things were getting serious. Hell, I even bought a nice ring for her as a token of my promise that I am hers. She wasnt, so she says, sleeping with her boyfriend, something I was getting a lot of intrusive thoughts about, we were waiting for each other. I toured an apartment with her as she was planning to move out, i could tell she didnt like it though, was homesick, and i talked to her about moving in with me which at one point was agreed on. But again, complicated.
Early March was the first "real" discussion we had about things though, as January and February were filled with those moments above. It was serious--she felt incredibly guilty for cheating on her boyfriend, saying she was a bad person, confused why she was doing what she was doing and I obviously felt it was wrong as I went through it myself previously and just as well a red flag for myself even if we became a couple I was running the risk of being with somebody capable of that, and we talked about that many times. But there was something obviously missing about her relationship with her boyfriend--they didnt get along and he treated her poorly in the beginning of their relationship that may or may not be a contributing factor to whats going on. She said we should stop, she mentioned she could be going back to Chicago and is seriously confused about her life and us being together, while we feel what we do, was a big step for both of us and I couldnt help but agree. It isnt a simple relationship approach given our "situations", a word that was used frequently between us.
Since then we have tried putting up walls with each other several times--it was and has been very difficult, no matter what we do, we know how we feel about each other and continued--though now we do not hang out in the garage, the sexting stopped a couple weeks ago or so--and now she truly is moving back to Chicago this summer which has put a timer and damper of sadness on this all. She also is moving back there with her boyfriend which is pretty disheartening as some would agree however she doesn't have much money so is kind of using him to get back there and she wants to be with her family and friends. Complicated. I dont know. I dont like it obviously. We attempted to come up with a game plan to mitigate this situation--no matter what we do, we end up getting coffee, spending time talking and seeing each other as much as we can at the office and enjoying our prescences with one another. She didnt request for me to wait for her, but she told me not to forget about her. There have been a couple times she said "who knows, maybe ill move back there and Ill just end up regretting it" and still have that strong feeling of a future together even though this is happening currently. We also need time for ourselves honestly--my divorce and her situation with her family/friends and her boyfriend thing, maybe she needs to re-discover herself in a way. Or she may end up settling with him. Ugh. Any possibility exists.
We still feel the way we do. We love each other and she says no man has ever treated her the way I do, looked at her the way i do--and mutually myself I feel like I have found the woman of my dreams. We honestly are like a power couple together. A true match in personality and looks. It just sucks, we see each other every day, I was semi-promoted so i have a different position now but still work closely together so its very hard and the undeniable chemistry is still there. The way we lock eyes is still there. She comes into my office often and talks to me, spends time with me and we make excuses to be around each other. We just know now that her moving back to her home in Chicago is a reality and WILL be happening now--so we arent talking as often as we used to. It definitely is deflating in a way--though the mutual feelings exist. We both have the feeling that once we "figure out our lives" maybe its something we can revisit. The future can be weird, and even when she leaves this summer I will have that hopeful "someday, one day" feeling about us.
Not really looking for advice, it is what it all is. Just sharing a relationship story.

