Winona county pre-petitioned commitment after I made 5 911 calls to Winona county police fearing that my mom was being held hostage and wouldn’t come home to help me because somebody stole my cars keys and there was no food in the house and somebody dropped food off at my house (never saw them) as I was given a bad cut. During this time someone came into the house and stole my shit and then returned. My neighbor has no outlet so I chased the suspected person working for the police as my neighbors assuming they called the police after they saw me block the thief unable to to run me over as I stood in the road. The police returned my shit some time later as I was confused by everything I was glad I had my wax back which is 100% legal oddly my shit was back too. It was pure bath salts because I went crazy after that. I chanted to hell because I knew the police told me mom I was too dangerous to be around and I’m sure they wanted to send a drug that would make me susceptible to delusional thoughts thinking it would become permanent. The state has been committing me since 2017 for bogus reasons. After they had the evidence of me making 5 911 phones they tried to commit me but since I went bat shit crazy, I left the house thinking I was being poisoned by radon by all the smoke in there. I was swatted in cannons falls where I was being stalked by people and backed into a stalker in the parking lot. It was someone who saw me in psychosis and wanted to check on me but called the sheriff and 10 sqaud cars were sent. I had around 8 grams in 4 different buckets and bath salts on me in my car at the time. The swat team didn’t take it and I was in the fetal position of a squad car and they sent me to Mayo Clinic for mental illness. Let me tell you I backed into somebody’s car in a parking lot. My car was not damaged. A crowd of people saw me terrified as I heard orders and a count down to shoot me if I stepped out of the car. I had a small seizure in the ER as I don’t get the help I need because they won’t give me Ativan and instead antipsychotics which never help. While I was in the psych ward my memory of this was clear. I recorded videos of myself to remember what happened plus I gained my memory back. And Mayo Clinic doctors Dr. Roth said he was not going to commit me. Dr. Roth knows went to the same university I did, harder to get into than U ofM. The sheriff went into generose would go to the psych ward and ask the patients questions and my doctor told him to get the fuck out of there as he didn’t have to serve papers to anyone. We couldn’t figure out what he was investigating. Many patients there were my age and even someone from Egypt was suspiciously being detained and said he was there against his will. He did not have a last name because it didn’t translate, his wrist band only said Salem. He expressed his idea for peace in the Middle East and said make Jerusalemits own city state. Later the nurses said he was going home but later changed their minds and said they were sending him to a different ward instead. Obviously detained for reasons biased to his political views because people abusing the position of power to continue to administer medication after being offended as they were in opposition to what is happening in the Middle East. Jews and Somalis decided if this Arab man from Egypt was crazy. A woman from Africa who didn’t understand English and needed a translator was being civilly committed with a court order to take antipsychotic neuroleptics after she been struggling after divorce. She said the voices she heard were only coming from here guilty conscience as she was expressing she was misunderstood by the doctor and didn’t need help, but it was l through a translator who was speaking for her. Many of the other people there didn’t have real problems and would voluntarily sign in to the psych ward believing the bullshit that pills fix problems and stayed less than a week. The nurses ask stupid questions like if we are depressed and suicidal and oddly ask if we could spell lunch backwards which indicates high functioning cognitive functioning in a particular area of the brain which will help the nursing staff know the patient hasn’t fried the brain and can recognize symbols better than average suggesting the cognitive functioning has not deteriorated to the degree of permanent brain damage or permanent delusions. Drug induced Psychosis is ruled out. I could spell lunch backwards the fallowing day and could recognize reality going forward with my life without medication. Three weeks ago I went to the hospital after a police officer in Duluth reported that I was disorganized and told saint Luke’s. I asked for help after becoming ill suddenly and extremely nauseous. I had no where to go. I asked to be treated for hep c or hiv which they did but also sent me to the psych ward where again the doctor committed me and pre-petition an order from the court that’s I go to treatment and take antipsychotics for 6 months. After being through this process 3 times in less than a year I knew to say I voluntarily go to treatment to the court examiners in Winona county. The didn’t proceed with the doctors order. I have been in the psych ward for a total of 4 months and I have good teeth and don’t think treatment helps people like me. I’m tired of people saying I need to go to treatment. I’m tired of people calling the cops on me because I’m high. I’m tired of police dictating my life making up bogus excuses old their job is to recognize mental health issues when all I needed was to go to sleep. Oregon is where I need to go, fuck this GEN I have millennial problems that we can figure out ourselves on our own. Poverty of some kind is my problem and I need to go live in a better state for millennials.

