But I saved its web files to my computer years ago, knowing that sooner or later it would be removed. I made a jpeg image of the web page as it once appeared, attached here. This would include: • Repeated reinforcement of all hypnotic conditioning. • Handlers. Handlers are people who help maintain the subjects environment to maintain all the programming. in my humble opinion i'm doing exceptionally well (i mean, at least in comparison to those around me) and would like to share with the public some of my simple yet effective ways of getting rid of unsatisfactory habits and implementing new ones.
1) sleep schedule - as you have probably heard before sleep is absolutely vital (i'm not even going to explain it). but the question is how does one not procrastinate and go to bed early? in the past, i found myself always thinking "just a few more minutes", which ended up being hours. was it worth it? maybe in the moment, i thought it was - hey, i could even watch a few more youtube videos or something - but the next day, i realized it was not. a bad night's sleep ruins the entirety of tomorrow. and in the long term, it's not worth it either (unless you want to be perpetually tired). it's never worth sacrificing the future for short-term pleasure. trust me, i witness this phenomenon every day when i see walking zombies at school. i'm concerned for them. anyhow, it's easy to say but hard to do, and requires discipline. complete your necessary tasks asap (work, assignments, meals, nightly ablutions), and devote an hour or two to your own pastimes. you will realize, there is sufficient time, it's just usually not used wisely.
2) working out - going to the gym is hard. i know. there's always the fear of the regulars and the judging gazes they give you as you lift lighter weights than they do. there's an easy solution to this - learn to not care. nobody's really looking. nobody really cares. they're all more concerned about themselves. although i may be lifting less than they are, at least i am there. being there is something in itself. at least i dragged myself to the gym and am attempting to improve upon my fitness. lifting even one kilogram surpasses lifting zero kilograms, which is if you don't show up. consistency. is. important. if you want to improve, you have to keep at it. set a goal for yourself, even if it's a low bar. the first few days are the hardest. get through the beginning, and the rest becomes a habit.
3) eating healthy - my life hack is 'out of sight, out of mind.' if there's no junk food around me, i won't even think about eating it. when it's there, i will feel the obligation to eat it before the expiration date. when it's not, I generally just completely forget about it. there's also this self-delusion method i used on myself, which is convincing yourself that you do not like a certain food. you absolutely despise it. it's similar to developing a habit - over time, you will forget your desire for it, and you will no longer crave it. (i mean, it worked for me and my crazy yearning for sweets, fried food, and the sort when i was a kid).
4) screen time - sometimes i look around and wonder when everyone suddenly became a phone addict. my friends won't even talk to me. i understand that screens are intriguing. they entertain us and can keep us occupied for hours on end. my friends, my classmates, everyone - are always doom scrolling. we can all be sitting at a table and completely, utterly, silent. because everyone is on their device. even when they're eating, which is ridiculous to me. don't get me wrong - i used to fall for this trap, too. how did i overcome it? easy. there's a screen time restriction option on ios for a reason. i placed regulations on myself to half an hour on addictive apps, which i later minimized to ten minutes. sure, it allows me the option to ignore it, and sometimes i do. but even so, at least i am actively aware of the time i am wasting by watching second-long videos that go on and on, and honestly have close to no relevance to my life. perform this single action, and cut your screen time from 15 hours a day (my friends) to less than an hour (me).
the key to motivation is self-discipline and perseverance. i know firsthand how easily motivation can be quelled, especially in this world where our confidence can so easily be crushed by people around us. when we see people living such glamorous lives on social media, we think "oh, i'll never achieve such a life." by doing so, our reasons for improvement diminish. keep in mind that people who thrive are the way they are because of their hard work and endurance. do not compare yourself to others, and do not concern yourself with the judgment of others. in reality, they do not care about you. everyone's only focusing on themselves, so you should too. love yourself. do yourself a favor and start small. one day, you will look back and see how far you've come.

KeaCraft is a well established, semi-vanilla server that has been running for well over a year now, but kept fresh with updates to unused chunks so still lots to explore. We’re a pretty relaxed and chill community who enjoy sharing the experience of the game and creating together.
Our main area is a survival world, but we do have a creative super flat running side by side. So if you’re more into building in creative or like to test out builds, you can do this while still hanging out with the rest of the players(and get to see what everyone else is working on!).
We have a few QOL plugins such as Blaze and Caves advancements, custom armour stands, invisible item frames, mob/player heads, one player sleep and some others.
We have some simple rules: No toxic behavior, no stealing or griefing, and no hacking. We encourage checking your mods with the admins as we are surprisingly lenient. There is a whitelist so there will be a quick application process you will need to fill out once you join the discord server.

