I love autumn way too much and I can't wait for it! It makes me so excited. We had a much cooler day here for once and it felt like October so I was burning a lot of candles.
To put it simple, I am a single 22 year old man who has been pretty lonely in life and lacking human connection. And part of what comes with that is the desire to be intimate with a person. I am very mature for my age and will always be respectful of your boundaries and feelings, especially with anything sexual. Lately all I have is myself when it comes to sexual desires, so I would like to have someone to keep company with in that regard too.
I'm just relaxing on my days off this weekend and burning a woodwick candle. I love candles! 🕯️ Sometimes a campfire outside on a fall night or a crackling WoodWick candle is a relaxing constant among our busy and hectic world. It's nice to just disconnect, feel grounded and happy in your own little cozy space. Feeling calm and collected and at peace. Something that fewer people take the time to do these days.

I've been feeling a little bummed out lately. I always try and stay happy and see the best in things. But.. I've just been so alone. Most of my whole childhood and adult years have been spent feeling lonely. I grew up surrounded by cornfields which was peaceful but also has a lonely aspect to it. My family never really were close and never did anything as a family really. And part of it too is the fact that I never had any neighbors my age to interact with. But aside from that, my adult life has been very lonely. I'm just always by myself. I barely have any meaningful adult relationships or experiences, or even any friends.
I work a 3-11 job in building maintenance at my company world headquarters building which I love, but again it's very lonely. I work the off shift so the building is always empty. I don't get normal social interaction with people my age or a chance to build relationships. I only have 3 older men as co-workers and we are mostly in the basement away from any people on the floors from knowing our existence. I always walk the floors and see office people laughing and chatting with their coworkers and I just don't have that kind of experience. And just.. no one knows I exist really. Everyone probably assumes I have a lot of friends, but I'm struggling inside with being so alone and trying to meet people and get past the "hi how are you?" "I'm good thanks" stage. Most people don't seem to want to talk beyond that. And most women are already in relationships and thus it would seem weird to approach them in an office setting trying to get to know them deeper. But man those "hi how are yous" are the only real interactions I get during my day.. so thus I decided to come here lol. Rant over, sorry! I promise I'm not a downer. 😅
Now for some things about me!
As you can tell, I am very mature for my age and am polite and have good grammar which unfortunately not everyone my age does anymore lol. I am not active at all on social media/internet culture really and don't know much about all the slang the younger people these days use. I feel like I'm 50. 🤣
I am left handed which is pretty cool. I'm not much of a party person or a drinker, I much prefer a quiet night at home and maybe a beer or two on a weekend but that's about it. I am simple and stay out of drama and trouble and don't get much into politics or other things that cause drama with people. I much prefer a relaxing campfire and a night at home and to just let the world keep on turning haha. I consider myself pretty intelligent and mature, especially for my age which is why I'm open to older ladies.
Physically I'm 180 pounds, have brown hair, green eyes, and a typical build.
Some of my hobbies are:
• Photography
I have a Nikon D200 and D5500 that I love to shoot with. I love nature scenes, abstract, black and white/goth kinda photography, sunsets, etc. it's so fun to just let your mind explore. It's not about what camera you have, but those who are behind the camera!
• Cooking and baking
I loveeee to cook and bake! I enjoy making various meals but also love to just have a frozen pizza once in awhile or something like that. I recently made homemade chili which turned out great. I love to bake, especially in the fall! I love pies, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc. I restored a vintage KitchenAid mixer that needed tbe gearbox rebuilt. Eventually I would love to practice home canning my own food.
• Music
Oh my gosh, I like so much!! Alternative rock, punk, post punk, electronic, synth pop, psychedelic rock, hard rock, etc. I am very non judgemental and open when it comes to music. My three current favorite bands are Type O Negative, Joy Division, and the Cure.
• Nature walks and camping
I really enjoy camping, making fires, and relaxing by a campfire. I love to take walks outside and just enjoy the beauty and simplicity of nature. It's wonderful, especially in a world so focused on everything digital.
• Repairing things
I'm a maintenance guy and one of my hobbies is electronics repair so I am good with my hands and just all around good at troubleshooting and fixing all sorts of things around the house. Last week I helped my elderly neighbor get his tractor started, it needed a new component in the starting circuit. So I'm pretty handy which... Comes in handy! 😂
• Autumn 🍁
This isn't a hobby per say, but man do I love the fall!!! It's my absolute favorite time of the year. Oh my gosh. The beautiful colors, crisp cool air, misty and foggy days, rain, lack of bugs, being cuddled up with a candle or by the fire drinking a tea, etc. I love it! There's only two seasons for me. Fall, and waiting for fall! Haha.
• Scented Candles and incense
Going along with my love for fall, I absolutely love candles! I have like 30 something lol. 😂 Currently my favorite are WoodWick, which are owned by Yankee candle. They have such a soothing crackle and the scents are great! I also love to burn incense from time to time as well. I have cottagecore hippie vibes.
• Old houses and architecture
I love old houses! Especially 1900s and Victorian era homes. Old homes have so much character to them and are just so beautiful from a time when people took pride in their craft. I strongly dislike the modern cookie cutter cheap construction of homes today. I would love to live in an old home one day. I also love their architecture and uniqueness, as well as architecture of old cathedrals and other buildings.
• Relaxing
Basic I know, but sometimes on the weekend I just love to get cozy in bed and relax and put on a YouTube video or an album! 😊

