I redeemed an origin code and it said it went to my account but when I launched the game on the ea app I had no apex coins right now I am trying to reinstall the game but I think ea scammed me.

Hi!, it is my first time buying/opening packs, but I want to make sure that it is, at least, more or less legit what I'm doing.
Online (amazon, for example) the packs are around 5$, but I can buy packs in a store my city at 1.5$, I bought one just for fun (I have 0 interest in playing, just collecting for fun) and I notice that there is no code card, I remember that in some pack opening videos there is a white code card.
There is, also, no energy card, I'm opening paradox rift packs but getting OBF's and SVI's. I'm 95% sure that they are tampered. I'm from a Spanish Speaking country and the cards are in spanish, great, but the plastic wrap is in english, and that is weird.
I'm not worried about the cards missing, and not redeeming the online TGC thing, but I don't want to collect false cards (I don't know how to identify if they are legit), and I don't know if they are useful in spanish or even worth something collection wise.
It is a weird spot. I have fun opening the packs (tbh, even knowing that they are tampered) but I don't want the noise in my head about maybe them being counterfeits and I'm collecting paper. One thing is some cards missing, but having all useless things...

But, I got it on PS4 and played through episode 4, and have come to realize episode 5 is a code I need to redeem. I redeem all codes before I even start playing, and when I try to redeem it again it says the code has been used, but it still prompts me to buy episode 5 for $7.99. Would anyone know how to get this to work, perchance?

I have already completed the tasks for the TikTok and the Twitch cappes*. I redeemed both the codes on the correct account and on the right page. I am logged in properly. Yet they still don't show up. They should show up because they are limited to Bedrock Edition till June 8th.
I am worried they won't show up and I will lose my opportunity to have these limited items. I already lost my 10th anniversary cappe* because it didn't show up. :(
