Unblock juno senders

My APB account got blocked last year. Based on my guess..this may have happened due to a transaction related to Crypto Sale through Binance. I think the amount sender may have been shady.
I have been reaching out to CCare, fraud handling, Nodal officer etc through Call & Mail since a year but it is still blocked.
I was told to mail to risk.alerts@paytm... requesting to unblock it... tried multiple times since last year...but no resolution.
The account has around 10K Balance. Is going the legal route for resolution advisable considering the expenses and time required for the same.
If I decide to go through the legal way for getting it unblocked, what results can I expect..as it involves a crypto trade.
Thoughts & Suggestions... please...

I am writing you with an important, urgent request for help. My job and my heath are at stake.
I will not dwell into details, but I have been framed on a whatsapp scam made by my ex (who is also a coworker) at the end of January.
She sent me an automatic disappearing message on whatsapp - basically, a temporary message, which self-destroys after 24 hours. I won't explain what the message was saying, but she was sharing a personal information.
The thing was weird, because of the modality through which the message was sent, and also because she has blocked me for months and treated me like shit, for no reasons. Being unblocked and receiving such message was weird, something was off, so I took a screenshot before the message disappeared.
Once I answered to the message, she disappeared for 2 days. Then she answered that she did not know what I was talking about, denying to have sent any message to me. At that point, I shared the screenshot. Then, she stopped answering.
2 days later, I was summoned by my boss in a room, as she has reported me to the company. Basically, she claims that she hasn't sent to me any message, and that I am inventing everything. Moreover, as a personal info was shared on that message (and screenshot), she is claiming that I have stole that information and she feels endangered by me.
As you can imagine, I have been living under a lot of stress in the last 2 months, as the case is still under investigation. I feel terrible because I am risking my job, which I achieved after years of sacrifices, and also because the accusation is very heavy on a personal level. I have been requested by the company not to talk to her in the meantime - I was not planning to, anyway - and in the only meeting I had with HR, so far, they said I am not an accused person, and they only want to understand what happened (and I understand their point of view, 100%).
Nevertheless, I received a new meeting request from HR for next week, with more people involved from different countries (I work in a multinational), in the meantime she refused to have a meeting with me with an a company person as intermediary. My boss cannot tell me anything, as he claims not to have the permission to communicate with me on the topic. I haven't been sleeping well at night since weeks, and I must take a medication to relax and not being eaten alive by anxiety.
So, this bring us to my request of help: is there any reliable tool to retrieve messages on whatsapp without having a backup available, including the disappearing ones? I have been tried chatback but it did not retrieve anything at all, from any sender (but my laptop is 10 years old, maybe that's the issue) and I know there is also Tenorshare Ultdata Whatsapp Recovery (but I have read here on Reddit that it is a scam). Could you please help me save my job and my serene life? I swear on my life this is what happened and I did not do anything bad at all. I have loved her dearly, I have no idea if she is completely crazy, or her account has been stolen temporarily. Either way, she is being evil in not listening to my claims, and insisting on my responsibility on this story.
It would be helpful even to know that I have no way to retrieve the message, if that's the case, at least i will stop looking for solutions which don't exist...
Very important information: as mentioned above, unfortunately, I can no longer rely on whatsapp backups... :(

So here is the situation.
I've been helldiving with my friend. I'm on PS5 and he is on PC. 3 days ago I got game crashed mid mission. And when I tried to rejoin it said I can't join the lobby, even though there were free spots in my friends lobby. So he tried to join me and couldn't.
Then we thought "what if we unfriend, and then friends each other back". So I removed him from friend list, but when we tried to send friend request - they are just pending. Like my friend request is pending on his side without him able to accept me. Then when I cancelled it, he sent me his request, and I would smash the accept button, but the request itself would remain in pending, with friends list being empty.
So we thought "maybe some servers problems, let's call it a day and try tomorrow after work"
Yesterday I came back from work and found a request pending for 23 hours. I tried to accept it - nothing. Meanwhile my friend was playing with some random dude. So he asked him to add me friend list. He did and I could accept him no problem. So we were able to play together even after the random dude left.
So while in party and with voice channel connection we tried to send invites to each other some few more times, both from "recently played " list and by searching for friend code. Still getting problem with accepting (it just won't accept despite hammering down on the accept key)
So my friend had genius idea "maybe we are in eachother blocked list?"
Block list was empty. So we tried to "block-unblock" to be sure. But as soon as we blocked eachother, we disappeared from correlated "recently played" lists, but haven't appeared in blocked list. It being still empty.
And when trying to send a friend request, it just won't appear on the recieving side wile being pending on the sender's side.
Then while doing an operation, my game got crashed on last mission in operation, when I was activating last hellbomb on automatons bunker. So that was the end for our play session and chatting together.
Like I know the most easy solution would be find a third friend to a group that will play with us while we are free to play. But I would like to find a solution to the problem in hand and I honestly have no idea where to ask.

I know this is Mary Kay from previous experiences (ie. Falling for their scams several years ago 😫😫, thank goodness I know better now!!) Entered a general door prize draw at a trade fair and apparently my info was given to them... I wonder just how many new/expecting mom's this was sent to.