I understand coaches have a preferred system and that’s how they want their players to succeed, but when will it be evident to GGG and others that his system just does not fit this team?
With how I understand the system, GGG wants to work the ball down the wings where the mids will either play an outside through ball to Pulisic or Weah or those two will play an overlapping pass to the fullbacks. Then he wants them to cross the ball into the box and play for a header or a volley. After todays game he stated that “We need to be patient and wait for opportunities to cross the ball…” A reasonable assumption would be that we had either jackrabbits or the height advantage with our strikers, attacking mids, or opposite side wingers.
Todays players up top: Balogun: 5’10” 146 lbs Pulisic: 5’10” 150 lbs Weah: 6’0” 146 lbs Wright: 6’4” 174 lbs Pepi: 6’1” 161 lbs
Who in that group, other than Wright is actually going to out jump a CB for a cross? Our only hope is a perfectly placed ball and betting on our speed advantage to win a back post cross. Our one goal today was on great build up play through the center and a nice pass to Weah on the inside. Our personnel does not dictate to be looking for countless crosses and praying we can get 2-3 a game.
I think a different formation or at least a deviation of the 4-3-3 would do wonders for this team. A system should make the overall taken of the team greater than the sum of all the individual players talents. It has been evident that GGGs just does not fit this team for long term success over better teams. Truthfully our strongest team features right in the center in our midfielders. I think a change to a 4-2-3-1 would do absolute wonders for this team.
Across the back I would do Jedi-Ream-Brooks/Richards-Weah
It is inexcusable for the head coach of a national team to hold a grudge with one of his top players in the system, especially at a position of need like CB. Brooks could be a leader on this team. Weah would be in for Dest for now, but I think having a more defensive minded CB like Brooks and having two CDMs would help his defensive flaws and would also let him attack when necessary down the wing.
At CDMs, there are are variety of players we could use. Right now, the best two are Adams-McKennie Adams is more of the defensive savant while McKennie has been our best player at a club level this season. He can play a defensive role while also being allowed to traverse up field to make plays.
Pulisic-Tillman-Reyna
Pulisic in this version plays as an outer attacking Mid, but can function as a winger if necessary. He has great ball skills imo and can play inside as well as in his usual winger role. Tillman as been fantastic at a club level and is an amazing playmaker in the center. Reyna is a polarizing option as he has been awful at a club level, but if he is functioning at 100% is probably one of our top players. He is our most creative playmaker and can be a spark plug off the bench if you see it that way.
Up top is Balogun, as he is our best striker right now in mid eyes. He has shown to be a goal scorer and we need that.
Our worst spot right now is Keeper. I am in the group of thought that players need game time to be a sharp keeper 99% of the time. Right now, we do not have a player getting regular time in a top league between the pipes. Turner is still probably the best option, but I think Callender is probably the most tested guy in our system.
Overall, I think playing more down the middle and letting our guys be versatile playmakers is the best option for success. Many of our top guys play multiple positions at a club level. Use that to an advantage and allow guys to rotate and find empty space to make plays rather than forcing buildup play in a stagnant manner. Many of the guys I do not have starting like Musah, Cardoso, De la Torre, etc also play in these hybrid roles.
A small point at the end is also we need a better home field advantage. I understand that this is only a friendly, but many of our games during the World Cup and Copa cannot be 50:50. I don’t know how feasible it is, but our games should be in the NYC, Chicago areas where our fan base is largest. Think about the Mexico USA game in Vegas where it was a Mexico home game. The Federation needs to either work on growing sentiment and ticket sales in areas where our games are or schedule games for areas where we will have the best turnout.
Sorry for the long post , but it is frustrating to see the same stagnant play over and over again. What do you all think about the system and how would you change it?