I (25M) am married. My wife (28F) and I are separated, and will probably, eventually, divorce. She lives in the Midwest, I live in New York. She's close (geographically) to her parents, I'm an immigrant and all the people I love live so far away they may as well be on the moon. My likely soon-to-be ex-wife and I have a decently good relationship - there wasn't any big fighting before the split. She just didn't like me anymore. According to herself, she still cares a lot about me and wants to see me do well and be happy. She wants us to remain friends, but plainly I don't fucking want to. It makes me violently sick to my stomach to imagine myself bearing witness to the woman I loved getting together with some other dude, no matter how much she says she "doesn't think about it in terms of betteworse, just 'right' for her". This is important context.
I have a good career making alright money (enough to live on, at least - not many luxuries) in probably the most prestigious institution of its kind in the US. I graduated from a meh university in a field I never intended to work in. I'm not anything special at my job, just an office drone that occasionally plans events for my section of the company, but it's a hell of a thing to put on a resume. I don't have many friends here in NY outside of my cubicle buddy - lots of acquaintances that I make at the bar every time I go, because people love me when I'm wasted and funny, but nobody that stuck around after I stopped drinking for fitness reasons. I live in a tiny bedroom in an apartment shared with 4 people. I don't go out to save money. I occasionally engage with my hobby, which is scale models of military stuff, but lately I've had little will to do so. I spend close to 1/4 of my salary on a personal trainer, because I can't get the idea out of my head that my ex dumped me for not being hot enough, and I spend two hours every morning before work and three hours on Saturday at the gym, which is basically my main hobby right now. All this is to say, I'm a vain boring guy with no friends stuck in a shitty office job.
I wasn't like this when I was younger. I went to every party back in my hometown. Every time I visited on Spring Break or Summer people would fall over themselves to invite me to parties, when I left for college at 18 something like 200 people got together to burn an effigy of me as a big joke farewell. I was somebody. Every time I used to talk about this to my STB ex, she would get this look on her face like I was telling her I used to do heroin and crack. She's very proper, very ladylike, very respectable. I used to do keg-stands and break into abandoned water parks to smoke weed and graffiti the walls. I also come from a respectable family, so I had triple pressure between my parents and my sister and her to become an upstanding member of society. So now I don't do any of the shit that used to make me happy, and I'm no longer with the person who used to make me happy. It's not even like I can go back to doing that, either - my alcohol tolerance plummeted, I get bad hangovers since I turned 23, and I just don't really *feel* like it anymore.
My best friend back home and I were military otaku. We were always going off about how we'd join the French Foreign Legion together, or the Spanish Legion, or whatever mercenary army would take us. Back then I was out of shape so it was a pie in the sky dream, literally teenage bullshit. My best friend recently lost his long term girlfriend to leukemia, and he called me to tell me he's going to go enlist in the Spanish Legion. I knew he was telling me because he wants me to go with him. The way I am now I could absolutely crush the physical portion of enlistment and being that I have no criminal record and a college degree, the other requirements are taken care of. Absolute worst case scenario, this being the military, I get shot or blown up and die or end up disabled. Best case scenario, I survive the tour and get to live in Spain, with a nice climate, people of a familiar and less friendless culture, and lots of cultural things I like to do. Compared to here, even if I have no friends over there, I could at least go watch my favorite football team play on a regular basis.
Every time I've told my family that I want to go back home, they freak out, because they think I have the perfect life, making shitloads of money working in a super-prestigious office, helping the needy, in the "world capital", so I know that if they found out that I ditched all of that to go march around in tight green pants for a flag that isn't even mine they'd likely disown me. My stb ex-wife also would probably freak out. They all think I have such a great life, that this was all a great opportunity and that I'm living the dream, and yet I'm miserable and lonely and literally purposeless. I just wake up every Monday and go put in a shift at a place I couldn't give less of a shit about and go home to do nothing except play FIFA and chat with my guys on Discord. If I just fucking die over there, I don't have to see my ex build her life without me. I thought Midwest-New York would be enough miles. It isn't. If I leave, I would just get rid of all my devices and tell my friends back home to tell my sister, who would probably filter it to everyone. I want to just disappear and be unreachable so I don't have to hear about their happy lives ever again.
Would I be the asshole if I ditch this supposedly perfect life to follow my friend into the military of a country that isn't ours in a completely different continent? Would I be the asshole for rejecting the "opportunity" to live the way I live?