Bonsoir à tous,
J'essaie de trouver les mots pour écrire un peu la phase que je traverse actuellement. Ceci est un reddit poubelle, j’ai vraiment essayé de poster avec mon compte perso pour “accepter la crise” mais bon voilà quelque chose me dérange. Et ce qui suit va partir un peu dans tous les sens, j’ai juste besoin de sortir tout ça et j'écris sans vraiment réfléchir car je réalise que je suis en colère mais je ne sais pas pourquoi. Et je pleure de cette colère que je ne comprends pas
J'ai grandi dans les grands ensembles, je suis le modèle parfait de l'intégration que mes profs de ZEP au collège "vendaient" pour nous pousser vers un lycée qui est “normal”. Pour ça, je leur en suis quand même très reconnaissante, c'était en quelque sorte de la discrimination positive disons, et j’ai plus gagné que perdu, même si ma valeur s’est construite dans une sorte de bureaucratie dont je n’avais aucune connaissance.
Enfin bref, du coup, j'ai découvert la culture française très tard dans la vie, notamment le cinéma, en fin de licence. Je me suis rapidement orientée pour travailler dans ce domaine. J'ai atteint mon objectif de travailler dans la production, de monter les grades, de prendre plus de responsabilités, d'avoir plus de visibilité... jusqu'à l’été dernier où ça commence à “ne plus aller”.
Je travaillais pour une ptite boîte, d’apparence sympa, un patron que les autres salariés qualifiaient "d'autiste" (oui). Il était très timide et laxiste. Un salarié a fini en larmes et a fait un malaise devant nos yeux suite au harcèlement qu'il y a eu en interne. On avait un sacré pervers narcissique dans la boîte, mais charisme de dingue, tout le monde l’adore. Je vis une sale année, parce que dès mes premiers jours, je sens qu’il m’aime bien, mais je refuse ses avances, et puis c’est l’enfer pour moi. Il est aussi très bon orchestre de la médiocrité, je n’ai jamais connu une personne aussi odieuse et manipulatrice. Sacré Benoît ! o7 En enfer peut être!
Mon patron a écrit sur Teams à notre stagiaire pour voir si le collègue qui avait fait un malaise allait mieux. A NOTRE STAGIAIRE. Et ce n’était pas une histoire de présence au bureau ou d'indisponibilité hein… on ne sait pas pourquoi, on était tous là.
De mon côté, j'ai subi une humiliation collective de la part de deux prestataires - des mecs qu’on paie en tant que client hein… Dès que mon patron quittait la réunion, ils me faisaient passer un sale quart d'heure et niaient mes compétences et me coupaient la parole, ils reprenaient mes documents et me faisent des commentaires professionnellement insignifiant “alors là tu as utilisé du bleu, moi je préfère le rouge” . Une collègue américaine aussi se mêlait constamment de mes missions, me disant qu’en anglais je ne devais pas dire X à un client, mais plutôt Y, alors que son département et le mien n'avaient rien à voir. Elle gérait la cantine de la boîte, tandis que je travaillais dans la production artistique. Je ne dis pas ça en termes de hiérarchie, mais vraiment, son “bon conseil” c’était 50 remarques par semaine parce que mes R étaient trop français, et mon accent n'était pas à la hauteur. Elle me reprenait pour chaque coquille. J’ai fini par craquer et lui dire que ça fait 9 ans qu’elle est à Paris et qu'elle ne sait toujours pas demander une chouquette à la boulangerie - eh oh ça va ! Ce même patron avait un chouchou bébé, tout le monde savait qu’il était lourd, trèèèèès lourd, avec les femmes, surtout nos stagiaires. Il a fallu qu’une stagiaire viennent casser un ordinateur au bureau avec des captures d’écrans de ce chouchou pour que le patron fasse quelque chose, et oui. Et ce qui est marrant, après licenciement, il l’a quand même aidé à trouver un nouvel emploi dans son “vaste réseau”. #metoo ? haha of course you too!
Un soir, je suis rentrée tard, et j'ai découvert qu’un collègue avait oublié son ordinateur allumé. Par gentillesse, je l'éteins, parce qu’on est écolo dans cette boîte, oui, et je tombe sur Teams où ils parlaient de mes chaussettes, de mon physique, de mes joues... Un chat entier dédié à critiquer mon apparence, des photos prises à mon insu pour rire de moi. Bon je suis consciente d’être une femme belle, je suis pas canon, mais je sais que je plais et que je n’ai rien de repoussant, mais bon lire ces choses a été extrêmement douloureux. J’ai tout extrait pour la procédure judiciaire, mais finalement je n’ai rien fait…. Par contre, j'ai commencé à devenir ce que mon patron qualifiait "d'agressive". Et le jour où il me l'a dit, je me suis tue et je me suis sentie très mal, car dans sa tête, je suis "agressive" simplement parce que je suis une femme avec des sourcils plus noirs et froncés, une voix qui porte un peu plus, et qui refuse de fermer sa gueule. Et puis désillusion ? Je pensais m’échapper aux clichés peut-être, je sais pas ? Ou vraiment il me manque des codes ?
Non non je me remets en question, je me dis que peut-être j'étais vraiment agressive. Mais faut-il vraiment faire du lourd pour être agressive envers quelqu'un ? Je me rends compte que c'est peut-être une différence culturelle. Dans notre monde des grands ensembles HLM, on est entre nous, on ne nous apprend pas la sournoiserie des mots, les mimiques offensantes, la patience face aux mesquineries. Je viens d'un environnement social qui se nourrit de la confrontation, on se construit sur celle-ci, sur un mécontentement exprimé de manière ferme, on s’en fiche de la politesse, tout le monde est cru avec nous de toute façon. Et je commence alors à traverser une crise énorme : mon vécu ne sera jamais à la hauteur des autres, car mon processus de socialisation n'a absolument rien à voir.