Most people don't seem to want to talk beyond that. And most women are already in relationships and thus it would seem weird to approach them in an office setting trying to get to know them deeper. But man those "hi how are yous" are the only real interactions I get during my day.. so thus I decided to come here lol. Rant over, sorry! I promise I'm not a downer. 😅

As you can tell, I am very mature for my age and am polite and have good grammar which unfortunately not everyone my age does anymore lol. I am not active at all on social media/internet culture really and don't know much about all the slang the younger people these days use. I feel like I'm 50. 🤣
I am left handed which is pretty cool. I'm not much of a party person or a drinker, I much prefer a quiet night at home and maybe a beer or two on a weekend but that's about it. I am simple and stay out of drama and trouble and don't get much into politics or other things that cause drama with people. I much prefer a relaxing campfire and a night at home and to just let the world keep on turning haha. I consider myself pretty intelligent and mature.
Sexually, I am very open minded and non judgemental. Even if you're having your period I don't mind messing around because I am totally comfortable with that. Some guys get really freaked a out about that and blood etc. and I don't get it because it's a natural part of being a woman and something that should be respected and understood and not something to be grossed out by. I know some women tend to get more horny on their period and thats when most guys don't want anything to do with them, but I'm different!

I have a Nikon D200 and D5500 that I love to shoot with. I love nature scenes, abstract, black and white/goth kinda photography, sunsets, etc. it's so fun to just let your mind explore. It's not about what camera you have, but those who are behind the camera!
• Cooking and baking
I loveeee to cook and bake! I enjoy making various meals but also love to just have a frozen pizza once in awhile or something like that. I recently made homemade chili which turned out great. I love to bake, especially in the fall! I love pies, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc. I restored a vintage KitchenAid mixer that needed tbe gearbox rebuilt. Eventually I would love to practice home canning my own food.