Obviously most of these guys actually had an English VA or two so I went went those, but anyone with an * next to them is someone who's never had an English VA before and THATS when I had to fancast them for this list.(Stehoney is the only one who had an English VA but still has an * anyway on account that I had to take a guess who voiced those things in the .hack quadrilogy since the goblins aren't among the credited voice. Imagine being 32 years old and learning every thing your dad ever taught you was a lie.stole money and manipulated me when I was at the lowest at the low. Then when I said I would tell his new wife he’s cheating, he told me he hacked my iCloud and found my bad and nude pictures of my wife and said he would expose her. Damn this has been a shitty week. All because I cracked my phone and hit my dad up for my upgrade bc I have always paid him since I was younger. But he used my upgrade for someone else and his new wife even thinks he got me the phone. He was trying to get me to pay off someone else’s phone and tried to tell me I didn’t remember because I was on drugs. I wasn’t on drugs I’m married and was with my wife the entire time. But I just learned they have been doing that to me my entire life. They would make me believe lies or they would kick me to the curb. They controlled my expenses in order to control me. They wouldn’t let me leave and take my money. One time my mom and my dad took everything I had and got me a bus ticket to Dallas with absolutely nowhere to go. My mom made me miss my grandpa’s funeral because I didn’t take the leaves fast enough. When your alone and your family tells you things that don’t make sense they put you in a box. Really think if the people in your life are helping you but they are always treating you like shit and taking everything you earn, you never do anything good enough and you are so lucky just to even be there. I didn’t have you dad and mom yall had me. Y’all made me skip 1 and 2nd grade and made me think I had learning disability. I couldn’t even talk right till I was a little older with speeh therapy because they left me so isolated. I took me 32 years and the most amazing woman in the world to help me realize I’m not crazy. Be careful who you call family because sometimes blood is the furthest thing from family.

The program schedule consists of 4 hrs of language study at a local school, cultural excursions after school, free time, time w/ host family, homework.

Cons • College starts the day after I get back (3 hrs away) • Orientation dates are when im gone so I wont be able to go in person • Will probably attend a virtual orientation but its when im already gone • Only chance to participate
Government Internship for rising college freshman: Engineering internship at an Air Force Base w/ a college prep element. 1st & 2nd years do college/ life prep & engineering. 3rd & 4th years are placed on a team.
Pros • If I stay in the program, they will most likely offer a job (main purpose of program) • Guaranteed internship throughout college if I keep a 3.0 GPA • I’ll make around 6,000 (Salaried 30k+) • Salary increases every summer • College prep themes every week: guest speakers in industry, mentors, life lessons, “college hacks”, etc. • Project-based learning assignments: Learn coding in python (currently a beginner), build & program hardware, etc. • Can use all base amenities • Head start to learn Computer Engr & mentorship as first gen low income • Tangible benefits: money, engineering skills, career advancement, etc. • Long term advancements
Cons • Would be giving up other summer opportunities • If I decide I don’t want to do it anymore, I’ll regret not doing NSLI-Y Indonesian summer • Won’t be able to apply until sophomore year & the college prep isn’t included • If I get the post college job, I’ll have to move back near my hometown

Last night i was rendering a large scene in Blender and i left my PC on, i fell asleep, then this morning my screen changed to my Linux lock screen (I dualboot Linux for work), was wondering how the hell did it boot into Linux, it must've been restarted by something, when i booted into Windows again, it is updating, Windows Update was the culprit, it updated itself without my permission, and my rendering is gone, i have to render it again and it takes hours, i'm fucking fuming rn.
EDIT : Because this post has gained some attentions, i wanna make some clarifications instead of replying to the same questions/comments.
I don't care if this version of Windows has a 0 click hack exploit, the decision whether to update this OS should be decided by the user, me, not the OS itself, if my PC happens to be hacked, so be it, it's my fault, my responsibility.
Also i was rendering an image, not a video.

- Why don't you just update before doing your thing ? It doesn't take long.

- Then just use Linux
- Turn off all of the updates

 | Hey everyone, I'm kind of needing a break from life right now because my grandma and dad have been in the hospital and I'm just wanting to have fun on Fallout but my OCD self absolutely hates that I don't have the best load order. We also just got the news of my dad having cancer so that's always fun. Anyways, I know about the load order guide but it's tremendously hard to understand it right now. I'm not sure if it's due to me getting no sleep due to all of the emergencies or my migraine or my ADHD. Probably all of it. Anyways, I know it is a tremendously large longshot but I would highly appreciate it if someone either taught me in a digestible way or (if it's easy for you) put it in the correct order.