Et puis, je ne vous le cache pas, l'argent qu'on vole au CNC et à l'État. Ce patron n’avait aucune compétence mais alors aucune… La boîte était dans un constant flux de survivance, il fallait avoir X financement pour qu’elle survive et je ne sais quoi. Mon cul. L’argent allait dans les voyages pour tous les évènements cinéma du monde entier… Sundance, Berlin, Venise, et puis fiouuuu l'important c'est d'aller à Cannes, de faire son show, de pouvoir dire "roh Cannes est là, pfiou, je suis déjà fatiguée, quelle emmerde !" et si tu n’y vas pas c’est la mort, ta carrière commence à mourir, attention hein, c’est la fin… sauf que tout le monde s’en fout, puis cette boîte, vraiment, les patrons au sommet sont tellement mal vus dans le milieu du cinéma :D c’est pas grave, on y va, il faut se montrer à tout prix, c'est le show, le rush, le moi, le moi, le nous, mais surtout le néant total. Je réalise à Cannes dernier que cela fait 8 ans, l'équivalent de mon expérience dans ce joli monde, que je n'ai pas vu de film, lu de livres, écouté un album, pour en apprécier leur valeur de divertissement, d'apprentissage, de poétique, leur univers en soi, et les laisser guider mon instinct. Non je les consommais uniquement par analyse compétitive et opportunisme. Et un début de crise déjà, tout est insignifiant soudainement, j’écoute de la musique mais ? j’aime ou pas ? Et si j’aime, c’est mon moi-être qui aime ? ou mon-moi stratège qui veut l’imager en production ? Idem pour les livres, les histoires qu’on me raconte en soirée, ou celle que j’entends dans la rue, le train, les restaus…. Vraiment, le mal et le vide en moi, un puit sans fond, une chute qui n’arrive pas… ça dure
En décembre, je suis tombée malade, mais alors... quelle maladie. Je ne pouvais pas traverser ça toute seule. Dans ma tête, j'étais très proche de la mort, et j'ai été rapatriée d'urgence de Paris à la maison de campagne de mes parents. Je faisais du télétravail. Mon patron et son associé me disaient "oui bon, l'important quand on a un arrêt maladie, c'est de nous le dire qu'on puisse prévoir". Bon j’aurai pas du l’envoyer à ma sortie des urgences à 4h32 du matin, mais peut-être à mon entrée à 19h11 la veille, je sais pas hein.. Puis personne ne retient, personne ne comprends que je me sois écroulée dans la rue en rentrant du boulot, et qu'avant de perdre conscience, j'ai réalisé que deux connards me touchaient le corps et je ne pouvais rien faire.. et puis une dame est restée avec moi et m'a tenue la main, elle m'a accompagnée aux urgences, elle m'a emmenée chez moi récupérer des affaires en voiture, que Dieu et tous les univers la bénissent.
J'ai trouvé un nouveau travail, proche de chez mes parents, mais j'ai peur de sortir, de prendre le bus, le tramway, le train, je suis tétanisée quand je suis seule, je tremble assise derrière le chauffeur de bus, aller à la pharmacie, même prendre l'air... c'est dur. Puis, je n'ai plus d'ami(e)s par ici. Je fais des crises, pas des crises d'angoisse, mais des crises de peur de ne pas pouvoir contrôler mon corps. et je me dis, je fais quoi si j’ai un cancer demain? Comment je gère quelque chose comme ça si même une maladie a été si difficile à surmonter? Comment je gère un viol? Oui j’y pense, et j’ai peur. J'ai l'impression que mon corps ne m'appartient plus et qu'il ne veut plus de moi, il m'a lâchée ce soir de décembre et depuis il veut plus que je l'occupe. Et puis j'ai encore mon préavis, je dois encore bosser pour cette boîte de production, même si j'ai accepté mon nouveau poste. Et là, seigneur, je propose à mon patron de recruter mon stagiaire précédent, il est d'accord. Et alors ce stagiaire, tout le monde l'aime, il a eu un accueil des meilleurs, alors que moi ? On m'a traitée comme une merde parce que j’ai refusé les avances d’un ancien. J'essaie de ne pas réduire ça à "c'est parce qu'il a des couilles", mais en vrai de vrai, c'est vraiment parce qu'il a des couilles et que c'est un mec, parce que mon patron annonce son arrivée en visio à l'équipe en disant "les choses seront plus cools avec lui, il y aura moins de réactions et plus d’actions". Et ça fait super mal.
Puis on a reçu un giga financement que j'avais négocié et préparé le dossier, et c'est la dernière semaine de mon préavis, je me mange un giga cadeau et une cérémonie d'adieu tout ça parce que "faut qu'on garde contact comme ça tu peux bosser dessus en freelance". Ah bon ? Et puis je commence mon nouveau travail, le cadre est vraiment... wow. Je le dis après pas mal de temps là, entreprise cocooning, il n'y a pas de police, les gens sont là pour s'aider mutuellement, avancer de manière collective, je sens une gentillesse et une bonté auprès des gens - bon après il y a les personnalités et le tempérament de chacun - mais il n'y a pas ce voile de "mauvais", personne n’est là pour s’impressionner, Yvette parle de son herpès, personne juge, tout le monde est gentille quoi, vraiment, que se passe-t-il ? Je ne me pose pas la question "qui va me nuire aujourd'hui ?"
Et là, il est 10h, c'est mon premier jour hein, premier appel de ce patron de cinéma : ils ont besoin de mon aide. Ok, bon ça passe. Puis un second appel, et ça continue. Bon je lui dis clairement que non.
En parallèle, je me force à prendre le tram pour mon nouveau travail, j'essaie et au bout d'un moment, les tremblements de peur sont partis. J'ai toujours un peu peur, mais mon corps a compris le message : tu n'es pas en danger dans ce tramway. Si je change et c'est le bus, bon ça revient, mais c'est un travail à faire je suppose.
Puis j'ai un bureau à moi, il n'y a pas d'open space, c'est calme. Je suis surprise par la bonté des gens encore, oui vraiment, alors c'est l'effet petite ville peut-être, je ne sais pas, mais je commence à me sentir mieux. Je commence à reprendre goût à la lecture, au temps passé seule, et sans peur - bon je suis encore chez maman papa, reste à trouver un appartement et franchir le cap de la solitude, - mais j’arrive à regarder des séries pour ce qu’elles me procurent aussi. Fin ça peut paraître con, mais regarder quelque chose sans prendre de notes et juste se laisser aller ? Puis il fait beau, je sors du travail, je marche sous le soleil, je rentre et bois une limonade bien fraîche sur mon balcon… Je sais pas hein c’est ma première année sans être à Cannes, et j’ai l’impression que je ne manque rien, je suis soulagée même ? Je me dis que c’est pas plus mal, j’espère que c’est bien le début de ma mort dans le cinéma, et que tout ceci est un deuil ? J’ai juste peur de ne pas pouvoir retrouver le goût et l’affection que je portais à un de mes précieux hobby qui était l’écriture de scénario et la dramaturgie
Bravo a ceux qui ont tout lu... ce post a été écrit après une session de pleurs dans la salle de bain.

