Anybody have a recipe for egg foo young like they served in downtown Newport News. Everywhere I look it’s a sad looking gravy. But Rich Wok used to have a dark gravy and honestly the egg was the best part haha

I'm trying to find recipes for yaka mein / yakamein / yak / yock / yok, but everything I'm finding is either the New Orleans version or too fancy. I'm looking how to make the non-soup version with meat, noodles, onions, ketchup, etc. Any suggestions?

The last dinner that Reith made was unhealthy as Hades. This time around he wanted to make an extra healthy dinner. As much as it pained him it was needed. Fat demigods were dead demigods. That was common knowledge. He didn't steal any of the food this time because who wants left over vegetables. :Celery Sticks with ranch :Pineapple Slices :A large salad bowl :Corn on the Cob. For drinks he mixed up:
:A sexy strawberry smoothie :The green one Reith found the most healthy foods he could find and mixed it in a blender. Unfortunately the most healthy foods had a tendency to be disgusting. He called it 'The green one' OOC: Whoever drinks the most of 'The green one' gets a prize.
