I was doing a shop and pay order from a big chain grocery store and one of the items on the order was diced red onions, which is an item that requires the barcode to be scanned. They were all out of this item and the customer requested a loose red onion, but the app interface would only allow me to substitute an item with a barcode since the original item needed a barcode. So I asked the costumer if she was able to add it as a new item from her end. It turned out they didn’t list the red onion in the merchants doordash store and the customer added one that had a picture of a red onion but was called Cipolline onion (8 oz), which was also an item that wanted a barcode scanned, and she told me ok I added the red onion. Before I realized it was this weird onion listing she chose I already said ty to her and that I would be on the way soon since it was the last item I needed to shop. Then, when I went to add the onion it wanted barcode again instead of the onion’s weight typed in, and the onion doesn’t have a barcode. I got a little impatient and didn’t want to go through messaging the customer again, so I just double scanned some other random item’s barcode to force the app to give the “I have the correct item” button so I could just take a picture and have it get marked as the onion listing the customer entered and finish the order. It’s been 10 days since that order now, and I haven’t been seeing orders from that store anymore. I figured it was no big deal since the one she added cost enough to cover the price of the onion, they added it knowing the price of what they chose in the app,she wanted the red onion, and the grocery store was getting paid the same from the doordash card anyways. It is just weird I haven’t been getting orders from there in so long because they are one of the main stores people order groceries from here and they even have a 30% discount on doordash orders right now. Is it possible the store blocked me from getting orders there for this? Does anyone know where those pictures even end up?

I'm running into an issue where our product detail page is removed as they said our GTIN is invalid. Also, the brand name is incorrect and should be ours as we are the brand owner, but we are unable to change that unless we get our product back to an active status.
I was curious to see if maybe the product was actually ours as another brand is listed as the brand name, I double-checked our UPC using a lookup tool, and it aligns with our product and ASIN.
For the GTIN, it was asked from Seller Help that I provide the following:
* A copy of the certificate issued to you by GS1 showing your legal entity and associated GTIN prefix(s), along with proof that the legal entity on this certificate is related to your brand, such as a trademark registration or website which displays your products or brand and its relationship with the UPC or EAN owner. We only consider official websites owned by the brand, manufacturer or the UPC or EAN owner - the affiliation must be clearly called out.

* A document from the manufacturer or brand owner clearly calling out the affiliation between the brand and barcode owner OR stating that you are allowed to use your own GTIN to sell unique products with their brand. If you are using your own GTIN to sell unique products with their brand, provide a copy of the certificate issued to you by GS1 showing your legal entity and associated GTIN prefix(es).
I'm currently looking into that information, but in the meantime, I'm curious why although the UPC shows that it's clearly our product, but there's another brand listed. The option to change the external ID is locked, but I don't think I would really need to do anything to that since it's set to the ASIN which was also shown as affiliated to the UPC in the UPC lookup.

I am working on a python project which uses a webcam to find a QR code. It decodes the QR code into digits. Next it checks the digits (referred to as iqama in the code) in an SQLite database. If there is an equal value, starts an HTML page (which is basically a WhatsApp API).
THE PROBLEM: The program opens multiple HTML pages for one barcode. I want it to only open one HTML page for the barcode. With the current code, you have at least 5 HTML tabs open.

This is my first time dealing with this sort of thing. I purchased a Samsung OLED G8 monitor from a third party seller, which cost me $900. I instead received a Samsung Odyssey G5 monitor, which seems to be listed for around $400. I contacted the seller about this and their supplier quickly dispatched a replacement without requiring me to return the Odyssey G5.
However, the experience made me change my mind about getting the OLED G8, so I asked if I could return both items (I didn't even try to open the box so it's still brand new).
They agreed, but they told me it would be pointless to return the G5 monitor as the item's barcode supposedly doesn't belong to their supplier and that "the error must've come from UPS", so I'd just need to return the OLED G8 in order to receive a full refund. I had to pay $40 to ship the OLED G8 box, which I gladly did.
They have now confirmed that they received the monitor, but they've now completely changed their tune and are telling me they will not be refunding me at all since I "still have the other monitor" aka the same monitor they specified would be pointless to send back.
As of right now, I feel like an idiot for even sending back the OLED G8. I basically had an OLED G8 + an Odyssey G5 as a freebie. Having sent back the G8 with no refund, I basically just paid over $900 for an inferior $400 monitor. I had the opportunity of keeping both screens to myself. I honestly don't think sending back the G5 monitor to a seller who changes their mind about refunds once they've received the item is a good idea.
Anyways, I have no idea what steps to take. I spoke over the phone with this seller and they warned me that I'd be blacklisted if I contacted Amazon about this since "they've done no wrong". 900 dollars is a lot of money for me so I feel robbed.
TDLR: They told me I'd be refunded. I followed their instructions to the letter. Now they're telling me I won't be refunded. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. What do? Did I do anything wrong? Will contacting Amazon help me with getting a refund from them or will I actually get blacklisted?