Replacing a gas water heater. Turned the shut off near the heater and the pilot light went out. Cracked the nut (circled in green) but heard hissing and smelled a lot of gas. Turned the valve the other way, same thing. Was it just residual gas or is this gate valve broken?
Also, is this little guy near the meter the “main shut off”? I assume so but it’s not labeled…

good evening, my luvs 🪷 please allow me to share something relevant to todays current global situation and yet seems to have faded from the daily conversations as the false narratives grow thicker with so many OTHER distractions
this happened to me not too long ago
I experienced two separate visitations .. the first was a tall blue gentleman who came to me last summer
extremely dapper, dressed in a satin tunic .. slim, beautifully decorated yet humble in his manner 🙏 it was incredible
so comforting and calming 🌱 he spoke to me without words . of things in the future, describing living and being in a world like nothing I could even begin to imagine as a human
this is how I knew .. for the first time in my entire life .. I, indeed, am not of this earth ✨ never have been .. and yet it would take another year for my soul original confirmation of being tumacoek, from arcturus 🩵
then not too long after that encounter, two women came to me .. again, very tall and blue .. each wearing a similar satin tunic
the telepathic conversation with these two females was disconcerting because it specifically concerned the children of this world .. babies, toddlers and young ones from all over the world
who are in extreme danger and need our help
when the youth of any civilization are targeted for violence, one must put EVERYTHING else aside and come together
and the children of earth are being targeted by humans who think they have dominion over them; to control their mental and physical health, their liberties, their abilities and their overall safety 😢 then there are the sick and twisted humans who see them (and adults) as objects, as pleasure toys or worse 😔
they see us all as pawns for their enslavement
and friends, I bring this up because within SECONDS of this convo with the women, I open my eyes and look over to see two small beings in my room
just small, childlike figures who both turned and looked right at me as if begging for their lives .. both outstretched an arm to me and as I sat up to reach out myself, they vaporized away
angels
I truly believe they came to me, those two children, to remind us all that there are human and nonhuman who are out for the children and will not stop until they control us all
what must happen for everyone to wake up? those of us with Eyes Wide Open know we cannot continue like this .. why have we stopped talking about the children? and the heinous crimes being committed against them every day
how do we help raise the vibrations of others and show them we can come together
to show them we are part of a larger interstellar web of energy .. god, elder ikai, christ, buddha .. and they await our requests for their assistance 🫧
for they ARE close by and they ARE ready to help us when we demonstrate we have atoned and prepared for this moment
will YOU ask them to help us