This thread is about to be very long, and I will be adding to it frequently, but this is how I would write season 3 of Euphoria since Sam is obviously preoccupied with god knows what. This came to me in a dream so call it fate ig.
Background- since season 2 ends with the card that Rue stayed sober through the rest of junior year, and Lexi’s play takes place in the spring, I thought it’d be best to pick up on the first day of their senior year in the fall. This means that Cassie, Maddie, and Nate have all graduated, leaving us with Rue, Jules, Lexi, Elliot, Bobbi, Ethan, BB & Kat. Also Gia, the Parents, and Ali. Anyways here goes.
Episode 1- I Stayed Sober (Mostly)
[Scene 1]: The Last First Day Episode One opens with a black screen that has flashes of red and blue, like police sirens, that increasingly become more intense and vibrant, to indicate Rue coming out of a dissociative state. She narrates over the screen:
“You want to know the worst part about staying sober? It’s not the withdrawals or the cravings, even though they’re pretty fucking bad. It’s not even the depression or the emptiness you feel without your poisonous security blanket protecting you from your worst thoughts and emotions. The worst part about staying sober, is that you’re trapped back in the fucked up world that made you want to do drugs in the first place”
The red and blue screen shifts to police sirens with cops yelling in an attempt to evacuate everyone from the school. It’s raining and the sky is gray and muddy. All the students are now wearing muted uniforms in the school colors, blue black and white (the uniforms are explained later) The scene looks very muted and drained. As the students flood out of the school in a frenzy, we see Rue and Lexi standing at the exit, uninterested in the theatrics and significantly changed from last season.
Rue has a brighter disposition to herself, appearing more soft and bright, while keeping her moody demeanor. Her look shows that she is trying her best to be more optimistic, despite going through hell from her plethora of mental illness that have now taken over due to her sobriety. Still, she looks healthier and brighter.
Lexi, on the other hand, has a more goth like appearance. In addition to her new dark black hair with red colored streaks (red to signify her stepping into her power) she also looks less approachable with more gothic motifs such as skulls and roses on her increased accessories. We learn later that this is an attempt to reinvent herself after last year’s play incident and fez dying. She seems uninterested and annoyed, but has a more confident air after being put in the spotlight and no longer having to live under her sisters shadow. She has become more monotone, speaking her mind and embracing her realistic perspective of life.
They begin walking to the parking lot, looking for Lexi’s mom among the waves of chaotic students pushing past them.
Rue: Of course, just our fucking luck that someone decides to shoot up the school our first day of senior year.
Lexi: It wasn’t even a real shooting. I heard some kid brought a gun to show off and got tackled by his teacher. Everyone started freaking out, and now I’m missing the first day of my AP English class.
Rue: Not like you need it. I think you proved that you can write a good story that makes waves and changes lives (sarcasm)
Lexi: 😐 that’s not funny Rue. That play is all anyone could talk about all summer. Everyone hates me because they think it’s my fault that we all have to wear these stupid uniforms.
Rue: actually that was Cassie’s fault, that fight got a new edit every week. My favorite was the #mollywhop dance (starts doing a dance that is significant of Maddie slapping Cassie and Cassie riding a carousel)
Lexi: Rue I’m serious. I got so sick of living in the background that I put my entire life on display in front of all of East Highland just for my sister to make everything about her.
Rue: Well good writing is supposed to be controversial. And take it as a victory, at least you’re not a nobody anymore.
Random Guy: Hey Lexi, I got a horse you can ride (does the dance)
Cop: Keep it moving sir!
They get to the end of the parking lot and sit on the pavement.
Lexi: 🙄of course she’s late.
Rue: hey, it’s a new year. You’re no longer the girl whose sister was the hottest cheerleader in school and I’m no longer the resident drug addict that everyone is waiting to die.
Lexi: you’re right. That’s Elliot. Or Jules. Have you checked on either of them since his overdose?
Rue: no…fuck them both. They seem happy in their stupid relationship with their stupid anniversary posts. I had to block them both before I killed myself or worse. They can die for all I care.
Lexi: well he almost did. I heard he had a stroke and is in a wheelchair until he learns how to walk again.
Rue: trying to hide that she’s concerned really?…i mean i don’t care, but that’s what he deserves right? Can’t do drugs that carelessly without consequences. Ask me how I know.
Lexi: I don’t think anyone deserves to OD. I hope he gets some help.