Oh my gosh, I like so much!! Alternative rock, punk, post punk, electronic, synth pop, psychedelic rock, hard rock, etc. I am very non judgemental and open when it comes to music. My three current favorite bands are Type O Negative, Joy Division, and the Cure.
• Nature walks and camping
I really enjoy camping, making fires, and relaxing by a campfire. I love to take walks outside and just enjoy the beauty and simplicity of nature. It's wonderful, especially in a world so focused on everything digital.
• Repairing things
I'm a maintenance guy and one of my hobbies is electronics repair so I am good with my hands and just all around good at troubleshooting and fixing all sorts of things around the house. I've been feeling a little bummed out lately. I always try and stay happy and see the best in things. But.. I've just been so alone. Most of my whole childhood and adult years have been spent feeling lonely. I grew up surrounded by cornfields which was peaceful but also has a lonely aspect to it. My family never really were close and never did anything as a family really. And part of it too is the fact that I never had any neighbors my age to interact with. But aside from that, my adult life has been very lonely. I'm just always by myself. I barely have any meaningful adult relationships or experiences, or even any friends.
I work a 3-11 job in building maintenance at my company world headquarters building which I love, but again it's very lonely. I work the off shift so the building is always empty. I don't get normal social interaction with people my age or a chance to build relationships. I only have 3 older men as co-workers and we are mostly in the basement away from any people on the floors from knowing our existence. I always walk the floors and see office people laughing and chatting with their coworkers and I just don't have that kind of experience. And just.. no one knows I exist really. I was sitting in our shared working space, frowning over my third cup of coffee for the day. We'd hit a deadlock in our lean startup. The problem was simple: there was a distinct lack of communication and understanding between our different teams, which was slowing down our progress and deteriorating our MVP (Minimum Viable Product) quality.
One day, our software engineer developed a feature that he was absolutely thrilled about, but the marketing team was clueless about its potential benefits for the user. They couldn’t communicate this to our potential customers effectively, and so, the feature didn’t get the attention it deserved.
Then it hit me – we were not on the same page because we were all looking at our startup from different lenses. Our software engineer was looking at it from a technology standpoint, our marketing team was looking at it from a promotion perspective, and so on.
I proposed to the team that we use a mental model – 'The Circle of Competence.' This is basically a tool that helps you understand what you know and what you don't know. Essentially the circle includes everything you're competent in, and everything outside is what you're ignorant of.
So, we got everyone together for a meeting, and we went around the circle, each of us sharing what we know about the startup, our product, our competition, our users, and what we don't know or understand.
This opened up a lot of conversations and cleared up many misconceptions. Our software engineer was able to explain why his feature was a game-changer, and the marketing team could then understand and promote it accordingly. Suddenly, our different teams were speaking the same language and our startup was running smoother than ever before.
The Circle of Competence mental model isn't just limited to our professional lives, it can be applied to our personal lives too. For instance, when it comes to cooking, I know how to bake a mean lasagna but ask me to make sushi and I'll just give you a blank stare! Every single one of us has a Circle of Competence. All we need is to identify it and communicate effectively.
P.S.: This story is as real as unicorns, but hey, just like the elusive creature, the effectiveness of using mental models in your daily life has been much touted. So I have done 90 Radiant Tides in total, and I currently have gotten 2 Jiyans, 1 Jianxin and 1 Calcharo from it. (Currently on guaranteed rate up, lost 50/50 to Yinlin sadly)
I also have done 20 Lustrous Tide on Standard Weapon banner and got 1 Lustrous Razor, 8 Lustrous Tide on Beginner banner and got 1 Calcharo, and 50 Lustrous Tide on Beginner's Choice banner. Took Verina from 5 star selector.
So I currently have: S1 Jiyan, S1 Calcharo, Jianxin, Verina, and at least 1 copy of all the rate up 4 stars from Jiyan's and Yinlin's banner.
Should I use my Beginner's Choice banner on Encore, and secure 3 DPSes for myself? Then I can skip any future DPSes for a while and try to build on my support roster (especially in the healer department)
Or should I use Jiyan+Mortefi, Calcharo+Jianxin, and Havoc MC+Danjin as my 3 teams, then I can ignore Encore and pick up a dupe of my existing standard 5 stars.
I'm also not sure if I want to go for any 1.1 characters, I expect 1.2 to feature Scar, Camellya, or other significant characters in the story but we know nothing about their abilities and roles.

Last year, I remember my dad (and I who walked in, hes fine with it) watching a scene from an anime on Netflix. It might’ve been a preview since he did not stay on this anime and wasn’t a fan of the series. The scene had this monster guy (very human looking though) eating a cooked chicken leg (I’m pretty sure) at night in this park in the middle of a city with a street light nearby, probably with another character (think human) talking with him. The noises made by this character eating were very weird and not matching, it sounded like the voice actor picked up a freshly dead rat from the ground and started eating it close to the mic. The eating sounds were oddly juicy for something not really juicy like that (without sauce, there wasn’t sauce). There might’ve been another scene in the anime featuring a guy with an umbrella possibly on a train or a bridge and MAYBE fixing a kids toy, but I’m probably confused with another anime. The anime was realisticish, not 3D at all, and didn’t have those comedic effects with chibis and/or backgrounds. The character eating was happy, though. My dad does not remember this anime, I’ve already asked him about it. I do not have Netflix on my devices, so linking me to the scene on YT (if possible and if you want to) would be the best way to go.