Hi all! I noticed that my home wasn't producing any hot water and I saw this on my water tank. What might be going on? I live in a very remote area so getting a plumber to come out will take several days.
The water heater is about 2 years old and I just replaced the anode rods as the old ones were corroded due to the well water it draws its water source from.

RWBY has alot of faults , such as the botched racism sub-plot, some of the faulty lore and half of volume 5 (season 5) however something that I believe RWBY excels at is colors, designs and iconicity of their characters as if the character's designs can tell you more or less about the character. I believe however Ruby Rose herself fails 2/3 of those standards but for me to explain that I must go over other characters to explain my point.

Ex 1) Weiss Schnee, Ruby's Partner and Friend has an amazing designs as her beacon outfit uses a combination of red which communicates a almost royal aesthetic and white which is supposed to symbolize her icy, frigid uptight nature that quickly melts overtime.

* Her Volume (4- 6) Design *Her Best IMO* Is an amazing grayish blue that symbolizes (at least imo her complete breaking away from her social up-bringing and becoming a better person) she has let down her walls and while still having an royal or noble aesthetic.
*Her Volume (7 - 9) Design is the representation of her arc of being her own person and choosing what SHE wants to look like, rocking a new hair style and wearing more blue then ever

Ex 2) Jaune Arc (was going to do the rest of Team RWBY but realized that I already wrote for like 30 minutes and I haven't even gotten to Ruby yet) Jaune is Ruby's other best friend and has an amazing (Beacon) starting design as it already tells us so much without even speaking. Jaune wears basic outdated armor and training gear over casual clothing unlike the (in comparison) more combat efficient peers as it represents his inexperience and almost childishness with his hoodie being a cereal mascot hoodie.