Her hair is longer than in season 2 but shorter than season 1. This is to signify that she’s embracing her femininity more with Elliot, but is stepping into a more powerful, dominant version of femininity. She’s content with her relationship, and rebuilding herself after the abuse she endured in relationship with rue. Now she’s just worried about repeating the same story with Elliot. She looks off into the distance, paused in a state of reflection.
Elliot: babe are you good? Jules: what? Yea just thought I saw something. (Continues wheeling him across the parking lot) Elliot: It was probably a ghost. Background- since season 2 ends with the card that Rue stayed sober through the rest of junior year, and Lexi’s play takes place in the spring, I thought it’d be best to pick up on the first day of their senior year in the fall. This means that Cassie, Maddie, and Nate have all graduated, leaving us with Rue, Jules, Lexi, Elliot, Bobbi, Ethan, BB & Kat. Also Gia, the Parents, and Ali. Anyways here goes.
Episode 1- I Stayed Sober (Mostly)
[Scene 1]: The Last First Day Episode One opens with a black screen that has flashes of red and blue, like police sirens, that increasingly become more intense and vibrant, to indicate Rue coming out of a dissociative state. She narrates over the screen:
“You want to know the worst part about staying sober? It’s not the withdrawals or the cravings, even though they’re pretty fucking bad. It’s not even the depression or the emptiness you feel without your poisonous security blanket protecting you from your worst thoughts and emotions. The worst part about staying sober, is that you’re trapped back in the fucked up world that made you want to do drugs in the first place”
The red and blue screen shifts to police sirens with cops yelling in an attempt to evacuate everyone from the school. It’s raining and the sky is gray and muddy. All the students are now wearing muted uniforms in the school colors, blue black and white (the uniforms are explained later) The scene looks very muted and drained. As the students flood out of the school in a frenzy, we see Rue and Lexi standing at the exit, uninterested in the theatrics and significantly changed from last season.
Rue has a brighter disposition to herself, appearing more soft and bright, while keeping her moody demeanor. Her look shows that she is trying her best to be more optimistic, despite going through hell from her plethora of mental illness that have now taken over due to her sobriety. Still, she looks healthier and brighter.
Lexi, on the other hand, has a more goth like appearance. In addition to her new dark black hair with red colored streaks (red to signify her stepping into her power) she also looks less approachable with more gothic motifs such as skulls and roses on her increased accessories. We learn later that this is an attempt to reinvent herself after last year’s play incident and fez dying. She seems uninterested and annoyed, but has a more confident air after being put in the spotlight and no longer having to live under her sisters shadow. She has become more monotone, speaking her mind and embracing her realistic perspective of life.
They begin walking to the parking lot, looking for Lexi’s mom among the waves of chaotic students pushing past them.
Rue: Of course, just our fucking luck that someone decides to shoot up the school our first day of senior year.
Lexi: It wasn’t even a real shooting. I heard some kid brought a gun to show off and got tackled by his teacher. Everyone started freaking out, and now I’m missing the first day of my AP English class.
Rue: Not like you need it. I think you proved that you can write a good story that makes waves and changes lives (sarcasm)
Lexi: 😐 that’s not funny Rue. That play is all anyone could talk about all summer. Everyone hates me because they think it’s my fault that we all have to wear these stupid uniforms.
Rue: actually that was Cassie’s fault, that fight got a new edit every week. My favorite was the #mollywhop dance (starts doing a dance that is significant of Maddie slapping Cassie and Cassie riding a carousel)
Lexi: Rue I’m serious. I got so sick of living in the background that I put my entire life on display in front of all of East Highland just for my sister to make everything about her.
Rue: Well good writing is supposed to be controversial. And take it as a victory, at least you’re not a nobody anymore.
Random Guy: Hey Lexi, I got a horse you can ride (does the dance)
Cop: Keep it moving sir!
They get to the end of the parking lot and sit on the pavement.
Lexi: 🙄of course she’s late.
Rue: hey, it’s a new year. You’re no longer the girl whose sister was the hottest cheerleader in school and I’m no longer the resident drug addict that everyone is waiting to die.
Lexi: you’re right. That’s Elliot. Or Jules. Have you checked on either of them since his overdose?
Rue: no…fuck them both. They seem happy in their stupid relationship with their stupid anniversary posts. I had to block them both before I killed myself or worse. They can die for all I care.
Lexi: well he almost did. I heard he had a stroke and is in a wheelchair until he learns how to walk again.

So I graduated high school with my associate's degree and a full scholarship to any public university and some trade schools. I attended my first year of university this past year and realized it wasn't for me. I loved the culture of it, walking everywhere and the social aspect, but realized psychology just wasn't what I wanted to do anymore, especially with the idea of having to attend school for 4 more years to get my master's to be an art therapist. So I finished my semester and dropped out.
I have been pretty interested in facial and massage school for a while. A few years I'd say just in the back of my head. As of recently, I have been actually considering it more recently but im stressing myself out about it. I have a school near me that I toured and was told by other people it was really good. I have talked to people there and through my scholarship and it seems its possible I can use my scholarship to cover my license but I am scared of whether or not to go through with it.
I have decided to wait until the spring term to start there, if I choose to. I want to take the summer and fall to just work and think. I am hoping to work at this daycare my friend does in hopes to see if I like working with kids and could see myself going down an elementary school art teacher instead. Is there anything similar to that course of action for esthetics? I have watched plenty of "day in my life" of esthetician videos but I don't think it is enough. Should I try contacting estheticians? I am just afraid. I went to university thinking it was exactly for me because I loved school, but I hated the reality of it, at least for psychology. I am scared of making the same mistake.
I have come to terms with the reality of being an esthetician: building clientele is hard, probably will have to work another job on the side at the start, its competitive, etc. But something tells me I could really enjoy it. I loved studying in school. The idea of learning what chemicals do and how, face muscles, and overall skincare procedures sounds so interesting. but what if it isn't what I think it is? Could you give me some reality checks?
The only thing keeping me sane about this is if I decide to get my licenses they would at least be a paying job . I know this is loaded, but i have changed my entire life and I think I need some more reality checks.