I read the promotional materials & the tech blog, and I don't understand the idea.
JB IDEs are in dire need of a base tech rewrite. RustRover on my laptop drains the battery, makes the fans sing and the laptop cook my genitals. Even on my main box, it often cannot keep up with my typing & scrolling. It freezes for several seconds at a time. It still underlines errors I fixed a minute ago. After a successful compile, it still shows phantom errors. My 24 core, 128GB RAM, machine is ~50.000 times faster that the 286 I ran Turbo Pascal on, an IDE that absolutely COULD keep up with my typing and never froze.
So I thought fleet (decoupling IDE and language servers like in VSCode) was that rewrite. But they say they want to keep the other IDEs and offer fleet as a separate product???
I don't "get" any of Fleet's features. Port forwarding? Sure, but hardly needs a new IDE. Yes, there is a VScode plugin for it. But also there are separate programs (like ssh). Real time editing of the same source file by multiple people is a cool technology, but sounds like an unstructured unattributable mess. If you need it, there's probably something wrong with your code base and/or engineering practices.
People work more and more from home and asyncronously. There's tech that helps with that (like git). But an IDE that breaks down when you have no network (fleet) sounds like the opposite of what is required these days.
Please help me understand.

This is moreso for when you're on youtube or some other media player and can't click on the hero to see. This would be a great addition for spectators of esports for clash 4: Will there be any more updates for the tutorial levels? Those could go a long way for some of the newer players. Part of the long-term solution here is also to build better tools for players to learn better strategies. GTA 3 had a below average mid story, but that's fine. It was the first of the kind Rockstar was making. They were still sorting the 3D polygon game mechanics out. The story was just a bonus to implement missions and maintain an order. I mean, the protagonist Claude literally had no personality or character, lol. By the time they made Vice City, they had it all figured and sorted. So, this time, they actually made a great story. Set in the roaring 80s, with an all retro aesthetic vibe, and a vibrant and stylish backdrop. Part of the reason why VC is so iconic.
Then came San Andreas. What needs to be said about SA. Its the most famous and the most iconic one of all. Everyone and their mother knows about San Andreas. The upgrades, the story, the gameplay, the setting, the ending, the feels, all of it was too memorable to forget. Timeless masterpiece. It's the best GTA game I've ever played. No. 1 oat.
Then came IV. The next gen HD GTA. And boy calling it unique would be an understatement. It somehow managed to maintain the GTA feel yet be very different. It was rid of all the usual goofy and wacky, exciting, thrilling, heated, and over-the-top elements of the other GTA's, and instead replaced it with really grim and gritty ones. I mean, it's probably the only GTA where you don't see a "WaStEd" screen after dying, or a "BuStEd" after getting arrested. The GTA 4 tone feels very dark, depressing, lonely, mundane, and isolating. Like sickle chains tied to your heart. It's very realistic, and colourless in its approach. Exactly the reason why it's the second best ever GTA I've played after San Andreas. It's just this very grey, somber feeling game, in the characters, the setting, the storyline, the world, and just everything. It's the only GTA game with no good endings :( it has 2 endings, but both come at a price our main man Niko didn't feel the most comfortable paying. Niko Bellic is probably the best GTA protagonist I've ever played as. He as a character is bleak and morally ambigious, has the wildest backstory, and the most multi-layered and detailed writing in terms of character and personality. Quite the polar opposite of Claude from GTA 3, lol. Best MC imo. And 2nd best GTA oat.
GTA 5 is, well, GTA 5. Everyone knows what GTA 5 is. It's the most Hollywood action thriller-esque GTA, probably. It brought the series back to more vibrant and high-octane experience. Its always on fire at all times, Multi-protagonist feature which allowed for a diverse and mulitfaceted narrative, and full of intense thrills, heists, racing, vibrant nightlife, clubs, each MC and their affairs and how they clash and intertwine at times, just full of exciting, heated, pumped stuff that everyone loves and adores including me.
Can't wait to see what GTA 6 brings us....