* His Volume ( 4 -6) Design is an amazing upgrade through visual story-telling as it represents a new chapter of his life, haunted by grief and self-hatred. Jaune figuratively carries the ghost of his teammate on his shoulders that he endless blames himself for. He uses his teammates's armor and red ribbon to not only to upgrade his armor but to never forget her sacrifice which causes him to repress his trauma.
* His Volume (7 - 8) Design doesn't change much but he does get that stupid haircut which is similar to his racist bully so....
* Rusted Knight, Jaune looks older, visually tired and mentally weakened from the events of volume 8 with a design of his volume 4 - 8 armor clearly rusted with him looking mature but traumatized from the life choices of others and himself.
FINALLY WE GET TO RUBY ROSE and using two different characters (Weiss for Colors) and Jaune for (Design), Ruby fails on both accounts as her design almost feels like the opposite of her actual character. Ruby is a socially awkward, tad naive, good-natured and semi-impulsive person who is very light-hearted person who tries to do the right thing even if it hurts her. Her Beacon Design however almost seems to clash with her character as she looks extremely gothic, dark and with her hood almost shy which is the closest thing to her actual character. Ruby wears more black then Blake, lmao.
* Her Volume (4 - 6) Design (My Personal Favorite of Hers) still doesn't really reflect her character, her grief or her guilt about Nikos's Death and doesn't really reflect any of her character's concern about the events and dangers of traveling while being hunted by Salem's Men/Women.
*Her Volume (7-9) Design also while looking aesthetically pleasing doesn't convey or well say anything outside of the messier hair implying that she hasn't gotten a chance because of constant fighting and betrayals gotten a chance to focus on her hair which is an admittedly nice touch.

Hola, habia olvidado este post pero u/vanyt525 contesto y recorde que nunca les di la informacion. Esto va pa largo y tecnico pero lamentablemente asi es esto :) por algo tomo a~os aprender.

Introducion y tips

Primero que todo, no soy experto solo un puertorique~o en la diaspora que cogio este hobby porque extra~aba mucho mi pan, solo tengo 2 a~os de experiencia haciendo estas cosas.
Esto es un arte y un poco de ciencia. Al principio me frustraba que las recetas no funcionaban pero mientras mas he aprendido me he dado cuenta que las recetas son importantes pero hay que 'escuchar' la masa. Si hace mas frio, calor, humedad todo eso afecta la masa. Es dificil de comunicar esto y todavia es algo que no se en muchiisimo detalle pero tengo una idea. Esta es la diferencia entre todos esos panaderos. Quiero decir que el respeto que tengo por ellos es tanto a pesar de ya saber como hacerlo.
Trata de hacer mas variedad de masas. Por ejemplo sourdough, pizza, croissant etc. no solo es divertido pero de verdad te da el confidence y tambien te ense~a sobre tecnicas que ayudan en esto. Aprender hacer pizza nepolitana fue una de las cosas que mejoro mi pan lo mas.

Base

De todas las recetas que he intentado estas dos son las que me sirven de base. Es bueno seguir la receta al principio y leer todos las recomendaciones. Que nos gusta tando del pan de puerto rico?

Gran parte de saber que te gusta del pan para saber como replicarlo. Mi conclusion ha sido que el pan de puerto rico primero que todo tiene mucha variedad, unos usan mantequilla, otros manteca otros azucar otros solo harina, agua y sal. El pan que es tu favorito suave dulcecito lo mas seguro es el menos favorito de otro.
Pero en general lo comun en todos creo que es un pan bien suave y fluffy (lo opuesto a denso) y usar alguna masa madre para darle ese saborsito adictivo (ustedes saben lo que me refiero, el saborsito que no te deja parar de comer) pero la manteca es parte de ese saborsito tambien.

Los 'secretos'

Como ya he dicho antes todo este puede ser un poco generico y frustrante si no has hecho pan antes pero realmente hay muchas variables. Tratare de ponerlas en orden de "aja" moments donde vi mejoras considerables.

Decide que tipo de pan quieres

Quieres una capa exterior fina? usa un horno precalentado 400F. Algo como esto.

