In 2019 elections, Uddhav Thackrey(the son of Balasaheb Thackrey) joined hands with Congress and became a CM(this move was just because he wanted to become the CM of Maharashtra),and there was nothing around BJP dictatorship during that time, even ShivSena fought and won seats in name of Modi. Modi even did campaigning for ShivSena. Today when I see(a lot of my friends are congress workers), insultingly work and rally for ShivSena candidate standing from my constituency, they don’t like it but they don’t have any other option due to the rivalries and the cases they gotten registered against themselves due to all the drama over years. Result of this + BJP’s HorseMarket made ShivSena break in 2021, and ECI ain’t doing anything because it is already sold to BJP.
I think this has been state of most of INDIA alliance parties and there have been rivalries traditionally. Even BJP is not “doodh ka dhoola” in that case, they straight forward accept opposition leaders in their party and it is even worse for the party workers. The identity they have worked for is suddenly vanished.
Talking about my personal views overall this situation, grind and try to leave the country if possible, move to EU and live there peacefully. Maybe a bit extreme but skip voting if you are planning to leave the country in next 5 years, let’s not others suffer due to your choices if you aren’t going to be there for suffering(dedicated to a specific community in Mumbai who is always looking forward towards moving to US, but casts votes to dictatorship every election).

Making fun of the trollings - Recently they have started making fun of the comments they get, specially what Pipi gets against her - even today she mentioned about people pointing out her uncombed hair ! Pata nehi kya nasha karke dono bahut zyada hasste rahete hain ajkal, looks like they keep discussing the comments and later they laugh recalling those comments. While people here waiting for their rant video, there they have started mocking the trolls just to show they r not getting affected by those comments at all.
   
4. Again Pipi ki praising - Apart from Janab, I noticed recently even Dabba has started doing bhabhi ka praising for example that day both Bhai Bahen mentioned Bhabhi is a better cook. They could mention about Ammi as well, but they only did when Farah asked if Ammi doesn't cook well. In today's vlog Dabba mentioned Ammi was praising Bhabhi's eid ka biryani also if I m not wrong, Pipi got more eidi that anybody else ( correct me if I m wrong here).
   
5. Madam's new venture, Janab shows extra excitement - Pipi doesn't mention about the new venture much, but beech beech me Janab bol uthta hain ki wo kitna excited hain about her "new journey"!! I think before he starts his new project and leaves Pipi alone in the home again, he just wants to show himself as a supportive husband who gets happy to see his wife grow !

I'll preface this by saying that I'm practicing white collar crime in Delhi and Bombay and have a very good understanding and working knowledge of the statute and regulations in question i.e PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act, IPC (Indian Oenal Code) and CrPC (Criminal Procedure Code)
The IPC and CrPC are substantively similar to prior British statues and are common for commonwealth countries.
The PMLA on the other hand is a recent statute that was enacted in 2002 which subsequently got 'more teeth' under the BJP government (Make of it what you will).
Now we come to the elephant in the room, i.e Kejriwal is an innocent who is being massacred on the machinations of the current party in power. His arrest was politically challenged and he is being kept in jail and pressurized to stop him from creating a big impact. The High Court and Trial Court are andhbhakts and are deliberately persecuting an innocent man
The following must be kept in mind asto the judicial process with regard to the above sentiment: 1. The ED investigation traces the flow of "Proceeds of Crime" (defined under Section 2 PMLA, and based upon the recovery of such "proceeds of crime" he is being arraigned as an accused.

1. At the time of his arrest ( which I must confess is way too coincidental with the time of the elections) he was alleged to have been instrumental in the creation of such proceeds of crime and the layering of such funds / properties. The reason for his arrest is not that he himself had the alleged proceeds of crime on his person, but rather, that he would be instrumental in erasing the fund flow further down the trail, and that he was apparently one of the master minds of th entire scheme. From my personal experience of working large bank frauds and scams, the ED isn't off the mark usually, and this being a high profile matter, it is highly unlikely that they fabricated evidence.
   
2. The PMLA is a special statue that denies the accused persons the protection of "innocent until proven guilty". That's just how the statute is built. It was upheld numerous times by the SC prior to the present matter. The statute is drafted on the extant FATF (Financial Action Task Force) regulations and best practices. It is pertinent to note that even otherwise, ED is required to have "grounds of arrest" at the time of arresting a person. That was upheld by the HC. From personal experience, the grounds of arrest usually contain the logic behind arresting someone. Remember arresting a person and thinking whether something is adequate enough or not may be subjective, but given that it's ED and it's Kejriwal, and the fact that HC just upheld the logic adopted by the IO, it's fair to assume that whatever the grounds of arrest, they weren't farfetched.
   

I'm not a Modi Bhakti or a BJP fanboy, but the discussion on any issue has got to be based in reality. Kejriwal is not guilty of any crime or misdemeanour yet, but the statute he is accused under, reverses the presumption of innocence. His arrest may or may not have been politically motivated, but to say that there's no evidence against him, and that he's being needlessly harassed is wildly off the mark.
I'd suggest, for the people who want to say that the BJP is misusing the process, to focus on the 2G case, and the matter of the overturning the acquittal thats pending before the HC. You have a better chance arguing that the state is overreaching in that case, rather than Kejriwal. Whether he's guilty or not, only time will tell, but from my familiarity with the process, he's definitely not the 'Doodh ka dhula' that people make him out to be.
I'm just tired of having to explain the entire process and rationale to people, but I'd be failing as a citizen and as a lawyer if I failed to educate people as to the process.

P.S Lmao have some sense atleast before you disagree with me in DMs atleast. I'm giving rational arguments based on my experience as a working professional in THIS VERY FIELD, along with the links to the relevant statute and key summaries of the salient features of the PMLA that differentiates it from other statutes in the country.
The logic of guilty until proven innocent is not applicable under PMLA. Having said that, to pronounce someone guilty or not guilty until the conclusion of the trial is extremely wrong. Let's refrain from doing that and be a little bit more civilized in how we bring out our political affiliations.

I was really taken aback when Fakkar clearly asked in Janab’s vlog about when she wanted the mehendi wali to come in, yet in Saba’s vlog she was acting disinterested and behaving as if she was not aware of Fakkar’s plans. I feel that Suitara is the most evil. Being a mother she should be bridging the gap between the son and the daughter, instead she just sides with one or the other as per her convenience. She will suck up to Dabba when she is in Mumbai and act all coy and innocent infront of Nalla and Nalli. She acted so fake in Dabba’s vlog and showed as if she is not going to enjoy Eid because her ladli princess is in Maudaha but one could clearly see the excitement when Shoaib was mentioning the bangles and DKI the mehendi plans. Upar se dulhan ki tarah haathon mei mehendi laga li wo alag. She ignores the fact that her evil daughter shade bhai and bhabhi even though she owes literally everything to them, little does Suitara know that Nalla Nalli ka toh fir bhi chal jayega par uski beti kahin ki nahi rahegi if her vlogging career goes down. Dabba is just becoming unlikeable with each passing day and Suitara instead of guiding her is busy enjoying her suits and freebies by faking all the laad and pyaar and silently supporting her even when she goes wrong.

Guys today shalu appi’s vlog came in my recommended which was of haldi n mehendi function where she went to maudaha it was 2yrs old vlog there she clearly said that hamare ynha haldi or mahendi ka dress ldke vale bhejte hai but when in saba’s own wedding we have noticed that her bhabhi had made everything for her and never it was mentioned or seen that funny’s side se kapde bhi aye h it clearly explains that sach mein sunny’s were not so happy n they barely did any rasam.
