I (32F) was scrolling social media, as one does. I came across a post about how someone was canceling their gym membership because they didn't agree with their gyms policies when it came to trans people using change rooms. They believe that their should be 3 change rooms, 1 for bio female, 1 for bio males and one for trans people (her words not mine). There was lots if comments on her post.
One comment was from her sister (40 F), who posted a photo of someone in a change room at the gym she goes to. The sister shared a picture of someone in a change room, stating the person was changing in the women's change room and they didn't put on a towel until they realized other women were uncomfortable. I don't know the whole story behind the picture, I'm guessing the person was trans. I did recognize the change room though. It was the same change room I use when I go to the gym.
One of the most in-your-face policies, with signs posted everywhere is no photos are to be taken of staff or patrons at the gym.
So I took screen shots and approached the front desk after my work out. I asked them if I could launch a complaint about a patron. The front desk lady was super nice, took my complaint seriously and I provided the name and birth date of the patron, as well as the screen shots.
The front desk lady followed up with me and then the general manager followed up with me. I'm not sure what will come of this, but I'm certain this person will be banned. I'm debating if I should have addressed it on social media or if I did the right thing.

Now I'm only red so I'm no pro but my friend wanted to get into the game and so I began to teach him. I use hitbox but he chose to use pad which is fine but he has only played FPS games competitively before so he is used to using the analogue sticks and motion stuff is hard for him to learn.
I tell him to try use the D-pad but his fingers naturally just go to the sticks as ofc he's got muscle memory which means he's very slow, he just holds forward to advance, and I've been trying to teach him dash blocking and dashing and backdashing to move but after he does it in practice he fails in real matches lol and goes back to what he knew.
What I've done til now - he first started by wanting to fight against me so after not getting a single round for many days he actually wanted me to teach him eventually haha, so he tried out a lot of chars - let him pick "the coolest char to him" (which ended up being Steve. Which kinda sucks because yk, I can't really teach him some major fundaments since Steve lacks a major one (kicks) LOL) - Let him play some offline stuff like arcade quest and arcade battle and tell him a lot of the basics - Teach him about pokes (mainly b1 and its strings), basic punishes (1+2 and f1+2 are the ones he knows) and all the basics like move properties, defending and all that - let him play ranked (but ofc I'm sorta over his shoulder a lot and he forgets a lot of stuff. He's currently blue ranks but I wanna teach him more stuff as he's getting to a level where his mashing doesn't work

First time poster, been lurking since I had my US/mammogram where the radiologist initially diagnosed breast cancer on 4/17. Confirmed by biopsy on 4/27. Bilateral breast cancer, ++-.
It's been a whirlwind but things are moving quickly now. I'm opting for chemo first since it's in 2 lymph nodes (1 confirmed by biopsy, another on MRI). I just had port placement this morning and it went fine but geez, so so sore. I'll take Tylenol for pain but any tips to help with healing? Does ice help? First AC infusion on 5/22.

I am currently 3 years in corporate working in MNC (age 25) but I want to also start a side business for food. I got to know about a newly established joint (operating from last 1.5 year) they are providing foco model franchise and are operating in 5-6 places already. I am going to go for tasting the food soon. I need more advice on how to judge a Foco business? I already asked for Excel sheet of the business with all the numbers and analysed them, it also mentions about payback of franchise fee in around 1.5 year, if we even take 2 year, I think it might get profitable. They expect 8% around royalty on every month sales and also they will take a franchise fee in start of business.
As I am new to such kind of business, I am not able to understand if I am seeing everything or is there some dark sides too which I need to know if I want to get into the business, I also want to know is it really good profitable type of model (foco)? Because if we are already getting like 13-15% from investments then is it worth doing so much management for small returns? Maybe I am sounding dumb I have no idea.

Yo. Love this car. It has some quirks I'm interested in understanding though.
Before that though, the car is a 2011 Jazz GE8 Vti, Manual transmission. Its got about 90,000k on the clock (55,000-ish Miles).
Because of the cars history and low odometer I can't see it being a wear & tear issue, the clutch oil is a fair bit dark though so that's going to get seen to anyway. Apart from that I've no idea... Anyone else?
That's about it. If anyone here has answers for any of these questions I'm eager to listen. I've got a month left on my dealership warranty so I'd like to get any unusual service work done before that expires.

- 1. Is there a speed lock on shifting down to 2nd and 1st? I cannot down shift when going anything over around 30kph / 18-ish MPH. If I try to force it I get grinding. Never had any other manual car do this when downshifting...

- 2nd. The fan blower resistor has blown. I'm not sure I trust the cheap Chinese replacements to not have way to much solder to break when overloaded and start a fire in my car...
- 3rd. I've got a slight grind/rattle when accelerating around 2k RPM. Took it to a family member with a hoist and we noticed a little rotational (not radial thankfully) play in the CV axle on the front+left side. Apparently the sound is fairly common with most MT Honda's of this year range.
That's about it. If anyone here has answers for any of these questions I'm eager to listen. I've got a month left on my dealership warranty so I'd like to get any unusual service work done before that expires.