Masa Madre: Creo que este es de los mayores secretos. Si sabes de masas madres sabras que este es el secreto de muchas panaderias famosas y pizzas famosas en muchas partes del mundo. Existen algunas de 100 a~os. La version mas simple de este es el poolish que dejas en la noche pero si quieres otro nivel puedes hacer tu propio sourdough starter, es dificil mantenerlo y toma como un mes crearlo pero si quieres dedicarle tiempo definiticamente lo lleva al otro nivel, tambien le da mas estructura a la masa. Si usas el sourdough no quieres que sea muy sour porque el pan de puerto rico no es muy intenso en este sentido pero si usas solo un poco no va afectar mucho el sabor. Me gusta usarlo como la levadura si tengo suficiente tambien. Este tema no se mucho pero si se que de los panes mas suaves y adictivos que he hecho tienen sourdough o por lo menos una prefermentacion de 1 o 2 noches.
**Amasar** Esto es absolutamente de las partes mas importantes y lo que mas requiere arte, creo que podria escribir mucho sobre los detalles de esto. Primero, olvida todo lo que dicen de mezclar por 8 minutos o reposar, lo puedes usar como guia pero es mucho mas importante que el pan llegue a su nivel apropiado que seguir los minutos que pueda decir la receta. Muchas personas mencionan que puedes 'sobreamasar' pero realmente creo que no debe ser una preocupacion real, nunca me ha pasado y con estos panes es dificil (en mi opinion), el error mas comun es no amasar lo suficiente.
1. Como sabes que llego a su nivel correcto? window pane test . El pan debe poder estirarse sin romperse.
2. la masa debe recogerse poco a poco y ser mas consistente. Si por mas que tratas no se une y vuelve consistente es una de dos cosas: necesitas mas harina (si esta muy mojada), necesitas mas agua (si esta muy seco) o simplemente dejarlo reposar 5-10 minutos tapado y "magicamente" cuando vuelvas va a estar mucho mas facil de manejar, si haces otras masas gran parte es simplemente dejarlas desarollar el gluten, no es muy intuitivo pero dejarlo reposar ayuda
**Reposar!!!!** Ok somos unos desesperaos y queremos comer el PAN! pero por favor dejalo reposar las horas que necesite. No te dejes llevar por el tiempo solo deja que el pan te comunique que termino.
1. DEJALO REPOSAR!! cuando termines de amasar a mi me gusta hacer 3 reposos. Esto ya es territorio de mi tecnica personal y puedes hacerlo diferente y puede funcionar, pero lo importante es que el pan realmente este listo antes de ponerlo en el horno. Para todos estos pasos no lo dejes al aire libre cuando este reposando.
  1. Uno con toda la masa, esto toma ~1 hora. Tiene que doblar en tama~o. La temperatura afecta esto un montoon.
  2. Despues meterle un pu~o y recoger la masa y dejarlo tapado (boca abajo) por 5-10 minutos. Cuando sacas el pan va a estar diferentes temperaturas y esto ayuda a que sea mas consistente
  3. Dividir en bolitas (me gusta hacer 4 un poco mas grande que un pu~o). Aqui las dejo reposar 10-30 minutos. Los 30 es cuando quiero esperar menos.
  4. Hacer la forma del pan. Despues de esos dos mini reposos ya el pan se va a poder estirar mucho mas y si lo comparas con uno que haces la forma de una pues puede ser que salga mas denso y menos fluffy. Puede parecer que no importa pero cada uno de estos pasos le da mas fuerza al pan y lo hace mas suavesito. Me gusta aplanarlo, hacer un rollo y pinchar toda la parte de abajo.
  5. Por ULTIMO y mas importante. Aqui lo dejas reposar hasta que se doble en tama~o ( mas o menos). Aqui no es sobre tama~o o tiempo pero que si presionas el pan la marcada no debe rebotar muy rapido se debe quedar marcado por 30 segundos a un minuto. Cuando llega a este punto es que esta listo y ya el horno debe estar precalentado.
Horno y termometro En esta parte hice muchos errores tambien. Otra cosa muy importante es tener un termometro. Los hornos miden temperaturas un poco mal y otros lo hacen muy bien. Si no tienes un termometro no tienes forma de saber como esta tu horno. puede ser que quieras poner el pan a 400 grados pero abres la puerta baja 20 grados talvez tu horno dice 400 pero realmente es 360. Pero a la vez no es que si baja de 400 ya esta mal pero ver la temperatura ayuda a que sepas si dejarlo mas tiempo o menos.
1. vapor WARNING: Cuidado con llenar un horno de vapor. Te puedes dar una quemada chevere si lo abres y sale todo el vapor. (no creo que te mate pero no es placentero para nada). El vapor creo que ayuda a que sea mas suave y ayuda a cocinarlo. Aqui npi pero se que es bueno. Aveces le pongo mucho vapor aveces no tanto. Esto es parte de lo que los hornos profesionales hacen mejor.
2. NO ABRAS EN LOS PRIMEROS 15 MINUTOS. Uno se motiva por verlo pero abrir el horno en la primera fase es un super error. Lo que vas hacer es bajar la temperatura y arruinar ese proceso delicioso que esta pasando.
**Harina** la harina tiene mucho que ver pero no te preocupes mucho. Mezcla harina de pan o harina todo uso. La diferencia mayor es cuando estas amasando y que la de pan tiene mas proteina y fuerza pero si haces todo bien los dos funcionan. La cantidad de liquido que absorbe cada harina es diferente tambien.