I'm looking to create a more robust tracker that is seamless and efficient in regards to tracking New Hires and the uniforms we give out to them. I'm open to VBA Codes or just formulas but looking to build something in Excel that's powerful yet simple.
I would like 3 sheets. A New Hire log to track candidates, a Uniform inventory sheet to track current warehouse inventory, and an Order log to remind me to place orders when inventory hits a certain threshold.
First sheet would be the New Hire log. This will track the candidates that we want to bring onto the team. It should have a column for First name, last name, company ("A" or "B"), Store Number, Position (GSA PT, GSA FT, TL, ASL, LIT, SL, AOL, OTHER), Pay Rate, Uniforms (Unisex, Female), Onboarding Step (Link Sent, Offer Sent, Offer Accepted, Done), If they have been onboarded by hr (Toggle to Yes), if they have requested a barcode (Toggle to Yes), if the barcode has been created (Toggle to Yes), and if they have received their new hire kit which includes delivery of their uniforms (Toggle to Yes - when this is toggled to yes is when i would like the code to deduct from the uniform inventory log. This also deducts other Uniform inventory like jackets, hats, and beanies). The tricky part is only Company "A" receives uniforms as company "B" is still it's own entity. To add to the mess, the position will also determine how many uniforms are passed out. If the position is a "GSA PT" they will receive 3 shirts. If the position is GSA FT, TL, ASL, LIT, SL, AOL, or Other than they will receive 5 shirts.
The Uniform log will be to track the amount of uniforms we have at our warehouse. Ideally this page I don't ever have to touch and can just click on for quick reference. So I will have tables for Both Unisex and Female Shirts, a table for Jackets, Beanies, and hats. Each table will have sizes (XS - 5X (except for hats and beanies)), Current Quantity, and a minimum threshold (when the current quantity hits this number i would like a notification to put in an order for that size or item).
The Order log will be the last sheet to manage. Again, Ideally I would like to get a notification that an Order needs to be placed once the current quantity of an item hits the minimum threshold. The Order log will have a couple columns listed as Order Date, Item Type (Unisex Shirts, Female Shirts, Jackets, Hats, Beanies), Size (NA, XS - 5X), Quantity Ordered, Expected Delivery, Processed(Toggle Yes). Once the processed column is toggled to yes, I would like that order to be accounted for in the corresponding table in the uniform log to keep a real time tracker.
If someone can point me in the right direction or know of some templates that I can modify, that would be great!

I just wanted to make a quick post because this information was not readily available online, at least that I could tell. The ECC-B system on the BOI e-services site DOES work, despite what you may have read here or elsewhere. The form will give you an error saying something like Invalid ICARD number if you enter the data how you normally would.
You need to put your middle name alongside your first name in the First Name (Given) field and leave the Middle name blank. This applies to people with only First Middle Last names listed, though. I'm unsure if this applies to folks with multiple first names to begin with. The error message saying that the ICARD number is wrong is actually incorrect, it's that the name data doesn't match the ICARD data.
Once you submit, you're taken to a payment screen, made to pay P2,880 (P500 express lane fee, even online... lol), then sent a payment receipt. You'll likely have to wait a few hours for verification, but you'll receive your ECC-B and Return certificate (they are just labeled Official Receipts, but have barcodes/QR codes with your departure/latest return dates) via email. You can always re-download the documents from the e-serivces site as well.
You do NOT have to take the receipt to BOI or anything like that, you just need to show the printed copy you receive (or digital copy on your phone) at the immigration counter at the airport.

So I label all my inventory and right now I'm hand writing on small address labels and sticking them on, it's messy, not always uniform, and I'd prefer a better method.
That being said I just picked up a thermal printer (which I already love) and it will do various sized labels. I'd like to create some inventory labels that I can print out for each item after I list it.
I can create something in Canva but I'd have to change the info, download the file, and then print it for every single item. It would be nice if I could just make the proper edits and print.
Does anyone do this? Any free or inexpensive options? I don't need barcodes, I'm not that advanced. haha

This may be a dumb question but because my phone doesn't have service atm and my old one is technically still active, but screen is busted, I can't just call and ask. FoxBot wasn't much help either with this one lol.
Anyway, I bought a Google Pixel 6 off a buy/sell website that was listed as completely unlocked. I got it in the mail and everything was nice, but it turned out to be still locked to T-Mobile. Since, I have bought another Pixel 6 from Amazon, listing said it was unlocked and good for all carriers, same exact phone.
I got a barcode for an eSIM yesterday, but since the initial phone turned out to be locked, I couldn't download it. Will I be able to use the same eSIM QR code to download the eSIM on the new one that comes today, or do I need to get another QR code? I don't want to have to wait until my fiance is off work to use her phone and go through the whole validation process again, though, I will if that's the way it has to be. Any help would be much appreciated.
