Is there any reason or need for this SBC to be as expensive as it is? I thought with the cost (86 rated squad and 84 rated squad) that the pack weight may be fairly decent with a good chance of pulling a Bundesliga TOTS card or two but how wrong I was! Wasted some decent fodder for 3 x 84 cards and 4 x 83 cards. Frustrating and won’t be bothering with this SBC going forward!

Hey Subi fam, as the title suggests I'm struggling to pass emmisions in Norther CO. I built the lego in NM with emissions not being a thing, and am paying the price try I ng to make it legal here in NoCo. Heres the build, late 05'born on date so 05/06 some parts subaru LegacyGT 2.5. Ig it's stage 3 or 4 idk anymore.. but it has Cobb cai, perrin inlet, FMIC, vf52, Cobb dp, namless vat back, go fast bits adjustable BOV/ recirculating valve, 3 port ebcs, TGV deletes, radium racing Top mount conversion and upgraded fuel lines, ID 1k injectors, walbro fuel pump (iir450), southbend stage 3 clutch, kartbo short throw shifter linkage, Dave From CryoTuned e85 and 91 oct maps, and of course a Cobb AP3.
Pic of emissions failure.. I think I should be able to ge5 this thing to pass. It's possible the right gla ds are tired and maybe so oil getting to the intake/ exhuast. I took it with the 5th e85 revision loaded and (regrettably?) A full taNk of e85.. the cluelss tech said the HC GPM failure @~2.3 might be because the stock system is supposed to have regular gas? Idk how accurate that is. But I plan to run some cat clean or what ever to try and get the NOx GPM down from 2.4 under the allowed 1.5. Was also thinking of loading the initial e85 map (safe one my guess with less timing and adjustments etc) and see if that helps the HC failure.
Here for ideas and input.. here I was thinking e85 eas "cleaner" burning than 91 Oct and I'd be able pass no problem smmfh this has been a headache.
Another idea was to find a stock DP and ilgive that a go. Just not sure if the e85 is helping or hurting and if I need to drain the (full!) Tank and toss some peteo in instead?

Continuing my space clearing venture, looking to part with these two wonderful lenses and this awesome little adapter. They all work great and are a joy to use but I don’t use them enough to justify keeping them, and I’d like to put the money back into something else.
TIMESTAMP
I picked up the Mr. Ding Noxlux DG 50mm f/1.1 lens back in December 2022, and it’s a DAMN fine lens for what it does. Imo it punches well above its price point. Performance and characteristics are quite similar to the likes of the older f/1.2 and f/1 Noctilux lenses, somewhere between the two from the testing of the three in the video by Jimmy Cheng.
It works great on my M10, and didn’t require any adjustment, although that often differs from body to body and your mileage may vary. I’ve found the most enjoyable use out of it though adapted to my Nikon Zf with the Techart M to Z AF adapter. It’s a great lens for portraits and anything else that you need/want smooth, silky bokeh for. With 11 aperture blades, even at f/2 you get nice round bokeh balls and a very smooth out of focus rendering compared to many other wide open f/2 lenses or lenses stopped down to f/2.
This copy is in perfect shape still, as I take good care of my lenses. The focus is smooth and consistent throughout the range, and the aperture ring is clicky and precise. The glass is clean and clear of any imperfections. And the lens also has 6-bit coding etchings in the mount, which I have filled in with black marker, so when mounted to a digital Leica M body, the camera will recognize it as a 50/1.2 Noctilux for metadata recording.
The lens comes with its original box, hood, and front and rear caps.

The Voigtlander Nokton 58mm f/1.4 SL F mount here is a lovely lens and I almost don’t want to sell it, but I have some plans in the works to rearrange my kit and pick up some different stuff, so here I am. The lens exhibits phenomenal out of focus rendering (bokeh), and will make a fine portrait lens on your Nikon. And with electronic contacts, as well as the AI tab, it works great on everything from an FM to a D850, and brings up focus confirmation and metadata recording when used with the newer Z mount cameras when using the FTZ adapter. It works great on my F3, F6, Df, and Zf.
The focus is silky smooth, and the aperture ring and blades click and snap in and out of each stop with wonderful assurance. The blades are free of any oil. And the glass is clear and free of any imperfections save for a few specs of dust. There are no major dings, dents, or scratches to the body of the lens. Just some patina around the aperture ring, some general usage marks, and one small mark visible next to the left side of the hyper-focal scale.This is the first version of this lens, and I prefer it to the newer SLII version, as the rubber ring helps with focus, and it is smaller and lighter, while still having, to my knowledge, the same wonderful optics. And for you F3 owners out there like myself, it matches the aesthetic of the body almost perfectly.

This cool little adapter allows you to use Nikon F mount (50mm specifically) lenses onto your Leica M mount camera, be it digital or analog, and focus the adapted lens coupled to the camera’s rangefinder. The adapter acts as its own focus ring, moving the attached F mount 50 forward and backward as a whole, and instead focusing with the helicoid in the adapter, attached to the Leica’s internal rangefinder. The few times I have used it, it worked awesomely, and I will share some images below of it mounted to my M10, as well as images I took with it, mostly with my late 1960s era Nikkor HC Auto 50mm f/2, and Nikkor S Auto 50mm f/1.4 lenses.The focusing is nice and smooth, and the adapter has a little focusing tab like many M mount lenses. The focus is accurate as far as I can tell, at least wide open and in that area. It can vary from lens to lens I have heard, but the adapter is easily adjustable as well.

Hey Guys
A tenant I am helping is deciding to stick it to his slum landlord over demands he move out. The tenant has begun TWO HC cases against the landlord for overcharging on the rent price and things dont look good for the landlord.
Partially in response to this, the landlord has terminated all the contracts of all 15 tenants in the building and 14 of them have moved out.
The landlord has followed a very unethical practice of offering all the tenants in the building short-term (6-7 months) contracts and at the end of them, tell the landlords to leave or accept a new contract in a different apartment, shuffling them around like a deck of cards.
The tenant has been living there over a year like this and decided that enough was enough.
After filing both cases, numerous incidents of harassment have occured including:
  • the tenants door lock being jammed with drill bits
  • Industrial glue being place around the door frame (see photo below)
  • Someone using an angle grinder to cut through the tenants outer door. The perp in this case was arrested by the police but apparently the landlord refused to press charges and the police dropped the matter.
Communication with the landlord is poor and even I find the guy to be a crass, threatening prick.
He ended our last conversation with "Fuck you, die slowly"
The tenant, in his tenacity, has ignored the demand to leave on May 1 and is remaining on the property even though the landlord has cut the gas and electricity.
He is pursuing the landlord legally due to the ambigious nature of the contract and for the amount that the landlord will owe him in overpaid rent.
Unfortunately he is one man against a whole company of goons employed by the landlord to try and force him out.
I wish to create an action group to be able to head over to his place at a moment's notice to defend and deescalate situations with sheer weight of numbers .
The tenant lives near SportCity Loosduinseweg Den Haag and is currently living without water, electricity and gas.