La mente

Suena estupido pero al menos cuando estas aprendiendo requires concentracion y querer hacerlo. Han habido dias que lo hago de mala gana y uso la receta perfecta que he tratado antes y sale un pan denso y malo (bueno ni tan malo haha) y cuando estoy ahi entretenido, divirtiendome hago todo bien algarete mido con el corazon y sale el mejor pan EVAL.

Variaciones de sabor

Bueno, aqui es donde les tengo malas noticias, este pan se le puede meter lo que quieras y el otro secreto es que le ponen los panaderos. Es lo que diferencia el pan mas si ya tienes todo lo de arriba correcto. Esto es mas lo que afecta el sabor y no la estructura.

Azucar: algunas recetas las he hecho con 1/4 taza otros con solo 2 cucharadas. Cidrines creo que tiene mas azucar y el dulcesito.
Manteca: esto es lo que le da como el medio agrio o sabor adictivo similar a unas papitas fritas por ejemplo.
Mantequilla: Cambia la estructura pero tambien el sabor en parte
leche: Los panes con leche son mucho mas suave
sal: fundamental pero un poco mas de sal puede resaltar los sabores mas.
Huevo: algunas recetas tienen huevo dentro del pan pero tambien la clara se puede usar para darle color y mas sabor al pan por afuera. Esto es lo que usa por ejemplo un croissant para tener ese color amarillo oscuro y que no sea tan hincho.

En mi experiencia va a ser o manteca para los panes mas plain o (azucar+leche+mantequilla) para los panes mas dulces.

Mis recetas (mas o menos)

No soy muy bueno documentando pero estos son estimados de recetas que he hecho. Siempre hay variacion pero esto es ballpark
Pan de agua

5 cups all purpose Flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups warm water
2.5 tsp yeast
1 Egg White + 1 tbsp water

Levadura

Mix yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and water
Wait 20 min
Cover with towel

Pan

Mezclar levadura con una taza de harina a la vez.
Despues de ~3 tazas anadir sal.
amasar 8 to 10 minutes (mas o menos)
Reposar 2 horas con toalla humeda encima
Dividir en bolas similares y formar en panes. Cortar con navaja.
Egg white with 1 tbsp water. Mezclarlos y poner en el pan con una brocha.
Hervir 1.25 tazas de agua
400F NO PREHEAT
Dejar en el horno por 35 minutes

Nota: a esta receta le anadiria preferment si la hiciera de nuevo y creo que quedaria bastante bien. Pan de agua es un poco mas facil de replicar.
Pan sobao

6 cups bread flour
1 tbsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
4 tbsp mantequilla o 2 tbsp manteca
2 tbsp vinagre
2 huevos
2 tbsp vegetable

Mix levadura, 3 tsp sugar and water
Mix harina, azucar, salt
Add levadura, huevo, milk, butter, poolish

Nota: Esto es una variacion de las de arriba por eso las instrucciones super malas. Este es un pan mas dulce y suave pero mucho mas dificil de que llegue a la consistencia correcta es facil terminar en territorio de postre.

With the 4th season on the way and presuming if it's 2 cour that adapts volumes 13-16, I was wondering to all the readers about your thoughts on the new characters that will be introduced and how they'll adapt them. For me I would say:
Shildina: While I personally think she's fine in the LN, I'm curious on how they'll adapt her. Because Sadeena's drunk behavior was toned down I feel like they'll do the same for her but if they adapt her serious side like Sadeena then I think it shouldn't been too far from its source material. Oh and I hope the fight between the whale sisters is well animated.
Ruftmila: I'm also curious if the anime have the BALLS to show the ending scene of the 14th volume when Naofumi uses Filo to simultaneously intimidate and teach him about the dangers of the creatures he likes. I hope they at least adapt his liking with Raph Chan. Lastly like Shildina, he's also fine in the LN.
The antagonists of volumes 13-14 (Jaralis and others I forgot): Not much to say except for hopefully good animation specifically when Fohl fights Jaralis.
Takt: I hope they hire a VA that capture his unlikability and asshole-like personality. Not much else to say except for hopefully good animation for the fights in volume 16 because that entire volume was full on war. My last curiosity is if the anime team has the biggest BALLS to show Takts execution as close to the LN as possible.
