Asking my fellow Kata players here, What would be an optimal strat to go against Moria ? Yesterday it cost me a win at locals. Moria completely outpaced me with characters and effects, his board was full and all i had was a 7c Mom since he removed most of my characters
After we finished we talked about the match. He told me to always go for face since the board doesn't matter that much. I on the other hand had the feeling that i needed some boardcontrol, because i would just burn counters in 1 turn if he swings with 3-4 5Costs.
What could i have done better in this scenario ? or rather what is the optimal way to go against Moria ?

I seem to be having some success dominating grips in randori, but not progressing into many successful throws. I mainly looking for a high collar grip, behind the head and pulling the sleeve forward and down collapsing my partner forwards.
I lmainly look for uchi mata from here, but also get other throws at times. What else could I look for? Would uke otoshi work (I’ve only ever seen this in kata)??

Tomorrow I leave after being here for two weeks. I tried my best to integrate and soak in the culture as much as possible, and I can say that I have grown fond of the culture and people. I know that I merely scratched the surface, but the attitude and energy of the locals I've interacted with and places I have visited were wholesome.
I understand that light comes with dark; everyone and every country have their problems to face nonetheless.
Maybe I resonate with the values not just of Thailand and it's people, but a more eastern approach in itself. This place has shown me what people can be like, and it is a very humbling experience due to the fact that at least in America, it feels very cut throat and far from being oriented towards humanity and kindness.
Memorable experiences: -The energy I felt going to Big Buddha. Very powerful. -Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. I will be donating a little when I can to support elephants which are rescued from unethical conditions. -Going off the beaten path in, Chalong, Kata/Karon, and Old Town Phuket. I really appreciate the local areas and immersing myself in them. -Doing a cooking class at the Blue Elephant. Honestly changed my mind on how fun cooking could be. The ingredients are so simple but when brought together they are magical. I have always liked Thai food in general, a blessing to learn how to do it. -Giving a little more than expected. I would say I am in a position where I could give more here. Even though back in America I live close to being pay check to pay check, it was nice to give more when I can. Whether it was getting a smoothie, using inDrive, or tipping at a restaurant. I know if I was in the other person's position it would be a blessing.
Just my thoughts. I am very grateful and honored to have visited this country.

I have come across lot of disappointments in the dating line, so I try to make things clear before ending anything from my side. But I have also ghosted a few ghosters (I know kata toh mera hi pehle) But I don’t feel there’s any point asking for a closure from such people. You never find out what went wrong. Most of the time they get someone else so they avoid the conversation completely. But come back to you when the other thing doesn’t work out. Seniors, how did you navigate your journey from college to real world jobs? How and where did you attain the necessary skills? What was your experience juggling padhai + work? License ko lagi kattiko ghotinu parne ho, and what are the resources you used for license prep? How to make the best out of final year? Pass out bhayesi, immediately abroad studies lai taaknu thik ki work experience liyera bistarai academics patti move hunu thik? Ani if you were given the choice between full stack development vs. data science, what would you choose in the context of an immediate job prospect?
I personally feel inclined towards data science but from what i hear and see online, full stack development sounds like a more feasible option atm. Masters ma aru pursue gariyela, esko lagi kata bata explore garna thalne? Kaile dekhi thalne? How early is too early? How late is too late? Pls share your experience!

I was watching a video about Gekisai dai ichi (and ni) bunkai and I saw a part of it that looked similar to shuri te.

Why does the bunkai for gekisai dai ichi look similar to the bunkai of Naihanchi shodan ?
Instead of creating this kata, why didn't Chojun Miyagi just add Naihanchi shodan to his system?
Is this bunkai taught in Meibukan and IOGKF?
What level of bunkai is this?

Hello guys, I just finished the 4 milestones for the new mastery system on kata and unlocked the bonus milestones. Now i need 7 S- or higher for one single mark of mastery (14 for 2 marks and a lvl) which is crasy.
I am atm lvl 168 and have 1.847.695 MP on kata and i need 1.824.600 for the next lvl. So i am around 25k higher than needed.
Now image i would need 1000 games to get this 14 S- and reach 3mil MP on kata. Ppl in the loading screen can see me beeing lvl 169, maybe some of then know how many MP this are, and think i have around 1.850.000 MP, but in reality i'm at 3mil.
For the next lvl i am maybe at 3.000.000/1.850.000 and again need to farm 14 S- . This just doesnt make sense xD .
In my opinin there are 3 ways to fix this.

1. Remove the reqirement of needing to farm the grades bevor geting an lvl. So you simple need to reach a certain amount of MP to get the next lvl. For me it would be 1.850.000 for lvl 169.
   
2. Show your MP right next to the lvl in the loading screen. So ppl arent getting misinformations.
   

Or 3. BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM RIOT!!
I dont know if i completly misundarstand this or not. Let me know what u guys think about this new system.