He had this rlly specific personality that i dont think i will ever find again, we stopped talking because I think our own pride in messaging/respond first got in the way.
He was insufferable and a little pretentious, we both were, but in like a funny and entertaining way.
I think he blocked me, not sure why though because I remember a few months back his account was visible and he was viewing my stories, now i go to click on his account and it shows that I'm blocked. On Instagram when I click on his profile it doesn't load all the way, which is what happened when someone else blocked me. I'm not sure why he blocked me though, we didn't have a major falling out. Even then, why would he have blocked me months after it happened?
I suddenly remembered him because I'm going to a foreign country this summer and I remembered that he lived there, so I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to meet an old online friend, I was thinking he could give me a tour or something and we could just chat and stuff.

I’m still planning on making the best of the next 10 days here, but I feel sad that THIS is how I’m getting to experience Turkey. Logically I know Turkey or Italy (last summer’s drama) or XYZ are not disappearing! It’s not like you can only visit once and then border control says, “Sorry! You used up your 1 permitted lifetime visit to Istanbul on a trip with your narc parents!”
I know I can and will visit all these places again (& multiple times!) that narc family trips had ruined, as soon as I have the $ means and genuine people in my life who I want to travel with. So my future husband, genuine great friends etc. Just sharing and making memories with people I love and who love me back truly.

Background: Just landed in Turkey on a trip with toxic parents (this is obviously not my ideal travel partners but I didn’t want to turn down a “free” trip to here because due to being unemployed & back living in a small town, I haven’t had recent opportunities to be out and about. I am determined to change this situation very soon though!)
Well I just spent the first half day in the hotel room crying and sleep-deprived after an awful fight being ganged up on by my narc dad and enabler mother. When I told my mom I felt really hurt and would spend the day exploring alone tomorrow (we are doing some tours after), she very falsely accused me of “wanting to be alone so I can meet Muslim guys like the Turkish shows I watch”. This is obviously a lie and doesn’t even make sense but she said it to make me feel shame and guilty for suggesting it.
Especially because I was so happy to have learned some Turkish over the pandemic by accident after their shows were trending on American social media. I’m being shamed for a harmless hobby because my mom wanted to “one up me” and win a fight!
Anyways, after this bad 1/2 day and an awful string of family trips (dreamt of Italy for ages- we finally went & it was extremely mentally draining), I’ve decided it’s time to not only move out, but also never give in to pressure to go on another “vacation” with them.

Background: Just landed in Turkey on a trip with toxic parents (this is obviously not my ideal travel partners but I didn’t want to turn down a “free” trip to here because due to being unemployed & back living in a small town, I haven’t had recent opportunities to be out and about. I am determined to change this situation very soon though!)
Well I just spent the first half day in the hotel room crying and sleep-deprived after an awful fight being ganged up on by my narc dad and enabler mother. When I told my mom I felt really hurt and would spend the day exploring alone tomorrow (we are doing some tours after), she very falsely accused me of “wanting to be alone so I can meet Muslim guys like the Turkish shows I watch”. This is obviously a lie and doesn’t even make sense but she said it to make me feel shame and guilty for suggesting it.
Especially because I was so happy to have learned some Turkish over the pandemic by accident after their shows were trending on American social media. I’m being shamed for a harmless hobby because my mom wanted to “one up me” and win a fight!
Anyways, after this bad 1/2 day and an awful string of family trips (dreamt of Italy for ages- we finally went & it was extremely mentally draining), I’ve decided it’s time to not only move out, but also never give in to pressure to go on another “vacation” with them.

On a podcast he was on recently ( here it is if you guys are interested dont mind me being the only comment lmfao... ) he said that he's writing the 2nd album over the summer and that hopefully it'll be out by next year (+ a tour 👀👀) he said that there'll be a song that's a "spiritual successor" to Planet of the Bass on it, and a bunch of new genres too!!
I'm hoping the 50s rock song parody will be on it and a country song abt cheating on yr wife? Also a nu-metal parody would be funn.. what do u guys hope for or want from the 2nd album?

I applied last month for myself and 3yr old daughter. I don’t have her in a daycare so I thought it would be great for her to be around other kids as they have a care program for 2 hours if you want to work out. As well as the programs for summer and such. Without a referral it’s almost 130$ a month for the Eastside location 😥
I sent in all information they requested and they said we will hear something within 30 days whether or not we’re accepted. Just wondering if anyone has gone through this process before. Been kinda nervous because I think this would be really great for us after touring. The intake makes it seem like it’s really tough to get into.

The Greatest the guitar plucking is scratching a part of my brain and i like it. with more listens, the guitar plucking will be something i'll be looking for each time, kinda like how i feel with taylor swift's "willow" and "ivy". the sonic switch up at 3:14 is so so sooo good it's kinda like demi lovato's "don't forget" switch up. 10/10
7. L'Amour de ma vie the first half feels so chill but so addicting. the second chorus hits sooo different and so good with each replay!!! the switch up on part 2 of the song sounds so cool. would've really preferred these two to have been separated honestly. i liked part 1 better. 10/10
8. The Diner oh the instrumentals at the beginning sound so vintage like something you'd hear in those old movies. this sounds so addicting with that bass at the back! this might be an underrated opinion but i like the echoing vocal layer. 10/10
9. Bittersuite it's an okay song for me. the instrumental outro is so addicting though! 7.4/10
10. Blue i really really really love how she references the other songs in the album, similar to her song "goodbye" in "when we all fall asleep where do we go". i love the voice pitch-down at 3:26 like damnnnnnn. idk but this track (for me) reflects the album cover a lot. 10/10
this album sounds so good and i love how concise it is with just ten tracks. with some tracks being more than five minutes, i already felt like i went on a journey. this sounds like album of the year for me, so far! off the bat, i'll give it 9.6/10! actual average is 9.3/10

 | 20 years ago on May 18th, A7X played in Calgary, Canada. I was on The Fallen Street Team, so I was able to get my friends in at the door before the show! Super nice guys. The Rev encouraged us to watch the openers, and he remembered us the next few times we met him up until summer 2005! He said they listened to our band’s demo in the tour van :) Syn told me about his experience at Musicians Institute which led myself and 2 other friends to attend in 2009/2010. The Rev passed away the day we arrived to MI, sadly. The venue did not expect the mass of day-of ticket sales, so they only half half of the venue booked off for the show. There was such an influx of people, many fans had to listen from outside, and sort of grab a view from the door. May 19th, they played in Edmonton, 3 hours away, so we made it to both shows! I jumped on stage during the bridge of the final song, Unholy Confessions, and Shads put his arm around me, stuck the mic in my face and let me sing “Meant To Sin!!”, and I jumped into the crowd. Val was working the merch table, and she said right after the show that the guys were driving straight to LA in one shot.. about 28 hour drive. What a great memory. Hello all! We're a couple from the US and we will be cycling from Munich to Budapest over 25 days in June and July. The plan is to fly into Munich, cycle along the Isar river until we reach the Danube, and then go along the Danube through Austria, Slovakia, and into Budapest. We are planning to camp as much as possible along the way. This will be our second bicycle tour of this scale after doing one in Japan last summer.

- Any campgrounds, inns, or stops along this route that you would highly recommend?
- Best places to spend a rest day in your opinion?
- Any destinations off the Danube that are worth a side trip?
- General tips for this route?
- If we decide to take a train or bus for any part of the route, it sounds like we may or may not need to disassemble the bike and carry them in bike bags (rinko bags) depending on the route. Does anyone know if this tends to be the case in the countries where we'll be?
- It looks like the Eurovelo 6 has two options between Bratislava and Budapest. We could either take the southern side of the Danube into Hungary, or stay north of the Danube in Slovakia. Could anyone recommend one route over the other?
